Lived there for 3 years, nice area, OK unit but had major roach problem no matter how clean I had the place. Management was fine until some staff changes in my final year of the lease. Havent given back my deposit and wanted to charge another $500 for some damages I didnt even do. Couldnt wait to move out in the end. The only reason I dont give 1 star is because area was pretty peaceful and quiet, lots of families and very friendly neighbors.

I moved out about 2-3 months ago and i really enjoyed myself here. My apartment wasnt the fanciest, but for the price it was great for the area.The two front office ladies are extremely helpful especially with the applications. Maintenance is always quick. If i didnt have to move back to Texas, I wouldnt have moved.

HORRIBLE APARTMENTS. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARTS I WOULD. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS.

Absolutely horrible management! Especially the front office lady. If she doesnt like you she accuses you of things and tries to call the tow truck on you even if youre in your own designated parking spot! The quality of the features in the apartments are made of cheap material that break frequently and it takes forever to get repairs done. Live anywhere else. Cant wait for our lease to be up. If i could, I would give them zero stars.

There was a change in management early this year. The current manager Ana , to say the least is the worst manager Ive met. I along several tenants including the Vista Sun apartments, feel the same way and have had sour experiences with her. Definitely is lacking customer service and etiquette, extremely rude. No way to treat us especially since we pay to live here. She has been heard saying that the previous management, Marible, did nothing around here and that the place was a disaster and was going to change and run things the right way. In regards to Maribel , she was very sweet and I never experienced anything remotely close to what this new manager is doing. Im not sure what Ana is talking about when she says this place is a disaster because the envirnonment in both vista sun and pacific sun is exactly what is expected when living in an apartment. We live close to each other so there will be noise; if anything, maybe trash is an issue because some people have no manners and dump theyre trash wherever. My biggest pet peeve is that when addressed(meaning when we go to her), Ana is very confrontational, she has an attitude when spoken to as if she were being attacked. If there is an issue , most if the time she just leaves a letter/notice at the door instead of calling or trying to physically get ahold of you. I understand that someone in that position may think that they need to behave in such manner because of their position as an authoritative figure but, her way is as if she were a dictator and is uncalled for. The company running this complex must only know her on paper or was desperate to find a replacement because she is a horrible manager. I and several tenants from both complexes look forward and hope she gets relieved from this position because the atmosphere in these apartments feels hostile and that is a horrible thing to feel when this is home to many. We come home to rest and relax, last thing we want is to come here and feel uneasy because were scared to get In trouble and threatened to get evicted due to a violation of contract for something petty.

Only one BIG issue, ROACHES!!!!! No matter how many times the unit gets sprayed, how clean it is kept the roaches always come back.Neighbors and management seem nice enough and they do plenty of repairs in a timely fashion. Lots of remodeling done as well, our only issue being here is the roaches.

My brother used to live in these apartments. It was cute for a starters apartment with his wife. I only give it 4 stars cause there arent too many businesses nearby, but they at least have a Northgate Market down the street, which is great for grocery shopping. Nice city honestly

I live in Vista Sun app for 2 years cockroaches in the place when We got in,the front office lady Anna very unfriendly, Her incompetence affected really bad my sing out from the apartments and my CREDIT its on risk to be damaged and Im sure She planed to be that way. The head management and collection where not very helpful I had to pay bills I already paid and I proved I did, a old carpet I did not damege and balcony I never used.All because the are remodeling and make people paid for it..The WORSE experience I had.Horrible lugar!!Pesimo e incopetente servicio de Anna La mujer en la.officina.500 dlls + deposit I got charged.

Honestly if I could give this place zero stars Id gladly do that a million times over. Me and my family lived in the complex for two years and I will admit when we first got there and Jose was the manager things were actually pretty good. The rent was very affordable for the amount of square footage we received. I mean we started off on bad footing because we were told the date the unit would be ready and we wasnt able to actually see the unit until 3 days before we moved in. We go there the third day so we could see the place and it still wasnt done so we were offered a few hundred dollars off the first few months of rent so we took it. I would say Jose was on top of everything and making sure the maintenance on point and the parking was regulated.... Now that I put the positive out there lets talk about the year plus after Jose left and Maribele took over; I have never seen someone so unfit for a position of power in my life outside of well I wont make this political but Maribele was absolutely god awful as a manager. While we were there we made a complaint about the parking situation and how there are numerous vehicles being parked in the resident parking spot with no proper decals and there were a bunch of parking areas being taken up by broke down and stored vehicles. We were told to identify the vehicles and let her know (Maribele) and magically the cars had decals the next day, didnt move but had decals. I brought the issue up again because in the apartments policy that was issued to the residents there was a storage rule that stated any vehicle in a spot for longer than three days was considered storage and when it was brought to her attention that vehicles was still there nothing happened. We reached out to Glenn Ernst the management above the management and it was an absolute management, he is the most unprofessional condescending person in any profession Ive ever dealt with and I was in the military smh. When this issue was brought up to Glenn he started to insult my grammar in my email versus actually addressing the issue, all he said was I have faith in my management, we tried to bring it up to anyone above him and it was like trying to make a phone call to the president or something. After we just gave up and started counting down the days to moving we started getting harassed by Marabele with all these fake complaints she heard about things like smoking and loud partying which we DO NOT smoke because we have a child with asthma and we never partied because we are a working family with young children and when we asked her when the complaints came and from who she said and I quote well I cant tell you who made the complaints but it was your neighbors in your building... We are actually friends with our neighbors so we asked and of course they denied it because why would they complain especially considering they also didnt like management. We brought this up to her and of course she back peddled and started lying more. We started getting ants, roaches, and spiders and we brought this to Maribeles attention and she said shed look into it and book pest control... never happened, we brought this to the other girl that works in the front office that should honestly be the manager and she said Maribele never scheduled it so we asked again and same thing no result. We asked our neighbors if they were having the same issue and they said no but they have recently got their unit sprayed, so why would you not spray all units knowing theyre connected and pest go from one unit to another. We have a list of things but limited space but this place is horrible the management above her is terrible, unless you are hispanic and play ball AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. We moved because it just got unbearable & were actually about to pursue legal representation against these security deposit thieves. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Management lures prospective applicants with low prices but when you actually view the apartment it does not include all the amenities advertised, BUT conveniently offers you an apartment that does include all the amenities for an additional few hundred dollars extra per month in rent. Classic bait and switch trick.Also, this area is dangerous and I saw bizarrely behaved individuals (probably drug addicts) wandering in an out of the complex. STAY AWAY if you value your safety, money, and time!***Also love how all the reviews are 1 star except for a couple anonymous users. Looks fake to me. These people should be at a solid 1 star based on REAL reviews.
