UPS Access Point location in Chula Vista

Drop off has been crossed out on front door sticker, there is not enough staff to service UPS related stuff so I don’t blame them. UPS needs to remove them from being listed as a Access Point location. I wasted my time & gas coming here.

They advertises an access point but it is no longer accepting packages.. I feel like they should not advertise it as an access point anymore because of this. I drove to the CVS and it was a total waste of time

Created a UPS package and was instructed to drop off here. They don’t accept packages. They should have more signage stating that.

Ups access point location is here. Must have your package fully sealed and labels printed. Your QR code is not enough.One of the workers wanted to turn me around, but the sign is clearly on the front door that they support UPS drop off and pick up.Just head to the cashier.
