I pay the technician the day he services my house. I get bills from the company that I owe them for over 2 to 3 months. How can that be if I pay you on the day you service my home. I have called numerous times to resolve this situation, and just got another bill for $102.00. I’m done with this company!
Hank is amazing. He was very informative over the phone and in person. Felt comfortable leaving my home while he proceeded with his outside work. When we have questions or concerns hes propmt to get back to me via text or call. Very glad we went with this company. Have not been disappointed.
We have the most wonderful technician, Rick. He calls or texts me before he is coming out, he is always responsive to my questions and is incredibly knowledgeable. On top of ALL this, he is an around warm and very kind guy! Rick has made me incredibly happy that we chose Western Exterminator (out of SO many choices!) when we bought our home.
Service Tech is awesome; very thorough, dependable, friendly, fast. Online service horrible with trend reports, Pest Activity by Device, by Zone, etc. cant pull anything up. Sent messages, and phoned the supplied contacts, website still does not work. It comes up on the screen, but you cant access anything. My Service Tech was able to help, but i shouldnt have to count on him as he has other plants to attend to.
Ken is just one of the service techs that service one of the many accounts we have. Every month he is right on time. When he is finished with the grounds he always lets me know what he has done and what areas needed a little more attention. Great Job Kenneth!! Always a friendly face!
Ive had great service for years. They always call a day or so ahead to let me know they are coming to do an application. Employees are very friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I have no critters or creepy-crawly things in my house. If there is a new bug problem outside, they take care of it right away.
Very disappointed. I have been a customer over 10 years. Recently my technician was changed without notification. The new tech contacted me, failed to show up as scheduled, then rescheduled. Instead of showing up on the scheduled day, I was texted on a day I specifically requested to NOT spray that he HAD to get it done today, after receiving a call over the weekend, and did NOT wait for a response from me before arriving. As I was on the phone to another company, I received the text minutes before his arrival. I had to frantically gather my outside pets and cancel some fence estimators due to arrive in 30 minutes.If I had not been home, my pets would have been at best, exposed to tbe pesticides, at worst, dead.The manager had informed me that the company was undergoing changes to improve service. In 10 years prior I had no problems.I canceled my service immediately and have signed on with another company.Lack of following through with their own protocol, professionalism, and putting my pets in danger.......NOT GOING TO CHANCE THAT AGAIN.
Had appointment between 1 and 3 today. No show, no call. I called customer service at 1:30 to verify appointment and 3 more times when they didnt show. Each time customer service said someone would call me. Didnt happen. Terrible customer service. I dont know how a company can stay in business providing customer service like this.
We have only had them here once, but look forward to our next appointment with them in about 3 weeks! Hank was very friendly and pretty much knew what he was talking about! If we have a problem between visits, they will come out again for you. I like that because we live way out in the country and we have many critters in our yard at night, they bring fleas YUCK! Western Ext. is trying to help us with this problem, also those BIG Middle Eastern Beetles (YUCK AGAIN!) The price isnt too bad either....
Ive developed a pretty good relationship with my Pest Control guy. His name is Hank and hes awesome. I have dogs and Hank will text or call to make sure the pups are put away before spraying the yard. He offers advise for mosquitoes since Fresno is infested with them and hes a Moto GP fan. winning!
Complained about crickets inside the building but the exterminator does not come in only sprays a chemical outside. Still finding alive and dead crickets daily for the last month after exterminator came three times. We had the same issue with ants and it took calling the exterminator several times to spray. For some reason the exterminator only sprays the outside when the pests are coming inside. The exterminator is very nice but we just want to get rid of the pests. I also appreciate the concern for the health of all of us in the building.

2022-04-22We called in to get them to come inside today. She Said he would be here between 1:30 and 5. He came at 10:45. I had told them we had Dr apot at 11 and not to come til afterc1 30. Weve had spiders and bugs inside. My husband got a bad spider bite. It was very important that they come inside today. I called them and the tech is supposed to call me and try to come back today.

2022-01-03We switched from another company because Western guaranteed their company was first in service and getting rid of rodents (attic and outside). We reluctantly switched from our previous pest service because they stated their company policy could not have their technicians walk in our attic unless it had a full board walkway. First of all, we received an automated phone call starting our service would be on a certain date and an adult needed to be at the residence and gates unlocked, pets secured etc. On our scheduled date we waited all day without a technician showing up (or a phone call to reschedule). When I called to inquire about our service, the very apologetic customer service person at the call center advised me I was not scheduled on the day the automated call stated, but I was on the schedule for two days later. The technician did come on that day and placed traps in our attic stating they needed to be checked in 3-4 days because if any rats were trapped it could cause an odor inside our home. I was extremely concerned about an unpleasant oder in our home because we were hosting Thanksgiving Dinner for several family members. The technician called me a few days later advising me he and his family were Ill and he was not able to return to check the traps, but he would speak with his supervisor and someone else would come out. We NEVER heard from anyone. This time my husband called and requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, but was told no one was available, but a message would be sent to a manager to respond to our call. Once again, NO RESPONSE. My husband and I discussed that since our account was already charged the service fee, we would continue with Western Pest Control until they took care of our rodent issue and then we were canceling our bimonthly residential service. We personally purchased two electronic traps and placed them outside (not in our attic because my husband was recovering from an ankle fusion surgery and was not able to climb a ladder to place or check traps. We were able to catch 9 rodents during the next week, but no contact from Western Pest Control. Once again, I contacted customer service and a very apologetic service person tried diligently to schedule another service time. Once again, ANOTHER AUTOMATED phone call reminding us of our appointment (and once again, the INCORRECT date!!!). To date, it is now the first of January) we have FINALLY spoken with a supervisor who sent a VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and HELPFUL technician out on the same day. He checked our traps set by the last technician, but they were empty. He rebated the traps to date (unfortunately, he will NOT be our regular technician because Manteca, CA is not his area). Apparently, Western Pest Control has increased their service territory without increasing the service technicians. I have only GLOSSED over our issue with this company…if you are thinking about using them PLEASE save yourself some despair. They have grown into a LARGE company and make promises they are not staffed to service. I give their customer service 5 stars and their very understaffed technicians 5 stars, but 0 stars for the company and automated phone service. Save yourself some money and purchase some battery operated electronic rat traps from Home Depot (about $30.00 a piece, but WELL worth it!!!).

2021-12-21Have used them for 30 years. Only had an issue because I was not notified that service was put on hold. Billing statements do not come regularly, nor are they comprehensive.
