Merchandise locked away to prevent theft is good. Keeps prices low. Good. Whats not good is that you push the button for service and nobody comes. Ive left the store without something I needed because no one came to provide service. I only do partial shopping there now (Instead of One Stop shopping).
Its a very large store but the set up is chaotic at best. Wasnt able to get assistance in 2 different departments,and I actually waited in alcohol isle almost ten minutes after pushing the red help button to no avail. Thank goodness they had these amazingly delicious turtle brownies that caught my eye at the open area displays near the refrigerated food section at the front of the store.This being my first time,I cant say if the parking lot is always full as was this visit or not,and the store was probably more crowded than normal since it was the day before Thanksgiving.
I can see why its called Supercenter. This Walmart is huge. Talk about a one-stop-shop. The store was clean and didnt have a lot kids running around nor a lot of boxes in the aisles. I made a quick stop and was in and out in 15 mins. Since there was a key machine at the entrance, I took advantage of it and got a key made in just a few minutes. Convenience is the key.
Can I just say that I dread coming to this Walmart and avoid it like the plague. The staff is friendly and helpful but the store always looks like a tornado ran through it. Things like 99 cent face wipes are locked behind glass doors to prevent theft but honestly just creates more mayhem. Walmart inc. has neglected to properly equip the staff at this store with the right tools to succeed and it’s honestly disheartening. To anyone reading this review but still intending on coming here, all that I have to say is good luck to you.
Racist, the white boy didnt call for a Mobility cart until a white woman, behind me showed 🤔 up,.. & needed one as well. He saw me walk up to front door clearly in need of one & made no attempt.. I dont want to give them any *s f*** walmart.Shop Target much better Customer Service!!! Target gets it right. Honestly, its this location.
My family and self love shopping at Waltmar its a super huge store with available handicap and public parking in a good convenient location they have a lots of good quality merchandise that you can buy from food 🥑🍋🥭🍅🥕🌶, electronics 📻🎧🖥💻📲📱🎞 and auto parts 🚙🚚🚛🚘🚗 also a lot of self service cashiers available they take VISA, EBT, and CASH .
They keep certain items in a locked case like contact solution, facial cleanser etc. Why?? Who knows?? But you have to ring a button for a clerk to unlock the case, but no one ever comes 😡😡 You basically have to walk and find a live person, and request them to unlock the case, then walk back over to the case and then still wait another 15mins before someone comes!!!
I am a Walmart lady!They carry brands I wear at the best prices! They have organic food! Their salmon has never been frozen! So the salmon has great flavor! I find many of my craft supplies! I save money shopping for personal supplies. I love the seasonal stuff for my garden! Outdoor furniture and yard supplies! Yes I love shopping at Walmart! No I am not living in isolated areas and I dont work there! I shop there because its convenient, priced well! They carry brands that I love!I hope this helps new customers time try Walmart and hopefully they will enjoy shopping at Walmart!!! Happy shopping!!!
Just got accused of stealing detergent because the cashier didnt give me a receipt. The greeter tried to make me repay for the detergent I had already paid for. I had to walk back to the cashier and ask her to tell the greeter that I paid for the items I was ACCUSED of stealing. Will never go back to this Walmart again.
The employees were rude I went into one that seemed to have been set in his own ways very Elder disrespectful and chose not to deal with customers and customer friendly way employee you walked away and made a conversation snatched my merchandise and and said this would be waiting for you at register 11 Ill respond to register 11 is closed so how do I get my merchandise if theres no one at register a license look at me wrote his eyes and took on
Whole I love Walmart and lots of the people that work there they love our joyful ways and how the store loves seeing us when me and my husband come and leave the store we gladly show our receipts but last time we were there where the movies in the back of Walmart some of the employees was watching us like we were going to steal it sadden me and my husband we told the employee on the way out when we showed him our receipt what happened he was about to call it in for us we was too tired to wait but you have a very special employee that checks your receipt when always take time to talk to us
No fun having to track down an employee with a key so that you can buy shampoo, allergy meds and just about everything else that isnt clothing or food. Everything is lock up. 🤷Whats up with no bottles of Diet Coke? Seriously doubt they are sitting on a container ship.
I couldnt believe the prices. They were extremely lower than ones in store in Martinez. This superstore has everything you can think of. Their bread isle was one of my favorite. Their staff at the bakery section where I custom ordered it was so friendly. He took his time to explain it all to us. I really loved it here. I will definitely be back.
I make a monthly purchase of dozens bottles of their sparkling water. This time I bought 71 bottle I usually mix each bottle with plain pint sized bottle of water.My absolute flavor is black cherry but they are all good.This year two new flavors were produced red white blue and watermelon. But the price has went up, not much but I ama senior on a fix income and I lost 2 sons the last one on the 21 and my last big sister all in the last year and a half. If you feel you must keep raising prices put them on special ever so often please. Other than rising prices Walmart is great store to shop at by me, which I have been doing for over 40 year. With all the kids Ive raise clothes, shoes, meds personal item, paint, garden supplies school items, holidays, birthdays etc.11 kids 6 adopted I was in Walmart sometime twice a week. Thank you
If I could rate this store a zero I would. Customer service is horrible here. You cannot get any help. Every employee I encountered was very rude. Nobody I asked could answer any of my questions. I dont know what happened to this store but it really has gone downhill. I will no longer go to this store for anything. The delivery service is horrible also. You never get your order and they charge you for your order and the refund takes forever. Im done
I usually get one more class starts cuz I like Walmart with the lady in the electronics department today she was horrible wasnt friendly he was mad about something when you give me a bag but she didnt say nothing so she got me the bag but you can see the look in her eyes and face she wasnt happy and thats why I give them four stars today
I went to purchase 5 gift cards and when the transaction was over I noticed no receipts printed for them, my Cashier Jackie (older woman with short gray hair) was very rude and said “ Oh well you should have said something to me” I told her anywhere else receipts always print for a gift card and it’s her job to ask the customer! She was very rude rolled her eyes and said “I don’t need this shit” ! I am absolutely appalled Walmart allows their workers to curse at a customer! I didn’t know printing a receipt was such a difficult task. Walmart needs to do better with their hiring! Jackie should be fired for her disgusting behavior! I tried to call a manager but no one would answer the phone!
I pass by a couple of Walmarts on my way to this location. This location has a good selection of groceries with many that I also find at Whole Foods or Safeway but at a cheaper price. Also, they have a huge selection of everything else as they are known for. This has become my go to location.
Typical Walmart. Pharmacy staff is great... always helpful. The store also has good, fresh produce. Our only bad experience was in their automotive dept. NEVER, EVER, EVER have work done on your car there. We pre-ordered tires (and pre-paid for them, plus installation). We sat there for FIVE hours to get TWO tires installed. Unbelievable! For most other things, this store is more than acceptable.
I live my Walmart store. The store is well stocked you can find what youre looking for but they never have enough cashiers in the front of the store I just dont understand. If you go to the back to electronics customer service is just not on point. The young people they have working in electronics are rude they dont want to help you they always have a attitude. You would get a five star if you could hire better cashiers who care about customer service.
I ordered groceries for pickup and when I got home some items were missing that I was still charged for. When I tried calling multiple times to either get my items or a refund no one answers the phone. I order for pickup because I work two jobs and have limited time to run errands. Plus with the cost of food increasing I don’t have money to just throw away and not get what I paid for.
I have been doing my grocery shopping online at Walmart. At first I got some great service, accurate orders, and nice fresh vegetables. The next few order started coming in with smashed fruit and bread products, rotten vegetables or near rotten. I usually shop for a week sometimes two at a time and in 2 days I couldnt get to vegetables and fruits and have them fresh they turned bad so quickly. After shopping here for the last 6 months or so I think Im going to move on to another store where I can get fresher produce that I can actually eat and not just throw in the garbage. As for clothing items or household items all of my online shopping has been excellent and I have no issues.
Are they under new management? I don’t know if it’s due to the pandemic or because they’re under new management but lately (last two months) this location has been horrible! Filled with the entire ghetto if you go at night. Seriously isn’t safe to shop there at night.Last couple of times I have gone, they’ve had about 3 registers open, with lines that go far beyond and into the clothing sections. Not to mention all the shelf’s never being fully stocked.Every day here looks like the first day of lockdown. That is to say: barren shelves and overcrowded lines. I will not be shopping here come Christmas time if they can’t get their act together soon.
If I could give this place a zero, I would. Ive placed 4 delivery orders, and 2 never arrived. Discount codes for future orders are nice, but I want my groceries!!! Online customer service cant get through to the store for an order update, and when I call, they just hang up on me! There is no way theyre going to be able to compete with other delivery services with horrible service like this.
This is one of the worst managed stores Ive ever been in. None of their cash registers were working for credit cards, customer service was no help and would only hold a basket full of items for 15 minutes! Not even enough time to pull cash out of my bank. There are so many items on the top shelf (over 6 ft tall) and sign says to ask for help. I did, but the lady said I dont know how Im supposed to get that! I suggested she get a ladder or ask someone else who could bring one. She never returned to help or send anyone. I will never return to this poorly run store again as they wasted two hours of my day and were very rude and lazy!
Large store with a large selection. Always good prices. The store manager should be ashamed of themselves. They do not go onto the floor and take pride. The shelves are always empty and messy. They need to make the employees accountable for their responsibilities instead of just collecting a paycheck.
I never leave reviews, especially about Wal-Mart, but the Antioch location has to be my WORST experience in terms of customer service. I was picking up multiple online orders and was told to go inside for pickup. Makes sense considering there is a spot for order pickups inside. The return/pickup associates inside we’re probably the slowest I’ve ever seen. Waited in line for about an hour only for them to tell me they don’t do pickups and to go to the back of the store (There is a sign that says “pickups”). I go to the back of the store and a guy back there tells me to go back to the front of the store. I ask someone on my way to the front and they tell me pickup is outside. Like I said worst customer service ever. Only person who actually did his job correctly was Frazier in online pickups. If you’re giving anyone raises, give it to him.
I love this store. Its a one stop shop. They have a little of everything you need in one store. I like that they have fresh produce. Saves going to the grocery store. For me its convenient after work to shop, because I pass right by it. Good prices. I also really like self check out.
I love this walmart always has what I need nice people the only thing I dont like is they have most things behind a glass case and it sometimes takes the employees there 30 minute to come open the case and there lines for check out are longer than the should be because they only have a few registers open like 3 only when there is like 10 registers but other than that its a cool place to shop.
Have attempted to use store pickup 2 times and the experience has been awful. Either my order cant be fulfilled or is filled with substitute items or I never get an email that its ready even after giving 24 hours longer than promised. And when I tried to call the store to check, no one answers. Multiple tries. Dont bother
Well organized, Great staff with good customer service skills. I was looking for the white chocolate bars, but there werent any on the shelves. The very caring employee went and found some in a box. He looked for me, found me and brought them to me. Such dedication. I wish I had gotten his name, to let them know what an asset he is to their establishment.🤗👏👍
Its been years since Ive been to Walmart. This WalMart used to not be a Super Center but now it is and they had everything there!I went in real quick for something I forgot. I got a little side tracked and ended up getting a few more items, mostly because the prices were incredible!I did not even see any, typical Walmart shoppers as protrayed on YouTube & FB, etc.The store was clean. The shelves were well stocked. And did I say how great the prices were? Now that I know what I know, Ill go back there to shop!I suggest you check it out!
Literally, everything is locked up and you need to call assistance for someone to open up everything. It look 25 minutes for staff to open up a dog product and 8 to 9 staff passed us by while we were waiting. I went there to pick 3 items and 1 item was locked up, the other item was used (we fount that out at check-out) and the other item they did not have in stock. They use to have a special checkout section for beauty products only. Now! This special section includes basic hair shampoo and conditioner products. The line is extremely long in this section is cramped. We got so frustrated we left without purchasing anything and ordered all our items on Amazon, and had it shipped to our place in less than a day. Also, I guarantee they are not following the 6 feet social distance rule with these lines in the beauty section. Aside from the locked up items. There seems to be a shortage of everything in this place, which is oxymoron because its supposed to be a super walmart. This use to be my go to stop aside from the Martinez location, but now I just avoid this place.
I really enjoy going here for random stuff. Its so wierd that you carry boating furnishings, I just assumed people who shop at walmart cant afford boats, but its because they shop at walmart they can afford boats. Not 5 stars cuz you guys never stock enough 3x size clothes. Shameful considering thats the most Murican size.
Whenever I go to Walmart to pick something up they are usually in VERY short supply or completely out of what I need. The service is sub par thankfully because of the good associates. I’ve ordered groceries from this store 3x on separate occasions only to be canceled 3x BY THE STORE with no real explanation. Asking someone for help is like asking a teen to clean their room!! The attitudes are so REAL with some of the associates. I’ve even had a male greeter tell me he liked my hair and attempted to touch my hair while checking my receipts. Whenever I walk in Walmart I leave with something extra ….anxiety
Always understaffed, slowest lines. Amber Lee today was a gem of an a hole. you just have to wait go in someone else line if you dont like it geez. Most of the Filipino ladies at the registers are nice and friendly. She was getting lit up and going right back at people. I thought it was funny. Some not so much. Managers are useless. Worst Walmart in the area.
This Walmart is great if your paying with card, a quick in and outIf your paying with cash on the other hand, your gonna have a problem. There are usually only 4 to 11 registers open, and waiting in these lines can cost you 30 minutes to am hour of your time. There have been multiple occasions where Ive had to ditch my items because of the wait time in lines. Thats the only flaw in this store
Most of the people there are quite friendly and willing to help, and the store is organized in a good way, so its easy to find products. But some of the customers make a somewhat easy shopping trip a drag, or can cause outright issues if its bad enough. Another thing that detracted from the score is that they dont have the option for Google or Apple pay, and some cards for some reason dont work there. But they do have an ATM for some quick cash. So Id say to plan ahead for anything that could happen.
3 checkouts opened lines were backed up in clothing sections NO SOCIAL DISTANCING at least 12-15 people in each line. I called the store while in line 3 times no answer. I talked to front end Mgr. She said we are doing our best. This is the Store Mgr. responsibility. No carts available when I entered, stocking merchandise all over the store. For a Monday early afternoon?
When I walked into this building I had an uneasy feeling. I had never experienced that going into a walmart before. But this particular walmart felt constricted. I had a few things I left behind at home before starting my vacation. So, I walked to this store couldnt find help, was not greeted, ask for help and felt as if I was disturbing the associate.Almost every item in health and beauty was behind plexi glass and locks. I just wanted to leave. Not visiting again!!
Waiting for customer service with one over whelmed employee and the phone ringing nobody picking up.I told the employee they could answer the phone and response was the customers in line came first. I replied isnt that a customer too?The Antioch CA store what happened to it?Never enough employees on the floor or managers.Whoever thought of locking up products should have also realized you cant have one employee ringing up customers and opening up the locked cases too.No carts at the door.Guess thats why I shop at other stores now.Hire more people.This has been going on for a long time.
Derranged man trying to start a fight at the meat section isle claiming a woman almost hit his newborn kid and wife. When she was just behind them with a noisy cart. On top of that employees did not do anything to stop both of them from talking back at each other. Or atleast called security because the man was yelling even threaten the woman to call the cops. Everyone literally heard it.
It has been a long while since I have visited a Walmart Supercenter. Today I decided to shop there because of the variety of items I needed to shop for. I simply need to be candid and not disrespectful but honestly, Walmart needs to put a huge sign in their entrance that states, “DO NOT SHOP HERE!” The truth is without exaggeration all their essential items from cosmetics, pharmacy, personal toiletries, and more are locked up in display cases. The practically of finding an associate to get all the items you are shopping for is not practical. I understand loss prevention is a major concern in the area. But realistically placing items in locked display cases only deters your paying customers that had the intent to shop there. Today I spent over $100.00 and left with less than half the items I needed. To simply put it I was utterly frustrated with your store. Walmart you are a mega retailer. Whether or not you may consider my feedback valuable or not, do understand barricading your merchandise you are only becoming more of a target for theft and promoting a subliminal message to your customers that everyone walking in your doors are thieves. Last one thought... if you will have some at your exit doors checking receipts be consistent. Don’t pick and choose the time of day when to check a receipt, don’t be selective who you check a receipt from either.
IF YOU CAN, PLEASE DONT SHOP AT THE WALMART LOCATED ON SOUTH CICERO AT WEST 33rd PLACE (3320 South Cicero Ave, Cicero, IL)! That store is extremely poor in key areas such knowledge of product, customer service and interaction with the public at large! With the exception of employees who are much more experienced in the workforce, those employees really need to be replaced!
This is a very great store unfortunately customer service sucks. No one answers the phones for any department, especially the deli. I called to find out if they had ranch chicken, so that I dont waste a trip. Unfortunately for me, I was on hold from the time I left home until the time I spoke with an associate in person. I live 20 minutes away.
This store is beyond awful. If you want to be harassed for a receipt and accused of stealing when youre leaving, go to this store. Nothing is in stock, simple little items worth nothing are locked up and cause you just sit there for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come and lock it, just to hand you the item. I really hope this Walmart closes.
We were waiting for 15 minutes for the Lock to open to get a dye on the last aisle and we they came after 15 minutes we had to wait in line number 11 because thats were they would give us the dye we waited in the line for 30 minutes but if they unlocked it before 15 minutes it would have saved me do much time. It doesn’t have good service.😞😠😩
Approached by solicitors in parking lot when entering and exiting store. Incredibly long lines, I waited in line for 45 minutes, I would have left if I had not already gone out of the way and shopped for everything. Front end managers not helping cashiers and a man got in front of a lil old lady and about 12 others that had been waiting in line, no associates wanted to get involved and let him check out. Store shelves and impulse shelves by check out were bare. Many lost sales from long lines and low inventory. In fabrics, they tried to call associates for me for over 20 minutes, no response from anyone, therefore I was unable to purchase materials needed. I try to avoid this location because of the bad area and reputation for not being helpful not friendly. It has been many months since Ive shopped at this location, I now remember why. It is very sad...
I have been doing the curbside pick up orders for my groceries the last few months and have loved it. Super easy and quick usually! But lately the last 2 shops I have done have been horrible. Last time I never got an email about my order being ready so I waited 8 hours (called the store and customer service multiple times!) and finally went down to the store and it was ready all along. I could not reach anyone at the store and customer service kept telling me to wait for the email saying my order was ready. Now this order I picked up today I got the email and go to the store my order is ready and the staff come out to put it in my trunk and they just throw each bag in with force! Slamming one bag after another when my trunk was cleaned out and had plenty of room for each bag to be placed one by one sitting up right not all spilling everywhere and on top of eachother. The bread is smooshed and the salmon I ordered was out of the plastic packaging and on the floor of my trunk! the juice is all over my trunk and every other bag in the order, smells horrible and is ruined and wasted $21!! (just the salmon price) unacceptable! The staff members need to place the items into the trunk not throw them. Then they just slam my trunk door without saying a word, so rude! Ive been loving this curbside pick up and do an order every other week now and I get my food thrown around and spilled all over my car. Would love if they could place the items into my car and have a little customer service skill. I want to say thanks before the slam my trunk closed, but dont get the chance because they slam the trunk door without saying a word.
Went to the vision center. Vision center has great glasses at super affordable prices. The younger girl that works Friday evening is very knowledgeable and sweet. Got Coach frames that are glasses and sunglasses with anti-scratch and anti-glare and every other upgrade possible. The exact glasses were $160 more somewhere else. Highly recommend the vision center. The rest of Walmart is a nightmare tho. 🤣
Do you know that they tried to charge me $21.78 for Annies Mac&cheese? YES. I guess I was not paying attention but noticed immediately when I got to my car that I had purchased an item for $21. I was watching my $$ I had a budget of $60 so I know I didnt have any items over $20. So I went back inside immediately & brought my whole bag of items to rectify the situation. Turns out one of my boxes of mac&cheese was ringing up for $21.78. That isnt even my problem, my problem is the lady who was actually nice enough to give me my return (bc the person working at self checkout was A LOT LESS than helpful) did not seem too concerned that there was more product on the shelf at that price when I alerted her. Look, I get not getting paid enough for things that arent directly ur problem but imagine this happening and someone not noticing. And its their last $20, and they are trying to feed their kids you know? So, Dont buy Annies Mac&cheese! and if you do you better check the price @ checkout!! It really makes me curious of how much of peoples $ they have gotten simply for this reason and people not paying attention. Terrible! I will not shop here anymore! 😤not with my hard earned money! No thank you! Had I not been paying attention that stupid chain store would have gotten an extra $19 they dont deserve!! This is America! I will pay the extra $$ to shop @ target where atleast every single thing down the damn socks isnt locked up. 😤
If I can give this Place a 0 I would. I Was trying to return an item that they had mistakenly sent at their customer service in the Antioch store. This took more than an hour and I felt as if I had stolen the The puppy pads they mistakenly sent me this manager LC was very aggressive even the customer service person that I had on the phone told me to stay away from him when all I wanted to do was exchange the puppy pads for the right ones they were supposed to send us this was a huge fiasco Ive never been so disrespected in my life and I would recommend the upper management of Walmart look at their subordinate staff This manager was aggressive and took over an hour with the situation when he had all the information front of him after calling the customer service they just told me that donate the pads or do what I ever I wanted with them and they would send me the right ones I should have just gone this route Im never gonna go in the store again!
Walmart customer service is usually bad, but this Walmart has by FAR the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I waited about 30 mins in sporting and goods for someone to open a case, I asked employees if they could help me and they did not have the key (understandable, you call someone who has the key) they said they had no radios (ok, then you walk over to the person who has the key) no, they sent me to the front lanes to ask for the key. Once I finally get the product out of the case (4 dlls item) I am escorted to a register with the product to pay there. Over there the manager takes over the register and without manners tells me to wait and then realizes I only have a tiny item to pay for, luckily I didnt have to wait more for him but there were no replies to my thank you or good bye. Bunch of mindless moody zombies.
Its huge and very well-stocked. The employees are willing to help with anything I have ever needed. The prices are amazing. It is well worth the drive for the amount of savings I always get. Buying thing online is great but seen and touching what I am buying is even better.
I’ve purchase items through Walmart pick up about 4 times. Each time I chose no substitutions but instead of following my instructions, they not only substituted my items but the substitutions were not equal to what I ordered. I have ordered from Target pick up and Instacart and have never experienced the incompetence as I have from Walmart. They do not email you if they substitute your items nor do they add the substitutions information to the order so it can be returned. Despite they mistakes you either have to call customer service and/or go into the store to get a refund. So not only do they choose the items they want to give you but you can reject the items at the time of pick up. As much money as Walmart make how is that they can not follow directions and hire competent employees. I decided to speak with the supervisor of pick up this morning due to my order being incorrect. Not only did she have an attitude but never apologized or acknowledge the mistakes that were made. Walmart is not worth the headache, rudeness, or incompetence I experience each time I shop there. I wont be shopping there again. Ill drive down the street to Target.
So I have discovered Walmart pickup and delivery for groceries. It was recommended to me by a coworker because they have free pick up. I have mixed feelings about it. Its convenient and easy so I dont have to into the grocery store nor spend the time looking for things. However, I have gotten wrong items and rotten tomatoes. The substitutions I got definitely were not the same as the items I ordered and I didnt have time to find new things. I could have turned the down I later found out though. Its also given some great giggles to my house with the weird substitutions though. Its cheaper too which is always nice. Ill continue to shop this way, but just remember it is still walmart.
Walmart has plenty of parking, they usually have most of stuff that I want or need. They run out of (beef) bacon all the time. The workers are cool for the most part, lately been in and out pretty fast. I like that.There are other little shops near by as well.I do remember the first time I went to this Walmart, there was a big fight in the parking lot, it did not feel like a safe place. But, Im not blaming Walmart for that.
Usually I would avoid going into Walmart, but a store nearby had a grill I wanted. I couldnt locate the grill myself, so we found an employee. Sebastian not only located the grill, but then loaded it in a big cart, opened a register just so we didnt have to wait, then helped load it in my truck. It was like my own personal concierge. If that kid isnt a manager he should be.
This is the second time I have needed a product locked up in the aisle. After waiting more than 15 minutes with no help the first time (in health products) and more than15 minutes this time for laundry soap, no one came to my assistance either time. What should have both been quick purchases ended up a waste of time. I avoided going to Safeway, anticipating the higher cost... but hey, my time is money too! Every time something like this happens, I am more inclined to shop elsewhere - where my time and money is better respected.
I didnt go shopping to Walmart at this particular one that day I just ran into use the restroom I was house hunting and I needed to go to the restroom Walmart was the nearest restroom to go to but I like Walmart but I was not shopping at that time the bathroom was fair
Ordered online and went to pick my items up. Walmart never notified me they didnt have basic items (toothbrush and sausages) and charged me for two small bags of dog food instead of the huge one I wanted... which did equal to the same dollar amount but I missed out on 2lbs of dog food. For Walmart being a multi million dollar+ company you think they could get their online orders in check 🤦🏽♀️ dont offer products you dont have!!!
Everytime I go there for various stuff, a lot of items are not there. Its also way colder than other Walmarts because they have a full grocery/produce department (rightfully so). The only reason why Im not giving them 4 is because every time I go to self check out, their check out machines are always faulty. However, management is professional and courteous.
Its really not my favorite store I remember when Walmart used to be a neat and clean store I also remember when the stock was always on the shelves. Now when you go into Walmart theres hamburger meat on a shelf where the towels are theres eggs where the cleaning supplies are theres stuff on the floor and when you go to buy something the shelves are barely stocked. Walmart never used to look like that and the attention of detail was always there for a store or for a company thats been around all these years they should be holding the standard because its sad there really is sad.
This place never has enough people working and if you call youre on hold forever and 9 times out of 10 you get hung up on none of their employees have any idea whats in the store where its located and the one thing that Ive always learned in customer service is you never tell a customer you dont know you figure out the answer to the question they do not do this this place is ridiculous the worst Walmart in the world
Absolutely horrible customer service representative. Rude and made multiple mistakes on returns. Returned to store so they could fix the mistake and was told they couldnt do anything and had to call walmart.com and that took 4 seperate phone calls because they didnt actually follow through.On top of that the grocery section had zero items on my simple shopping list. Had to go to WinCo.After this last experience I can say Im completely done with the store as well as online.
I love Walmart...HOWEVER, I am really sick of having to press a button and wait...sometimes HELLA LONG to get some of the items that I need! There has got to be a better way to shop and PREVENT theft, other than being and inconvenience to your loyal shoppers! Walmart...DO BETTER!
Horrible service employees very rude every time I look for an item it is not in stock. Anything that is locked up I waited 20 minutes just to get a pair of socks out of the lock tab in it. After they took it up to the checkout stand because they will not allow you to walk around with it they had lost the items and I had to do this all over again I won’t be coming back
They didnt have what I was looking for although online said they did. I asked 3 different clerks for other items I was looking for...but it wasnt their dept. so....no help for me. One clerk in pharmacy was able to help me but NO thermometers in stock. I guess the clerks were only there to stock shelves? Whatever happened to customer service?
Try to get toothpaste there...they herd you into a tiny, enclosed maze which is claustrophobic. The garden center lacked much material Then they have very few checkout workers. Live less than a mile from this place but probably visit here twice a year. Have resolved to make it less often.
I love Walmart. I have never encounter any problem in my online orders. Always on time shipments and about my face to face shopping experience I have to say that employees are polite and helpful. Store always clean, organize and fair and competitive prices. To be honest in ten years I have visiting this store only one time I had an issue with one disrespectful manager but other than that everything has been quite a nice experience every time I go to the store. In my point of view is not fair to me marking a bad review to a complete store personnel like other people just for one issue. As I mentioned above, I love Walmart!
This Walmart used to be one of the better ones! But it has very much gone down. I understand the situation stores are in right now due to this ridiculous Covid 19. However this store is never stocked! Week in & week out never.Go up the street to Target, they are stocked.The Employees are still helpful....just think Management needs to get on the good foot and start getting the supplies back into the store.
I want to start by saying I am a huge walmart shopper my family does almost all of our shopping at walmart from groceries to garden and in between we lovED walmart.This walmart however has been a let down time and time again the shoe aisle is always under stocked along with baby clothes and junior girl clothing. my husband can never find socks or underwear at this location either. its nice thatthis store has so much to offer but its really annoying how inconsistent their stocking is. do better walmart
Horrible store on lone tree way in Brentwood California! I went at 8 am this morning and went to fabric department. I buzzed them and waited had four different employees tell me they couldn’t cut the fabric but would get help. Waited 20 min and finally another employee said no one knew how to cut or tag it so I couldn’t buy the fabric! Really I said no one can so I went to the manager that were having a pat on the back meeting . Told them I couldn’t believe no one knew or could cut fabric and was told I couldn’t buy it then. They said oh well they sent another manager to cut it. Guess what she didn’t know how to tag the eight tag so made a price tag wrote on it how many yards I bought. Went to register they couldn’t ring it up that way and had to find someone to see how to pit it in the register . This is just one of the worst Walmart’s ever ! The employees hate there job and the customers and the place is not mange’s well at all since all employees should be trained to do all departments or at least two . Every is not customer friendly ! I will never go again and I’ll make sure no one I know does either ! I’ll go to the Tracy Walmart before that one horrible management and most employees are mean!
Cant say much. Visited Walmart during busy hours. Lots of staffers around as well. Seems like some of the workers needs more education on particular section they are working in. Example would be some staff members in auto parts section arent that incline mechanically and couldnt answer some simple questions. Also there were 3 staffers and no one could come up to open locked shelf so I could get what I needed. Had to actually go to their desk and interupt their staring contest that they have among each other.
My diesel was leaking fuel from a schraeder valvenso I pull up and ask a tire tech if he has one laying around he could give me. Says no, and doesnt think much else about it. I bought a pack of 2 in a box with full tire valve stem, valve, cap, etc. Then I had to buy the stupid slotted screwdriver attachment. Fml
This Walmart was as 3miles or so a bit off the beaten path but was well worth the detour. The grocery area was fully stocked neat and clean with plenty of staff to assist. And coupled with the traditional part of the Walmart were the rest of your household needs can be met. I highly recommend that you shop at this store for class A service.
This location is Mediocre, went the other day on 5/17 on a busy Sunday around 5:30pm, store seems ok they remodeled recently but parking lot is always dirty, no cleaning wipes to wipe down carts, aisles are all disorganized and cluttered making it hard to find items, and employees never are much help when you puah the button for assistance. I went and bought a new vaccuum cleaner this day and pushed the help button since they keep everything locked up but nobody came to assist me for 20 minutes or so until I went to electronics section to ask for help, cashier seemed frustrated as well since nobody came to help me get vaccuum, on top of that waited in line for almost another 15-20 minutes, its not the best service but everyone shops here because well, its Wal Mart! Everything is cheaper to buy compared to most other stores in low income areas and thats why they are still in business, but they need to stay on top of organization and cleanliness here its lacking bad every few times I come here, but this location is alot better than the one in Pittsburg, CA I will say that as a positive note.
There was a long line to get into the store yesterday. They had the entrance near the home goods closed. Therefore, I got back into my car and went to another store! Normally I like shopping at Walmart because of the quality and prices of their products. I think because of the COVID virus theyre limiting the number of people in the store so keep that in mind if you want to shop there.
Often things are out of stock. I think its because there is a high volume of theft. Employees are generally nice. The pickup orders are pretty accurate. My husband had a negative experience at returns. My husband is a man of color and when attempting to return an item he had purchased only a few days prior (with receipt in hand) the employee at the counter was calling on other customers and ignoring him. When he spoke up about it the employee told him they dont return stolen items (without even looking at it) and then proceeded to call the police.Unfortunately, at this time its one of the only stores open in the area during Covid that has items besides groceries. So... 2 out of 5.
They lock all sorts of things up like batteries and flashlights. They put a button by the locked cases but you can push it and push it but nobody ever comes. 20 minutes later we just walked out. Treating customers like criminals? Priceless. In that I wont be going back. If they want to convince us to just use Amazon they are going about it right. We went up the street to Lowes where batteries arent locked up.
Its not the best Walmart around, but its not terrible. They have isles and isles of clearance stuff all the time, which is awesome, and puzzling. Specifically, an employee in electronics had a god awful attitude towards her coworkers and customers. They hire good people, and people who really do not belong there. If the store actually worked together as a team, enjoyed their jobs and each other a little bit, the place would have a much more welcoming vibe. Store is kept clean and stocked, though.

2022-04-12Worst curbside experience ever. A very cheery, polite, competent employee brought out our groceries. When an item was incorrectly substituted, she did not know what to do to take the product back. She decided to ask her manager, who was walking to his car, who shouted not my problem, have them go inside the store and return it.. She correctly replied we are supposed to process the return at the customers car. He then huffed to have us drive to the pick up door, where he took the product back, but could not or would not provide a return receipt. Go to customer service, wherein we experienced the longest line ever. Dont worry, we still love Walmart, we just will never shop at this store again, one who has clueless management. I trust the excellent initial contact person will have the wisdom and ability to get out of that awful environment that would not support her attempts at customer-facing courtesy and correct service.

2022-06-19It has many different aisles with everything you should be looking for. Although there are many things they need to add more of, for example bicycles, skateboards, scooters, different flavored chips. These are minor adjustments but overall the store is great.

2022-04-08Every time I come here the people always suit my needs and help me out. I really love to go to the water isle and buy multiple bottles of sparkling water. Whoever restocks them does a very good job at doing. That person makes my day everytime I go because I cant find sparkling water anywhere else. Plz keep that person on board so that I can get more sparkling water.

2022-03-13I really used to like this Walmart but it has went severely downhill. When they started locking up everything I started feeling like this was not worth going to anymore. Then when one of their machines would not spit out a receipt, and they wouldnt give us one well, its time to move on. Youre not allowed to leave the store without a receipt. Also you cant return an item without receipt. Because of this we knew we should get one. We know if the cashier takes another customer it will make it difficult to retrieve a receipt. The cashier pretended like she did not know how to get a receipt out. She at first said there was no way to call anyone for help. She is at the makeup/beauty product area. I knew she wasnt telling her truth, so I said dont you have a pager, phone or intercom that allows you to call for help? I mean Ive seen them use these hundreds of times. I then proceeded to point out to her the intercom/pager. She then called the manager whom refused to answer the phone. After finally getting a manager to answer the phone the manager outright told her she would not help us and and told her to continue helping other customers, so she took the next customer. We waited for 30 minutes for help and they just completely ignored us as if we werent there. So I went over to talk to the manager and ask her for some help. The whole time we were calm and polite. We never raised our voices. Getting angry never accomplishes anything. When I spoke to the manager, she laughed at me, and told me no that there is nothing they could do. She said once the cashier takes the next customer a receipt can no longer be printed. She told the cashier to take the next customer over the intercom, which my husband and I heard her say. So this tall, morbidly obese woman was too lazy to walk from the customer service department to the makeup department to do her job. This is not the first time I have seen that woman refuse to help customers. Standing in line at the customer service, I have watched approach her for assistance. She always has an attitude as big as her body. I have no clue why she was ever promoted to a position of authority. People like her need to be a worker, because even the minutest bit of power goes straight to their heads. They have a policy where you need to have a receipt and then they refuse to give you one when their machines are fully capable of doing such. I stopped shopping there a long time ago. But then came back because I needed an item. While looking for the item I needed I was shocked to see many of their aisles are now locked up. Granted, they actually have things in stock now due to the fact they have less theft since everything is more secure. But I feel like I am in a prison for apparel. So now I shop at better stores. I dont mind paying more money since the quality, service, atmosphere and location are better.

2022-07-05Store opens at 6am but customer service doesn’t open until 8am and fitting rooms don’t open until 9am, even though there was two ladies working at the fitting room desk.This is probably silliest schedule I experienced but ok.Besides that the store offers a lot of product.

2022-05-12Yesterday I suffered an Eczema flare up. Im new to this condition so I did a Google check and wanted to know what products Walmart had in store for my condition such as body wash and lotion for sensitive skin and eczema relief & a few other items I needed to buy at the moment. Didnt want to wait to get it delivered or shipped since I needed these products as soon as possible.I make sure to do my research and head down to this supercenter. Parking was good. I make my way to the beauty department and there is where this well planned journey got difficult for me...Isle space was tight. Also you have to wait to get help from an associate to open anything behind glass which is quite a few on each isle here. Plus alot of people shopping at the same time. I went straight to the isle as shown on the website and there was similar body washes similar body lotions by not what I saw available in-store on the website at the isle it indicated. Remember Im looking for eczema relief and sensitive skin. I started to stress out and finally an associate comes to my rescue (so I thought) and he said let me see what you are talking about (obviously thought I didnt know what I was talking about) showed him what was on the website and he said oh yeah we havent gotten it in yet or its in the back it wont be available til tomorrow.I was so disappointed all the time I spent carefully making sure these products were available that same day. Basically what ever is in the isle is the only thing available. I asked if they perhaps had anything else for eczema relief anywhere else he said no.I browse on my own for anything soothing and hypoallergenic after reviewing what was on the floor I finally get out of the beauty department after what felt like for ever and as I exit right there are the products missing on the isle the associate told me wouldnt be stocked and available for purchase until the following day first come first serve but online orders get priority before anyone.I was shocked, somewhat relieved I finally found what I desperately needed but also upset because if the associate would of just asked or attempted to actually look or even had knowledge of the products for that department, or if the website matched what was available in store and in the correct isle it showed online I wouldve saved so much time. By the time I realized the time it was too late to make it to target or anywhere else.Definitely a bad experience, not worth it tbh I stick to Target for a reason a bit pricey on some items but that time I wouldve saved is worth a few extra dollars.Im far from a Karen I dont make scenes I dont ask to talk to the manager. Im just a humble woman whos skin is screaming for help & needed to let anyone else who likes researching like myself about website vs in store at this Antioch supercenter & difficulties one might experience. 2022-05-20Very annoying shopping experience.. everything is locked up and it takes forever to find someone to help you.. All I needed was an emery board I stood there in front of the locked up case waiting for over 15 minutes.. I should have went to the 99 cent store.. nothing is locked up.. but if people got home training from birth, they would know right from wrong and think twice before stealing..

2022-05-01This place never have any staff, one person has the key to open all the lock glass cases in every department and you have to wait for 40 minutes or more for them to come open the case. The place is almost like a football field with no staff players.
