I just moved to Moreno Valley and I’ve tried a few nail salons in the area.. this Salon by far met our expectations, my sister and I had our pedicures and the service was exceptional.
Hannah is amazing.. she took her time and did exactly what I asked for. I love the gel x. Very friendly ladies and very clean. They make sure to clean and sanitize in between each client. I will definitely be back. Thanks again Hannah.,💙💅🏽
Valley Nails in Moreno Valley has the new Pedi-Experience called a Jelly-Pedi. Loved it, my 1st time being there, Kristen was Amazing, she got rite to it & did an Awesome jobThe Jelly gets thicker & it feels Amazing on your legs & feet. Its made with Aloe Vera. Didnt have me waiting , walked in & was ready for me. I never had a pedicure look so good, these are MY nails! Got gel on my hands & feet. Cant wait to go back
I want to say that it was my first time getting Gel X nails the week of Halloween and I this is how grown out they got. None of them broke or chipped. I have never seen my natural nails so long!! I cannot believe I have had these on since Halloween ( that’s 8 weeks)!!!! That’s amazing!!!The red nails are the ones I just got done and I love them!!!! I was in and out in an hour for a gel pedi and a fill with design! My go to girls for all my nails needs!!
Some of the best and nicest lady’s, I’ve been going here for a while and have never had any complaints.
The lady I ended up with was rude and rushed through the process. She spoke over me and gossiped with her co worker (who was clearly trying to do a good job on her client). We will see how well they hold up. Dont feel like it was worth $100 for 30 minutes and less that great service
A friend recommended this place and I booked a pedi via IG. Im a foot model, so Im a bit picky. The nail tech I had was one of the only ones there that didnt speak English. They actually have a couple techs that were born and raised out here, so obviously fluent in English.The hell was super sloppy. All over my skin and cuticles. And very splotchy. I had an acrylic overlay on my big toe since my nail was chipped (foot model problems) and it was very poorly done. It looked nothing like my actual nail.I contacted the salon that night and told them that I was unhappy with the service I had gotten. I came in the next day and had Kristen fix them up. She did a fantastic job. Ill be back, but only to see Kristen!
Since I moved from LA to riverside, it was a challenge to find a good, quality nailcare spot! By word of mouth, I found out about valleys nails and I decided to give them a try! I have been a continuous customer since June 2021 and they have not disappointed me. The nail techs as accommodating and professional! Scheduling an appointment is not hard at all! All my Gel X sets have lasted for a month and my gel pedis have lasted for two months! The work they do speaks for itself! If you are looking for good service, no wait time, with air conditioning, valley’s nails is the place to go!
I’m so disappointed. I went in for an overlay and told them exactly what I wanted they started doing gel after they already did my pedicure and I told them I thought we were doing overlay and they basically couldn’t do it the way I wanted. I didn’t even want to complain while I was there. Just so sad I spent $100
Absolutely love this salon!! Kristen did an amazing job on my toes she even added acrylic because my toe nail broke in half the massage chairs were even amazing. Helen did my moms GelX nails and they came out sooo cute! 10/10 for sure.
Trying the GelX for the first time witch is a soft gel nail thats healthier for your nails ladies so lets see how it works ..I lost a nail due to work but it didnt mess my nail up so thankful it works

Super disappointed.I was really excited for this place and drove pretty far because their worked looked good on Instagram.Worst experience ever. My appointment was pushed from 10:00 to 10:15 so they could be ready to soak my nails off. I get there and still have to wait another half hour because the nail tech wasn’t on time for my appointment. So 2 girls start working on my nails, one I could see was definitely not a licensed manicurist. The last girl that finishes up my set rushed so much that I ended up with a crooked nail, and a ridiculous amount of gel dried under my nails. Not to mention I left with dry gel all over my hands and fingers as well.Sloppy af.0/10Would not recommend
I used to love this place. They offer gel x , while they look nice they are very cheap quality and not practical for people who have to use their hands... like at all. Within a week of having them it literally cracked in half while I was SLEEPING! I haven’t gotten gel x since . (Also this service is very very expensive for the quality and how long they lasted, mind you I asked for regular polish and they said I had to do gel) Like every nail salon they try to push more services down your throat to make more money but I’ve always been respectful and supportive of their business. However, since reopening they have been “out of stock “ for everything but gel x. Clearly a tactic to make more money but in doing so being very unprofessional in their approach to the situation . Whoever is controlling their Instagram account was very unprofessional and seemed on edge about me questioning the services they had. She seemed more like she wanted me to shut up and stop asking questions rather than to answer my questions. A friend of mine recently went to get her nails done and said they were talking about (the customer who walked out) and how rude they were. Great nail techs but good people?? I don’t know about that
You tell me is this work/service quality worth $45? This place has very poor hygiene! NO COVID PRECAUTIONS! Please save your hard earned money and go elsewhere. They want to be paid out for minimal work. My toe nails were not filed, buffed out poorly, messy gel. When I confronted them sharing the details of my unpleasant experience I was quickly profiled, they stated they didn’t want to provide/offer services because they didn’t want to upset “customers” when they informed them that services are extra? I AM HERE FOR THE EXTRA SERVICE I HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY THAT and leave a LARGE TIP, that statement reeked laziness. They do not care about your concerns, please save your money and time and go somewhere they treat you with respect &honesty!
Went in to get gel color on my nails and the young Lady convinced me to get gel x. I told her I couldnt have them long because of my job but then she told me that they would look really natural and nice that they would blend in with my own nail that it is just to add a little bit more length to mine since I had broke one of my natural nails. I went ahead and got gel X on all of my nails and they came out really bad with glue all underneath and white and my fingernails do not look natural they look like squares.
If I could give 20 stars I would! They are all such nice people here and my girls and I always feel welcome when we get our nails done. Not to mention theyre always up to date on the newest trends. I got the new Mood gel polish today and that made me write this review!! Its AMAZING. The coolest nails Ive ever experienced. They actually know how to shape nails to how WE want them. Rather than other salons who dont let customers speak about it!
Went in on Thursday to get a mani and pedi the lady I had was rushing to get everything done there was no other customers waiting. Watch the lady next to me reuse her gloves from one customer to another doing pedicures. I had gel on my foot and hands I told the lady her reply was try to peel it off when you leave. Its Saturday and most of the gel is already chipped on my hands. I wouldnt recommend anyone going here. I asked if I can pay with a card the first lady said it was fine the one that charged me was really upset and told me next time make sure you bring cash.

Dont get gelx from this place! Mine didnt even last for 2 weeks. I knew something wasnt right when I got them done and she left all that excess goop under my nails. She said she had to leave it to protect my real nails.....The only plus is that there is very little damage to my nail bed.... But its not worth the $75 I paid for this set.AND I dont think the technician was very professional

Got gel X extensions for the first time and they are literally just like press on nails. If I knew I was paying $75 for this, I would’ve done my own clear press ons and used my gel polish and led light. The lady told me I can’t choose the shape i wanted because the shapes are preset and i already told her the preset nail shape i wanted. I asked if it could just be filed to my desired shape since I wasn’t fully aware of how gel X nails work. They popped off within a couple days, multiple nails were lifting. I tried letting the nail shop know via Instagram. The included photos are the messages from Instagram and the job I paid for after finishing my first gel X set. They never got back to me via DM but after further thought, I didn’t want them doing anything more to my nails anyway. Horrible! I ended up finding a new nail salon that is PERFECT and was able to achieve the look I wanted to go for without an issue as they are super trendy with styles/colors.
Went for a pedicure it was no one really there so I thought that was a plus I sat down got my feet done but the massage on my legs were really intense like my legs still kinda hurt. I asked her to form acrylic to protect my toe nail and she tried to persuade me not to but my answer was firm so she began and once she grabbed a fake nail tip I knew she really didn’t know what she was doing. At the end her clean up job with the polish remover was horrible (I’m wearing white) she was rushing me due to her boss rushing her in their language the more they communicated the faster she went and dropped my IPhone !!! Didn’t even say sorry !! and on top of it all her client was late ??? Long story tooo long my polish on my big toes weren’t cleaned up I went home to finish the job.
I have never been so happy with a nail set, I am literally obsessed!! I got gel x which doesn’t damage nails, and gives you the perfect shape every time !! So happy 10/10

Super sweet team. Helped me bring my vision for my nails to life . Only down side is my they shaped one nail extremely crooked and when I brought it up she just said “different nail beds” but I mean my nail bed is straight why is my nail pointing to 2:30 ? Anyways she didn’t want to fix it . Pedicure lady is amazing though will be returning just for her .

I came in 5 days ago for a full set my daughter got a fill and my youngest babygirl got her nails painted... My nail on my right side ring finger cracked then broke right across. When i came in to ask for a fix Hannah told the woman who worked on my nails no longer works there. She basically tried to blow me off. Then told me five days is too long they normally dont fix it. Also she said you hit something WHAT!!! This is a brand new! . Excuse no. 1 its not my fault the nail technician doesnt work there anymore and no. 2 no i did not and why as another nail tech gives you the right to blsme me for the broken nail. I spent $27 in my nails plus a $5 tip... So i was satisfied still am!! My nail happened to break techs make mistakes.. Its normal. But dont purposely blame me. Im the customer. I was a happy customer just a little appalled.

Came for pedicure, file was uneven and nail polish applied poorly. Could possibly be the nail polish brand that was tacky but I’m not sure. Gel doesn’t look like gel. They redid it but I still was not satisfied.
Do not recommend the gel x. Mine didn’t even last 2 weeks, and for the price (57 up) was so not worth it. Plus the nail tech rushed the process was very sloppy.
The service was horrible and a long wait . The very next day my rhinestone and polish came off and they tried to glue it back on with no polish. Also they had attutudes and were not willing to help me. They also wanted me to wait until 5 oclock to fix polish on one of my toe nails mind you I arrived there at 1:00. I wish there was an option to subtract stars, they dont deserve 1!

Love this place only nail shop that ask if I have a nail picture. They try to recreate anything I bring them therefore the price is always reasonable. You do need an appointment so dont try and walk in. Its worth it though.

I got gel x nail set that was $67 not included $10 design this gel x something they only do NOW and it is horrible I got my nails done on a Friday and by Monday 4 nails popped off after waiting for months to get my nails done due to the virus I am very disappointed I should not have to spend more money to get them fixed and I should not have to use glue to put them back on I truly believe they pick and choose who to do a good job on they are too expensive for such a poor job don’t get me wrong they always look good for a day or two then they start to pop off

They do good nails but they always try to ask if you come in earlier when you have a set appt. kind of annoying.
I was told I was getting a paraffin wax and then I end up getting scented lotion thats been warmed up on me and she told me it was paraffin wax when I asked pissed me off but I wanted to be the bigger person I told them about it and they told me somebody got burned or something well you tell me that is not the same paraffin wax that Ive had you dont give me some fake one and tell me what it is when its not will never be back Pissed off...... Dont ever go here if you want fair treatment!

I definitely did not return, their instruments were not disinfected, the file I use on my heels was not new, it made me very sick.
Nails stay on but beware, they do extra stuff with out telling you and then charge you extra. Be firm and say no before they even start.
Not open when they say. I have come on more than one day between 9:30 - 10:00 and there was no one there.When someone is there I like the place. But they need to be consistent. I dont have the time to wait until someone shows up.

Not satisfied with the French manicure I asked for. Very messy and when asked the woman to fix it she declined stating it looked good.

2022-05-22Ive been going to valley nails for over a year now. I will never go anywhere else as long as they stay open. Never had a bad experience, everyone is super nice! They always find a way to fit me in if its last minute or work with me to find a way. My nails always last a month or longer if I cant go in for a fill. My nails are super long and healthy now and never chip! I love this place !

2021-09-10I had the wonderful experience of getting overlay for the first time today! I had my gel x nails on for about 4 weeks and my natural nails had grown so much Helen suggested I get an “overlay”. I had no idea what that was, but I trusted her and thank God I did. My natural nails were so healthy and long I didn’t need a glued on tip and the overlay will keep my nails from breaking. I am so happy and I will definitely get this done again instead of tips.

The salon is clean and they always have the newest trendy supplies and colors!My nail techs name is Kristen. Im super particular with my toes and she always goes above and beyond to make sure theyre taken care of! 💕 Shes extremely personable, creative, and SO good at what she does!!!They have an Instagram: @valleynailsmorenovalley . I recommend following them there as they do most of their booking thru IG. They also post on there when theyre having special promos. Theres a reason they have almost 10k followers... the women there are complete artists!!! Im constantly blown away by their work!!!If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Theyre the best salon in the Inland Empire 🤩

2021-05-07I have been to many different nail places, they all would cut me because I have tiny nails, this place is the only one that never has cut me! I love going here. They use quality products & listen to what you want. I like my nails short & this is the only I have been to that didnt give me issues about how short I wanted them. I highly recommend this place!
