Tien, who works at the window was so rude and refused to do his jobs.I just want my item to be scanned in person, so I waited in line.He said hes not going to scan it, I have to wait in line for using machine.He could just scan it. What is so difficult for him to scan the box.I had a big box, so I had to carry it to the machine.Tien just was so lazy to scan it, refused to do his job.I hate this post office, all the associates are so rude, dont know how to talk to the customer.
After I requested a months hold in advance for out-of-state work, they lost the entire batch. No explanation, no apology - just poof. You had one job?After repeated interactions, Ive definitely found it to be a sub-par office compared to other sites. The only reason for 2 stars is their front desk seems semi-competent for delivery if you dont step outside any lines.
This incident has happened at least twice to me and my friends who use this post office(monterey st). Boxes opened from the bottom with tape ripped open & from sides with sometimes cuts at bottom then sent back empty to the receiver. It is beyond unacceptable and they really need better security measures against stuff like this. Please beware when using this particular post office on monterey st. Filed many claims/incident reports but still same issue keeps happening when mailing from this particular location. Completely unacceptable.
I live around 30-34 miles away from this location and trying to deliver a package before the due date. The package has already been at this office and is unable to deliver the package the first time so what I want to do is to confirm if the package is still there. I want to drive there myself and deliver it or else I have to pay the fee $250 if not delivered by the due date. I am currently calling and is on hold for over 50 minutes, I completely understand that COVID-19 has impacted the employees but at least one has to pick up the call to answer my simple question. I am sorry but I have to write a review with 1 star.
I won’t say how rude everyone was to us. I won’t comment on the 1 HOUR EXTRA wait time we had to do for our passport appointment. I won’t judge the person “helping” us for literally telling my husband “no more talking”. And I won’t fault the person for leaving us multiple times to go to other customers.But I will say that they were far from compassionate towards two very tired parents and their tired new born baby.It doesn’t cost anything to be nice!
There was a long line outside but I patiently waited for my turn around 25 mins. When I finally got to the counter, my debit card wouldnt work. I ask Eddie, the person that attended to me, if I could run to my car and get my wallet and use a different card. He agreed so I ran out got my wallet and this time I used another card that was again declined. He went to the back to get my package and returned it to me. It was 3 PM. I told him that he couldnt possibly send me home after waiting so long. I live in orange county by the time I get home the post office would be closed and my daughter needed the package the following day. I asked if he could have someone else help me because I suspected his terminal was not working. I have enough money on both my cards its impossible for them to be declined. When I demanded he had no choice but to do as I requested. Sure enough my cards worked perfectly. I asked Eddie why he didnt think of having someone else assist me since obviously his terminal was the problem. He simply returned my package cancelled the whole transaction so I can get cash because my cards were both declined. Im 75 years old and handicap. If he could treat me in that manner imagine how many people he turned away that day. He has no mind to help the customer. I left very upset and the black gentleman who assisted me said hell speak to Eddie for his attitude. I told him Eddie is an idiot and should be fired. I will never go back to this post office. Only reason I went there on purpose was so I could ensure the package arrive at my daughters facility the next day since its in the same ZIP code.
For some reason there was Sunday delivery of mail today and it wasnt our regular carrier. When I went to go get my mail, I found that the carrier hadnt closed the door to the bulk mail delivery and so 44 homes have their box open to whomever may want to take it. Our mailbox is close to the street and we get lots of thieves- so GOOD ONE mail carrier!! I tried to find a way to contact the post office to tell them to get somebody back here and lock the door- but there is no way to contact them.
I see J is still antagonizing and disrespecting persons with disabilities. Shame on J and shame on the USPS for not having a disability friendly atmosphere. So unprofessional & ghetto (there is just no other word to describe the guy). I have had multiple interactions with him over the years and in two or three offices. He is never helpful and laughs and clowns you for asking for assistance. If I ask for your help, it is because I need your help.
Be aware that they often don’t scan the package so we can’t even track where the packages are. This is really critical for me as eBay seller as buyers won’t be happy with. I used the Kiosk inside to get the receipts but that won’t scan the packages also...Also, sometimes, the drivers steal the packages and they won’t take responsibility for that! These guys update the tracking as delivered and steal! What a shame!!!!
Absolutely horrible post office location! I went to drop off a package with a prepaid sticker on it and then one of the workers there started screaming at me “This is the wrong postage! You have to send it by Priority mail!” One of his co-workers (an African American gentleman) actually had to tell him to calm down.Seriously?! One of your co-workers has to tell you to calm down from yelling at a customer? I was given this by someone else just to drop off, so I didn’t know. Absolutely terrible here!
Frankly, im really disappointed with the service provided by this post office. im moving this month so i decided to ship my stuff with this USPS, only for my roommate to receive the boxes and reveal that some of my plants were destroyed and my TV was broken upon opening the boxes. i dont know the name of the employee, but he said they would handle the boxes with care and would follow the instructions given on the boxes that required fragile care. even then, i quickly became skeptical as i had told him that two of the boxes required fragile care, yet he decided to flip one of the boxes over (with my plants contained in them) right in front of me. i was extremely shocked but i didnt want to complain outwardly about it, still having high hopes that my plants and TV would be safe in this USPSs care. however, that was quickly proven wrong. never again am i going to use this postal service; please hire more considerate employees and take better care of your packages! i feel sorry for future customers who face these horrible conditions.
They just lost my packages. I had dozens of Amazon deliveries with no problems, and only one deliveries from USPS, and it was not delivered. USPS made an investigation, and simply just told me the mail man and their GPS show that it was delivered, and thats it. No apologies or compensation attempt. They lost me as a customer, I will make sure all my mails and packages dont go through USPS. I wonder how they are going to keep their job if everyone boycott USPS
If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely rude staff, had no interest in helping me. Gave terrible excuses as to why my package wasnt delivered, made no effort to get it corrected right away and challenged me on the date the note said they attempted delivery. Was very obvious they wanted me to just go away when the lady said, I gave you the information, I am walking away now, the minute I expressed concern/dissatisfaction. Still dont have my package, any update on it 4 days after it was supposed to be delivered. Also spent 90 minutes on the phone to be told I could pick it up at the post office before the above happened.
I am generally a very understanding person but this is the WORST USPS I have ever been to!!!! It was the absolutely horrible service. First off the red-haired employee of the USPS was rude when we were politely asking a question. Why do I have to take your attitude? Later she let the person behind me go first????!!!! Claiming I am not ready?!I had already fill out everything and have waited patiently in line for MY TURN! She had treated the person behind with a completely different attitude and I now feel that I was discriminated against because of my skin. I have the nasty feeling that I won’t have received that treatment if I was the one behind. She didn’t let anybody else cut like the person cut me.
I placed my mail on hold but they cant find it and asked if Im sure I placed a hold. Funny thing is the same exact thing happened last week, they couldnt find it, so I asked to speak to a manager and was told to wait it line. While waiting in line, the employee who initially couldnt find my mail called me back to his window and presented me with my held mail. He apologized profusely and said that it was placed in a different area from where it was supposed to be. We have had issues with held mail here in the past but it was before my involvement with Google Maps.The employees here are helpful and they try very hard to keep the line moving. I also like the self-service options. Just be careful about holding mail. This time the employee was not able to find our mail. Neighbors also complain that the post office loses their mail and refuse to allow them to hold it.
In-house customer service seems fine. But how would you like your mail delivery to be after 11pm each night? How would you like your mail to sit in a mailbox all night long for whatever thief happens to wander along and take what looks promising? How would you like to still be looking for your food flyers which are supposed to be delivered on Tuesdays and its now Thursday at 9pm? But wait. Mustnt give up hope yet. Theres still a chance it will be delivered today come midnight. Thats when theyll be picking up the two pieces of mail they delivered to me LAST night which actually were addressed to someone else. Id say the route supervisors have some explaining to do.
What is the standard delivery method for packages? Is it just throw it on the ground, ring the doorbell and then just leave??!! Well today (2/1/2019) whoever was my mailman substitute he did just that. Throw it on the ground with no concern or whatsoever. My package was packed in a bubble wrap and sealed but since he decided to throw it on my front door step, something broke inside. Now I can’t enjoy my stuff. What do I need to do now? My daughter in law paid $12+ for postage for my stuff and now it’s all broken in pieces glass pieces everywhere and fluids are all over the packaging. I am so disappointed today. I know they are overworked but we are consumers expecting for our shipment to be delivered properly and unbroken.
Im still not too sure why the #USPS is still in business... but they are awful to say the least!! When I order or ship something, I normally am more than willing to pay the extra for UPS or FEDEX delivery. at least you can track your package and if there is some sort of issue you can actually call in and get a human being on the phone to help you out!! The latest incident of many involves a scheduled pick up from a business address... we have tons of cameras all over the property and viewed the mail carrier outside of our business, watched them load the mail in to our outside mail receptacle, and then park in front of our business to clean up the back of the USPS vehicle... The mail carrier then hopped in the vehicle and drove away, NEVER coming in to the office to pick up the scheduled pick up from the reception area. That was yesterday, this morning I get an email confirming that our package was picked up!!? So not only do they NOT DO their jobs, they also FALSIFY paperwork!! The package is still posted at reception so Im not sure what the pick up confirmation was for!! This type of disgusting service and foolery is what happens when people cannot get fired from their jobs for lying and being lazy!!
I was just dropping off the package and one lady there was SUPER rude. She could have been nice but she wants to let the entire world know how miserable her life is by spreading her negativity to customers. Without your customers, you wouldnt have your job. USPS needs to lay off these rude untrained employees and hire properly trained and respectful people.
Dropped off 19 first class packages on a saturday morning, 05/09/2015, into the mail box sitting in front of their post office and not one of them were acknowledged. I tried calling and no one every picks up the phone. I faxed over twice and still no reply. I have filed a complaint with USPS online and just told to wait up to 72 hrs and someone may contact me.. Wrong, no one has and still no packages. Someone got themselves 19 packages and decided to keep them. This is what we have working in our postal system. Do not trust this office by dropping off anything in their mailboxes. Also, just know no one there is willing to pick up their phone or give you any assistance what so ever. it is amazing how they do not have to answer to anyone. Update: Now they took their phone off the hook, busy signal only.
This the usps near by to my house . I thought that gonna be convenient to and my family but is not because stuff are un professional on there duty and un knowledgeable those not know there job responsibilities. But If I got different branch was different there approaching to customer.. special if lost item or damage mail .
I have a small business and they send me around to the dock to take their packages. When I get back there, there is no one there to accept the packages, so anything could happen to them. On June 15th, I took a large package to be delivered by Ground today, June 21st in Texas.I was tracking the package and it shows that they just received it yester the 20th. What happened to my package all week? This is the third time that I have had an issue with this PO. I have went to other Post Offices in the Area to see how they handle it and have had NO problems, only this one.
Worst USPS office that I ever dealt with. I was expecting 5 large boxes, the carrier marked that all my packages were delivered, mind you, I live in a secured condo where there is a lease office and 2 manager offices, a package room for heavy packages and a room for small letters and mailboxes. Yet the carrier, didn’t deliver my packages, didn’t leave a notice either but marked all my packages as delivered when the manager told me that she (the carrier) came to her and was complaining that she doesn’t have time to deliver those “heavy” packages
VERY POOR SERVICE!! My mom sent sent me our family history book she made...sent it book rate insured for $100. I never got it. Why? Maybe because the carrier lied. He said he delivered it at 5:30 on a Saturday! We have never gotten mail at that time, especially on Saturday. What carrier would work overtime on a Saturday to mail something sent book rate?! So my mom made another book for me and sent it with signature require. Today I found a note in my mailbox saying there was an attempt to deliver my package! I was sitting 5 feet from my front door and nobody knocked!!! Aboslutely unbelievable!Summer 2014 More to add: I ordered something online and was provided a tracking number. So I tracked the number and one day it said it was delivered but I never received anything. I sent an email to USPS but got no response (I NEVER get a response and its their form you fill out on their website!) So I left a message on my mailbox asking my mailman to knock on my door, three days after it was supposedly delivered, and he did. Guess what he had in his hand to deliver to me that day? The package that showed delivered three days prior. I asked him how that happened and he just shrugged his shoulders and said he didnt know! Im thinking he does know because its his route. So where was the package for three days? In his car? If it was at the post office it would have been scanned there again. There are other things wrong with this place but I dont have the energy to type it all.We regularly have days when our mail delivery is skipped. Today 4/21/15 and yesterday we have NO mail delivered to our address which has three units. That means we have no grocery ads for the week...thanks (not!)
Not sure why everyone here is leaving bad reviews, never had a problem with this post office and Ive been going here for years now since it is close to work. Same experience as the one closer to home, never had a problem. Staff here are people too, just cooperate and be understanding. A lot of these bad reviews seem like the kind of people that dont take their time to print neatly and/or tape boxes securely. Just today I was in and out during the lunch hour in under 10 minutes, more than acceptable in my books. Only downside is the parking lot can get full, but there is a neighborhood right next to it and there is plenty of parking there just a jog across the street.
1 star is too generous. They constantly deliver mail to the wrong house.I was home today when a package was supposedly delivered (tracking shows it was left at/near the mailbox) and I even checked as the mailman was walking away. Nothing but normal mail was delivered.I thought that maybe the package would be delivered later, but that is the stop is the one that is showing the delivered status.Absolutely useless.
Honestly, do you guys NOT know how to do your job?!?!?!?!?! We are a BUSINESS that has BUSINESS hours, yet you try to deliver packages AFTER Business Hours?!?!?!?!?! Thats absolutely mind boggling. Now we have to wait until TOMORROW to receive the equipment we needed YESTERDAY!!! With UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc in business I have NO IDEA how the Postal Service still exists when it comes to delivering packages. Plus, they also apparently do an AMAZING job at hiring complete idiots because you would have to be one to see that hey this business is dark, but lets try and deliver a package here anyways. Wow Wow Wow!!!
Ive been having issues getting a package delivered for 5 days now. I work during post office hours and cant physically come in to talk to anyone, so Ive been trying to call a few times an hour for the past 2 days and they just refuse to answer their phones. The one time someone did answer, they put me on hold and never returned to the call. Im seriously at a loss as to what to do here...Edit to two stars since they finally answered and my package was delivered. Still only two for it taking hours for someone to answer the phone. At least answer and put someone on hold if youre busy.
I went to this office to renew the passport since year 2010. I didnt know anything about this renewal but Jay was so impolite and nothing helful and tossed to his colleague who was so kind and guided so well.This nice gentleman must be Korean American and appreciated very much. People working in post office must have customer-oriented mind.
If there was selection for 0 star, I would give 0 star without any hesitation. All the workers are there to just get minimum wage or something. Rude to customers. They yell at you even its their fault. The worst serive I ever got. I recomand you to just purchase postage from online and go. Unhealthy to go this ridiculous place. You dont believe or the worker was nice? Well, look the average review and there is a good worker. Majority are worst, so that I feel bad for people who is working hard.
I dropped off a Priority Mail Express envelope around 11am, meeting the 3:15pm cutoff for next day delivery by noon. Either they emptied the metal bin late or did a late initial scan, but my letter did not get there until the THIRD BUSINESS DAY.REFUND ATTEMPT #1The letter was supposed to have been delivered on a Saturday. I stop by Monday to get a refund. The desk rep talks to the supervisor and tells me they cannot do anything until the status of the envelope is Delivered. Are you f** kidding me? The letter is already late - when should the Money Back Guarantee kick in? What if its never delivered?REFUND ATTEMPT #2The desk rep talks to the supervisor, who tells me the initial scan of the envelope was timed at 5pm, missing the cutoff. I said the bins must have been picked up late because I paid for my postage at 11am and dropped off the envelope immediately after. The supervisor said, Well, you could have paid for the postage and then gone home to drop off the package later, in order to get the refund. Are you f** kidding me (AGAIN)?? I asked her to check the surveillance cameras; she says there are none surrounding the bin. Thats right folks, if what she says is right, there are no surveillance cameras on the drop-off bin, which is also next to the walls of P.O. Boxes. The supervisor said, Youd be surprised what people around here do for money, insinuating the worst. She walked away, and avoided the front counter for awhile. I asked another desk rep to file a complaint, and this lady was very sweet, but she handed me a piece of paper to HANDWRITE my complaint.NEVER, EVER GO TO THIS POST OFFICE. It was only $20 to me for postage, but for me, its principle. They worked hard for my $20, but could have gotten a lot more if they learned better Customer Service and the value of retaining long-term customers. Man, I thought New York post offices were bad...
I received a delivery attempt failed notice on Monday. (Not sure why they didnt just leave the package at my door - EVERY OTHER carrier does that.) So, I signed the slip to give them permission to leave it that same day. I also filled out the online version of the form that same day. Now it is Friday and a second attempt has not been made all week. When I call I get a message that says the office is closed and their normal hours are 8:30am -5:00pm. It is 4:25pm.
Did a change of address online and went in after 3-weeks not receiving forwarded mails. After checking the computer the following convo ensued...Yes, your forwarding is active.Im not getting my mails at new address.Please write a note (hands me a piece of paper) and Ill give it to your carrier.What do I write.?That you would like the mails to be forwarded.Did it work? No.Pure arrogance with no sense of accountability.
West Torrance, near La Romeria Park area.There have been multiple times the mail carrier has left packages in the rain, 3 times in one week back in late February 2017 (once under the waterfall of rain coming off the roof, sitting in the mud).On Saturday 5/6/2017, 2 collectibles in small boxes were crammed in our mailbox, thankfully the contents not damaged. We have a bench across from the mailbox (a couple feet away), 3 chairs close by the mailbox and enough room about 10 ft. from the mailbox where the front porch is located. Instead on multiple occasions the mail carriers decide to leave the packages next to the mailbox, on top of and destroying the plants in our garden when there is plenty of flat, dry ground just inches away.The mail carriers are putting their safety at risk, as well as risking litigation by cutting through parts of our front yard that are not meant to be, parts we even try to block off so they wont go that route since they REFUSE to listen to our warnings for THEIR safety. My Mother and I have verbally asked them not to take those routes on multiple occasions and to just go back down the safe, flat driveway they initially approached the residence at. There are uncemented pavers, mail carriers have been witnessed climbing on/over the wall between houses (risking damage to it or injury to them) to save a few seconds delivering to our neighbor.Will we be reimbursed when they damage more of our property, aside from the possible damaged deliveries???I have verbally confronted the mail carriers when witnessing them doing this only to have them lie to my face (even with photo/video evidence). I can hear the same wall-hopping, package-tossing carrier cursing to a friend during conversation on a casual phone call on a Hands-Free headset during the filling of my mailbox right in the middle of his shift. He claimed his name was James Williams (I saw no credentials other than the truck and outfit, so it could be a fake name...but its on video) and this occurred on 4/14/2017.The only time packages end up on our front porch by the USPS mail carriers is when they fling it from 8 feet away, onto the concrete porch, no regards for the contents...which are usually fragile in nature.Whenever possible I use UPS, even if it costs a few dollars more, over the USPS now with package deliveries.Countless pieces of undelivered mail or receiving mail belonging to other addresses (including some needed to complete our taxes, thankfully an honest neighbor brought it to us) is a common occurrence. The most memorable undelivered item being a photo CD a family member shipped with photos of my late Father shortly after he passed in early 2014. Still havent received it to this day.Is this what you want as the face of the United States Postal Service? I would think not!At least I have some common sense and courtesy, as well as previous experience in Customer Service. Want to hire me? One whom would act professionally and by the guidelines. Ive considered applying just so at least in an area Im assigned this outrageous treatment and neglect of mail and packages will cease.And to the public that read this essay of a review...dont ever try calling to file a complaint. A voice prompt repeats a 15 minute hold time every few minutes...over an hour later still never had a USPS employee answer the phone call.
I suppose you cant hold one facility responsible for the decay of effective service in USPS, but, there is nothing here to make anything work better locally. Often deliveries are left with neighboring businesses, with no note left of attempted delivery so time is wasted trying to track down a package delivered days ago (often a needed work supply). It is impossible to get through on the phone as it is impossible to reach anyone through the defective voice menu of the main USPS number, tracking? impossible when the voice menu cant get the numbers corrected, either entered or said. There are many conditions involved in receiving deliveries there are no systems in place to handle... absolutely amazing.... (maybe appalling is a better word).Driving into the mail drop one night I found wood blocks in place to keep mail from sliding down the mail box (remedied now by a narrower post space), I found that not only was the USPS not concerned about security but the Torrance Police department argued with me saying it was not their problem and I should call the post office when they open in the morning (impossible since one cant get past busy), this would be long after who ever planted the blocks came to collect the mail for mail fraud. So, there in a nut shell is the attention to security you can expect from the post office and the TPD. Both, like so many government agencies, not providing service to the community and not concerned they should.
Today, Saturday, there is only 2 people working at the counters, the lines are extremely long outside the door and it is taking too long to advance. Working people run errands that cant be done during the week. Why not have more people to help patrons. And on top 1 of the people helping only addresses credit or debit issues. Need a little reorganization please.
Much like the other reviews, this branch of the post office is terrible at answering phones. they almost NEVER answer the phone. and as far the mail man/woman, 9 time out of ten they will just leave me a delivery attempt failed noticed eventhough they never really tried to deliver it. a few timse i have heard the mail man/woman filling up the mail boxes in our apartment complex whle i wait in my apartment for my package, and next thing you know the mail man/woman is gone and left the delivery attempt failed notice in my box eventhough he/she never came up my door to deliver. terrible lazy mail man/woman!!!
I visited this office yesterday April 5th to send one box to Chicago.I paid $177 for Express 1-Day , to delivere next day at 12pm.Now today April 6 and I just received a message that my box still at Los Angeles International distribution Center.I am sooooo disappointed 😞.
Ive never had any problems at this post office. The main reason people take issue with this place is that it is unnecessarily busy most of the day. The place is swamped, so naturally service takes time and the workers are constantly on the move. My advice to most people is use the oft forgotten Del Amo Mall post office in between Jo Anns and Macys, or the Marcelina office in downtown Torrance. All 3 locations are relatively close to each other. It will save you time and also lighten the load on this location.
Do you mind getting out of your trucks to make a damn delivery? Why is it that if the door is not wide open you just drive by and say that business was closed? Does that make any sense? Seriously this happened like over 10 times and we open every day of the week minus the days UPS is off which is hell of a lot less than USPS, so how is it that I still get these messages that our business was closed? GET OUT OF YOUR TRUCK AND TRY TO OPEN THE DOOR BEFORE ZIPPING OUT SAYING BUSINESS IS CLOSED WHEN IT ISNT.

He knows it was cheaper t0 ship in a Regular PRIORITY box than a REGIONAL that he supplied meI even asked why the cost was so highI requested the cheap PRIORITYShipping service box to ship and he gave me a REGIONAL box!He then starts telling me something about price increases. He really had no answers for what I asked.Service like this is unacceptable and costly
Horrible .. Claims they atempted to deliver 2 packages.. Said my mail box was full .. How they expected to fit those 2 boxes in my mailbox .. Did not go to door !! Lazy .. I had to go out a repurchase items because I needed my items by morning. I have no clue why Amazon uses usps.
They make an incredible effort to meet ur needs,Budged constrictions; do no help, they are humans,I have witnessed more than my share of BigotedBashing by some ignorant customers; that complainToo loud, for mail that is not theirs.Or other non important mistakes; those are Public Servants with a salary that is not commensurate with the enormous Responsibility that carries that Job. I salute Them!
At first their working hours were completely wrong it says from 12 01 am to 11.59 they work but when I walked in it was closed and working hours were from 8.30 to 3 pm. There was a lady standing over there when she opened the door I was like can I ask you a question she was like no and immediately closed the door on my foot I got really mad then an other guy came over and rudly interrupted me with not letting me talk and showed imutaruty. I was really angry so I just gave them what I was gonna send and a bad review.
Rude and unprofessional staff. I walked in there just to check on the status of a missing package, but the lady refused to hear what I was saying, constantly cut me off in the middle of a sentence, and just didnt want to be helpful in any way. Very unpleasant experience.
Terrible just terrible.. we had an original man man for over 14 years the post office decides to change his route which I hate sometime we get mail the latest after 7pm its now been two almost three weeks since I have not got any mail I saw an new post man who was delivering mail and couldnt find the address he Was looking for which was right in front of his face its crazy I have important mail that is coming to my home and now someone else is receiving my mail proof of that a young lady that lives directly the next building over brought my mail to my apartment because it was in her mail box how can u get a four and three mixed up im am overly pissed how can this office be reported
I didnt want to give them one star but it wouldnt take my comment unless I did this is the worst postal office I think in the whole state of California I have made so many complaints with this post office and nothing has been done my carrier still sucks she leaves the packages on top of your mailbox she will not bring them up to your door she doesnt leave notes when your packages are unable to be delivered I have had several items Return to Sender because shes too lazy to put a notice in the Box saying that the package was unable to be delivered every one that works there works there are rude and when you go into the office to find your package they act like youre bothering them all they are thinking about is a paycheck they all need to be fired because theyre not doing their jobs they are the Super Troopers Reno nine-one-one of the Postal Service they need to fire them all and give these jobs to veterans that want to work and have good benefits and good pay
This office is terrible they have poor customer service the supervisor is never available and the worst you can not put a complaint to someone in there because they do not care!!!!!! i been going like 3 times to fix an error with the address and they always say a supervisor will call me but they never do!!!!!!!!!! This is really frustrating!!!!!!!!! when you call not one pick up the phone i do not what to do not more!!!!

2022-04-23This Post office is full of confusion. Alot of the carriers dont have proper training. They deliver mail to the wrong address consistently. I dont trust this post office. The carriers I think a lot of them take packages as well. I had two packages stolen this week from this post office carriers, they was marked as delivered to the mailbox area. These packages came from Amazon third party. Four cameras gone to space they grow wings I guess. I hope to God they fly back down.I was racially profiled by Eddie. He wasnt wearing a mask he reached for my cell phone because he wanted to see the tracking number and got angry when I asked him not to touch my phone. I told him I can read it out for him he said no I need to see it very aggressively. He went to grab for my phone and said he couldnt see it. I informed him I dont feel comfortable dealing with him can I please speak with a supervisor. I asked Eddie to speak with a supervisor several times. He told me the supervisors were busy helping new hires. I told him I will wait for a supervisor good things come to those who wait, he replied is going to be a long time. Eddie denied me a supervisor . He never even left to go get a supervisor for me. I waited an hour to speak to a supervisor. I ended up having to give my claim form to another postal worker. I asked her to communicate with the supervisor for me she was fantastic.Carla the supervisor never came to communicate with me nor did she call me. After speaking to several supervisors by calling Im sure Carla is aware of the situation she dropped the ball in my opinion. I will be escalating this to the postmaster so that way everyone can be properly retrained.

2022-05-07This post office always creates mess. It’s good that they have 3 kiosk machines so I used it to receive the receipt for my packages. But even if I scanned my packages, the kiosk never ever update the tracking!!!! It’s not one time but EVERYTIME I used it, the tracking shows “USPS expects item for mailing” after I scan them there!! So one day I asked the clerk to scan the packages with their scanner by explaining this issue with the kiosk but they don’t listen but keep asking me to use kiosk!!! What is this? These guys don’t even want to solve the issue but just leave the customers confused ALL THE TIME!!!! Guys, treat your customers right or at least do what you are supposed to do!!! I had lot of customers complained because of you guys don’t scan the item!!! Don’t reply on these kiosks for the receipt. It doesn’t do anything.

2022-05-27UPS reported delivery of a small parcel (consisting of an automotive part that I need) from eBay yesterday in the early p.m. I arrived to find no yellow notice of it being held for me. I asked the semi-friendly facilitator when I might get a yellow slip for pickup.She had “no idea”. That’s remarkably poor performance. Are we to gather their policy for delivering parcels to boxes is “whenever we feel like it, and not a minute sooner”?I returned 25 hours after it was delivered here, only to be told by the same person she “cannot say” when I can pick up my parcel. Zero stars is a better rating for the lack of service here. Louis DeJoy rides again!

2022-05-10I booked an appointment for my kids passport 3 weeks ago and had to wait for one hour because the post office clerk helped a family who didnt make an appointment before us. They werent ready for any documents and payments at all. I have been waiting for one hour even if i made an appointment. Whats the meaning of making an appt? Worst experience ever, worst post office.Avoid this place if you can!

2022-04-19Do not bother sending important documents with the 1-3 business days service… after 10 days it still didn’t arrive and they do not refund. I call that SCAM ! If I have to send something I will rather go to Fedex or UPS !

2021-12-17I’m sad to say that they scanned 3 packages in a row as delivered and we never received them. Like my phone notified me packaged delivered and I go to the door and nothing. I called them the next day thinking they will just be delivered and they said once it’s scanned delivered they can’t do anything about it. So basically they can just steal your stuff whenever they want to. On the fourth one they scanned delivered I called the post office manager and made them contact the carrier who was still in route. After an hour of me explaining to them that I can see with my own eyes there is nothing in my mailbox and that it was the fourth package in a row that went missing the mail carrier finally magically found my package in her truck. Then the next day another carrier came to my door looked inside and I said yes. And he said oh I didn’t know where your mailbox was. He had a busted kind of look, went back to his truck. And gave me my 4 pairs of shoes I ordered. Basically he was just going to try to steal those too. It’s sad that they have people like that working there and we can’t even trust our own post office anymore.

2021-12-10I was just at this USPS location to post a Priority Mail package. Despite the string of bad reviews, I found my experience there to be very pleasant and the people easy to work with. The lady at my counter was very patient in explaining how to ship the package, and also provide me with the standard large box from behind the counter. All the other counter staff also seemed nice to their customers. I went at 1.45pm, and there absolutely no wait.

2022-05-24$35 for passport service and mailing was charged on 4/8/22. The application was received on 4/20/22 according to travel.state.gov. 12 days for an express mail? The flight is in 3 weeks, yet the passport is pending.
