I rate this stupid walmart a -5/5 …. literally try to find a new manager … she’s only 22-23 it’s stupid how a whole “adult” is taking charge … she can’t even do her job right .. picking on specific workers and giving them a hard time. at least find someone who has a BRAIN. i heard she has kids.. like worry abt them first before making workers feel miserable. 🥱
I was at a store near by this store and called to see if they have a snow chain for my tires. The sale associates who answered my call said there was none available in the size I was looking for. I went to this store to buy something else and decided to check. There were so many of them there in the size I was looking for. The associate didn’t check and just lied to me. Whoever answer the phone needs to be helpful to customers.
WOW Thats awesome. Thats how I felt working with ( I apologize for not remembering his name) the gentleman running the bike section.Being president of our HOA, with the vice and management we had to select 10 bikes we are giving away at our Halloween event .Thats when he went to work with heights for the kids, all I had was a age range. Well took those ages and found some kids with their parents to help. All in all it was a good experience and people were trying to buy them. I must say we got great prices and spent 300 dollars less than planned.
Havent eaten here in a couple years now I remember why. First time ordering tacos and not only did I find hard items in the meat (gristle) but by the time I got home the three tacos that were put in one piece of foil all smashed together were all cold and soggy. Gross.
I just gotta say I appreciate anyone working in the customer service industry right now, I have no complaints, I picked a curbside order last night and they were so nice and handled everything with care! Today, I had to go back to go and the employees I did encounter were helpful and friendly.
This place changed my life. I have never been around such a cast of characters. Refreshing indeed. From the homeless person that brow beat me out of $5 in the parking lot/ his residence, all the way to the delightful service I received literally the entire time. Thank the God you worship daily for this place. Dont forget to dodge those falling prices.
I like all Walmarts whether they help you or not but I know one thing when an elderly person needs to find help and they ask you and say Do you work here? I tell them no but what do you need Ill help you? instead of telling them make a right then a left turn? I take them w/me and find it for them...
Very Very Good Store, the staff are friendly, they have every thing you need, all the sections are stacked nicely and they have many brands and the prices are also good. With all the name tags finding products is easy and the self check-out counter makes it very fast rather then regular cashier. This stores electronic department is the best as compared to other Walmarts in Fresno & Clovis, they have more items and more to choose from. I loved this store and you should check it out as well.
Why are the workers here so rude? I swear I get followed everytime I go. I cant even go to self checkout without someone hovering over my shoulder. Its starting to feel racially motivated. Even if I have toilet paper in my hand, my receipt needs to be checked on the way out.. Also the girl at the self check out with the curly hair and bad eyebrows is very rude!
The staff was great and the products were available, it was the other customers who were so rude, one grabbed my basket because he was yelling at me for talking to another customer and then he followed me around the store so I went straight to checkout to leave and finished my shopping elsewhere.
I’ve been waiting at the jewelry department for 30min now & several employees have came by, and I’ve let them know that I would like something from the jewelry department yet no ones here helping. Their should be someone here at all times. Currently waiting while writing this. Just give me the key & I’ll do it myself. 👎
The service at checkout was excellentHe went above and beyond to accommodate me. And it was 114% and he had one of the workers come out and help me get my groceries up to the car. I said too bad Walmart doesnt let you employees get tips because you guys do a lot for people. He said they do now but I dont think he was telling the truth so I can $5 anyways.
Stop demanding receipts from your customers! Regular customer here. Cameras all over your store, even at the registers! Youve spent all this money re-doing your make-up section, funneling everyone in and forcing them to make separate transactions.If Loss Prevention cant figure out whos stealing and whos not, you have a serious problem. Stop harassing people whove obviously paid and in a rush to get home. Its invasive and unnecessary.And stop making your cashiers ask for donations. This company has enough money to donate without soliciting to customers.
This used to be a nice Walmart. I had stopped giving this business my money for a long time, but this location was so friendly, I came back. Until Mr rude mouth super receipt inspector. I will never set foot in a Walmart again. Thank you for giving me the strength to break it off for good. You need to have plastic bag recycling bins too, why should I have to dispose of your bags at another store?**Im still so upset about this lol. I wanted to clarify. In a time where social distancing and masking is forced on to customers, you have a nosy a-hole at the front of the store touching everything and everyone, no changing of gloves or sterilization in between, and you expect us to be okay with it. Disgusting. Still have not been back.
I know this is the same for just about all Walmarts Ive been to and its that if you shop here you have to expect that you are going to have to find things on your own. IF you can pry an employee away from their phone the most you get is an I dont know, Not my department , or a point of the finger in the general direction of whet something may or may not be. Feels more like a walmart social club rather than a store with helpful employees. Again, I expect this going in so when I do encounter the rare helpful employee it really sticks out.
Its Walmart, a one stop shop that you cant really beat most of the time. Prices are super low, some days theyre completely wiped out of product though and variety is limited as far as quality meats, cheeses and dairy free products. Ppl there arent horrible but dont seem thrilled to be working. Customers are usually not wearing masks and standing way too close for comfort, but what can anybody do a out that
It’s cool I’ve never had an issue besides when I try to cash my checks sometimes the machines aren’t working. Overall I like the million self checkouts lol. Register lines usually move at a tolerable pace. Only a few times I had to wait awhile but it’s to be expected of a busy place. The people in the electronic department are the most helpful and kind people in the entire store I’ve found. Helped me get my new screen protector and phone case easily.
Employees were friendly and helpful. Store was confusing to navigate and shelves were in disarray. Prices on shelves did not match with the product on shelves and when I used the app’s bar code scanner it did not correctly identify the price of any of the 6 products I had to search.
Really I had a return, had my receipt in my phone and my return was denied because I scanned my receipt in to my phone. Ok well I guess I have to go back home and grab my paper receipt but I think a call to 1800 Walmart will be made before. Why have an app that encourages you to use it and brags how easy returns are and then says no because you used their app. Talk about making no sense.
The store needs better AC and ventilation (poor workers have to deal with the hot heat inside the store) they say it is their way of saving energy but it is more like them being cheap and not providing good enough environment for their employees and customers, their garden area needs those cooling water spray system to help the workers/customers stay cool instead of providing them with unlimited warm water bottles (or more like at least until the supplies are gone), I wish the hours were 24/7 - but this Walmart would only work their employees to death if it did turn to a 24/7, dont do their self serve donuts because Flies can easily get into the donut storage, has good amount of clothing selection, would rate this store the WORST Walmart that tries its very best to penny pinch their way into the market and calling it eco energy friendly
Arrived at store on July 27, 2021 at 5:45am. The Printed sign STATED on the right hand side of the door (by the grocery) stated Tuesday hours 6am to 7am for Seniors. I just needed to get a few things. I, and a few other Seniors waited at the door. 6am, nothing. 6:05am, nothing. Started knocking at the door. Waving, was ignored by working staff who saw us. Finally at 6:11 am, an employee came to the door, did NOT open the door and stated to all of us thru the door, We are closed until 7am. I stated YOUR Sign states you are open on Tuesday at 6am for Seniors. She Stated, Oh we changed the hours last night. We will no longer have Senior hours at this store. I stated that since the sign is up, we should be allowed to shop, that it is false advertising and should make an exception. She then promptly tore the sign down, smiled and stated The Store opens at 7am. I then informed her I would call Corporate and file a complaint, she stated Go ahead. I told her it was not fair to Seniors. She smiled and walked away. I was very upset about her treatment towards us Seniors. This should be all on their camera. One of the Seniors, I believe, filmed this also.I then contacted Corporate, informed them of the situation. They stated they would contact the Store Management and asked if there was anything else they could do for me. I stated that TO BE CLEAR, I was NOT wanting any financial compensation I just wanted Corporate to know what happened... and they stated again they would contact the Store Management. My personal opinion that this uncaring attitude stems from Corporate, to the Store Management and then to middle management. As far as I am concerned this Clovis Walmart on Herndon Ave., in Clovis, Ca., does NOT care about the Seniors needs nor are they considerate about Seniors needs during this time of Covid 19 especially when we are facing ANOTHER ROUND of Covid 19 with the Delta Variant here in California. Seniors are considered more Vulnerable to the Covid19 than most, and Walmart on Herndon got rid of Senior Hours to further put us at risk by forcing us to to mingle with people who dont care to wear a mask. I, as a Senior, dont save that much money at Walmart, it is a convenient place to get most anything I need at one time....but so does Amazon and they deliver. Thank you for your time.
I have a love-hate relationship with Walmart. I like they have pretty much all I need, so its a one pit stop for me when grocery shopping. Compared to other stores they have better prices on almost everything. Their self checkout machines are quick and when theres a line it runs smoothly. My only problem with them is customer service. It is anything but customer service. Very few of the associates are attentive and willing to help out customers.
Love the layout of the boojie walmart its very clean inside and parking lot as well. I was dissapointed that they keep thr private lockable. Bathroom locked. I guess if you coukd find the key master you could be let in but anyway would have given a 5⭐ IF not for the inconvenience of the restroom im not in bootcamp or jail... I prefer to use. The restroom. Privately. Lol but for reals.
Im torn between giving them a 3 or a 4. Since covids nasty appearance, Ive been a once to twice weekly user of their grocery pick up service. Initially, it was extremely handy but recently service has been slipping. The last two weeks Ive waited over an HOUR past my pick up time because they didnt have enough employees working the parking lot. Another downside is that there have been multiple errors made to my orders. Theyll charge me for items that werent included in my bags OR Ill receive subpar products i.e. items that are a day away from expiring or bruised produce. The upside is the Grocery Customer Support department thats quick to rectify the errors througha toll-free number.
For the most part you can find anything you are looking for on a Walmart.I like the fact that you can do self-checkout at anytime, there are other stores that close it around 8 or 9 pm and you have to use the regular registers (manned by cashiers).I also like the fact that they dont ask for your ticket at the door when you are leaving, they require it in other Walmarts, although we always have it in hand in case they ask for it.Plenty of parking space, we also have tried ordering on-line and it was super easy.Some stations you have to call for help but most of the time help was there in a minute or two.Overall, great place.
Felt very cared for by workers who answered my questions very kindly and thoroughly. Labeling signage of aisles so big and clear. Overhead speaker messages to shoppers given in plenty of time. Wide variety of tastes represented in all areas I saw. Sooooo affordable. Restroom very clean!!!
Used money services to cash my stimulus check. There was only one person behind the desk, so I had to wait about 10-15 minutes due to a couple of people making returns...not bad for only one person handling everything. I was done in about three minutes...CS was friendly and prompt.
Super clean, pretty well stocked, only areas that were low stock were cleaning supplies but we are in COVID times, so they are difficult to keep stocked. I admit I bought a large supply myself.I went at about 1030 am, not alot of people inside, most wore masks for safety. I walked right up to checkout, was out in minutes.
Wal-Mart us Wal-Mart. It is a good place to shop. You can fund some decent deals here. They just did what everyone else did & took people off the floors & wonder why theft is high. We asked for help & the person helping me had no clue what they were doing or looking for. Instead of saying im sorry Im not very familiar with this department they werent much help. I had to ask for a manager for help. I really did like the manager he was helpful, admitted he hadnt been in that department in a long time but was still able to help us. Wal-Mart really needs to go back to their original status of the 10 foot rule & hire more people to walk & tidy the floors!!Dont get my reviews wrong, I love Wal-Mart!! Just they need to make sure they have competent help.
I did not know this Super Walmart existed. They actually had a speciality item that I had been looking for from the east coast. I found Patches Boiled Peanuts here that I had been looking for and only found online. The service was good, cashiers fast, and they had every household chemical full on the shelves. Overall very satisfied.
Update: I was told they will not be enforcing masks because they cannot tell someone they cant shop there. They were irritated I asked. Many people do not wear them or do not correctly. I asked staff about the empty shelves they said they arent getting shipments. Merchandise and floors are very dirty and not organized. When I ask staff where items are located they never know and do not know how things work at the store but maybe they are all new right now. There have been a few helpful or nice employees but many do not want to be bothered.-Self check out takes a long time. The machines require assistance often and for small things and either the workers are overwhelmed or more often, they just dont help you. They stand there looking at nothing or pretending they dont see you. You have to get someone yourself to come over. A positive is, I have been seeing more things in stock.-Many items will say a certain price then scan two bucks more at check out. They never honor their prices shown either. Ive had an item scan double the price at check out so I asked if they could honor the price shown on the shelf since there were about 50 or more of that item where the tag was and the cashier refused. She said what ever scans at the register is the price only. If you use the app to check the price it will be way cheaper on the app but it is annoying to price match every item you are buying when the price is suppose to match already. Many items are missing the price. And the shelves are always empty. Most of the employees are very rude. I make sure to be kind and thank them but I am always met with bad attitudes. With returns say you used your card for ten bucks. Then spent fourty in cash. And you have to return an item for thirty bucks. They will refuse to give you the cash back and say because you used a card the thirty has to go on that card. Even though you used the card for less. I guess the system doesnt do the math for them but it is simple math. And it has happened to many others so I guess it is policy. Ive never had so many issues at any other Walmart.I definitely recommend going the extra distance or spending a few extra bucks at another store if you can.
If youre nice - They are nice, but they get a little rude if you have any issues. Not indicative of bad service just not many capable associates that can handle the tough questions. Majority of associations look visibly bothered when you need help or have a simple question.
I went to Walmart for some nail polish remover for a shoe project and I got carded for NAIL POLISH REMOVER. I’m a grown a** man with a beard and they still carded me. I got a ride so I didn’t have a Id but I didn’t think to bring it because I go to dollar store and target all the time to buy them without being carded. The lady and the guy at self checkout didn’t even comply with me.
The entrance and exit gates located inside the store dont always open and have to be forced that set off an alarm which is rather annoying with how many shoppers are coming and going. The grocery basic staples food section i.e (rice, pasta, dry foods, and beans) is unorganized and appears dirty. The employees are helpful however I think the store is under staffed for the amount of products that need stocking and customers that they serve.
Worst experience ever. Manger named (SLINDER ) did not let me buy rum for eggnog. I had my 16 year old daughter with me. I know if I looked older or if I had all my other children with me they would have let me purchase. I feel discriminated against. I’m a single mom and just felt pinpointed because of the way I look, I’m short! I just couldn’t believe them! This was a reminder why I shop at target! Way better customer service, and organization, most employees know me and my daughters. Where is the signage that states, “not only the purchaser but the purchasers family members need ID!!!!!!!! “
Best super Walmart in Fresno county, City of Clovis. Always clean. Usually stocked but the staff on the floor dont know anything about the store. Dont bother asking a random worker a question! Ive probably found 2 helpful workers in 6 yrs lol but Im in a good mood so 5 stars it is (plus Ive seen the other super W and yikes!)
Walmart... is walmart. There is all different kinds of breeds here. But most of the time you will find what you need at economical prices. If you want a more pleasant shopping expierence there is a red dot you can go to instead. As for me we always shop at El WAlMARt.
We purchased a Tricycle online. We also added $50 to assemble it.First, the delivery was delayed. Then we pushed the installation accordingly. We discovered that several parts were still loose (the seat, the steering wheel, uncut cables, etc.). We requested a second handyman who came to fix the first installation. Yet it wasnt fixed right either.We decided to return it to Walmart Supercenter. We took it assembled and after waiting in line, the employee said that we should contact the 800 number. The employee also commented that the Tricycle was purchased through the Market Place where she said that Wal-Mart should separate their website from the items purchased via the Market Place because it is too confusing to the consumer.We called the Market Place who promised to respond in two days. They did respond but said:The Tricycle cant be returned.Why $&@# , we asked, they decided to refer to the ordering date rather than the delivery or the installation date.☹️😢Now, we are stuck with nearly $350 investment that needs repair and unusable as is.😩Any one has any suggestions??👍👍👍
Customer service in this supercenter has gone downhill even more so than before the pandemic. Employees find this time as an opportunity to avoid customers even more than before. There was only one employee in the entire store that was super helpful, always has been. His name is Jeffrey, hes an older gentleman with long hair, but has the BEST customer service, always. Jeffrey is super helpful and turned a bad shopping experience into a more pleasant one. Jeffrey has worked the electronics department as long as I can remember and is the most helpful employee! He took the time to help me and my teenagers with everything we needed.
The support Said is awesome. He was very fast and efficient at helping us get our tool set and ringing us up. As soon as my husband waved he came right over and assisted us. Best customer service I have had at Walmart. This man deserves a raise because the last time I went to this particular Walmart it took 3 different workers to help me and even then I didnt get what I came there for left empty handed. Keep being great Said!
The shopping was nice, but just did like not an Associate that never acknowledged us to say Have a great Day, but made sure she said it to the person ahead of us... Really did not think people looked at Us because we were not her RACE... Totally Ignored my Family....So SAD THIS IS STILL DONE... THIS IS NOT THE 1950S..... This the Year 2920...
Poor customer service. Needed to go in come out in timely manner for essentials, tried self service to avoid contact and was helped by employee that in turn took her time, talking with other employees,and totally disregarded I was in a bit of a rush and not feeling well due to current pandemic. Would have avoided it completely if it was not necessary to get what I needed. And no I had no one to go for me sooo...
I had a lot of merchandise so I understand they wanted to check to make sure I was ok and not stealing. But I asked for help to the car cuz Im super pregnant and disabled (I had to ask the coke vendor to lift my case of water into my basket for me) they said they would send me help (especially since they checked on me 3 times at checkout) but no one came. I asked a stranger in the parking lot to help me. 3 different people can check to make sure Im scanning all my merchandise but not one of them can help me to the car?
Super busy. Couldnt get through the aisle without bumping into something. However, the employees at this center were excellent. They went out of their way to find stuff that were missing from the shelves. Not one employee was not working either stocking or helping. Outstanding! Would have given 5 stars but there were a lot of items they sold out. Had to go to another store for remainder of groceries.
Lots of people, some oblivious people not wearing masks. Parking lot always full. Didn’t have the product I was looking for. Nobody following directional aisle signs, workers not enforcing. Sent in picture for printing, machine not working. Pretty much a terrible time shopping here.
Its really a hit or miss. Sometimes, you get good customer service, the people are friendly, and you can get help with something easily. Most of the time, I cant usually find anyone to get stuff down from the top shelf, or help me find something, but I want to recognize one worker in the makeup department. I didnt catch her name, but she searched the entire makeup department with me to help me find a Sally Hansen nail polish. So thank you.
Ive always liked this store. Usually clean and for the most part the employees have been nice. Havent been in a long time. We went today and saw that they added a lot more self check registers. Just a small handful of registers now where an actual employee checks you out. Anyhoo they made some other changes in the store and it looks good.
This is a nice store and my preferred Walmart. The aisles are wider than other Walmarts which makes it easy to get around when they are stocking. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes because you will have to walk. Not just around the store but through the parking lot. The restrooms have been clean when I have had use for them. There are self checkouts as well as Express lanes. I took a star away because too often they are out of stock of items. Everytime I have been to this store at least one item on my list is out of stock. You can see empty shelves and hooks throughout the grocery, personal and makeup sections on a regular basis. Id like to take another half star away since they shrunk the womens clothing section to just a few racks and shelves. They no longer have a good selection of womens clothes.
Sanger Walmart May not be the best but it’s good overall. We enjoy their grocery pickup service, it’s always fairly clean, the workers have always been helpful and polite, and while other Walmart’s wouldn’t take returns this one did and I greatly appreciated that because I had gotten some dud items and thankfully was able to return/exchange them. Trust me I’ve been to some gettomarts and this one is not that, this may not be the best but it’s definitely not the worse, it’s good and I enjoy shopping there
Im not a fan of Walmart, let me just say that right out the bat. But I go because they have such a large selection and you can get identical items at Target but at a higher price. Not gonna lie, I usually go to Target and will happily pay more, but sometimes you need to do a Walmart run. That being said, I hate how they have so many employees but the store isnt as clean as it should be, especially during COVID. They have people at the door but no one to wipe down carts, let alone anything for you to wipe down your own cart. Itd just be nice if they made the effort for their customers. And the cashiers always seem unhappy in life, I know its a boring job, but still. I get in and get what I need. Id give it a 3 star rating as a Walmart, but this location is far better than the others, so 4 it is.
01/21/2019 9:30pm register 14.Next stage baby formula stage 3, apparently this product is on recall. My issue with this is what happens if this recalled item made it to my toddler?At this Walmart, they have this product fully stocked up in the glass enclosure. An associate needs to get it for you, great example of added security and assurances in protecting infant and toddler product, she scans it and brings it to register 14. After spending 15 to 20 mins at the register for another customer’s unfortunate experience with getting a manager to price check an item. They ring up the baby formula. Come to find out that it’s a recalled item. I ask, are they all like that inside the enclosure she says yes. I tell them they need to be taken out of there. This product shouldn’t have been on the shelf to begin with! Do they not have any quality control at this Walmart? This should’ve also been identified as a recalled item, when the associate scanned it out from the enclosure.I did not see or hear any action being done about the recall after notifying me that it was. So I walked to the customer service counter and told them this item needs to taken off the shelf since they are all the same recalled item.Wasted time that could’ve been avoided before reaching the register....
This Walmart has a lot to offer. Grocery, bakery, deli, clothing, cleaning, baby products, pet care, arts and crafts, vehicle care, lawn care, beauty care, household decor and of course seasonal decor. Prices are what you normally expect, and this store is usually pretty well organized and taken care of by staff...could always improve so thats why the 4 star instead of 5.
Its too bad that Walmart sometimes gets the word typical in front of its name. It happens. During COVID-19 times currently, this Walmart is getting busier. I always where my mask even outdoors. When I was in electronics last year, a Blonde lady kindly helped me with my purchase of Prepaid game and cell phone prepaid cards. Ive liked how wide Walmart aisles are so customers and I can keep their own space. Past two times though within a year or so, Ive been lied to. In sporting goods and electronics, I asked for help from two different hispanic employees. I asked for bike repair and tire etc., which they had locked up, I understand, the lady had the key to help but she said there were 5 other customers elsewhere, your going to be awhile. At the same time she was 2 feet away from the glass door lock, and she just rejected me and walked away, and I just said thanks bye, while bummed out. She lost my business. Another time, in electronics, I found the prepaid game and cell phone prepaid cards, and then asked an hispanic male employee if he can be my cashier?... he said very relaxed hold on, I be back, and walked away disappeared not asking for more cashiers on his walkie talkie. Got denied again while an older Asian couple asked me where are all the Walmart employees at? I told them what happened to me, and the Asian lady told her friend lets get out of here, theres no service in this area. I waited a bit , but that employee didnt return, I now know he didnt care. I think that Walmart needs to get more grown up Supervision in electronics and elsewhere to handle customers better. I get the times we are in, yet most of the employees are Way up front, where the congestion and overpopulation is, so they are hiring. Overall I do appreciate the hardwork of trying to keep stock on hand and keeping people safe. Wear those protective Masks and Stay Well.
Looking online for a pool. It said 7 available at this particular location. But not available online, only in-store purchase. So I drove all the way there, waited in line before it opened. And it wasnt there. An employee told me they havent had a pool in months. So if it hasnt been there in months. Those apparent 7 havent been updated on the website in months. Really cant update your website within a few months. Worlds biggest corporation and cant update. Walmart has the manpower to do it, stop being lazy and wasting our time.
Store was not what i expected to be. Kerman Ca. Is way better to shop even if i have to travel farther. Their Walmart is nice friendly and tops clean. Plus when i check out they ask me if i want a bag. Not like here they just take it upon themselves to charge u the bag. Never will i go back to your Walmart. Clovis and Herndon.
Went to get my nieces ears pierced. The Walmart Associate MISSED THE MARK! 1/4 lower and she would have missed her EAR! She removed the earring and we were told we would have to let the ear heal up and come try again. That it would be free. Then we were directed to a manager who said that they could re-do it, (for free) with a more experienced associate if she was willing to do it. She was willing, but they didnt have any more of the original earrings she had chosen, so we chose a new kind (took a few tries to find any they actually had in stock) and they re-pierced her ears. Then we were told we had to pay.... even though we had been told several times that because of the employee error, it would be free. So, of course I paid, and we left. But, I do not recommend getting your ears pierced here. Thank you to all the associates who were sympathetic and attempted to make things right.
This is the super conglomerate Walmart, is my two-star review going to be seen, responded to or heard? Absolutely not. Nevertheless they get two stars from me. I contacted three employees who gave me a deer in the headlights look when I asked where fire starters were. Three individual employees, not a clue where they would be in the entire store. I wondered aimlessly until I found them in a very random spot.
I’m there once sometimes twice or even three times a week , Nice store employees are ok . Clean store, but reason I’m there up to three times a week is because they are always out of things I go to purchase. Grocery or health and beauty products. Can’t keep up or they don’t order enough. And they never answer the phone when I’ve called to ask customer service desk simple question.
We tried the curbside pick up yesterday. We notified the app then the app notified us. Acknowledged we had arrived and my wife spoke to the attendant. She sat in her car with her air on high for one hour! Two little bags. She could have left of course but the attendant kept telling her the groceries were coming. Ridiculous. Could have went in the store 4x and saved time.
The money center here was completely unpopulated this afternoon... Crazy for a payday. Wall to wall people hearing up for the dual holiday this weekend but the best part was the cashier. She was super friendly and asked what kind of dog I had (since I was buying dog food). Props on the small talk.
Shame on you Clovis Walmart @Herndon/Clovis, my son called from another Walmart asking about a 20 bike tire and if they were in stock and after being on hold for 18 minutes another lady got on the phone and said We dont know what your looking for we dont sell 20 car tires here and he repeated to her it was for a bike and she said I dont know what your talking about and HUNG UP! She was on speaker phone the entire time while we were in the other Walmart where others were listening and absolutely shocked!! #CustomerServiceIsHorrible #FixThis #UnecessaryToBeRude #WhyDoThisToAChild
Good prices but they never have enough registers open to get out quickly.The store has come miles from a year ago when it was always messy and nothing was cleaned up. They have cleaned it up and people are seen straightening up the aisles.If the number of registers allowed for less than 10 minutes from entering check out to getting out, I would rate higher.
I ordered a cake for my daughters actual birthday that ended up not being exactly what we wanted. We also ordered cupcakes for a week later for her birthday party. Unfortunately, the night before the party they call and say theyre out of the theme we picked. That my order would have to be through a different store. I was okay with. The issue we had was I already paid for the items with a credit card and needed the money to purchase the cupcakes at the other store. Zack the manager was amazing and instead of refunding the credit card, he gave us store credit to insure that she would have her cupcakes for her party the next day. Exceptional customer service!!!!
Good variety of Christmas supplies. I didnt like that they were out of Epson salt and couldnt tell me if they had any in the back nor when they might have some on the shelves again. The girl working that area had no interest in making any effort to get an answer for me.
After an hour long wait at customer service and being put through Walmart bureaucratic hell, stopped at the exit because of no receipt, went back to the service desk to told to get in line and wait longer. After the employee finished with customers tha thg were behind me in lineShe reached over tore it off and huffed as she handed it to meAVOID THIS PLACE.
One of there very few clean Wal-Marts near by. While you still may have your Wal-Mart folk the staff is a lot nicer and more helpful than most other stores.***As of late it has been messy and poorly stocked in most of the store. However if your intent is to buy groceries they are well stocked.***
They have so much inventory its crazy there so many choices of things its hard to pick anything. I go here mostly for convenience but every time I go in its pretty easy to get exactly what I need. They almost have what I need everytime and check out is quick, as long as its the self checkout.My only complaints are the restroom gets pretty messy but I understand how big it is to clean a super Walmart and the whole line at the door, so they can check your receipt is really annoying we usually just walk out the entrance Door.

2022-05-22I had ordered pickup like we have been for years but today we could not park and so I parked by the door and the manger came out and was really rude making poses and faces as she told me to wait and just drive around in circles at 6.00 an hour I said ok and left. The manager was really rude.

2022-04-17While visiting the fishing supply area, we had pricing questions on a product. There was an employee restocking worms in the mini fridge and we asked her to check a price on a fishing pole. She said she could not. We asked if there was a kiosk to price check, she said they did not have that technology. My niece was able to price check the item on her phone…. amazing how easy, yet unnecessary that was. We then asked her if we could buy a fishing license. She said no. When we started to ask where we could go, she interrupted the question and reminded us that she said no. We get it, your word for the day is “no”. Got it. Note taken. You said NO. I get it…. those revenue generating questions can be so annoying. It all worked out though, and your gracious competitor wishes to thank you.

2022-05-22Walmart supercenters have better selections than the smaller stores but continue to have the same problems. The store are never clean, organized or easy to navigate. It would be great if just the price tags matched the merchandise on the shelf. Still, the prices are mostly lower by at least a few cents.

2022-07-11Part of the reason Im giving a low rating is because I Do Not agree with Walmart installing all the self-check registers. Besides it being an inconvenience to customers, it is putting people out of work! There are currently many unemployed people & this just adds to the problem.Secondly; California voted to limit plastic bags in order to help cut down on pollution. I take my own bags in compliance. I was told I would have to bag my own groceries!Some of the money I pay for groceries helps to employ these people. Therefore, as a senior citizen of California who has worked most my life, believe that I deserve to have my groceries checked & bagged!

2022-06-16Glenn from the electronics department was super sweet and patient in trying to find an apple watch I was trying to purchase but he couldnt find it for the price advertised. When he asked a team leader CLAIRE for help she was incredibly rude to both Glen and me basically telling him to figure it out himself and was making us go back and forth between the customer service department in the front and the electronics section at the back of the store. He is an older man just trying to help his customer and she spoke to him with such a lack of respect. 0 stars for Claire.

2022-03-28I like Sanger Walmart. Its always clean and not over crowded. I do enjoy not having the check out lines to long. Vegetables always look fresh and the deli is good too.

2022-06-11On my 22nd birthday I went for a bar crawl and got so drunk I was projectile vomiting everywhere. My friends hooked a Walmart bag around my ears so I wouldn’t puke in the car. These bags are fantastic. Not a single drop of puke got out. 10/10 would recommend

2022-05-025 stars to Melissa, who spotting me searching for a grocery item as she was shopping for delivery and pick up customers. She stepped away from her cart for 2 minutes to see if she could find the item I was looking for in the back...she didnt find it, but I honestly cant remember the last time a Walmart associate offered to help me. Yay for Melissa!
