We are pleased that we have chosen Vortex company to do our new entry doors for Fratellinos Italian Restaurant. They are reasonable with their quotes and have very knowledgeable and professional people all across this company. Ignacio Lopez, Frankie Alcala supervised by Frank Martin did the installation with very high standards, the doors look great and work perfectly! Just what we were looking for to enhance the front entrance of our business.Thanks you guys for the great job!

Weve used Vortex on our dock levelers and roll up doors in the past and have always had tremendous response time and service from them. Last night however they went above and beyond that built expectation. We had a leveler spring chain break right at closing and we had no way to secure our building. Vortex (Daniel was their technician) arrived and did a fantastic job getting getting our dock leveler down. For other Ops Mgrs our there, I was able to witness first hand how safe and diligent these guys operate. Thanks Vortex!

We had an emergency situation with our shop door here in Garden Grove. We called Vortex in Anaheim, not only was the customer service amazing, the response time was absolutely super fast. 2 Technicians showed up to save my door from falling down. Garret and Johny not only saved my door, but they went above and beyond to ensure i had the best experience i could ever hope for!!! I would definitely recommend to everyone. A huge thank you to the Vortex team for an amazing experience!!

Joe with Vortex doors is excellent! His service is stellar. He went above and beyond to repair our commercial door correctly and even made sure issues unrelated to the initial request for service were fixed with the door! Highly recommend the service and especially him! Thank you!

10 out of 10 recommend. Customer service is exceptional. From my first call to them the friendly voice was a welcome surprise. Very hard to come by now. Response time and follow up photos os the completed job, amazing. They are my definite go to company from now on. Thank you for being awesome!

VORTEX has been servicing my business doors (BIRITE QUALITY PHARMACY, LA HABRA) for many years. Great job. However the technician DANIEL who came 2 days ago, was out standing. Very polite & professional. I thought it was door-jam but he looked at everything like Sherlock and told me it was a piece of plastic. Very honest and professional. VORTEX techs always come on time. Great job DANIEL and thanks for it

Weve been using Vortex Doors at many of our commercial and industrial properties for years from small doors to large warehouse roll up doors and we cant say enough good things about them. They are friendly and professional, but most importantly you cant beat their quality of work.
