The gazebo reservation was so cheap and easy. It was close to the restrooms, playground, basketball courts, baseball, have BBQ grill, plenty of parking etc., the only downfall are those pesky flies! Which in all reality is part of daily life in this area no matter where we are outdoors. The community center has so many activities throughout the year that you may want to sign up for.We reserved for my kiddos birthday party.I would definitely do it again!
A great place to relax and enjoy some time with family especially the kids. Theres great playground for the kids keeps them busy for hours while you enjoy a book,fresh drink and peaceful conversation with others. Plenty of parking for the size of the park. Very clean and maintaind. Good size landscaping for active sports soccer,volyball,exc..
Nice clean park. Went to find a smooth surface to skate on with minimal people. Their tennis courts are perfect for roller skating & me a beginner. And spacious (3 courts) so plenty of room for those who actually want to play tennis.
Dont care for rhe woodchips and surroundspace could be utilized better for the community in which it serves 😉
Played little league baseball here as a kid and still come here to play tennis from time to time. There is a lot to do here and is generally a friendly environment good for the entire family. I learned to swim in their pool when I was like 3 years old. 4th of July fireworks go on here every year as well. Definitely recommend going here. All parks should aspire to be like Westwind.
This park has become one of my favorite parks in my city I wasnt too crazy about it in the beginning because it was like on the outskirts of my town but then I grew up and when I got older I played on a softball team here and before covid they have fireworks shows here every year and they were good shows I have fallen in love with this park I do recommend it

Just wanted to get out the house. Found this Park on Google and said why not.. its a little on the smaller side of parks but my girls had a great time. Clean, nice view of the lake and close to the village.

Very nice, peaceful and quiet at times when theres not sporting events going on. Friendly environment, nice basketball courts. Nice seating areas, no graffiti. Nice green grasses if you want to go for a walk or go jogging. Very big field to play soccer or football on. Theres even a community center where kids can do fun activities like cooking classes and have movie time. Theres also a very nice gym inside, friendly staff. Playground. A wonderful place for family to go, play and relax. I love it!
Nice park with lot of amenities. If I live near this place I would go there everyday and use all the exercise equipments. There are slides for smaller and bigger kids. There are swimming pools and tennis courts. I dont know how to get access to that though.

This was a great place. We went to a church program there recently. Nice surroundings. Clean and the area felt safe being it was an evening event. If I could say anything though I would suggest they light up the sign with the parks name that is in the front of the park as you come in. Its not lit up so if you came there at night you could easily pass it. Thank you for having a great event on your grounds. Dog it though. I normally take pictures. This is a very very nice park. Beautiful area.
A decent park, enough space to play around, and its clean.
Some creep kept walking around the park staring at the kids. Good park though with lots of things to do. Not much shade so bring your tarps.
The restrooms could use a cleansing, I go Saturday mornings to watch the ⚽️ soccer matches. The park could use pest control for EVERYWHERE you go there are swarms of mosquitoes....
This park has been around for years. It needs a facelift desperately. Not enough shaded picnic areas. Old kids area. And too much grass with very little to no shade. They need a nice walking/jogging path around the whole park so people can get there exercise outside with there kids in stroller or skate or jog around whole park.
Nice park of you need your alone time except...early in the morning. Homeless do sleep there so you walk pass and interrupt one practicing his good dental hygiene.

Lots of things going on during the weekend as far as adult/kid sports league. Parking can be tough on Saturday mornings. Staff is mostly in the teen/college age range so help can be minimal. Playground is good, and it has a comcrete walking path. This park is well maintained.

Westwind Park is a beautiful place to unwind. Great grass scenery for a nice picnic or tanning. Bathrooms are safe and clean. Beautiful swimming pool that is $1 and hour to swim in. Free weight training area and gym. Outdoor basketball courts. Baseball and tennis. This is a great discovery worth checking out. Be blessed.
My routine when Im in town is, grab a garden burger 🍔 combo with 🥑 at galaxy burger and sit under a nice shade tree. So relaxing.
It is a clean and safe place to take the family, have a picnic and enjoy a gathering One can go there and have a quiet place to meditate and relax
The park is great. Tennis , basketball, baseball, playground, tables, parking. But I dont give it give stars because of the restrooms, very sorry and nasty. I wouldnt let my kids get in there. I would suggest to really remodel those restrooms.
The field need a little bit of maintenance but we get to play Sunday league there so I dont mind a sprained ankle
A favorite park of mine to walk and has plenty of space, both grass and a cement trail. It has several restrooms, benches, fields and sports areas if thats your interest. A few bad things like bug spray odor in the restrooms and some edges around the grass, but it mostly concerns me because of the birds and other little creatures that feed off insects and the grass and flowers. Also dog owners should be required to pick up after their dogs poop, like at Ayala park where theres dog waste bags and signs to remind people.
Ive been to this park twice, both times for baby showers. One was indoor, one was outdoor. If youre looking to book this place for an event, definitely go for indoor. You get to have the indoor plumbing that comes with it, instead of outdoor park bathrooms with no electricity, or toilet paper and indoors you also get shelter from the sun and cold.
This park definitely big part of my earlier days but sad to see how much work it needs!!

Its right next to a public pool and they have two playgrounds. A soccer field basket ball court and a little outside exercise area. Its a nice place to come and relax honestly. I had fun on my visit

I like coming to this park which has many activities and sports open for the city of Ontario residents. They have multiple rooms for different occasions and picnic areas for rental as well. They have the annual 4th of July activities and fireworks at this park for all families. My only concern is the smell and that seems to bring in nats and flies. But other than that is a big beautiful park.
My family and I have been going to this park for years! From Friday Baseball to Sunday Soccer! Over the summer they open the community pool and theres lots of seating places and play areas!
Use to take my children walking and to the playground when I use to live in Ontario at Archstone Terracina apartments. Recently took my youngest son walking here. Playset wasnt open when we were walking around the park.
We love this park, its kept clean and always has a nice staff. We love going there for the 4th of July, the kids have a ton of fun and they get to meet Ontarios finest, whom are usually very awesome people. Thanks Ontario!!!
Its SAFE, for kids as well as for adults, Good place to play Pokemon, tennis, football, baseball, you can reserve for party inside the building . Cover benches for outside parties plenty of parking.
Quite nice family park with a lot of amenities! Limited parking for a large area, so carpool as much as possible. Tennis courts, pool, auditorium and lots of nice grass areas in a nice part of town. Recommended.
THE BEST COMMUNITY PLACE EVER. The pool is awesome the guards r awesome the inside staff is awesome. Super clean, the bathrooms and showers inside and out ROCK. if I could give them 10 stars I would.

Nice park had plenty of landscape to play soft ball, soccer, or just do some walking or running excercise. Plus there is harmless cats roaming around the park.
Great and safe place for sports, or walking. There is a God loving Christian Church that meets there every Sunday from 9:00 am to 10:30 am in Vietnamese, and 10:45 am to 12:00 pm in English. Come and visit.
Probably the only Park in Ontario that I enjoy taking my son to. Most of the parks in Ontario are a little sketchy but this one seems clean. Nice parents with good kids and sometimes I see so the police drive through the parking area, which makes us feel safer since I always carry mace after having a bad situation in a park in North ontartio.
Its a great park for running, walking, recreational activities, and its clean. A community park with no rift raft. Very safe.

For Chino Soccer League competition: Fields were in fair condition with knobby grass in the center of the 18-yard boxes. Bathrooms are flushing toilets with sinks, but no stall doors or soap. Nice park overall.

This park is well maintained to walk your dogs or have a picnic.They have organized sports and schedules posted inside the office.
Here for the 4th of july my first time its cool for kids...the entrance is free you can BBQ with small one only....bring your chairs and table...but must cone early because to find parking is a pain in the you know what...fun for all ages....especially with the fam 🙂

We attended the 4th of July celebrations at this park and it was wonderful. The park is spacious enough to host wonderful summer events.
One of the few public tennis courts in the area. Also has a nice little outdoor fitness area with strength machines that use your body weight for resistance.
Next to a water treatment plant so it smelled of chlorine badly if go to the back of the park. Otherwise it is a nice park.
I enjoy using the park for walking and using the outdoor weights.. so very convenient to my home 🏡.
I have space but watch out for mosquitoes and Spiders plus People that are suspicious thats all.

Its a nice park for families and is a medium sized park. They have a large playground and soccer fields.
It was the center that was used for a competition. It was small for a gym but it served its purpose. Then again if you wanted to smell dairy farmland across the street. Thank god there was no wind that day.
This is by far the best park in Ontario. Its huge and has everything to keep your little ones busy all day long.

Love it but to many bugs etc.. when watching the kids play. Wish it had soft ground instead of wood chips.
When the community center is close, we sometimes come here to throw some b-balls outside of the school. And a couple of guys, they were in middle school, starting playing pickup games in the neighborhood. We got in one little match and the boys got scared because we guarded them like we had NBA contracts on the line.
Over all the park is very large there are three baseball fields, a walking path though out the whole park, large play ground area for all ages..
Its okay, lots of space to run, but playground is very run down.

The city of Ontario needs to fix the grass. The soccer fields are in no shape to play soccer. Playing in this condition has caused lots of injuries.

2022-07-03Awesome park and community center, inside are some fun games to play, plenty basketball courts and small weight lifting area. All of this is free. Only downside is after 11 am lots of kids start coming in and take over the game room

2021-10-08I have known this park all my life since the 90s. Seen it kept up to date and is a lovely park to walk around at or jog through. They have a kids playground with wood chips instead of sand, recreational events like swimming and hold softball, baseball, and soccer events for the kids here. They also have a Indoor or Outdoor basketball court. The latter is more accessible. Lots of parking spots available during the day when soccer events or baseball events arent held
