Came here for my very first time with victoria she is very nice and helpfull. She quickly helped us find what we needed.Second time we went in victoria was busy but jordan helped us out hes a very good sales man. They are both awesome. I appreciate both of their patience.
I erased my new phone instead of my old one. I absolutely panicked. I walked to this store. There were three people ahead of me but I waited. When it was my turn, I was completely made to feel at ease with Eric. He patiently took me through the process. He was much more efficient than the representative at another Verizon store who had initially set it up. He checked everything to make sure it was working when the transfer was completed. The store closed at 7:00 but he worked with me to completion around 7:30. He was extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant, and very interested in giving me his full attention. I won’t go to any other Verizon store when I have this “gem” at this store.
Went in to order a new phone, Daniel was super helpful in guiding me through the process and explaining everything super clearly! He also showed me similar phones so I could know what to expect when it arrived. The kicker tho, he stayed after his shift ended to help others before and after me! Awesome service for sure :)
My experience with Eric was definitely the best experience I’ve had at a Verizon store. Not only was he very attentive and professional, he was extremely knowledgeable when answering my questions as well as other guests questions in the store. If I could give 20 stars, I would! I will definitely be returning to this store for all of my future Verizon needs!
Had a very great and smooth experience. Went in to get a new phone for my mother and I. As soon as I walked in was greeted nicely by the salesmen Daniel who ended up walking me through everything and making the new phone transition very smooth. Within a hour I left with 2 new phones, and accessories. Great job Daniel!
My phone wouldn’t work this morning. Not a god start to the day or so I thought. I went to Verizon and there was Daniel. He was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! He really turned my day around. I am happy with Verizon. Great coverage, excellent product. But it’s the people you deal with that make a difference. Daniel made it a pleasurable experience. And a quick shout out to Jose’. He’s awesome too.
Had a great experience upgrading to the iPhone X yesterday. Ashley was really helpful, and finished the process REALLY quickly. The biggest wait getting all the stuff from my old phone onto my new phone, which is an automated process that she started while multitasking to get me out the door fast.Two years ago, I had a terrible experience at one of those mall kiosks that took HOURS. This was a much better experience. Not just from Ashley, but with the whole team. I didnt get the managers name, but he seemed like family right out of the gate. Ill be going back for anything Verizon I need in the future. Cheers.
I would like to congratulate Verizon for such a great hire!Yolanda was highly professional, knowledgeable, and more than capable.I had serious concerns about my SD Card and needed a correct and informative explanation as to why I was having said issues.Yolanda provided expert customer service and technical ability.Im assuming she is part of the Verizon management team; if for whatever reason she is not, I believe as a former managerial representative, not having her in a well compensated management position is doing a disservice to your company.Thank you again for Putting me Back in the Game Yolanda!.
Ive been a Verizon customer for about 10 years now. This is my local store and I visit it about twice a year. Each time Ive had the pleasure to have Brittney take care of me. I am so impressed with her customer service skills. Shes kind, friendly, polite, efficient and always pleasant. Ive been to several other Verizon stores in the area but hands down this one is the best! Thanks Brittney for everything you do.
I am so happy I found Gabriel in this store, I needed help and he was my guy. He found a solution pretty quick and suggested an upgrade option for me, he also got me a deal. Also, was surprised how fast the transaction was, he made it easy. Recommend this store and Gabriel is the guy you need if you want it to be fast and get the best deal with verizon
Marcus and Ms Gonzalez were amazing on Sunday. They spent all the time this old geezer needed to get a new phone and help my friends get new ones too. It seems in this day and age being kind and supportive of customers is a lost art. But they nailed it. Thank you for best Verizon experience ever in 16 years of being a customer
Marcus is THE MAN! He went above and beyond in helping me out. I got the Google Pixel XL. I wanted the white model, but they were out. I left with the all black phone and they ordered the white model for me. Marcus gave me his personal contact info so that I could reach him if I had any questions or issues.The location is under new management, so you should disregard the older reviews. This place was great. Definitely recommend Marcus!

Lot better than T-Mobile. T mobile a cross the street was rude to me telling me I can’t look for the info on a perticular cell to fly my drone with , only certain brands can be used like I ain’t going to purchase any thing. The bucks toed right there and I let verizion get almost 400 USDThanks Verizon
I went in for an upgrade on 6/7/16, Nicholas helped me out. He was awesome! He answered all my questions and concerns I had regarding the new phone and questions about the service plan. I was very pleased with his customer service! If anybody goes to this store I highly recommend you ask for Nicholas! Hes great!!
I just went to this Verizon store and had one of the best experiences ever. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a phone and a tablet for an amazing deal. No problems at all everything went smooth. I’ll be recommending this Verizon to my friends and family.
If I could leave zero stars I would. I called this location at 720pm on 1-27-19 to make sure I could be serviced as I knew it was late. The representative told me to go ahead and come after I informed him that myself and my friend were coming to start new service. We arrived at 745 pm the doors were already locked. A representative by the name of Muhamad unlocked the door, stood in the doorway, not allowing us to come in. He said to me “I don’t think we’re going to be able to do anything because it’s late and I don’t get paid overtime”. I have never been so taken back in my life. As a former CORPORATE Verizon Wireless employee I do understand that sometimes activations can take a while; however this is something we could have been told over the phone, not when we arrived with our children in tow. Then he proceeds to ask if we could come back tomorrow I let him know that we have pretty conflicting schedules and that’s the reason for the late visit. He tells me well unfortunately it’s too late. I walk away and he lets someone else in and services them. I don’t appreciate my time being disrespected by this young man that told me to come just to turn me away when he saw what I looked like. Shame on him. And as the daughter of a 25 year VZW retiree and a former employee myself I plan on making a complaint to outside sales and I’m sure it will reach the right ears.
I value customer service and Im highly dissapointed with the three gentlemen that were working at that time. As I entered the store I was stared at rather than greeted. The three gentlemen appeared to be very lazy as evidenced by whispering to each other, debating on which one of them was going to provide me service. The overall experience was poor and unprofessional. But I wont let this horrible customer service stop me from being a Verizon customer.
Jasmine and Eric has the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life that’s the best retailer Verizon store that I ever been to and I will recommend that you go there cause they help you out so much and they just make getting a cell phone experience 👍 great 👍
Looked up this store and didnt want to come in because of the reviews, but it is the closest store to my house, so I gave it a chance. Gabriel helped me out, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and upgraded me. I will be back for the car kit for sure. Recommend this store, and ask for Gabriel if you want the best service
Went in on February 4 to get my own plan and a new phone. I was on my sons and I wanted off his plan, new phone and wanted to keep my same number that I had for years prior to going in with my son. It would take too long to tell you how bad Joel..sales person...assistant manager messed up my account. Never returned my call and even the manager that I talked to on February 5, the next day was upset because I called asking for Joel so much. Any After many many calls to Verizon throughout this month I finally to Beth last week and did a follow up call today to continue fixing Joels mess refunded me close to 300.00 in charges that I should not have incurred. The only thing that Beth could not tell me was what the 194.00 that Joel charged me for in the store?????? Just called the store an hour ago, left a voice message. Lets see if I get a call back. Did not ask for Joel when I just called and this is a short version.
Daniel acting manager should be rewarded find naturally and a higher position based on the fact he selling telephones at a time when the world is in the epidemic virus Corona he should be rewarded highly by financially ,by 100% in a better position in the company I will buy all my phones from Daniel advises and recommend to Many of my friends and my business associates to purchase from Daniel @ this Verizon store This actually a true statement of a person who work in your operation Daniel rules!!! Need many more like him around!!!
Went in for a Jetpack mobile hotspot and Tyrone laid it out crystal clear making sure sure that I got everything I wanted in a wireless plan. It went so well I actually ended up switching from AT&T to Verizon entirely right then and there. Plus there was also Marcus who brightened the room with extreme positivity. The teamwork with customer service in this place is spectacular.
Went in to get phones for my daughters. Was told i could save money upgrading my husbands and my phone. Constantly being told the Phone my daughter and i was offered a moto x was a 33 gig phone. In actuality only 16 i was charged 4 G essentials which includes setting up email voicemail screen protector and tutorial of phone 4 times and additionally charged for two more screen protectors and two accessories cases. So the salesgirl never even charged the phone. All the phones were nearly dead and my back up for contacts failed so no 4g essentials was ever provided. I am a truck driver and had to go back after complaining and was told lies. I personally visited and was given more lies. I had to call twice when repeated told Ramon the manager said he would call me. So now i am offer a refund which i am going to pick up when i am back in California on may 15. By the way they also increased my bill by $75 so if you are looking for a phone go to an authorized Verizon retail store. I reported this place to verizon and they are going to launch an investigation.
This location should not be open for business. I have been trying to deal with a situation with them since October 2016 and have yet to received any updates and or progress in resolving my issue. I call and they tell me that they will call me back and they never call. Ive asked to speak to the manager several times and have he is never available to speak to me. I have serious concerns with my account and to date the manager has not called me once to address my situation. I have been very patient, too patient and now Im realizing it. This is poorest customer services I have received from any Verizon store. Actually from any store. I am ready to close my account and take my business to a company that has enough respect to call their customers back. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this store. Go someone else where you will be treated as you deserve.
Ive had a couple experiences there and both times, the employees were dismissive and unknowledgeable about their products. I came in asking for information on purchasing a voucher for an Moto X customization, and the employee called someone else to make sure its actually real. Calling your customer a liar isnt a good way to keep business.From what I understand , this store is somewhat like a franchise in that it is separate from Verizon. They dont carry the latest phones or get trained on the latest deals or Verizon policies.
Awesome little store, they had exactly what I was looking for and helped me get in and out in no time with the perfect phone. Marcus is funny and can make sure you leave happy, and they have a lot more than the modest display floor suggests. Go in & upgrade 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻📱📱📱Thanks guys!
Driving 20 minutes. I was asking for any prepaid phone. I know they are having this kind of service. But they didnt know what I am asking and were trying to put me on the second contract that I allready have with them. Weird people. Dont come here. You will waste your time. And by the way. They were trying to send me to any radioshack where they also sell verizon phones... Horrible service...
This store is the worst!! It is not an actual corporate store which means they have different prices then advertised on line. The employees are not professional, and the manager by the name of nick is the most rude unprofessional customer service representative I ever had the experience of encountering. I advise customers of verizon to avoid this store at all cost and go to a corporate store, you will be glad you did!!
I arrive in Long Beach having left my phone at home. I looked on the Verizon Wireless website and they have a phone advertised at $144. I ran, actually put on running shoes and ran (I dont like to run) 2.5 miles round trip only to have these bozos tell me they wanted $300+ dollars for the phone that was advertised.I called Verizon corp and they can do nothing because this is a franchisee not a corporate location.Moral of the story - DO NOT SHOP HERE, they can do whatever they want, sell you a program at more than double the corporate price.AND Verizon - Why in the heck would you allow these cowboy operations to degrade the Brand that you spend hundreds of million on each year???
After spending 800 on a phone and accessories and being added on to a family members account I went in to have phone activated and didnt think it was to much to ask him to put on the screen protector, he said yeah for $20, I thought he was playing...but I didnt buy it in the store! Etc, I have never liked Verizon, had serious run ins with them but these clowns are something else.
This place is horrible, they tricked me into a 2 year contract on a god dam tablet. . . A GOD DAMM TABLET. WHO THE HELL PUTS CONCTRACTS ON TABLETS. I was simply told that i qualified for just tablet and ended up with a $309 dollar bill at the end. I regret switching companys.
Do NOT be fooled by their $30 special. I can guarantee you theres a catch to it and they WONT tell you all the extra money youll be paying until your credit card is in the reader, or maybe not at all until you see the bill. They lure you in with these specials and have you sign up without explaining the fine print. Read and ask as many questions as possible and I can promise you theyre lying. If it were really the the worlds best network why do think they are giving this special? Because their existing customers are leaving the minute their contract ends.
Help in Spanish. Miss Sonia González was great. I always arrived with my nephew when I needed to ask about my account but my phone stopped working and I had to go alone for my luck the girl was arriving and could help me. I recommend this store. I felt welcome I hope they dont change into a new team of workers.

2022-03-31Waited over 30 minutes just to pay my phone bill. A couple was having issues with their phone, and the rep apparently could not multitask. The four people in the store sat in absolute silence while she “tried” to figure things out. I was left to wait while the rep called for help. She couldn’t give up 5 minutes to help? I came in at 6pm and left at 6:45pm :/ The store was poorly staffed, having only one person. And to top it all off she was not at all discreet about my personal information, saying account details loudly enough for the entire store to hear. Nice that I got helped eventually, but not horrible that it took 45 minutes for a task that takes less than 5 minutes.
