Had a perfect experience at Wave. The short wait time and the cleanliness and the quality of the equipment was appreciated. I was treated very well by the technician who actually took a moment to explain the MRI process since I had asked. I wouldnt hesitate to use or recommend Wave at Douglas Park.
I arrived and texted I was there they said go on up... Checked in and was called back immediately. The technicians were super friendly, thorough and professional. I am so thrilled to find such a wonderful imaging center! To top this excellent experience the offices are modern and very clean! A+!
This facility is located in Long Beach , CA. It’s a few minutes from the Long Beach airport and the 405 fwy. This imaging location is wonderful for all your imaging needs. I had Ex-Rays done at facility. I didn’t need an appointment for ex-ray’s, walk in only. I was in and out after I was called in 15 minutes or less. Wait time in the afternoon was approximately an hour for walk-in’s. They have a nice, spacious waiting area. They have complimentary cold/hot water dispenser for their patients. Employee’s helpful and friendly. They also have plenty of free parking. I definitely recommend this facility.
Let’s start with the facility. Outstanding art and decor. I think calming music would have been better than the tv though. The receptionist was peaceful and thorough and kind and the wait wasn’t long. The art was remarkable. My technician was gentle and understanding. Quiet like I prefer as well. The equipment was state of the art. The way they had the bathroom ajoin the patience room and also the exit was a smart design. The bathroom had motion sensor water and a hand dryer the soap smelled devine. What can I say. I am in love with this facility.
Unfortunately I have had to have several types of imaging lately. Fortunately I found Waveimaging Douglas Park. They did a great job of finding my doctors orders, finding my insurance authorization, and especially in scheduling. Once they even asked how soon I could come in so that they could work me in before closing. Other places offered me appointments one week out. They even offer X-rays on a walk in basis. Everyone there was friendly and helpful but the most memorable is Ed who does MRI imaging.
As someone who is clastophobic, I went to my appt. with many concerns. However, the whole experience went well, the lighting in the room was perfect, the music in the back ground helped keep my mind relaxed, the machine was open so I didnt feel I was in a tunnel. Thepanic button helped me be atease through my 40 min scans.Staff were also very nice.
My son came for CT that required contrast. Hes not the easiest stick and they dont have anyone good at placing IVs. We said we come back another day when somebody was good but they have no way of telling you when the better person is going to be there because the schedule is not made out that way. Meanwhile we came another time for plain films. You cant make an appointment for those. We showed up after school on three different occasions and they were out of slots for the day and told us to come back at 8:00 a.m. during school. I tried two different locations. I dont recall having this kind of aggravation with plain films in the past at other places but maybe they took patients up until 5:00.
The staff bend them selfs backwards to accommodate me I am impossible as I work nights and double shifts . I was there for a very delicate private matter and the lady who perform the test was very professional and thorough . I am very greatful to them.exelent work. Well it comes down to having the best doctor in the world who send me there. Dr Allan Frisher of Downey. When it comes to my health nothing but the best. This is the least I could do. Kuddos
This was my third wave appointment cause of tech strapping my arm under pad and then strapping against my body for a shoulder injury, this tech didn’t do none of that and was comfortable even listening to music through my headphones. Excellent place clean and professional.
Went in on Friday got there at 426 pm and they did not want to take us when the website says 5pm is the last x-ray. I asked the radiologist to make an exception but he said he had to leave . I just think you should either change your hours or take appointments only and also I called and no one ever answered . Went back today and I was able to get it done
The guys doing the MRI room didnt know what the heck he was doing i was supposed 2 have contrast he didnt know how 2 inject the dye he said he did but I dont think that he did i didnt taste it in my mouth like I have before.He couldnt find the vein and he tried 3 times and the first 2 it hurt and the motherfuc### didnt even say sorry.Turned music down when I said hey that hurts.Didnt feel safe with these ppl I wouldnt recommend this place.Going 2 call the insurance company and let them know abt these 2 clowns.
Even though, It was a little bit inconvenient to go to 3 different locations for a TB test Chest X ray exam, the staff members in the 3 locations were very friendly, professional and polite, which contribute to have a good experience. The facilities were also clean and nice.
Such a beautiful office. I went there for a x-ray without an appointment (there are no appointments for x-rays). Friendly front desk and very professional radiologist technician. The wait was about 20 minutes since entering the office building, x-ray took 5 minutes.Plenty of free parking.
Apparently the machine had issues in the morning but they didn’t notify us at all. It took 70Minutes to be seen for an MRI that took 20 minutes. If I were late to the appointment, they wouldn’t probably accept me but it’s acceptable for a customer to take 2 hours out of their day for a MRI?Would have appreciated a text so I can better plan my workday.
Its a pleasure to go into the spacious suite at Wave and get to sit at a table while waiting. I take my crossword puzzles. But the wait is short and the radiologists are so friendly and accommodating. My only beef is that I hadnt been there for six months and had a hard time finding the building at first. They all look alike...lol. Use my GPS, right?
Although it was a couple of says before Christmas, the staff didn’t rush me. They made sure to take the X-rays and drop y ke. Heck that they had everything. They provided a disc for me to take to my surgeon’s appointment the next day. Professional, clean and nice atmosphere. Would totally recommend them.
HAD AN 8:05am APPOINTMENT FOR A MRI ON MY NECK & LOWER BACK**I BELIEVE THE TECHNICIAN WHO GAVE ME THE TEST NAME WASEDWHO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL,COURTEOUS, HELPFUL WHO EXPLAIN THE PROCEDURES AND VERY TOP-NOTCH**IF I EVER NEED ANY TYPE OF IMAGING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE,WILL FOR SURE REQUEST WAVEIMAGING 5⭐
I had a short wait before I was called in for my ultrasound. After removing my upper clothes and wearing a gown I was instructed to go sit in a room and wait for the tech. This room turned out to be the employees lunch room. I didn’t have a problem with it, but another employee complained that a patient was waiting in the lunchroom.At this time the tech came in for me to do the ultrasound. The tech was very business oriented with a goal in mind. They laid me down on the table with a rolled towel supporting my aching arm. I was told it would take about a half-hour to do the pictures. My arm & shoulder became very painful. I beeped the tech wanting to know how much longer to finish the exam. There was about 6 minutes. I was in so much pain holding my arm and shoulder waiting to be finished. When I was finally released I couldn’t wait to sit up and massage my arm & shoulder.This was the worst, most painful, exam I’ve ever had.
My appointment was so comfortable. I am claustrophobic in the MRI machine.But the technician made me so relax. He gave me a call button if I needed help.He put me on earphones along with ear plugs to drown out noise and turned air up inside machine. I did the test without hyperventilating. I am ten minutes after procedure and I am still relax
I had a great experience at the Imaging Center. The technicians were very clear in their instructions and both had a good sense 8f humor which I appreciated. Being informed in non technical jargon about the length of the procedure, the reasons for wearing the earplugs and the reason for the HELP button all made me comfortable that these people knew their jobs and would make sure the best possible images wouid be obtained. After the procedures, the receptionist was alone up front and I appreciated her letting me remain in the office until my ride arrived. All in all it was an excellent example of technology and humanity meeting and producing successful results.
I wish all medical offices were this patient-friendly. Telephone calls are answered promptly, appointments are set up in a short time and staff here are responsive and kind.The technician, Ed, is a gem! His easy-going, but efficient manner places you at ease. He is kind and considerate and, in general, makes a rather unpleasant experience - an MRI - actually tolerable.Rooms and hallways here are spacious, parking is plentiful. Please send me back there if I have to undergo any type of imaging!!
When I think of an imaging center, screaming kids, a stuffy waiting room and long wait times come to mind. This place was the exact opposite. The decor was modern and welcoming, and even included a fireplace and a table to fill out all the forms. I was seen promptly and the MRI procedure was professional and comfortable. The building and equipment looked new and the front desk staff was courteous. Hopefully I won’t be back but if I need to, I’m requesting this as the place!
The young lady who took me in was very nice and extremely professional. Ed the young man who did the MRI of my head was extraordinary nice, professional and showed great concern regarding my issue. His service and bedside manners were impeccable and very impressive. Ed is definitely an asset and a blessings.Michael
I’ve been doing MRIs for over ten years now and this is the first time that I can tell you it’s been a good experience. The office was very clean and welcoming, but the MRI techs were so great at helping me feel at ease and ensuring I was okay thorough the whole process. I have claustrophobia and they did all they could to accommodate me and make the experience as comfortable as possible.
I took my 5 year old son here for chest x rays and an ultrasound. The staff was amazing! My son was super scared and everyone was so patient with him. We weren’t rushed at all- they helped assure him there would be no “Owies” and let him check out the rooms and equipment before starting anything.Thank you to the staff for being so incredible!
Excellent professional Attitude, I’m very claustrophobic and the Technician, who was a very tall black man who made me feel at ease with out me having a anxiety attack. I was very impressed would love to use your facility again with no fear of being claustrophobic going there. Plus he played my my favorite blues music in the headphones, which was just to cool. Thank you so much for being patient with me.
Came here for my Saturday appointment and it was one of the easiest experience Ive ever had at a medical imaging facility. Waiting area was comfortable and customer service by the entire staff was great. If I could choose where to get x-rays or MRIs done, this would be the place.
This place is nice clean quiet and convenient.However, front desk office employee needed a little more training.First, she misspelled my name, had to bring to her attention.2nd. She said we need a claim # . If she had read the paperwork she would have known that one was not needed. But we had to call the doctors office and they had to explain.3rd. She was to mail CD images to doctor. She said she didnt do that and insisted we wait for copies and take with us. So I had to make another call to doctors office for them to explain. I pulled out a copy of paperwork, she had originals, and showed her in big bold letters that CD was to go directly to doctor.
My first time at this location. Everything about my experience there has been excellent. From entrance into a Very new nice building, easy parking access for patients, very clean spacious waiting rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. I watched as how they treated other people that came in. It was pretty consistent even with a difficult one that came in. One of the girls had more patience than the other one there...glad she took over the situation. For me I felt real comfortable and well taken care of.
Front desk secretary, Gabby was off-putting & after a quick look on computer insisted that there was no order. This led to wasted time calling & being hold to doctor’s office. I was told order was current & visible. Returning to front desk, Gabby, I informed her of same and voilé my order appeared. No apologies. Try a little kindness!My X-Ray technician, Richard made up for previous encounter with front desk. Very professional, friendly, & courteous.Gabby gets ZERO stars, Richard gets 5!
When I arrived, early afternoon, there was no one in the waiting room. Just as I finished my paperwork,I was called in to have my x-rays done. The technician was plesant and courteous. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do. Took the images and was done. Guided me to the front and said goodbye. The process took no longer than 45 minutes. Parking was free and close to the front door. I would recommend this office to anyone who has to have x-rays done.N. GuerreroLong Beach, CA
This is a clean and safe place. The location is good with free parking. The personnel is nice. My visit took me 25 minutes. They called me for my ultrasound immediately after I checked in. The ultrasound technician was very nice and professional. My ultrasound results were ready with 90 minutes. I love this place.
The facility and people there were pleasant and efficient but unfortunately it’s been a week and my MRI has not been read. Despite being told the results would be on 48-72 hours…it’s now 7 days and counting and therefore I have to cancel my follow up appointment today! SO frustrating!!!
Great experience but got confused about location. Could not see address numbers from street. Parking lot was full. Receptionist said only 10 min. Grace time or reschedule. LUCKILY I made it by one min. She even looked at her watchWow. Some of us elderly cant run. Really only a 10 min time frame.
I had a lot of anxiety going into the procedure. However, the technician put my mind at ease by thoroughly explaining the process. Upon laying on the table I was provided care, earplugs, earphones (music played through the process) and the technician once again reassured me that the process would be fine and identified the length of the MRI scan. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
Getting the appointments for two specialized MRI’s & PET-CT requested by my doctor was difficult, and lengthy ‘Preps’ we’re not forwarded until the night before the exams, and were confusing. One required a 24-hr ‘diet’ that was never received, and the 2nd (10/14) required a 12hr ‘fasting/diet that was emailed the night before the exam. Once in the two different offices (Fountain Valley & Long Beach on the 13th & 14th, the staff / technicians were friendly, helpful & professional. Most of the problems I had seemed to be with scheduling, but it worked out
I went in to get an X-Ray for a featured foot without an appointment and to my great surprise I was taken in with little wait time. The office it’s self was extremely clean and the ambience was beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful, from the front office staff to the tech taking my images. I would highly recommend anyone who may need to visit your office. Such a great experience.
My visit was perfect. I went in and was greeted by the front desk right away. When I was finished checking in I was called back in less than 5 minutes. The staff were super friendly and walked me through the whole process. I felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend MemorialCare Imaging Center.
My husband came to this location and we loved the service everything and everyone was nice and very informative and organized. The services done to my husband were done in a matter of a decent time and not rushed , he felt welcomed and comfortable. Thank you to the team for making our visit a good one !!
Upon arriving on time for my appointment I was told that I would have to reschedule. Apparently, my appointment was moved up by 15 min without me being informed. I showed up for the appointment that I received a text for, and that I confirmed. I was informed by the receptionist that I would have to reschedule and could not be seen because they were full. I showed the receptionist the text I received with my appointment time. I explained that I had to take time off work and set up a babysitter for me to be able to be there. After telling me she was just doing her job I told her that it isn’t fair for a patient to have to reschedule an appointment when they were early for their scheduled time. The receptionist went to speak to the ultrasound technician and told me that I could wait and possibly be seen if the following appointment didn’t show (45 min after my scheduled time). I ended up waiting which was very challenging given that I had to have a full bladder for my ultrasound. Not a pleasant experience at all. The ultrasound technician was wonderful. She was kind and allowed me to use the restroom as soon as possible. Took the time to write this because patients should be informed if their appointments are going to me moved. They should also be able to consent to a new time.
An error was made through scheduling for an MRI. I was to be seen at another site, but the staff immediately corrected the appointment and conferred with the drs office and was able to schedule me into an opening the same day, since I was already at the site, having seen a dr. in the same bldg..This had been my original request, since I had to Uber to my appointments.The young ladies on the front desk, as well as staff assisting me with the procedures, were warm, friendly,articulate, and professional.I love and request this site.Thank you again!🙌🏾🦋💞☮Veta Banks (Frazier)
As always the staff was very helpful when I arrived. They quickly checked me in and I was soon with the tech, who was very professional and quick at conducting the imaging. By time I got back up one floor to my doctors office, they already had the images up on the screen in the examination room.Now that’s great service and support.SteveO
Took my three year old son to get an x-ray and to my disbelief, the front office rep did not have her mask on as I was checking in. They are promoting to be safe but I dont understand how not wearing a mask is helping not only the staff but most importantly the vulnerable. I had to keep my son in the car while we waited to be called. When I did bring it up to them she did put it on but if they do fall under the Healthcare mask mandate, she should have had it on at all times.You should take peoples health serious.

Having ambient music playing in headphones during MRI was a first time and much appreciated! Have always liked this facility since its a newer building and for the obvious reasons if youve ever been here...Previous MRI as Memorial Care ImagingLacey (sp?) CT technician was a true professional and courteous in his demeanor.Its people like this that makes our breaks ones outlook for the day, so thank you!Good Bless!
It was a good experience the lady at the front desk really nice and friendly the people that work there were cordial and very nice and everything was done really really quick and and it turned out really it was a nice day for being in a medical building if I need to have MRIs done thats where Im going to go
My experience here was wonderful. The building is beautiful, clean, and easy to navigate. I went in without an appointment for an X-ray and was checked in easily and quickly and was taken in after a very brief wait. The technician was pleasant, clear in her directions and very efficient. The process was effortless for me. I know sometimes the wait could be longer but the surroundings are pleasant so one wouldnt mind at all.
Ive visited Memorial Imaging Center for numerous tests. The office is spotless and in this pandemic environment it is special to feel so safe.The office personnel are friendly, courteous and efficient. The techs operate like a fine watch-precise and fast. The best!!!
The office is very clean and quiet. The staff are very nice and friendly. They show that they care. They are patient and kind to help you feel comfortable. I like that the office sent out a link for me to fill out the forms prior to checking in. Very efficient way to make sure appt is on time and people are not waiting. 😁
At first I thought that the whole place was nice. I walked in and it had a nice waiting area. But my whole experience was over all not pleasant. The receptionist had me fill up all the paperwork and which I had done online beforehand. I was ready for my appointment as I came in really early like even 30 mins for my appointment. I came in like 3:45 and my appointment was 4:35. My expectation was at least I would get called like at least a little after my appointment time. But having all the paperwork signed which supposedly already in the system, I waited and it was only after 5:15 that they called me in only to wait another 20 mins. I asked the receptionist if there was a reason why all the people that came in and even came later me had already been gone and even most of the workers were gone for the day. After asking that she totally ignored me and I had to come up and asked again which is then she answered me and say you should be next.It would have been alright for me to wait that long but I had my husband wait in the car for the whole time because he did not want to wait with me inside the place because of covid and only patients might need to be there. The MRI techs were very nice. It was already past 7 pm when I got finally done with my whole appointment .I just spent almost 4 hours with the appointment which is really bad for the first time being there. I thought by coming in early for the appointment would at least get me out of there a little early but not!!!
I filled out and provided all my information online as instructed to streamline the process. I arrived and presented my insurance information and was told to wait and someone will be right with me. An hour and 15 minutes later I finally was called in. The chairs in the waiting room are very uncomfortable! The rest of the experience was ok. There was only 1 person waiting with me so I don’t see why I had to wait for over an hour! Unacceptable
I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received today, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism the moment I walked in the door. And not only that, the ladies who provided the services I came for, were very patient Courteous.The overall appearance of the office was very much acceptable (clean) to me.I will be returning to MemorialCare Imaging Center.Thank you very much
Its a nice place, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didnt wear anything with metal on/in so I got to wear what I walked in with. I didnt have to strip down and wear those revealing hospital gowns. I put my wallet and keys in a locker they provided and off we went. The MRI machine isnt bad, open on both ends, cool air blows on your face, and the bed is heated, at least I hope it was😁. They give you ear plugs plus ear muffs with music playing too. Easy day.
Excellent from the kind ladies at check in to the exceptional sonographer who made me feel comfortable. She explained the process very clearly in advance and was gentle, considerate respectful, and highly professional. What could have been an uncomfortable situation was fine. I’m glad I had this study done here. Thank you.
Overall good experience, although the day before I received a text message saying due to Covid I could wait in my car and text “HERE” once I arrived and they would let me know when to come inside. I texted “HERE” when I arrived and After 20 minutes I didn’t hear anything so I went inside to check and they hadn’t received my text apparently. But luckily they were ready for me once I went inside.
The receptionist did not help me when I asked for help to fill out the forms, Im right hand dominant and unfortunately thats the same arm thats injured. So it is hard for me to make things legible when Im not left-handed... Other than that the rest of the visit went well
Terrible service, insufficient attention to the patient.They make me wait for 1 hour and 40 min; I was in a lot of pain; no one offers me a room to stay. I told them I was in a lot of paint, I cant sit down was on my knees, but they dont care. They dont give me options for rescheduling. My wife was waiting in the car with my daughter. However, she was worry about me; she comes to saw me on my knees, still waiting. She was disappointed how all this worker no responds unprofessionally and dont follow the policy for the patients rights. I dont want this to happen again with anyone else.I hope someone does something for this not happen again to me, my family o someone else.
My first time here and I am very impressed with this lab. Great location with easy parking. The reception area and the lab were nice and clean. The receptionist(s) were genuinely friendly and helpful. Sara, the technician who did my x-rays, was extremely professional and gave easy to understand instructions. Sara was also very friendly and respectful.
The facility technician’s were excellent. The facility was top-notch. Once you were there, the staff and technicians kept you well informed. The only improvement I would recommend was I never received the written pre MRI instructions in my email. They left a phone message, but it sounded like a bad connection. But, overall I would highly recommend this facility.
I chose to give this imaging center a 5☆ rating because Gabby at their front desk was helpful but the big reason I gave this place 5☆s was because of Natalie, the lady who actually did the ultrasound procedure. She was both professional and caring to the degree anyone in her job can be and she also answered my questions in a verrrry helpful way vs a blunt yes or no.
It was spot on with pre admitting. Walked right in when notified at exactly when it said I’d be called in. Once in very pleasantly admitted in with rest of identification and very short wait too be seen. My visit totaled maybe 30 minutes from arriving and leaving. Very impressed....
I noticed everything was very clean. Everybody was socially distanced. They even had a cup of CLEAN pens and a separate cup for USED pens. The people were professional and kind. I felt very relaxed and trusting with the man doing the test and Kelly, who prepped me for the test.
I am extremely claustrophobic and suffer from anxiety. I was unaware that my MRI would require a piece to go over my head and be locked in place. Long story short, it took 3 times before I was able to complete the procedure. The staff were so accommodating and tried everything they could to help me through the process. Granted I did get some medicinal help prescribed by my doctor but it didnt work every time. I was very embarrassed the first 2 times but it isnt something I can control and they knew. I am happy to say we were able to complete the diagnostic procedure.
Great location in the new Douglas Park area - brand new facility with easy parking (and it’s free). All the staff were very friendly and patient - I was moving much slower than usual and they were very helpful getting me all situated. The MRI machine that was used for me is one of the larger ones that is easier to be in if you are somewhat claustrophobic. They were very intentional about making me comfortable to make the MRI go as smoothly as possible - earplugs, over the ear headphone that played relaxing music, bolsters under my arms so they didn’t fall off the table and a blanket because it was fairly cool in the room. Overall it was a very positive experience.
This was a very pleasant experience. The business Park is new. The buildings are new and very nice. Checking in for my appointment was fast and easy, they already had all of my info. No lengthy forms to fill out. After a very short wait, they took me in and did my exam. The technician was very friendly, fast and professional. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. This was a wonderful experience. Thank you!
It’s frustrating that you can’t make an appointment for an x-ray. When I called last week I was told 9-4 Monday thru Friday. I decided to call before I left to see how long the wait was and was told they don’t do x-rays until after 1:00 at one facility but that I could go to another facility. When I arrived I was told the wait was 45-minutes to an hour. There were only 2 people waiting so I figured I would just wait. An hour and 20 minutes later, and only after I asked what was taking so long, I was called in to the back. It took no more than 3-minutes to take the x-rays. Super unhappy about having to wait. Maybe they went to lunch. But if they did, I would have like to have been notified so i would have to option to leave or stay and wait. Poor customer service in my opinion.
Excellent facility, professional, friendly and helpful staff. The only reason I took a star off because trying to update RAD net about your insurance benefits, keeping them informed about my copays and benefits and having that information actually kept in your file so you do not need to constantly call your own insurance and giving them a verfication number every single appointment can be annoying. Perhaps, management can update their electronic systems to keep that information accurate avoiding unnecessary copays, inaccurate billing, and confusion between different radnet facilities
I’ve been to this facility on numerous occasions as my treating physician is located upstairs. During the many visits I’ve found the that the front Receptionist are extremely rude & their demeanor is unpleasant. I’ve never been greeted with a hello or anything, just How can I help you! I hate going there! Not to mention, they’re slow!
Great customer service, clean facility, great staff. The staff made me feel comfortable and kept me well informed with each procedure I had. I wasnt nervous or anything having my MRI done. I would definitely recommend those who are claustrophobic like myself, to have an MRI done here.
I had 2 exams ultrasound and x-ray both were outstanding Richard my x-ray tech was the best took great care of me my ultrasound tech awesome very professional I felt like she cared about me my appointment time was 10:15 they called me back at 10:10 I was done at 10:55 I highly recommend this care center deverick
My husband Mel had to have a MRI with wide/open machine. The center is very clean and spacious. The front desk receptionist was a delight and made you feel welcomed. The tech was running behind and my husband appreciated the communication and updates. I would recommend this facility for any imaging needs. As a bonus, it is located where there are ample shops and eating facilities you can visit.Thank you
This was my first visit to the Memorial Care Imaging Center and I was very pleased with the service I received from all the staff that I interacted with.The waiting area was very well set up and inviting with a nice, calming setting.The x ray technician was great! He was extremely professional and very easy to chat with.Compared to other imaging centers Ive gone to, this center is by far the best when it comes to staff and office setting.
Tanya is such a kind, compassionate and professional technician! Ive had many MRIs and while they are not pleasant, she made this one much easier for me. Shes really in the right field! Also, everyone in the reception area was polite and efficient. The waiting room is very clean and Covid-19 protocols are followed closely. I highly recommend this facility.
Easy access to the facility. Office very clean, open and uncluttered. Receptionist welcoming and professional. MRI Tech made explained the procedure in detail, use of ear plugs, headphones, offered warm blankets and choice of backgrounds music.MRI completed. Directed to Personal belongings and all done. Great Allaround Care and Service.

2022-01-07Excellent facility: modern, comfortable and plenty of room. Excellent staff: patient-focused and very competent at what they are doing. My technician moved the process along quickly, but not too quickly, and talked me through each step. I was impressed.

2022-07-01The receptionist at the Long Beach location is awesome. I asked her to request the results of the Ultrasound report processed as STAT so my Endocrinologist can have it for my appointment the following Monday. Thanks to this lady, the report was handled expeditiously and I didnt have to reschedule my doctors appointment. This lovely lady is very understanding and efficient. Kudos to her.👍👍👍

2022-03-24I have been to other WAVE IMAGING CENTERS and the Douglas Park location has upheld the exceptional service that I have become accustomed to.The receptionist was well informed and pleasant.The two technicians that performed my x-rays were pleasant, professional and quite quick.From the time that I arrived to completion was less than 30 minutes.Thanks to all of the health care workers of Memorial Healthcare System.

2022-04-09With my busy schedule during the week, it was really convenient that I was able to go on a Saturday. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. This was my second time there and both times the front desk employees and technicians were really nice and professional.
