Came in to get an upgrade on my phone and these guys are super friendly and eager to help. Marcus was amazing and explained everything to me so well. I have never been so happy with an experience with Verizon and Im already a devoted customer. Wow, definitely would go out of my way to come back to this store!
My daughter went to purchase a screen protector at closing time. Mr. Julian assisted us without rushing us and more over he took his time to clean the phone and put it on. Julian was courteous, professional and go out of his way to ensure we are pleased. He is the best sales associate ever in all the retail stores I have visited. Hope Verizon recognizes Julian.
Came in today to upgrade my parents phone. Christian was a tremendous help. He was very informative, helpful and patient. He took the time to explain and went over our phones plans. He gave us great deals. We ended up buying 3 tablets and upgrading my parents phones. THANK YOU for your help!!!
Thank god I came on a day that wendy was working and I read about this store beforehand and so many people loved wendy about how she was so helpful and patient and very knowledgeable and I totally agree with the other customers too today I had to put an order in for an iphone 11 pro max and hopefully she will be the one to help me get it activated and started no more android hello iphone family. Thanks wendy for a quick order for my new iphone I cant wait.
Last night my husband and I went to purchase a charger at Verizon. Luis sold us one, helped me with my cracked screen protector and told me how I can get a better deal on my phone service. He really went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you so much Luis! We will come back to your store next time we need anything for our phones!
The worst experience ever, I came to the store and JUAN was rude .1.- I told him that I was waiting for my wife to park the car while I was inn the store and he said no if she is not in the store with you she couldn’t get in because he was about to close and I was surprised. 2- I was trying to activate my kids gizmo on an existing line on my account and he answer was NO primo I don’t do that like if I was doing something wrong and he said I can’t the company is checking on us so no I can’t do that, at that moment I was speechless, so he told me you have to call customer service and then to ending with this horrible experience I was about to place an order for 2 new phones and he didn’t even care or process and he told me so what you want me to do. Can’t believe they hired people like this on a great company like VERIZON
The technician was very knowledgeable and nice in helping me to resolve my phone issue. He also showed me ways on how I can save money on my monthly bill. I live the support and experience I had with Marcus at Verizon. I will recommend anyone to visit Marcus at Verizon.
Bismarck is awesome!! He worked with us to trade up after a previous unfortunate purchase, he advised us to go with a cheaper plan based on our 4G consumption and threw in discounts and a free case. Overall, we felt very cared for. Thanks Bismarck, you know how to make loyal customers!
Nothing but the run around from these guys. Took 3 months to get screen protectors for our new phones. Employee that sold us the phones totally botched our bill, and when we went in to ask about our bill the employee no longer worked there and the manager that was there was ZERO help. Customer service here is horrible. Ill never be going back.

2022-08-13Do NOT be fooled by their $30 special. I can guarantee you theres a catch to it and they WONT tell you all the extra money youll be paying until your credit card is in the reader, or maybe not at all until you see the bill. They lure you in with these specials and have you sign up without explaining the fine print. Read and ask as many questions as possible and I can promise you theyre lying. If it were really the the worlds best network why do think they are giving this special? Because their existing customers are leaving the minute their contract ends.

2022-04-29Preordered a phone months ago, they failed to notify me that the phone arrived like three weeks early so they sold it and I had to reorder. Its now been almost a month that my second phone has been at the store and I have gone in twice now to pick it up and they wont give it to me because its apparently not in their inventory. They cant give me a time estimate or any updates on it. They never have display phones or any phones in stock. Save yourself the headache and just order online through Verizon.

2022-04-15I hope this place can get its self together soon! Very disappointing service and I cant quite understand the use of this place as they rarely have anything in stock, it has to be ordered, I can do that myself. They state that they called and emailed me about my order that was placed the month before. No you did not do either!!! As of today, still waiting for a galaxy s22, again I have to wait because it is now called Victra and their inventory system is not up yet, so we wait again or cancel the order and lose the $700 trade in credit.

2021-08-01I went to this store on friday. When I walked in a guy whose name tag said Jason was at the counter by the door. He looked at me when I walked in and did not acknowledge me. I looked around for a few minutes then walked out the store. Jadon never said a word to me. Not even welcome when I came in. Jason is very rude and should NOT be in customer service. Do not go to this store if possible.
