I requested service for my grandmother from Universal Mobility but she became ill and couldn’t go anywhere anymore so I had to cancel the transport service the morning of the scheduled appointment. Isaac, whom I spoke to, was very understanding and told me he will issue me a refund. I didn’t get to use the service, but I can say their customer service is superb. They were nice, knowledgeable, answered my questions with patience, and can be reached easily by phone.

Universal mobility is a very professional transportation company. They took the time to get to know me and have always communicated very well with me. They’re on time, very friendly, and take their time. The drivers are well trained and make you feel comfortable during the ride. I Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for medical transportation!

Whenever asked about what non medical transport service I would use, it is Universal Mobility all the way. They are extremely professional and always on time for pickups and drop offs. They take the time to make sure you feel safe in their vehicles and get to your appointments on time. They were a lifesaver for my husband and I when he became wheelchair bound and needed transportation to get to his medical appointments weekly.

I first got to use the services of this company back in 2018, and recently once again last week. Finding a clean, reliable, and timely mannered medical transportation service is something that i have had problems with for the past couple of years. finally i was able to find this company again, and sticking with unversal mobility since they were able to provide me with the best service i needed. Great employees. I have had a number of transporters I have worked with and all have been kind, professional and dont just make you feel like a burden. They genuinely care about their clients and show that through their kind gestures. 10/10 recommend this company!
