I stayed in this apartments 4+ years. The community is very peaceful , safe and secure .They maintain it very well. I spent like over 4 years and I never had a single problem. The community manager Shinkai Arya and maintenance manager Robert both are very supportive and always helpful. The community has sufficient parking lots, very spacious, I moved due to the job transfer. I would like to come back again this community.Lakshmi T

We appreciated our current tenants who took time from busy schedules and left a review here we greatly appreciated it, we learn from these reviews to improve the quality of our service and commitment to our community members, however I have been managing Windsor for past 19 years and most who rated us one or two stars dont seem to be our current resident of lived here previously but give us the low rating, I would love to know what made them give such review so we can improve our service. If you did NOT lived here or currently living here then please remove your reviews. We have been looking in to relocate due to high cost of living in California and I was able to get a job in Arizona and will be moving soon , We chose Windsor for two reasons when we moved here summer of 2018, one was the location of the property and the fact that it looked so clean and put together we knew it is not a new building but well maintained by the owners and management and second was the school was a 2 minute walk for our kids, strict management but we knew it was for good reason, overall experience is was very good. During pandemic always kept us informed about update and they sanitize the laundry room and mad sure everyone has a mask while walking the ground, our work order was always done with just hours or as soon as I emailed he came by. very friendly yet professional office and maintenance. I am hoping to get the same level of service we had at Windsor in our new place of living in Arizona.

The apartments are spacious and sturdy. The grounds are well kept with routine gardners and even though rent is pretty high compared to anywhere outside of the bay area, its one of the more reasonably priced complexes in Fremont. Security gates and patrolling security guards are a nice touch too. All my complaints would be considered normal and arent really things that would be the property and maintenance managers fault (who by the way runs a tight ship and it shows in a positive way) and trust me they could be worse.

We stayed in this complex for over 9 years and we loved those years. Foremost for my family is a peaceful and secure place where we can sleep soundly at night and wake up refreshed. It is rare to find a place right in the heart of the city where trees and roses abound, and one wakes up to the sound of birds in the morning. The complex is so well managed and maintained that in all nine years we rarely had to call for maintenance. It boasts of all conveniences just a few minutes walk away. I was sad to leave but my daughter got a job in Sacramento. The place was lucky for us all my children flourished in their career and left this place for New York and SF accomplished. We have been blessed with good awesome neighbors too. I should say it is a good place for a growing family!

Great management, Shinkai and Roberto are treating us all like family. They are always availble when you need them. They cook food for the community during simple get togethers like Halloween, community meeting about safety, summer swimming pool opening, etc. Some tenants would say Shinkai is strict but that type of management style is just right to keep the community in order. For her, rules are rules. It is our first time renting an apartment and for a year of staying in a rented place, this place really exceeded our expectations. The rooms are average but well-maintained. They have the most reasonable price within the area. You will find cheaper rents around but if you will read the reviews, you will find bed bugs, water, parking, and gardening problems. At Windsor Gardens, we did not read any issues with the place itself. Now, we are hoping for our next 12 months lease to be of the same price or lower. Lol

We moved in right after we got married and live at Windsor for about 5 years, we loved the location and the community of Roses every where during the spring and summer , we had excellent experience here no issues with management they were always there to help and assist us and maintenance always on time for repairs, our apartment was just remodeled we we moved so enjoy it THE RENT IS COVING WATER, GARBAGE AND SEWER, not many apartments are paying for it now a days. we will stilled down in east coast and already miss our home in Fremont..
