I went into the store to shop around for a new phone and add an extra line. I have to say David had to be one of the best representative I’ve dealt with. He took great care of us and made us feel comfortable and right at home. We left very satisfied. I will definitely be back for my phone needs. Thank You David!!
Went to the store at 7:20 was closed even though online it says 8 p.m. and door says 8 p.m. had a rink a dink sign up that says closed new store hours close at 7 p.m. so whats the deal are you close at 8 or you close at 7 or are your employees just trying to not work. All the other Go Wireless stores thought they were open they dont even realize theyre closed at 7 p.m. kind of ridiculous change your hours online so people know.

2022-06-15Joselyn is the best! My husband and I went in around 6:30 (they close at 7) to just ask about switching our phones. She said she could help us out at got both of us our new phones.That was the fastest and best service we have received at a Verizon store! She was extremely knowledgeable about all the devices and the whole transfer process was super smooth. We were done within an hour. Great service!

2022-07-25I hope the owners or whoever are taking note because Jocelyn was absolutely amazing. She stayed on the phone with me for almost two hours with customer service and advocated for me when customer service kept making mistakes. All this after I came in in a not-so-friendly mood (apologies again Jocelyn). Give Jocelyn a raise, she more than deserves it!

2022-05-07Customers have to wait to long because there is only in customer representative. Also there was a customer who came in harassing the female employee. She needs better protection being there by herself!!!

2021-12-31Best experience thus far in comparison to Verizon on Bouquet. Associate by Jocelyn I believe was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. She was very transparent and looking for better options to suit in.

2021-12-28I had to write a review. I got a new phone for my wife before Christmas. Joselyn was the one who helped me. This was some of the most fantastic customer service I’ve ever received at any business. I felt like I was her only customer. She helped me quickly and easily and stayed in contact with me throughout the tracking of the phone delivery. I always say delays happen but why can’t someone just keep me in the know. She went above and beyond for me. I can’t say enough about the service at this location and Joselyn in particular.
