Called and there was no answer. I have had my package there for 7 days now. Tracking label keeps changing the delivery date. At this point I just want to go pick it up myself.!!!
Absolutely TerribleMy package has been sitting at this facility for days on end. I have called them multiple times and have gotten different answers every time. Now when I call it seems to not go through as if they have blocked my number. This facility is extremely shady and needs to under go a change in staff.
I had some trouble with a package that was delayed in delivery, I called up the post office (this branch), and the staff were very helpful. I personally spoke to Lisa who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also appreciated her intent to follow up on the status of the package. Thank you!!
I have had an unknown amount of packages delivered from this location. They work hard, and Im thankful for all they time and effort theyve put into getting me things.
I’ve had 4 packages come here and say departed and that’s it. Nothing else after they steal packages here. Horrible place to send mail. My fathers veterans army uniform was stolen. Priceless pieces.
This is not a post office but a warehouse.it does have mailboxes to drop off packages but it is almost impossible to speak to someone if you call.
Dont expect good customer service here. After leaving me waiting long in the waiting room, they handed me a package with mold growing on the shoes inside. They didnt even give me so much as an apology, since it was the post office that caused this damage during shipment. The treatment from the front desk was basically your problem, not ours, and then ignore me afterwards.
Working there was terrible and Management was very difficult to handle no matter how hard I try. I did what I was told to do, but nothing mattered. The only thing I like about the Post office is the high pay rate, but seasonal work is not enough. I need more time.

Worst Postal Service ever! Says it shipped 2/3 at 5:00am from the Anaheim location, 2 weeks later still no package received! Ive tried calling the 800 # cant even get through the damn automation to talk to a LIVE Customer Support Rep. No one ever answers at the Anaheim location when I try to call.
My package has been at this facility for 2 weeks now and no one will answer the phone so I can figure out whats going on. This facility is a joke, and Im suspecting fraud. The company I have ordered through has been notified, next the police.

The worst postal service ever. My package left 2 days ago from this location and still hasnt arrived when the package is set to be delivered less than 15 miles away from them. Tried calling to see if i can just pick it up myself and the lady said I would have to call the next postal service since it says on my tracking that it has already departed their location? Makes no sense.

There are no retail services here. That means I cant mail stuff here. Why not put up a big sign that states this? The signage led me to believe that they are actually a post office.They are not. Bummer.

No longer a Post Office; only a drop off mailbox is available for normal customers. This is now exclusively a bulk-mail facility; no retail services.

2022-05-14Horrible customer service, they have absolutely no care about peoples pick-up needs. Making me wait for an urgent package they are holding to be delivered in 2 days, when I could have picked it up today. Theyre only 15 mins away and would not allow me to go pick up Smh

2022-02-25This distribution center is pathetic everytime my packages go through this place it takes 3 days to leave even though the the tracking shows it departs the facility 3 to 4 times a day how can something depart the same facility 7 times in 3 days. USPS should shot this pathetic facility down. And calling it pointless

2021-12-06Lets just say that if your package ends up at this facility even for just a stop that you can expect it to to not be delivered until way later on. I had a package depart from here for a friends birthday and it took them A WEEK AND A HALF to actually send the thing out and therefore it was late. Really hate this facility

2021-04-23THIS FACILITY IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!If I could rate a no star I would. I placed my order on the 14th of April and it got it accepted to two facilities, one in Irvine and now this one. It’s been a whole week now( April 23rd) and still nothing. I live all the way in Maryland and was supposed to receive my package last Monday/Tuesday. USPS needs to shut down at this point because their customer service is just as non useful as this facility. Not to mention they don’t pick up their phone for anything. I’ve called about six different times and still have gotten nothing. No agent from the company can get a hold of this facility so I am still out of luck. If you’re going to ship anything DO NOT go here much less any USPS facility anywhere.

2021-02-03I was having trouble tracking my package that was late and called this location. Lisa answered on the other end and was very helpful she made sure that i was completely satisfied and made sure my delivery was processed after it being late for so long! Lisa deserves the recognition! thank you for helping out in such a hard time during the pandemic!!

2020-12-10Ive waited since nov. 26th 2020 from bang vape, its been exactly two weeks since i placed my order and paid expedited shipping for one. (its now Dec.10th) recently called, looked at reviews. i got scared my package could’ve been stolen so i am writing this review. Although they were nice about it on the phone, i still have yet to receive these 3 packages. Typically i dont write reviews on this thing but i am frustrated because of the amount of money i spent on these packages. they should not of been at the center still and shouldve been here like the app said, Dec 4th and Dec 5th were the exact dates they shouldve come to my house. Ive never waited this long for a package before. Its barbaric. i just want my packages. thanks.

2015-08-14My package has been sitting there for over a week. No updates through tracking. No one on the phone can get off their lazy a** and look for my package. Ill never order from the west coast again just out of fear that my package will go through this post office. USPS? More like USPOS!
