Nordstrom rack is a bargain hunters to go and LensCrafters has new machines to measure pupil dilation and other dilation by professional optician. I Hop across the street. The mall has low cost massage and brow centers. The childrens nook great for families to rest. Great movie theatre and lots of parking space.
I used to come to this mall back when I was in high school and I loved coming here because the mall closed at 9 PM, NOT this 8 PM BULLSH@T. Westfield Valley Fair Mall closes at 9 PM now. I would go there because its only a 10 minute drive from where I live but, because you took out the Bare Minerals cosmetic store at that location, I unfortunately, have to drive 20 minutes to this location in order to buy my makeup. You need to go back to the original closing time of 9 PM, or bring back Bare Minerals to Valley Fair Mall. Im NOT a happy consumer.
This mall is okay but covered parking is hard to find. Also my favorite kiosk is missing the potato corner is not there anymore. They must’ve went out of business or relocated somewhere. Haven’t heard anything about their whereabouts are there in business. They could’ve at least let the public know where they are now or if they still exist?🙄
Pretty good place to go if you want a variety of food such as Chinese, Mexican or Japanese food. There is also a Smash Burger here which is where I usually go when I go to this food court. So even though the variety is vast, finding a place to sit can be a challenge especially when the mall is busy and this is the case especially on the weekends. The lines at whatever place you decide to get food at can sometimes have a long line so you have to wait a bit for your food as well. I recommend going with someone so that one person can wait in line for the food while your friend or partner can roam around and look for an open table. Other than the wait and trying to find a table to sit at, not a bad place to go to grab some lunch or dinner.
Westfield Oakridge Mall offers a variety of shops that includes Macy’s and Noticeably Target. They also placed nice measures for COVID like putting Hand Sanitation station in every corner. I felt safe visiting there in the Times of COVID-19. Restrooms are clean and well maintained parking spaces, you will always find parking. They also had a very beautiful Christmas Tree decorated right next to Macy’s. This is very close to my place and my go to place to shop.
I love the pier even though its always crazy busy. But I always try my best to enjoy my time. Mainly because I always make sure to get my crepes before I leave. If you havent had the crepes here at Westfield Oakridge then you must try it the next time youre in San Jose, CA.
Pretty good selection of stores inside, well maintained, employees at all places are friendly assuming youre not an a-hole. The people cleaning the tables at the food court were speedy and did a fine job.Parking was our only issue at 12pm we hit the place at a fairly busy hour.
Update to original review: After going to the mall and not wearing a mask for the first time in a big public area, I got sick. I cant believe I did this go myself! I was thinking it was all good to not wear a mask at the mall where there is so many people and everything is touched by everyone without any kind of sanitizing. I was sick the next day and it took a few days till I was feeling better. Duh, first time going without a mask in public and it was to one of the largest petri dishes of peoples germs and bacteria. Of course I was gunna get sick!Original review: Was visiting the area and couldnt believe how many places were open in the mall and that I was walking around not wearing a mask and didnt get evil side looks from everyone, just a few people. Most stores were opened until 8pm. Decent variety of stores which is great if your the kind of person that doesnt have a specific style. I did knock off one star because it was very hot inside the mall. Like stuffy stagnant air hot. It was cool and breezy outside so I dont know why it was so uncomfortable indoors. Trying to shop while dripping sweat is no fun at all. 4 STARS!
This mall has nothing.Food court is 70% Asian food. T-mobile has 2 stores 50 yards from each other.Macys within this mall is even worse. This is what they are selling out of style silicon valley crowd.Only Cheesecake Factory and Target are keeping it this place alive. Its very sad. This is the next Vallco mall.
This has turned into a nice mall over the years, although parking can be difficult on the weekends. Theres a good size food court and tons of shops and a big movie theater. Oakridge offers several sit down restaurants to choose from as well. There is a free play area for the kids as well as an indoor play area Billy beez.
Although you can find everything here, parking and driving within the mall is such a pain. Theres no easy way to go from one side to the other, always congested with oncoming traffic and stop signs. One-ways makes it even harder.Id rather go elsewhere farther to avoid this mess.
It is a clean mall. They are shuffling around stores. The major issue I have with this mall is parking. Parking is really difficult. These stores seem to be clean the staff seems to be your average mall staff. There is a target here. There is also a movie theater. Though my favorite food court store is gone. Will you typically come here for B js the restaurant.
My old teen stomping grounds and home to my very first job at Cinemark. Ive been coming here since I was a small kid, back when it was half the size it is now and had the old AMC theater, Montgomery Wards, KB toys, and the McDonalds inside! Its evolved a lot since then. I never go anymore, I hate malls now as an adult, however, as far as malls go, this one is clean and modern with some interesting stores. Unfortunately its very clear that they overcharge for rent as nothing other than major chains seem to survive here AT ALL. Coldstone, Carls Jr., Smash Burger, Rubios, and even Chipotle couldnt survive in the food court which is a bit of a red flag.
It was a calm place, on a wed afternoon before close. All of the food stores are going and most have a little line. They seem understaffed because their is a wait for the food. The quality and cleanliness is good. Door dash kitchen takes up a lot of the parenting spots
Complete mall with quality food and products to shop for. The movie theater is excellent and the overall design layout of the mall provides for an enjoyable experience. Pretty much all the boba shops are worth visiting at least once. I highly recommend visiting all the plushie stores. As of spring 2022 the store selection is pretty solid. Also, do give Color Me Mine a shot!
Great mall to go shopping, we were there on a Friday and it wasnt crowded, the mall was clean and it has a lot of stores and it has a couple areas where they sell food and they also have a food court. The restrooms are clean and they have family restrooms (very nice and clean).
L Salon is a 5-star oasis in a 3 star mall. Mai is an exceptional artisan and commensurate professional. One stop shopping for all your haircut, styling, and waxing needs.Macys on the other hand is Unfortunately a disappointment to the brand. Lackluster customer service and atmosphere. They excelled at making you feel unwelcome and unwanted. The mall still has the appeal to pivot and reinvent itself to the thriving destination of its yesteryear.
Ive been to the Westfield Oakridge a few times now and since the recent renovations, it is a beautiful mall and easy to navigate. It has all the stores you would expect and some good food options. But it could have more food variety and a bit more ambience. It was quiet each time I was there and felt a bit sterile. Good for shopping, not great for the vibe.
We had a great time here will be back we had a great hamburger lunch and checked out some of the stores prices are ok its depends on what you looking for but I will say Targets staff went above and beyond to help me when I had to exchange my $250 phone I got on Sunday went to return I had no receipt I payed in cash but was abled to give time and date when purchased they were so nice about it it took 30min for manement to check but he got it and want to say big thanks Ill be back at targets love that store staff is so friendly and professional they do a great job thank u PS I love San Jose Im actually thinking about moving their I just love it
I go to oakridge mall a lot because it is near my house. There is some problems that I dont like. First the mall is too hot in the summer. I am suspicious that the air conditioner system is broken and they havent repaired it. Second, there is not many store to shop. Most of the store are jewelry, and I will never shop the jewelry in the mall. I come mall to buy clothes or shoe not for jewelry.
In my experience a lot of Asian clothing stores, they never return your money if you no like them clothes, some them clothes are made in China and the clothes are small because the clothes its for Chinese o Asians, not for Americans, and this not discriminación its a problem because the America Icons, like Macys,Sears,Walmart,JC Penney, give a 30 days if you no like the clothes you can returned.and this small store say its a final sales.for not return the money and most of them cash only the new fashion way to pay and don’t declare the whole amount sales whit IRS.
Outstanding house for cinema! For me, visiting this cinema house for the first time was a fun experience. Their workers were very supportive, frank, and welcoming. Uh, believe me! You will definitely never be disappointed. Im never going to look for another movie house again, for sure. Ill come back over and over again.
Lets start with The Cheese Cake Factory is one on my favorite places. I am used to going to Santa Row location. I tried to make a reservation but was unable to do so myself, because you must login and do it through Yelp. I begged to let them make a exception due to TMobile a towers being down. It was a no go. Im spoke with manager after a while. He was nice enough t to make the reservation through his phone. This is what earned the 2 stars. Otherwise the experience verses price=not so good. The time it took to get out food was over a hour. The food tasted off.. not the norm...they didnt check on our table once nor did they stay long enough when dropping off food to see if we would like a refill or bread . The masses potatos where way over salted. Im a salt lover, but these tasted like they were marinated in the Ocean. Last but not least my stomach started cramping a few hours after we got home and I sat in that bathroom untill 2am. 120.00 for 2adults 1kid 1desseet but not to be able to enjoy the food taste, service,or be able to eat leftovers due to getting assumed food poisoning. Im disappointed in the whole experience. I will continue to support my Stevens creek Cheese Cake crew.
Century 20 Oakridge. They have the recliner chairs leather or pleather with the heated seats and the fold in and out tray. Man I love that but I could not believe how expensive the ticket was OMG it was like $18 man.In Santa Cruz you can go to the Santa Cruz Cinema for six bucks a matinee eight bucks for a movie cant beat that. Then when you leave you can even get you a drive-thru Starbucks cant beat that.
Don’t see them keeping track of the mall capacity at all. I’ve seen plenty of businesses not wear mask and not social distancing, with holiday coming up this will be a issue when the mall is filled and everyone decides they want to walk around the mall to get out the house or actually shop.
Such a vast amount of stores to browse. Was kept clean, and kept safe. Very brightly lit and welcoming. Friendly employees, and knowledgeable. Food court even had Vegan cuisine! Prices for certain food was fair and flavors didnt disappoint. Family friendly, and plenty of parking, including a four level lot.
AWESOME place to shop! All the stuff that you wanted was available in this shopping center. They also have a lot of dining shops where you can spend your time while waiting for your friends. The food court was also very clean and you can choose any kind of food. It was highly recommended to all of my friends and family!
Good place Its good quality lots of stores, I went to a shoe store and picmed up some shoes with my grandparents before we left san jose, The shoes are good quality, not that it has anything to do with the mall but still, :) 8/10 because they didnt have shoes that I really wanted but a HUGE selection.
The place was amazing! 💕😍Service was great! Since my family and I went to the movie theater at the mall, we would recommend going there. What I enjoy about there is that there are two lines, this results with us getting to our movie faster. Plus, they have added some arcade games for the visitors to play. 5/5
This mall is Huge, great selection of stores and also lots of High end store. Ive been here 5 times and Its a little confusing the way the mall is set up. A decent amount of stores went out of business during covid. But I anticipate that new stores will be moving in the near future.
The stores are nice! and the parking lots are well lit up...but whats up with the San Carlos street?? You need an SUV or 4X4 TRUCK TO AVOID ALL THE POTHOLES AND BUMPS AND PITS AND ROCKS FLYING EVERYWHERE!! GEEZ ...u wouls think that the road would bring more customers...not angry customers with road rage into stores!!!!
Its a great mall with many fine restaurants and shops, however it is so popular I can rarely find a parking spot! After driving around and around, I always resort to the parking lot which is a very long walk from the mall.Great place to see a movie if you can get there early enough for a parking spot! When absolutely necessary, its nice to have a post office inside the mall! Use it in a pinch because its open an hour later than anywhere else!
Great mall. Typical shops but good variety.. Well thought out, very clean and seems well managed. Large selection of food. My favorite is Loving Hut, so delicious and reasonably priced for well made vegan food. The theater is upstairs, up the escalator and has games and concessions. Its a really fun place. The smell of the movie theater popcorn pervades the food court lending an air of fun and excitement. The Apple store is really big and well stocked. H& M is huge but unfortunately they have done away with their maternity department. Parking is ALWAYS a problem so be prepared to walk a bit.
Good mall, small play space for small children, food court has a good selection, wide range of costs and quality for both food and clothes. Security present, cleaning staff often spotted cleaning regularly. Currently construction is limiting parking, but theres still plenty in the back.
Nice shopping center. Has lots of restaurants to choose from including the food court inside.Movie theater is convenient inside the mall. Parking is a challenge every time I go there.Overall a good choice of stores for shopping. And location is good easy access to freeway.
This Mall at Blossom Hill is our favourite for a visit. Full of stores, some national others more local, all very smart and well presented. Very large food court and Cinema incorporated in mall. So busy at times that parking to the Mall front is difficult lack of spaces. If you havent been here it is worth a special journey to check it out.
Love this mall, clean, organized and a decent sized shopping center. You can generally dont better value here than a mall like Vally Fair, while still offering some of the more premium/mid-level retailers than a strictly outlet mall. Parking can be a little more hairy than other make in the area, but the Target parking garage normally yours decent results
Love this mall. When the sales are good then the sales are good! I recommend coming here during holidays for blowout sales. They have lots of stores for all ages. Not to big either. My feet didnt get tired walking around the whole place. Victoria secret is my favorite spot.
Great mall for quick shopping. Not too big and has a great selection of stores. The only reason I couldnt give it 5 out of 5 is sometimes, though rare, your occasional low lives spoil the vibes in the place. Dont be discouraged though, overall its a great place to go shopping. And yes, there is plenty of security and parking.
Nice mall clean with a ton of stores to choose from. Food court is coming together finally some better options. Huge parking lot can get busy on the weekends. Nice movie theater. Only two stores of clothes for our Beautiful Full Figured women and plenty of stores for the stick figured women. Wal-Mart store would of been a better choice vs Target.
This mall is heaven for mall fans!! Every single time my family and I go there we end up taking so many bags, that our car cant even fill all of it. It is also a great place for birthdays and fun scavenger hunts, with a end of great food and entertainment. They also have movies theaters and fun rides for kids. One thing that bothers me a bit, is that parking is always packed on weekends. Try getting there ASAP!!!
Oakridge Mall is the place to go! They have a large variety of stores here, such as Macys, Target, Victorias secret, Spencers & a few family own stores. Last time I was there I went to Hot dog on a stick, I ordered 1 hot dog, side of French fries and a lemonade. It was to die for! In the food court, they have many Asian fast food restaurants and burger places. My overall experience at this mall was great. Although parking space is limited and takes awhile to find a good spot usually.

2022-04-17The whole family had a blast here . They have so many shops with Asian and anime items and my oldest son is a super fan so taking him here was like introducing him to the world ! There are other places like Marshall’s and Ross in there and things like a movie theater and more ! It’s a huge circle and it’s fun to walk if you stop at every store you could easily spend 3 hours or more in there depending on how long you stayed in the stores. Burlington was my only complaint because of its layout AND THE LACK OF COATS ! Burlington is suppose to be a coat factory and now there just a clothing store 🤔.

2022-04-18The mall has improved a lot lately. Clean and better stores than before. The Tesla chargers are some of the best around.

2021-11-27Great location you can find everything in this mall even Cheesecake Factory 🏭 and Nordstrom rack. A food court is huge and there are a lot of option for people who are looking to eat. All store or most of them. You can find what you want in this mall. The other part is in construction 🏗 so hard a bit to find a parking spot. You also have a small stores to fix your iPhone or buy a souvenirs.

2022-06-01Went to the theater to see Top Gun on a Saturday afternoon. Popcorn was very good. Theater was clean. Enjoyed the movie and the reclining seats. The room we were in was sparsely filled. Able to feel a space between our row and the next people in the row above. Love this theater!

2022-03-25Most shops still open. Saw that in Summer 2021 theres going to be a 99 Ranch Market opening at the Post Office end of the mall. Wow...I never imagined going grocery shopping at the mall.March 2022: The 99Ranch is now open. 🤠

2022-05-07Six of the stores I went into only one person acknowledged me in their store. The other places the staff just sat there talking to each other. Also the grocery store is very noticeable by its scent, its not pleasant. I will say it was a clean and well kept mall. Macys is possibly the only place I would shop at the other places are for young Rap culture people.

2022-06-15Too much crowd and getting a parking lot near the food court is near to impossible. We had to circle around several times before getting a good parking, also the few places where under renovation. Wish more parking spaces were available.
