It was a nice venue for a small wedding. Kind of cold inside, it took a long time for the heater to bring the temps up to comfortable. Great parking, well cared for jewel.

Valencia Hall was a nice setting for our 50th anniversary party. It was small and quant enough to have a personal feel. If you need to make announcements or toasts, those with loud voices can be easily heard otherwise you may want to rent a PA system. Chairs, tablecloths, etc will also need to be supplied by you. There is no clean-up included so youll need to make arrangements to make sure the Hall is cleaned up and the floors swept and mopped. The parking lot is not paved, save a small concrete parking pad for handicapped parking. There is a handicap accessible ramp that allows access to the Hall through the back of the building near the restrooms. NOTE: There is no to very spotty cell service here depending an your service provider.

This is a beautiful location. The employees at the Santa Cruz Parks department are very easy to work with. They are very informative and make renting this space very easy.

Beautiful antique schoolhouse & post office. Might be rentable for events, but Im not sure of that.
