Post office woman was so rude and wasn’t helpful at all. I hope I never have to go back there again, and if I do, I would rather wait 30 minutes for another teller before having to speak to that woman again. She should be fired.
We have informed delivery, so every piece of mail gets scanned and we recieve an email with an image of our mail. Yet we are not getting it delivered. Weve approached the postman and he states he doesnt know why. I have never experienced such horrible customer service from a post office before in my life!
The clerk on the fourth window, with the leg problem, needs a serious attitude adjustment. I usually leave a bad review as a warning for other people, but with this, I went out of my way to file a formal complaint through their website.
This place is horrible to lazy to walk down the alley to deliver my package so they say it is unable to be delivered. No your just to lazy to walk. This is the second time in a 2 weeks that they have done this. I had to pay $20 mire for reshipping and guess what these people who get paid good money to do this job wont actually do it.
Never had any issues with this post office. A few issues with our primary deliverer, but he has picked up his game. Everyone so nice and helpful. Been here 14 years.
I’ve been using this post office for 20 years and I like the attention they give to me and my package(s). They have never been rude, and I like how nice they treat me.
Today, this post master is the worst leader for a example in his facility.His attitude is I DONT CARE!!! He is the leader and example to this facility.He does not bother to help any one in their matter. Instead he just blames it on the system. 12/11/2017 1pm. I have had a box with them for over 8yrs. The one time i need help due to my chronic illness that i was late to pay my box. He did not care. Imperial Beach office is sad, in service.
Be careful of Robert here, caught him compulsive lies as to why he lost multiple packages. He is a compulsive story teller. Very unprofessional & unethical person hope he gets fired soon. He is very shady.
Waited for a package that was due no one knocked on the door, checked the package location said it was brought to the post office i adressed the issue they asked for my number and did not even bother to call. Is this what qualifies as customer service?
Wonderful post office. Employees are respectful and kind. Wait time is usually very short (5-10 minutes).
I want to give thanks to my post man Alex Jacobo route# 145 Evergreen Ave for always being friendly kind professional and always delivering are mail on time and with a beautiful personality and smile always!
We ordered my daughters shoes by maile...and they were delivered safely, the mail man actually knocked on my door to alert us the package had arrived.
They are rude and lose things. I don’t think they actually finish delivering first class mail by 11
Super rude customer service,they seem like they are mad for not having a better job. Manager was super unprofessional and he should learn how to wash his mouth cause his breath stinks.
This place sucks, Ive called twice on business days and they were closed, how are you closed on Mondays when it clearly says open from 9 to 5?
Call during there hours of operation from 9 am - 5 pm and keep getting the we are closed call back during business hours.

2022-02-28I have a P O Box at this post office. I thought it was a safe place. My P O Box was broken into and left wide open. There was a lady putting mail in the mail boxes when I got there. She never noticed my mailbox was wide open. I wonder how long it was left like that without any of the employees noticing it.

2022-05-19Really bad customer service. The cashiers yelling at you to hurry up and for the next in line. They want to charge everything as if it was a package. I will never come back.

2019-01-19I love my mailman, only had 2 things stolen out of my mailbox in 4 years. I love the post office too, a real nice lady works there. However, every time I drop off a piece of mail in their inside mailbox it always takes an extra day or 2 to get there, whether it be right here in San Diego or across the country. Its always late. Someones not picking up the mail at the last pickup time as stated on their inside mail drop. Never fails.

2019-08-25Usually the postal workers do pretty good about getting the right mail to the right people.Unfortunately, whoever has been delivering lately in the past few months keeps putting other peoples mail in my box, despite me telling the postal worker delivering the mail himself. Ive also tried talking to the postal workers at this station in person about this issue, yet it always comes to receiving anothers mail in a week or so. It has varied from minor things like library fees and newsletters, to entirely serious information involving insurance and peoples retirement funds based on the organizations of the senders address information and some time researching it.I shouldnt have to go back and forth with a Post Office about who does and doesnt live there after stating it over and over again. Perhaps I should just talk to a Postmaster about the issues. I am becoming quite disappointed involving how they still send others mail to my address despite knowing that I have repeatedly complained about this and stating as to who does and does not live here.

2017-09-30Postmaster very rude & didnt even tell me to report stolen packages to police. Also the wrong hours are posted for outgoing mail. If you want guarantee for mail to go out on same day at post office have it there before 1pm. Most postal workers at location are very nice & helpful and very informative. The supervisor & /or boss in charge is about as useful as a eunich on your wedding night. Good luck getting anything done.

2016-12-15Ive had my post office box here for many years becauae I travel often. Came back after 6 weeks to find that 3 items, including an express mail item, were returned. The supervisor told me, we cant keep this stuff forever! Really? ? How is it that I get calls from fedex, ups and amazon delivery, but not for the premium product from the postal service? I asked what I could do to get those items forwarded to me and was told, Its all or nothing. Dont tell people to send you anything by express mail I didnt. .. most of the regular window clerks here are very good but this guy had absolutely NO customer service skills!

2016-03-03I changed my address online one month ago via USPS. Since then, I have not received a single piece of mail. Ive visited the Donax St. post office TWICE! to verify that my information is correct. (which it is.) I have now received a phone call from my insurance, saying my mail was returned to sender due to errors in my address. (?!?) And now when I try to call the post office during normal business hours, I get a recording saying they are closed. So, basically I have to keep visiting my local post office to get no where. I cant call, and Im not getting mail anymore. Lesson here? NEVER MOVE. or you wont get your mail.

2018-08-30Most lazy incompetent employees ever. The post master Robert is a lier and has a bad reputation for lying to customers to excuse his delivering of packages. Our mail man James is lazy and has anger issues so we have filed a complaints. Dont let this place bully you as residents we deserve better then these two smucks who refuse to do their jobs! We have lost over 100 in delivery fees.
