I have lived here for almost a year and I have nothing but great things to say about management. Specifically, Ana. She has always been attentive & very kind. Anything I need, I know I can always count on her. She also takes the time to host resident events & they are always a blast!If you are looking for a welcoming community, look no further.
The entire staff at Renew Mills are very friendly and helpful. Chris from maintenance is always professional and knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of any work orders we put in. His ability to diagnose and find a resolution to issues are second to none and he has a great attitude no matter how difficult the job may be.
Needed help with my A/C and Hugo was able to get the job done same day and in no time flat! Quick and Professional. Its great to live in a complex with friendly staff who can work around your schedule. Thanks again for all the help!
This has been an amazing place for my sister to live. I visited over the holiday and she had nothing but nice things to say. It was so nice to see the staff hand out holiday cards with music and I loved to see them genuinely enjoy their work and genuinely care about my sister. My sister mentioned that the property has been so fun since Ana Limon the property manager has been there. She has had all kinds of community events for them, including one for the dogs! I am really happy my sister has a home in this community, thank you to the staff here!
Great experience since we walked in to ask for information. Stefanie was great following up with us and everything. And was also extremely helpful with all the questions we had. Made the moving experience easy and pleasant.
Moving in the Renew Mills apartment was easy . Only issue was that they do not have a designated spot for moving trucks . If they did this would help tremendouslyUpdate: Someone belonging to Renew Mills is writing reviews using my name and others. I am a verified Local Guide and came across this review from 5 months ago that I did not write . Please review the photos below for proof. Remove the review immediately ! The review has been submitted to Google as false under conflict of interest. It is shocking that an employee is writing false reviews to up their rating.
We would not want to stay at any other apartment but Renew Mills! Ana, Chris, Araceli and Hugo .. they have made our stay even more special! They went above and beyond from the very beginning to ensure our stay in the apartment is cozy and more, and it was!!! Definitely the best 6 months of staying in an apartment we called home. Thank you again and again Renew Mills!
Took a tour with my wife earlier this week with Arceli. She was very thorough with our tour and answered all of our questions. When we got back into the office Ana was very professional and answered more questions we had as well. Overall we enjoyed our tour and will definitely be renting here later this year when there is availability.
Chris is always so helpful. Anytime of the day or night If something goes wrong or breaks chris was there to fix it. Ana was always so helpful when I had any questions. Living at renew mills was beautiful. I had the best neighbors and my dog loved the dog park! I will def miss everyone an my first apartment. Thank u renew mills 💓
Chris Hernandez is a great maintenance manager he always goes above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Chris is skillful, friendly and helpful to the community. He really enjoys what he does.
Everyone who mentioned that Chris is the only ray of light remaining in this place is not lying. Hes always been reliable and trustworthy all the 4yrs Ive lived here. He gets the job done and is very friendly, everyone loves him and Autumn when she was still here. The new property management company are just looking for a way to kick all the old tenants out and what a shame it is. My 3 stars is for Chris alone
Anytime anything needs fixing in my apartment, it gets done ASAP. The staff on site are very quick to make sure that everything is well taken care of and in order. Chris came and fixed a couple things in my apartment & anytime something like that comes up, he’s very detailed, very clean & always double checks his work & to see if I’m satisfied with what was done. The job gets done & the outcome is always great .
Hugo is impressive! His work passion and the speed of delivering the work is amazing! Always smiling and helping attitude is what makes us stay at this place!
This review is for Chris and Chris only! Chris came out to fix our closet door which has been having issues for months. He was able to fix it and explain the problem and ordered new closest doors for us on the spot. Chris is awesome and the best guy to work here for maintenance! Keep up the great work Chris!!

Chris the maintenance manger is always so professional & efficient.He will answer any & all questions you have.You can see by the work he does he has lots of pride in his work & pride in the apartment facility. You cant ask for a better maintenance manger. He is a big part of the friendly atmosphere of the community .

A community involves a group mutually existing in a common place. Ive lived here for the past six years and Ive witnessed this community convert to a business model by unidentifiable people with headquarters in Irvine, a completely different county. Now one could criticize, but one must also understand that change is nothing more than nature itself. In order to get through it, one must look towards the rising sun rather than a setting. The one positive is the fact that Chris still runs the Maintenance around here. He is one handy man that is essential to all communities, for he is prompt and knowledgeable. Moreover, he remains to be the only familiar face I see working here. We are blessed to have him be a part of our community.
MAINTENANCE REVIEW ONLYMy man Chris is THE BEST maintenance man you could ever ask for. Time and time again, he has quickly responded and completely resolved to all of my maintenance issues. He’s answered my phone call at 1am when I had a gas leak and he’s even come to my apartment on his day off with his baby daughter in tow amidst a change in management when he wasn’t sure if he’d even be compensated for his work. He doesn’t live nearby either! Hell, today he fixed 5 requests that I opened THIS MORNING! He’s also one of the most genuine and friendly guys that I’ve ever met. Chris is a true diamond in the rough here and is honestly the best part about this complex and I’d wouldn’t mind seeing him as our manager.
Renew mills has made some changes, Im thankful they were great changes starting with Anda she is amazing! Chris has always been a reliable part of the team! Im extremely happy I found this place, I call home.
We have been here in the Ontario complex about 4 years now, we have never had any problems, little things that need to be fixed but with Chris Hernandez on the job, it’s always a job well done. We had a problem with our air conditioning and he showed up took care of the problem , was so nice and professional. Glad he could take care of it before theTemperatures rise.Thanks Chris

The Property Manager Ana is amazing. She is always thinking of ways to bring the community together. She is very personable and in tune with the tenants.
I was scared to write this review but honestly I have been so disappointed 😔 and sad with how much this apartment complex has changed in only about a month since the new company trinity has taken over I had to say something. I have lived here for over 6yrs now I have seen management change and to be honest it got better and better. Autumn was the sweetest kindest front desk clerk and her hubby Chris who is hands down the best maintenance man ever he is kind and cares about helping the residents out. Now that we have this new company they no longer live here and it’s gone down down down!!! Grass is never cut, leaves have been piled up outside my patio for weeks! There is trash everywhere! The flags that where always changed for the seasons and made the property look nice haven’t been changed there dirty and ripped!! The gate is always broken! Rent went up for what reason?!? Our apartments now look trashy like the ones right next to us! This wasn’t a apartment complex Trinity this was a community where residents where friends and families.Now you are pushing all the old residents who actually care for new residents who don’t!! All that does is bring things down. Your worried about painting but you don’t even clean the property!! My advice is if you want to move here don’t! You missed out when we had honest community owners now your moving into a over priced basic community with no heart! I can’t wait to save up and leave and that’s sad to say because I didn’t want to leave my neighbors are very special to me but Renew Mills will never be La Teraza!!!

This used to be the La Terraza Apartments, it was owned by people who were not money hungry like the new corporation is that has taken over the complex and gave it the awful new name.Since the corporate take over the company has been nothing but DEMANDING of residents. Specifically:- All month-to-month residents have been forced to either sign 1 year leases (despite living here for years and earning their month-to-month rent) or announce that theyll be moving from the property.- Those new leases had to be signed within 30 days so you would get the best rate (which was already increased from the previous rate.)- The new leases were not even ready UNTIL TODAY (11/29), which is barely 2 days before the best rate ends and there are changes in the lease prior from the old contracts. Meaning you only have basically 1 day and a half to decide if it meets your needs or budget for the new increases in pet rent and utilities.- They have already drastically raised the rent on the open units in the complex -- 2 beds, 2 bath is now $1850 compared to the around $1600 it was before the corporation took over. (And these apartments are basic, that price is outrageous for what you get.)- They have DOUBLED the pet rent from $25 to $50 a month per pet.- They are switching from a flat fee for utilities to a varied fee for utilities.- They have given residents VERY SHORT NOTICE to enter their apartments! Once for the new property management to view every single apartment for damages or electrical purposes? And another most recently only gave 2 days notice to residents that they needed to completely remove all items from their patios and balconies for power washing WHICH NEVER EVEN HAPPENED! The notice stated that if residents did not move their items that if they were damaged during the cleaning that the complex is not even liable.- They fired all but 1 of the maintenance crew that was working here and now have NO EMERGENCY STAFF.It appears the new property management is doing its best to remove the poorest residents from a community that is already clearly poor. They want to gentrify the complex by pushing out the poorest residents so they can renovate their units to add in high tech bull that no one needs or wants so they can charge even more in rent.They want to make as much money as possible by charging residents more and firing staff to cut down on labor costs.I would not recommend anyone to move here at this time unless the complex is sold to another property management and not TRINITY PROPERTY CONSULTANTS.
To be honset i cant ask for anything better...besides our own house one day. would be a blessing...but for the mean while this is my home and i love it the people that stay here are super friendly so quiet no homeless people digging in our trash.. chris is the man that will Take care of all your issues in your home so friendly and kind .thanks chris for makeing me and my famlliy feel so welcome and at home...its been a blessing living here. I have been here almost two years. Since new management came in, we have seen a dramatic difference in the property. They keep it clean and always seem to be looking for ways to improve the property. The staff are on top of work orders and always are professional. The place is good for families with kids.
Chris in the Maintenance team is very Dedicated to his work. We don’t have to repeat ourself, he does a great job taking care of the work order.
We have been here at ReNew for almost a year and our experience has been very good. When something need Fix Maintenance Chris is right on it and fixed right away and management is always nice and always very helpful.
We put in a work order this morning and by noon it was done, the staff is always so friendly and Cris is always on top of everything, thanks team. We are very Happy to live here.
Great place to live! Nice and quiet. The property is always clean , gates always working and security at night makes you feel Safe about your vehicles & apt! Above all, management on site is absolutely wonderful!
Ive had a great experience with the handling of my maintenance requests since Ive moved in. I have to give it up to Chris, the maintenance manager because he takes care of everything as soon as a work order is put in. He stays on top of our request and makes sure that we are happy with the work once its been completed.
Been living here for almost 9 yrs Love it peaceful and quite very clean .Management and the maintenance always on top of everything with the Upkeeps of the apartments .Chris is the best always gets the job done 😊😊😊

I dont like the way they run this place they are doing work upstairs and my appartment smells like paint im being intoxicated by my landlord aince he feels he shouldnt advise his tenants that there will be work done up stairs... If i light a lighter in my apartment it will blow up from the smell of the acrylic they said they are finishing a tub up stairs but its ok for us to get intoxicated.
Truth be told I was kinda skeptical about the new management/ownership but boy was I wrong!The staff is super awesome, the manager is all ears and Chris relentlessly stays on the top of any issue regardless how minor it is till is fixed.
Great place to live with fun resident events!! Ana and Stef are so good to us!

2022-03-11This place is over priced for rent. Not worth 1,917.66 dollars. Even if its remodeled. It smells here cause of the cows. Been here for 4 years. During the pandemic they still raised the rent on us. And also if you for some reason decide to live here, make sure that they let you know that you have to also pay for water, sewer, trash, pest control, property taxes ( whatever that is), real-estate taxes(whatever that is). Because the people here that rent out the apartments, they do not let you know. Oh, and they also made a dog park and not a play ground for the children here. I will continue to text about this place but thats all for now.

2021-10-28ReNew Mills is a great community, especially for those who have pets and are looking for a quiet place to live. I loved living here and wish I could move back, but unfortunately had to relocate due to a new job. The apartment itself was clean, well-kept, and was renovated just before move-in so all of the appliances were brand new. Maintenance guys Chris & Hugo are always incredibly on top of their work and are so friendly and personable. I have never had to wait long on any maintenance requests made, and if they had to push it back, they would come to notify you as soon as possible about why they had to postpone your work order. Additionally, Ana & Stef in the front office are such sweet smiling faces! They are always ready to help and love getting the community involved by creating safe and fun get-togethers for all. If I ever move back to the Inland Empire, I will heavily be considering moving back to ReNew Mills. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience.

2021-07-08I’ve been living here for a little over two years & thus far my experience has been amazing.Leasing office: I was in constant contact with Ana, a little before COVID and definitely during. And even now & she has been extremely helpful. She’s always available with answers to any questions or concerns. Especially in such uncertain times. She’s never once made me feel like an inconvenience or that any question is a silly question. By now, the moment I say hello on the phone, she instantly recognizes my voice.I don’t know if that’s a good thing or bad thing. But all jokes aside, she’s been an immense help & I am very appreciative of her.I really love the environment & community. Perfect for families & couples. It’s very clean & fairly quiet. My family & I are very happy here.
