Look, I like Walmart but the high crime rate and random homeless ARE the same thing...A few weeks back I did a walk-thru check stock on Klipsch audio speakers theyd had listed online but were not available here ??I didnt want to lose another bicycle as the Anaheim Plaza location Ive lost 3 and heard 2 obviously homeless men bragging about a Schwinn theyd recently stolen, your bikes do end up right over here Ive lost 7 this year... 4 were locked with a heavy padlock, theyre cutting frames to take wheels now...So, I shop Walmart online get great gear & better prices...but idk exactly 💯 how but my Visa card got RFID caught Im not sure how as I didnt even stand in line or buy anything so somebody it seems has some hi-tech gear that reads & bills your Visa card here mine was reversed by BofA for $102 + $3 it kinda freaks me out bcuz they have a scan proof wallet...mine is Ostrich but doesnt & even the bank was baffled as theyd had to get whatever PIN Codes right to do this ?!!Again, its NOT all on Walmart but Ive also seen drug transactions in the Anaheim lot they do allow homeless people to sleep in their cars at that one...in 1987 that plaza had lost 150 cars a month, but Anaheim PD kept that fact hidden...my wife working for the Insurance Company found this out...ours got stolen too...the Sgt tried to pressure me to confess...then wanted to grill my girl, get a warrant, we are done here, Im ex military & see more than most casual observers...

Don’t come to this location they tag the items with yellow stickers and you will see at the section of clearance but when you check at the app the price is Full price many employees are very rude but OSCAR is the worst be careful ! I wish give 0 stars . People watching self check out have meetings when they are working if you ask something they get mad . Please check your receipts too and if yours items have the spider (security thing ) they will say go to customer service and then you will need to wait like 20 minutes because only one person will be working .
This used to be my go-to walmart since its a supercenter thats down the street for my house and since its technically the closest supercenter to Disneyland it used to be 24 hours and incredibly well stocked. But as of late, its been a nightmare to shop here. They changed everything so many of the essentials that I typically go for are locked up so you have to push the button for someone to come assist you. I literally waiting 30 mins in the camping lockup for no one to ever show and when I went to another part of the store and saw that was i needed was also locked up I decided to almost just leave it all there. Because eventhough I prefer to pay through self checkout (even with a full cart, which I hate when the employees look at me like Im trying to steal something, like lady I worked retail, I can scan pretty darn fast! Lol) I was obligated to go through the ONLY 2 registers they had open because of the locked up items which can only be picked up through those registers, which makes our waiting time twice as long. I literally spent 3 hours at this Walmart to buy only a handful of items and couldnt even get most of what I needed. If you shop from this Walmart, do it online through Walmart +, its A LOT less hassle and they bring it to you. You do have to pay for a monthly membership but its worth it if youre running low on time and patience like I was trying to shop with a 6 year old like I was.
This is a pretty good Walmart. Not the biggest but definitely loaded. Only issue Ive had is late at night there arent very many checkers working the registers.
Nice store. It needs to organize a bit according to the products. Working staff are sometimes ignorant of the products availability. Most of them are courteous and they find the product you are looking for.
This is a no- brainer pretty much everything under the sun under one roof the only thing you cant find here is a date for dinner

Love this walmart. 24hrs for all your needs. Good variety of items. Great helpful staff. Usually pretty crowded and not enough registers open so plan for check out to take a while. The carts have a lock on them so you cant run off with them, so lazy people love to just ditch them all over the parking lot. But its my favorite walmart in the area so far.
Rosie helped me in the cosmetic section. I was looking for Ardell Lash Glue which Walmart doesnt carry. She told me about Kisss lash glue and how good it works for her and showed me the one she uses. I told her Ill give it a shot and bought it. Im very loyal to Ardells lash glue but the way she was excited to explain how much she liked the product, Thats what made me buy it. This Walmart gets all walks of life. Not my favorite but the grocery section isn’t as out of stock as other Walmarts in the area. It’s close to home, so that’s the only reason I come here.
Every WM seems the same... Always out of a few things you really need, sometimes not enough of others, etc.But I genuinely liked them being able to save me money.
For a quick dinner I was able to get what I need n check out. Took me about10 minutes...note to self: you cant go to the store hungry, because everything looks so good n your gonna wanna buy a lil bit of this n a lil of that lol😅
Super small Walmart and on top of me being done shopping I go to use the restroom & it’s completely boarded off that says under construction. Super inconvenience & now I have to drive somewhere else when I’m not from the area.

Large store. The app correctly placed the items on my list and had almost everything in stock. But I noticed as I went up and down aisles that they were out of stock of quite a few things.July 2022-still have supply issues on common items.
The wait for formula after 12 noon sucks... my 10 month old gets impatient which makes me angry I am in the store now its been almost 30 minutes that I have been waiting and still waiting for help with formula for my child.. 1 person to have a key but it seems like no one is on duty. I just want to be in and out especially when I have my infant with me.Natalie has been checking on me calling as well for me to get help and I thank her she get 5 stars not the store
Truth be told its not my best Walmart location I prefer the one Euclid St. But this location is mostly parked full.. lots of vegrants so be alart. Every other thing is like any other Walmart .
Cleaner than most other walmarts, check out was a little wierd with the positions of the self checkout machines.
Delivering with spark at Walmart has made it simple and easy to use and a big plus is that theyre fast with bringing items your vehicle once your parked at one of their pickup stalls. Good job Walmart 5930 keep up the good work !👍

This Walmart is ridiculous they make you wait in line and you cant get out of there you know whats so hard about taking peoples money you know I dont want to wait in line thats the whole part of shopping is not having to wait in line they need to figure out whats going on there get a new manager cuz their processes suck. They need more cashier smarter cashiers and faster cashiers and people and cashiers who dont enjoy frustrating you by making you wait and while they work slower. Figure it out Walmart take the money just take it and so I can go home.
Most of the employees here are nice. This review is for the male bald Hispanic manager. His name is CERALES? or something like that. He should be named CareLess..I was buying an electric scooter for a 7 year old, its the last one and the box is very damaged. When you open it, you can tell things have been rearranged. I assume everything is there but to not offer even a 10% discount on an item that was obviously bought and then returned is just a bad policy. Now when the boy opens it on Christmas morning, Ill make up a fun Santa story about why its damaged? Merry Christmas Walmart.

Even though its a super Walmart, its cramped and narrowed, not enough space for social distancing. And the parking lot seemed pretty busy with surrounding businesses.
I found in very good product for plants, where it contains a lot of fungi and venebic bacteria in symbiosis for crops or gardens, units of formative colonies, I had not seen this product in another place or in hone depot I found it, I recommend it , all the rest of the service and etc., it was good.
This walmart is in a ghetto like area, where there is ghetto behavior from the people. Other than that, you can go in and shop for what you need and leave!!!

This walmart was well organized and found exactly what I went for.
Its getting better, they have better staff now that arent looking miserable and in inconvenience when you ask them for help. They must have got a new manager because shelves look clean and organized. The only drawbacks self checkout wait times can take up to 30 minutes. They have more self cash registers but most of them are closed and the only human cashier does make matters any better. They need to change their system cashiering system.

I come here once a week on Sunday mornings at the same time each time, to do a curbside pickup. I drive 10 miles each way from my home to do this. I have never had an issue - except for one time when their power went out and they cancelled my order an hour prior to pickup. Occasionally they forget something (a case of 32 water bottles one time) or I get the contents of someone else’s order (an Epson ink cartridge I had no use for and they wouldn’t accept back). This morning at the time I leave to go pick up my order, they send an email saying my order is delayed because they’re “super busy”, and they don’t have a pickup time ready yet. This doesn’t work for me, so I have been calling their pickup line every ten minutes, with NO answer whatsoever. I’ve called four times and literally no one answers. It makes no sense. Why accept my order when I placed it yesterday, if you knew you couldn’t have it ready at 10 am? Signed, a not so satisfied weekly customer with autism who has a hard time leaving the house to even go in a grocery store and who cannot handle driving in traffic so they make sure to only use the freeway on Sunday mornings. ✌🏻
Employees are super friendly and so helpful. This store is very organized, always stocked and super hygenic. Have been shopping here on a weekly basis for past 2 years.

Had to exchange some pants for a different size. They still had tags on them, I just didnt have the receipt. They were wranglers and I was trying to do a favor for my boyfriend. The woman in customer service was so rude. She just pointed at the sign that said I needed the receipt, even though it says on their website you dont.

It has lower prices on everything, most of the time than Target. However, its unfortunately more dirty, and has lots of items under glass for theft protection. I hate that! I hate waiting for someone to show up with a key. Shopping shouldnt be an inconvenience.
Needs more selection in dish racks and need more selection in heaters in the winter and summer hardly have a selection of fans.
As soon as I walked into the store the were following me and literally did so the whole time. I felt totally uncomfortable. And was very upset. They obviously were just profiling and being prejudice because it was as soon as I walked in so it was based solely on the way I looked. I will never go back to the place they dont deserve my money, need to get better training.

My wife had a question and needed into one fo the cases in sporting. We waited for what seemed like 10 minutes. My wife eventually walked a few isles over to find another employee in auto. She asked him if he could help and he ignored her. She had to ask three more times before he even said anything to her. He did not have ear phones in and could hear just fine. He told her his keys didnt work. Now as far as I know they do. Unless something has changed since my time at Walmart, then he lied. And the csm we talked to confirmed this later on. We did get help after walking away from the rude man. And after checking out my wife insisted on talking to a manager and I agreed that is was very out of line for the employee to have brushed her off like that. We were assured he would be talked to so I am both happy and unhappy. Thank you to the management team for the help. And maybe the hr department should focus a little more on training.
I went there late looking for a dashcam but they did have much a selection. You know what that means, they are selling out , so their sales are good. I got in and fairly quickly and there were plenty of things that enticed me but I only got vitamins. Customer service was great , over all they provide good service.
Great prices but security and loss prevention have a huge problem with stereo typing me as a long time loyal customer and contributor of wal mart by making all my purchases there . I like to shop and spend money without staff continuously following me around the store.i have left the store many times to make my purchase elsewhere due to this the relentless stereotype and misconception of who I am. Maybe more training would be of help . I can imagine there are more hard working Americans law abiding citizens that go through what I have so Im positive there is alot of revenue lost due to this issue and Im sure that wont sit well with the higher ups of walmart. Sadly the drought has hit the garden hard. But the grounds were clean. I expected a crowd since it was the 4th of July weekend, but it was not bad. Very peaceful - if I were a local I would definitely consider a yearly pass.

Theyve removed some selections and raise prices over time to raise the total check. The aisles are crowded. The supplements are poorly stocked. It seems for a couple pennies more for numerous items youll have a better experience at Target.

They dont stop to let customers pass and say they cant help you find something because theyre only there to stock the shelves. I absolutely only come here when every other store is closed.
I usually go there to send money to my kids. The Staff took my Drivers License and never returned it to me on 07/15/2021. I went back to retrieve it but the female Manager was not helpful. She said Oh they only keep lost and found in a drawer! and dismissed me. Its shameful that that I saw the drawer was not even locked! Her Staff stole my Drivers License and now I am worried about Identity Theft! The Manager has a rotten system and no Customer Service! comcrrnedbotbothered.investigate. Would not recommend this Walmart to my worst enemy, first off employees, as soon as I walked through the door I was stereotyped as a homeless person and was followed and when I put an item back on the shelf due to the fact I noticed that the bracelet that comes with the watch was missing I get accused of stealing it my self, employees are very rude
Distort definitely needs to work on a lot. They need to stop allowing people to make stupid videos in their commercial stores. They need to respect their employees as well as I am aware that theres a lot of mistreating with employees. They need to respect their company for what they are and who they. Represent a new change at Walmart. Help the consumer understand that theyre better than what they are now. Their competitor Target, does not allow none of that nonsense happening like Walmart does. If they need to raise pricing a little higher to keep people that dont know how to respect stores, then they need to do so. Im Just down the street, hate that they are getting rid of people manned checkouts & using self checkouts! Usually only 1 or 2 standard checkouts open with very long lines . Mostly self checkouts with very long lines. To me it means someones job was replaced by an impersonal machine.
The Mexican food selection was delightful. The garden center lacks cinder blocks but the office department has a wide selection of papers. I especially appreciate the electric carts since the shoes are very uncomfortable. Overall Id say build a wall and the hunting department blows.

Terrible location. Dont waste your time here drive to another Walmart. So many transients hanging around outside. I understand this is not the best area but walmart still has a reputation to hold. I tried 4 different shopping carts all had issues with the wheels. Im 8 months pregnant and cant even get a working cart. I was there to return a baby shower gift and was told by the manager that because this location has so much theft they do not honor returns without a receipt even if I just want store credit. It states that nowhere on their Website does it state that they do not accept returns without a receipt.
Since they wont deliver totes, we dropped by on the way home from a doctor visit. The Pickup area is going to be on the far left, toward the back as seen from the Orangethorpe side. We pulled into a spot, told them which one in the app, and within ten minutes were back on our way. Highly recommended!

I went to this Walmart today to get some work boots. It was my first time to this store . So i walked through the clothing area and asked the first employee that I saw , I believe it was Yolanda . I kindly asked her where the work boots are and she clearly said “I don’t know” and continued doing what she was doing. I simply walked away and asked another employee and she was very helpful and walked me over to the boots. I thanked her and I bought the boots I needed . I just wish some employees would just try and be helpful to the customers . Don’t know if I will be going back . I live close by but the hospitality needs to be better here

Very clean and organized location. Great selection in the home goods and automotive sections. As well as the grocery dept. Only thing I could say is that they are lacking slightly on hand sanitizer stations upon entry and exit of the store.
Rude from the moment I walked in suspicious of my being there. Made it obvious that they were watching basically accusing me by of being there with the intent to shop lift. Ludacris behavior. I didnt even have a purse it was a sm wallet and I had on shorts and a tank top what did they expect me to hide stuff up my @$$!!!!

I had bought a truck pool for my husband who didnt end wanting it. So I went back to return it in the original, unopened package. First, we were all waiting in the customer service line well over 30 minutes for returns and only one person was helping. A second person finally hopped on and still ended up waiting longer for a quick return. Had my receipt and unopened box ready. Well, apparently Joseph was having a bad day and when asked if the item had been opened or used and I responded no he looked at me and said I cant return it. I immediately asked for his manager/supervisor whom looked at the box and stated theres no way she could have opened it and folded it up perfectly without damaging the box. Joseph didnt like the response, completed the return and practically threw the receipt at me. Walmart, if your going to have unhappy people working customer service please just keep them in the back away from your paying, loyal customers. Such a horrible experience that Id rather shop online or at Target.
I am simply amazed by the way employees at this particular store deal so courteously with customers, despite how busy they are.First, before you enter the store, theres a friendly lady greeting you with a smile, and will offer you a face mask if you dont have one. She will wish you a happy day on your way out too!Then, what is even awesome is that theres always an employee on each isle that is always delighed to help, which is nice because you dont have to search around the store for help.And finally, the store manager will go out of her way to help.I am always delighed to go to this walmart, it gives me sunshine and my day will be better. I will not shop elsewhere. Thank you walmart supercenter for making all the efforts to please us, specially in these hard times we live in right now.
This Walmart is always well stocked and seems to have the item I like every time. The employees are polite and they seem ready to help me out to find something.The other businesses that are in the same area, are just what I need. From the pet stores to the restaurants and the parks that are everywhere! Walmart is within distance of all the things that I am going to.I can run my errands in the same vicinity of this particular Walmart store.
Not my most favorite Walmart in the world. Was a bit dirty and items seemed packed together. But...every single sales associate I came in contact with was super nice and extremely helpful.
This place is always busy and sometimes a little crowded. Decently good staff. Dave, an older gentleman is very helpful and extremely nice. Place is decently stocked and fairly organized in most areas. Because the store is not as big as other Wal Marts, there is a chance that whatever you are looking for may be out of stock and you would have better chances of finding what you need at a different location.

This location is good but its not quite Supercenter. One good thing is they have wipes to clean carts in entrance if someone is looking for it.You will find many basic things but wont find many times you find in big walmart.
This is one very BIG store. In over 3 years the only thing I could not find in that store was a 245 battery. Everything else I wanted to buy was so easy to find but if I needed help, and I do a lot the staff at this Wal Mart know there job and help me get to where I want to be, they walk me to the item Im looking for. There so great. So out of 5 stars I give them a 10 😊😊😊! ! ! Thanks guys !

Very rude staff. I had one woman that I couldnt call a lady as I entered the store shouting at me. Very controlling and dictator like. I was really taken back at her behavior and wanted to argue about everything. I hope they can retrain their staff. If not, then get rid of them. I would never hire anyone like that after being in the business for many years. I had vowed to never return to that store and I had to get away from her quickly as she followed me out of the door yelling at me. She acted like some kind of a crazy woman. All I did was to walk through the front door and she went ballistic. I think they hire mental patients there that are not safe to be in public. Better yet, just close the doors. I wouldnt miss it.

Seemed much cleaner than the Orange location. Interacted with 4 sales persons and all of them were very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me considerable help enlarging and printing some photographs. Will return there when I never shop in the store in Orange on Tustin.
Well..as my dear old mother has always said .... WALMART has everything & if you cant find it there (Walmart) then you probably dont need it ! I used to think ...thats not right 👎🏽 I hope my life never gets that dull then- well...since this COVID 19 Pandemic hit the globe in 2020 & almost every MARKET or business for shopping retail was forced to shut down for a period of time- Walmart remained exempt from mandatory shut downs..& COVID Free..so this Ive wondered ...why not let the world do what walmart does and get back to life, remain normal & let people Shoppe for whatever they want/whenever they want & keep the shelves loaded . No Guessing & No Pandemic..or at least pandemic free- like Walmart....So while we had no other choices , WALMART was a safe place to be without worry & I guess my mother is still always RIGHT -(GOD only knows ) ....Not fair - but at least we had one store for buying EVERYTHING WE COULD POSSIBLY NEED

I walked in to purchase some drill bits but they were secured behind a locked display I found a young Walmart employee and she immediately helped me the store was pretty clean and in Covid-19 compliance the only problem I witnessed is that many customers were not wearing any type of mask I dont know if Walmart allows this or was it the responsibility of the individual customers.Juan P.
Walmarts all Walmarts are sketchy. I always get a evil vibe whenever I am around a Walmart. People always loitering starring even employees are weird. They behave like cops like they have some kind of superior authority. I try to in and out.
Do not recommend. I just left the store and didn’t check out with my items because of the crude customer service I received. I went to buy my items and a clearance item would not come up. I called for an associate and they said they would enter the price manually. They called up a supervisor and he told me I cannot have the item because I was trying to steal it. I was paying for it and the clearanced sticker price. I guess one of the employees mislabeled it as it was a new item. So I left my items and left. I am seriously disgusted.
I had a really bad experience at this store. This is my go to Walmart . I usually don’t have any problems here but the other day on Sunday Feb 28 I was shopping in the men’s dept for my husband and I asked the worker Yolanda to help me find a size in jeans and she just said “that’s not my job “ and walked away . I thought to myself how rude . She doesn’t belong working in retail. You should never treat paying customers in that way. I should’ve went to management and complained but I didn’t have the time .

Everything is great here from outside pickup to friendly service inside .... just be aware if inside pick-up is taking long, lol theres a short young lady who doesnt care that theres a line of people waiting for their pick-up orders. This is the 2nd time I waited for over 10 min and I asked others in line and said over 15. Be advised, she isnt preparing your orders, go around and peek and maybe knock on door. I unfortunately saw her on her phone. If it wasnt for the nice taller young lady who finally helped us (trying not to drop names to be fair) seeing the line building up and myself @door; who knows how long we would be there waiting
Store is ok. Definetly not one of the nicest Wal-Marts ive had the opportunity to shop at, but not the worst either. Most of the employees seem nice, a few of them not so much..
Went into this Walmart to put money on a prepaid Visa card the lady was very helpful in the money services area I didnt really do anything else but four stars for me

Its HOT inside the store all the time. Apparently Arkansas doesnt know that Arizona is 120•. TURN DOWN THE THERMOSTAT AND QUIT BEING SO CHEAP! Its completely miserable to shop in the store because its HOT!!
It was relaxing. I walked in the doors at 7AM, and walked out at 1030AM 3 1/2 hours later. Spent $118.00. on I have no idea. But it was cheaper then a visit to my psychiatrist. LOL Everyone have a great day. Did I get my toilet paper I stopped there for. Hell yes and then about a $100 extra. But I feel so de-stressed. So relaxed. Everyone have a good day.

They are very rude at this walmart on Orengthorpe and Lemone. I had did my shopping got done getting the things that I had to get and I was checking out and I had asked for cash back so I had told them that I did not get my cash back out of the machine so I had told the workers in there and they acted like I was a thief and had us stand there for over One hour looking at us talking about us and then a manager came and looked at the camera and then came out and talked to the workers and said to give me my money so I will not go back there at all.
I visited here last week.It was about 8 p.m.I lined up to pay, but some employees were not active.Even though I and other people stood in line, they didnt even ask me to come to their counter without knowing.A guy asked her if I could pay for it?, and then she was slow.And then she was ignoring us again...I know her name.But I wont reveal it.I wont go again.She ruined Walmarts image.To me, my friends, my family.

Worst customer service. No surprise. It’s 7:48 and I’m at the deli. At least 8 associates walk by me at the deli counter. I rang the bell and a rude girl comes out points to the wall with no hours posted and says we don’t open till 8 and walks back to the back.
I purchased a car battery 2 and 1/2 years ago. The battery is not working good enough to start a car. N Walmart employees refuses to replace it or provide a credit base to battery to purchase a new one. I will never ever buy car parts or use the service center. Be very careful when buying at Walmart.
A very nice Wal-Mart. Like most ithers supplies are impacted by COVID. I have been on lookout for a few things for the trailer. The RV section is atill short on a lot of things. Food, pharmacy and dry goods all apoear in good supply.
I forgot my mask and they were instantly asking for me to comply which is great , they care for the publics health also employees. Once I found it they seen me and welcomed me with a warm welcome and Christmas 🎄 spirit ! Thank you for your hospitality and help walmart!!
The service within the aisles is not that good. At least thats what experienced. But this store has plenty of stuff.

It was supernatural. Shoppers fly, float, everything was luminous. All the associates were chanting in Sanskrit. I could hardly believe my senses. I spent thousands of dollars and were going back tomorrow!
Its Walmart! What do you expect! You are going to have to be patient if you want anything from the many locked cases. Took me 15 minutes to get a couple of headlight bulbs. Super slow. Could have been longer than 15 minutes but that is what you get when you want it cheaper.
I like they have a little of everything you want.

Used Walmart Grocery Pickup. I love using it because I hate grocery shopping. They earn five stars because Ive never had any issues or problems everything is always been perfect and easy to use.
Im shopping and an employee totally keeps sweeping in my direction without any regard for me at all. One could say im being petty but when did rude behavior become normalized. Then the manager as he says Andrew did nothing to fix the situation but instead start arguing with me in order to save face. Unprofessional and downright prejudiced for not taking the situation seriously. It makes you mad that you cant escape rudeness out here.
As always, the carts have crooked wheels.
This is a smaller Walmart but it is always clean and is stocked pretty well. There were issues in the past with things being in stock, they seem to be much better during and after the pandemic. I practically live at this Walmart!
The problem here is that they always have few checkouts open and one always have to wait in line. No fast checkout but self checkouts, and I dont like it.
Good store and fairly well stocked, but if you’re going to lock things up behind glass cabinets, you shouldn’t make people wait for 20 minutes for nothing. Very rude. Guess I’ll buy it on Amazon.

Nice staff, low prices, not a mob scene..civilized for a Walmart. I support small businesses, but I rely on Walmart and the 99¢ Store for stuff I need so that dollar saved on dish soap can be used for luxuries..like beer.
There they just dont care the only thing they really care about is making sure the front door is clean and anybody thats coming in can physically see that theyre doing something but the rest of the place I wouldnt shop there unless I had to and I only reason I go there cuz I have to
A little less crowded and nicer people than at a lot of other Walmarts. Otherwise its Walmart..they got what you need so ya go. But wait sometimes they actually dont got what you need..They do run out of stuff a lot
I went in for a baseball scorebook and luckily they actually had a couple that rest the area was completely empty so that was kind of weird and some mint chip cookies which they had a whole bunch of the self checkout lines were pretty empty and I got out in pretty quick.
Clean store and staff. Restroom was very dirty.
Everyone Ive encountered here for help have been truly wonderful. The store is also always well stocked and Im happy with purchases by checkout.
Everything you could expect from a Walmart
Its a much smaller store than most super centers- no tire or garden centers. The departments are smaller and thus less merchandise selections than the larger stores but compact size can be a good thing when you have to shop the entire store for you shopping list.
Busy as always on weekends, however, if you know what you want before you arrive and dont deviate, 15 minutes. There are a lot of pan handlers and homeless, but as long as you avoid eye contact, no issues. If youre the type whos giving then youll be happy before you shop.
Love this store! Employees were very helpful and curtious, each one greeting me with a hello and a smile. Prices are great, not a huge selection for womens clothing and essentials but I was able to find quite a few things I liked.
This Walmart was different it did not have any Christmas items at all

The store is nice and big! Excellent location, and their deli now offers hot food like carnitas and birria which by the way are delish delish! Unfortunately the quality of guest service is very poor and that can cause a big impact on your shopping experience. Still one of the most decent Walmart stores around.
I made an online order for pick up, I was told to wait in the car and they will drop off my item, I waited around 10 minutes, then I get a notification that pick up service is not available. Why do you have a pick up service when it’s not available to use? This made me for sure not purchase anything at Walmart and for sure not to use pick up service.
Try getting a person on line without a tone or a sigh. Walmart is a shit company, was a employee, they do not care about you at all. You are just a number.For a location with 500 people, how the hell is there only one manager on the floor today and shes on lunch?? Good thing I left! Its always fun going to Walmart. Perhaps customer service could be better at times or cleaner without the employees out front on break or the homeless bugging for money. Other then that I love walmart. Wish there was one in shopping center near me.
I just left this walmart at 10:30 am this morning and the older woman with the yellow vest at the scan and go had a very bad attitude. She was on her phone and when i asked her that i needed help deleting an item she got mad. She seemed more attentive to her phone then wanting to help and obviously miserable.
Always has whatever I need. But today was different in the parking lot....Some younger guy decided to beat up an old man...my family is giving him first aide now but not many other people were concerned for him and that scares me. I hope they get security tighter here its getting rougher in this neighborhood for sure.
Right now its under staff and over worked. Thats exactly the feeling going into most stores these days.prices were the cheapest on food that Ive seen anywhere else so far.And thats the only nice thaings I have to say about the store.
Busy but the employees can be very helpful and nice.Have some sales from clothing, jewelry, and food. Very clean store overall. Lines can be long sometimes but they always try to open a new cashier register so it goes pretty smoothly and quickly.

Its alright. Never too packed but Ive never had one associate help me once, they all seem too preoccupied or are running away from their customers. Does get pretty messy some days as well. I do enjoy coming to Walmart but this one isnt as super as you would expect. I feel like the stock availability on most things I go there for is extremely low, it would be cool if they tried to focus on putting as much out on the shelves as they could without it looking packed and congested because the prices here are great. Better than any store out there.
If not for the very friendly cashier who was polite and very pleasant this store would not have been given 3 stars. The makeup isles wouldve been beautiful if not for looking like a tornado of teenagers tore through it. The beauty department needs to be restocked badly.
The place is alright. The employees dont look so happy to work there though. And youre better off going to the Euclid location where they have more items to select from.

We took our kids here to find some clothing and the options were extremely limited. A good portion of the junior clothing they had was Disney related and our kids arent into that theme anymore. The junior section is definitely in need of being revamped and added to. Walmart generally has a decent selection, but this location did not. We will have to take our teens elsewhere for clothes.
So I went here this morning and they changed it when I first went to the store a few times you can freely walk in without having a mask and no one would harass you, but today when I went in there to get my Frenchie has stuff there was a white girl there short with a bun in her head talking about circle and wanted me to wear my mask,they did threaten to burn down the same Walmart because this is NASA, I mean the store does have stuff that he needs but still theyre showing people flow 4 Corona instead of health wellness and intelligence you should have showed what that white girl showed the first time to customers in my opinion but overall they do have what my baby needs still waiting on the health wellness and intelligent part!!they have already burned down a couple of stores here in California according to CNN and thats not what I want to see class.
We always have a nice time there. The people are helpful for you to find things. And always smile when you walk by. The only thing is your food section is not carrying a lot of things theyre running out. Theyre not stock very well.
So why going to many places to find what you are looking for if you can put all these things in one place, affordable & has lots of options. Go to Walmart supercenter👍
Your employees need to speak english not very helpful at finding things in the store .To much junk food as well.Asked a stocker and she/ her had no idea what o was asking about..This is a English speaking as the primary language country. OR IT WAS!!!!Just because you have been here a few years does not give you the right to expect others to learn a language you dont or are not interested in learning!!Need I say more??
Accosted by parking police after my purchase because I saw a friend and stayed to say hi!.I was told to leave the parking area immediately by a rent a cop.If wally world is going to thank me like this, I have a reason to go elsewhere.
We wanted to buy more laptobs. We were happy that there was alot of options. But when we went to pick then there was only 2! Injust want to know why they have them up there if they dont have them in stock? We were frustated to here that most of them were out of stock.
I very much like this store. My only complaint is there are not near enough scooters for the size of the clientele at this store. Because of that I can almost never shop here. I am hoping that this store will soon offer the grocery pickup service which is so beneficial to people who have walking disabilities.

Very impressed. I have not gone to Walmart for some time. This Walmart is clean and the staff is better trained. There are not that many staff but they dont look stressed and they know things. The store is clean. Also, I did not see so many weird customers although I saw some customer trying to convince a staff of something that is probably not true. Overall, nice Walmart!
Not enough electric carts for disabled I had to wait 40 min and another customer waited for an hour. If your lucky to get one the yellow light is already on. Sales are good. Some staff can be rude for just ignore a customer.

A little crowded, but the lines were moving along. Not like the DMV where the lines stagnant and its taking so long that spiders have built cobb webs around your feet.
It was fine, Im used to being at Walmart at 9:00pm and its difficult to get around because of them stocking shelves, but come on Wal-Mart 5:00PM I think thats a little early and its difficult maneuvering around those piles. But other then that it was just fine.

Today Sunday evening 01/17/2021 I went to my local Walmart to go buy some iron on patches I was looking for them on my own and I could not find them so I asked one of the employees her name was vanessa I asked her if she could take me to where the iron on patches were and her response was said in a very rude way. I wont take you but Ill tell you WHAT AIsle it is in 29!!. yet I know its not big deal but the way she said it was really rude almost like yelling at me and I think she was getting mad I was interrupting her call because she was on the phone but I just felt really sad and mad because I asked her in a really nice way and she was being so rude and giving attitude
This is my go to store for most of my needs. It is always clean and They have items that I cant find at other near by stores. Everyone are very nice and friendly.
These photos were taken Friday, March 13th 2020. Most of the food aisles were close to being completely bare. Even Walmart’s employees were trying to shop and get food , etc. Before it was all gone. This pandemic seems to have some people in a mild panic at this point.
Disappointed went with my list of most basic items on NOT available. WHY IS WALMART NOT SETTING LIMIT TO PRODUCTS THERE SELLING??I shop twice a mth, Im a Senior women, retired, on fixed income & on Chemo.So Ill be going somewhere else till people get a grip. Hopefully soon.
The price is right, of course, on a multiplicity of items. Its a Walmart, and I live nearby! Walmarts are entering the fray against Amazon now. This one near me has constructed a large online order pick-up area within the store, and Walmart has been advertising free next day delivery on purchases with no membership required for about a week now. Im not into those ways of shopping yet, and might never be. I can still put one foot in front of the other....

I am really happy with this store usually people that work at Walmart are mostly rude but this Walmart by far it is the best.The restroom big high five never have ever experienced a Walmart restroom this neat n cleaned. The maintenance employer Maricela , afternoon shift definitely does one heck of a job. I will definitely be at this Walmart even though its not closed by.

2022-05-15Store needs more electric scooters for customers with disabilities, like myself. Only one for the entire store, SMH. They need to have an extra Security guard go out with the customers to their vehicles & bring it back inside the store to make sure it doesnt get stolen like all the other scooters. But thats just my thought though.

2022-04-28This place is awful. Spent $400 and change at the election section, was about to exit, turned around cus I remembered I needed to load my cash app. I then go to exit again and the door guy gets in front of my cart and tells me to give him my receipt. I beg your pardon but with those lack of manners I dont think so. Tried to go around him and he played tug of war with my cart. Proceed to take my bags out and a woman comes up and started trying to yank them out my hands. Turned my fingers all red from trying to grip them. They were yelling about me stealing and I told them once they found out these were actually purchased, they would be sorry because they were going to loose their jobs. Manager came, looked at the receipt and said it was legit. I told them return every single item. I was humiliated and disgusted at how I was treated. He tried to offer me a $20 gift card and I laughed. My humiliation and tears were worth way more than that. I left with their apologies and money back in my purse minus their stupid gift card. They are horrid here. I never thought Id be treated so poorly. And physically assaulted never in my dreams.

2022-07-01Nice Walmart, bigger election in my opinion ti my local Walmart in Euclid. Less drama as well, more laid back atmosphere. In and out and happy with what we got. Will return as bike department caught my eye.seemed more virus as well.Parking was a breeze and layout of the store not as confusing, done Walmarts I can swear still wandering around looking lost.Thank you

2022-05-18I love shopping at Walmart they have everything you need. Theres always someone there to ask you if you need help. They will go as far as to take you to whatever you need they wont just stand there and tell you oh I think or Im pretty sure its in this certain aisle or that certain aisle LOL you get my point right? All the workers there are very helpful and polite. If youre handicapped they dont treat you no different they treat you the same as anybody else like I said they are very kind workers peoples like I use one of the electric scooters because I have a bad leg they will go as far to go find me an electric scooter!! 2022-06-04This is my closest and regular Walmart to my house. Starting with parking which is only so-so but if you learn the trick going down the aisle to the far right its really pretty easy.Its a supercenters collection is great its huge at least they always have enough shopping carts and baskets. Its fairly crowded and not too bad and the employees are pretty good about helping you if you cant find things.The downside is that if you want those who wants to go to a cashier to check out expect to wait in line almost all the time. A pretty good line not short.But if you want to do self checkout there are plenty of those with not very many people waiting. Also if you cant find an item or an employee you can always go to walmart.com look up the item at that store and it will tell you the exact aisle that its on.There is one lady checker in particular who is so wonderful and friendly its worth getting in her line. Overall this is one of my favorite Walmarts its not perfect but its better than average

2022-03-24I want to thank Honey the sales associate in the sporting goods department. I needed 12 keys for me and my family cuz we are moving soon. She was soooo busy so i asked for just 9. And she still made me the 12 that I needed. The whole time there were customers in line and her cart was full of freight. So grateful for the awesome customer service and help she provided for me. 2022-04-20Love my local wallmart, and I couldnt believe how on the clearance shelf in tools I found a 50$ 20v lithium battery marked for only 20 bucks for my welder and leaf blower combo Ive had for over a year now and usually have enough power for both but with the extra battery I had enough juice to get the neighbors sidewalk area too! God bless Walmart!!! ty

2022-05-29The customer service gave me the weirdest experience ever.I went to another location (Brookhurst) and it was more than pleasant, I was refunded without issue there. Avoid customer service here during the afternoons, staff are just strangely irritable.
