I been to Oaklands location, this last time in Alameda, with the same disappointment, ordered different items every time, plates ... of Latin food, kind of McDonald concept for the American people, under the Latino concept. I dont think ill be back anymore.
Ive been to a bunch of South American Restaurants, the food is good but the atmosphere and place just makes it worth it.
