I used to ship stuff a lot about 4 years ago. They’ve always been helpful. Today had to ship two items and already had prepaid labels but no boxes. Was accommodated by one of the staff memebers and he was super helpful! Thank you so much Snipes!
I have used N.Highlands P.O.since 1996 when I first started selling online. I actually live in Roseville but was unable to get a Box hence why I am at N.H. The staff are overwhelmingly professional and courteous. Every single one of them. It is a very busy office and on occasion when I am in line they always greet incoming.. all incoming customers... in welcoming manner.All my items have tracking so in all these years I have only had a few occasions when issues have arisen but they have always gone out of their way to try to resolve. Considering my volume I have nothing but praise for the way this office is run.I have also noticed that the passport requests appears to be a well organized process which does not hamper the overall heavy incoming postal traffic.I definitely have been lax about not passing on my appreciation for the many years of superb serivice they have provided me in my 19 years of Ebaying and want to be sure they know how much their friendship and service is appreciated.
This is the post office I use. I sell alot of items on eBay and Ive never had a complaint about items being anything but on time. The staff is nice, but its the automated machine that I go for! They do alot for how small the location is. Recommended! A+++
Someone at this post office has sent my certified mail to the wrong zip code 2 times now, and our mail man has delivered our home mail to the wrong address to my neighbors someone should be Fired at this post office you have to be really stupid to send a certified mail to the wrong zip code 2times. I guess someone has a learning Disability at this office.
The mailman that we have had since we moved here over 2 years ago is extremely rude and refuses to talk to us. We will greet him with a smile and a hello and thank you, all we get in return is a scowl and umh in return. We will go days without mail (even on days when the grocery ads are supposed to be delivered) then we get a mountain of mail all at once. When packages are supposed to be delivered he will either place a card in our mailbox without even knocking or he will place it on our porch with our mail on top of it (mail should be placed in the mailbox). There has been many cases where we never receive mail that should have been delivered (important things like bills). I can not wait for this grouch to retire! Though, we may end up with a p.o. box before he does finally retire!
Horrible environment of workers. They act very rude and rush everything. Horrible odor in there as well. They said they dont do passports at the location and one of men working there got mad because I didnt know the process and weird this I saw other comments on here that people got there passports there and I was told they dont do that hmm?
REALLY??? I dont know why I even put mail out anymore to get picked up!! The postman is so damn lazy I cant tell you how many times Ive had to go to the post office myself to get my mail out. This is especially hard when its time sensitive. Ive even had mail delivered yet not picked up. I put it out at 6 am!!! Seriously?? So tired of this crap.
This post office location is horrible. You cant even put anything in the mail box. They have the drive up boxes closed off, & the doors are locked to go inside and drop mail in the inside box. They should just level the building, & put something in that can be useful to North Highlands.
If you get the short haired black lady, just leave. Very rude and will raise her voice at you if you dont understand something, which will happen because shes not good at explaining anything. I feel bad about leaving this 1 star because there is one guy here that is super helpful and very nice but I dont get him enough.

The person who came to the door did not even knock so how are you supposed to be able to get your package /letter. Very sad!
My favorite part is when im waiting for a package and I watch the mailman drive away only to find a sorry we missed you.. please pick up your package at the post office note in my mail box. Weve complained numerous times to the post office and Ive even emailed them complaints but nothing happens.
Horrible!!! They skipped my house didnt bother to see if I needed any mail to go out my flag was up I called and they said they dont go to your house at all unless you have mail to be put into your mailbox ummmmm so mail service only works when you have something coming in but not going out? I had rent due today!!! Thanks alot!!!
Busy and small. Parking is very limited and so is the help. But they will give you info for whatever you need. They helped me track a lost package that ended up in Folsom.
Worst customer service. Snipes was extremely rude. Didnt get me information I was looking for. He was confused and was hitting the keys on the screen hard like he was furious
Supervisor was very rude. Went in to get disrupted mail they were holding and they directed me to a supervisor who had an extremely bad attitude. And my problem still did not get resolved.

I had bad experience when item was steal by delivery gay.I bought 2 items, He brought 1 and market for both delivered.
Trying to get a hold of anyone is impossible. They never answer the phone, you cant leave a message. It seems none of the numbers they tell you to call do anything . Very frustrating. Even going down there is useless.

2022-02-17Hadnt been to the N.H. post office in over 2 years. Hope I dont have to go back again any time soon. DIdnt realize I was suppose to scan packages outside prior to taking them inside. All they stated when I walked in was Youre suppose to scan them out there. Had no idea what they were talking about. Clerk finally did show me what they were talking about and I was on my way. Need some smiles at this post office! : )

2022-01-18Its sad, I worked 2 days for this post office in October 2021. They held my last paycheck until mid January 2022 and still cheated me out of my pay. The supervisor clocked me out for 3.8 hours the last day and told me to work the full day. Now they can settle calculating on federal minimum wage and I can chose to accept the last check or not. Chea and steal is part of their services.

2021-02-26Unfortunately I have to use this location since I live in the area. My fiancé and I have had almost nothing but negative interactions with the staff at this location. The older man with long hair and a beard is one of the rudest clerks I’ve ever encountered. On numerous occasions he has openly made fun customers in line for everyone to hear and also made very discriminatory remarks against my fiancé. The man known as “Mr.Smith” also joined in on these remarks. We live in a city that has all walks of life. They should definitely leave their personal views at the door when entering work as he works for the COMMUNITY. It’s created a very uncomfortable environment fearing if you will get made fun of for something trivial, like personal style. Looking at the reviews it doesn’t seem the be the first time people have had a negative interaction with these clerks. We called and told the supervisor who said he would definitely talk to them about this. Not sure if anything is actually being done since they continue to have horrible attitudes.

2017-04-11Ive been here many times. Sometimes there are shady people, but you simply ignore them and they dont bother you. Ive had the following experience several times at this office: I came in to mail a package to a former employee or to return items. An employee (by the name/last name of Snipes) greeted me and made some great suggestions regarding how to make my shipping easier and cheaper. He was professional and courteous to my individual needs. He definitely left a good impression on this office.

2020-01-28I had something that a friend paid for 2 day delivery. My item never made it. It had insurance on my package an now the post office want me to wait anther 2 weeks before I can file a claim to get my insurance money. This is BS. Never use the usps. Next time Im using fed ex.

2019-12-21Very unprofessional. I ask questions and for help they give me very broad statements or just simply say they can’t help me. They don’t give any other answers or other resources to my questions. I’ve asked multiple times how do I pick up undelivered mail and they always tell me there’s nothing I can do. So am I suppose to just sit and wait for my mail not to get delivered. The mail person on my route doesn’t deliver anything with my name on it. Even though I stay there my girlfriends family. I went through the process of changing my address to this new one and it’s been weeks I haven’t gotten my mail. This is obviously my address.

2015-08-30The worst post office to get mail through. My family is military and nothing gets to you on time, I have talked to the manager and she doesnt care much about anything let alone your mail. For Christmas my kids were expecting tablets that my father mailed not only to my children but my sisters as well in Texas. They received theirs on time so my father thought it was strange we didnt. so I asked the mail man who was rude saying he didnt have it. I called and spoke with the manager and she said it didnt come in, I explained the situation and about 25 minutes later the mail man who said it wasnt on his truck came knocking at the door AND my package was OPENED!!! Was he trying to steal it? was my question to them and the first answer was hes a good employee. well explain why he lied AND had an attitude AND explain why my package was open? Im waiting on a letter from LOMPC FCI for my son from his father that he sent 2 weeks ago and yet and still it hasnt arrived. They are the poorest individuals when it comes to professionalism and the proper turn around time.

2017-07-01I went into this location to pay for postage and have items date stamped. I handed the items to the cashier (African American short hair cut) and she told me she wasnt doing all of those. As a person with a disability that is not visual to the eye, I didnt argue and just planed the stamps on the times. I called the location and spoke to the supervisor about the incident this past sat and he acted as if it wasnt an issue but said he would have the manager contact me back. 1 week later I have not had a response or call from the manager. Very concerned with the way complaints or issues are handled.
