Ooof!!! Buyer beware! Its a shame because my interaction with the sales associates were great. Polite. And informative, so I thought.Went to look at 2011 BMW We saw online. They were kind enough to put it to the side for us,which was appreciated. Looked at it, it had a weird smell to it and the trunk button kept getting stuck preventing the trunk from closing. So we decided to look at a different BMW as they had many on the lot. Salesman tried telling us to look at one in particular so we did and the driver door was clearly not aligned and wouldnt close properly also had bald tires. Because the interior was tan ( we wanted black) so we didnt think much of it and turned to look at a 3rd BMW... well this one clearly was in a car accident both front and back had damage to the bumper. The rear bumper had orange peel (bad paint job) we tried looking past it. Salesman kindly got the key for us. We turned it on, the low antifreeze fluid notification turned on, (cleared it) then the airbag recall notification turned on(cleared it) finally the check engine light turned on!!! We were 0/3 on this car and for all 3 cars we looked at. Needless to say we walked away with nothing. Please beware and look carefully if you decide to purchase a vehicle from this place. Im giving it a 3 because of their inventory and their customer service.

For the most part this dealership is very great. Great inventory, fair pricing, and even great deals. They are direct, honest, helpful. I was able to acquaint T , I believed be one the siblings who operate or own this dealership, his service was exceptional! I love😍 the car I purchased, the CARFAX 👌🏼, and the transparency of this business. They are willing to help all credit types. Just let them know your financial parameters, potential down payment, and they won’t waste your time. One thing tho, one of their sales guy (I’ll keep his name discrete)could improve a little more on his overall customer service skill. I just bought my second car from this dealership. I deal with Luis. He gives excellent customer service, very pleasant and fair negotiations. He deals with any concerns as promised. This dealership has two lots one across from another and plenty of beautiful cars available. The dealership is nice and air conditioned and clean inside. I’m happy with both cars, both in excellent and very clean condition. I bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue two years ago for my daughter and now a 2014 Honda Civic. I have never had any problems from the first car 2 years ago. Very happy
Just bought my Dodge Journey from here they did a really good job being patient with me. They let me test drive the car for as long as I wanted to with just me and my kids taking car seats in and out and I never once felt pressured at all. Really disappointed in the car i bought. I was told everything was fine but the next day later my car started leaking coolant and i took it to a mechanic to check it out and have a inspection on the engine bay and it has a valve cover leak and the bleeder from the radiator is busted and its going to cost over 1000 to fix. Im not bothering to call cause a deal is a deal but they are very friendly but if you are going to buy a car here make sure you take a mechanic to check out the vehicle than relying on the staff there. I trusted them that everything was fine but they are just a business and trying to profit other than satisfying in the customers end of the deal
I had to change my review, hasnt even been a year an constantly having issues needed new transmission an recently discovered the car didnt even had the right body parts on it I was told itd been in an accident that it wasnt salvage looks otherwise, cause they tried to quick fix it now having so many issues😞😫 I really needed a car an got one fast but also with a ton of problems along with it

I recently bought a car February 29th on Leap year. Jon Flick helped me. Made sure I got a good deal and stayed in my price range with my monthly payments. I appreciate his honesty and he wasn’t just trying to get my money to sale a car. Drove off with a 2015 infinite!!! I’m in love!!! My friend told me about them and I happened to look on car guru and they had something similar to what I was looking for. Jon took me on a test drive and I fell In Love!!! Everyone in the office were really nice ! I recommend them without a doubt!!!
After researching the car I wanted for a little over 6 weeks I decided to take a look at my final options, after visiting Unique Auto my decision was made. T was kind, honest and accommodating. My co-signer was ill and had limited mobility, not only did T help get me into the exact car I wanted, he even got most of the process completed before we returned to the lot the next day to pick up the vehicle. I was amazed by the ease of this process and Id definitely would purchase from this dealership again.!!!

Just bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack from them. Extremely nice office with coffee and water for its customers. They let me test drive the car for as long as I wanted to get a good feel for it. No high pressure sales tactics and they didnt try to add anything in the contract I wouldnt need or want. The financing process was simple and easy and they got me a great rate through Wells Fargo despite being a first time buyer. Very upfront and honest company, family owned. If your looking for a new car, their deals are the cheapest Ive seen and the customer service is great. Definitely recommend this place!

The customer service is good but thats about it. I recently purchased a vehicle from them and within the first couple of weeks Ive had to make several of visits for the same repairs. I do not believe that their mechanics are Real mechanics . They half do everything. Within the first week the brakes started grinding I was told to bring it in . That issue was never resolved. Also the alignment was terrible on the freeway. So I had to take the car in 3-4 times. Before I drove off the lot I had requested that they shampooed the seats in the vehicle well they did that but also left water stains on the rear seats. Upon all of my visits I have came across a handful of people coming back for repairs on their newly purchased vehicles. I will be reporting this place to the BBB ASWELL AT THIS POINT IM COMPLETELY OVER THIS PLACE .

Overall I had a really good experience here. I was not looking forward to car shopping because I know either you don’t get the price you want and or the dealer gets too pushy and you walk out with a little regret. That was not my experience here. I worked with a salesman named Luis and he was cool. I recommend this dealership.
I love Unique Auto Center. I called at 6pm to see my dream car (even though they close at 7). Cigi reassured me to come in. He made sure to wait for me (even though I came in 15 min before they closed). When I saw the car, I FELL IN LOVE ON THE SPOT. I test drove the car with my mom. I absolutely LOVE my car. I was able to get approved the same night. I was still able to walk away with my car. They gave me refreshments, had a clean office, they were funny, patient. Just got my Audi from UAC last week, it was the easiest transaction ever had my approval from my credit union went in they had the car ready for me to test drive I fell in love with it right off the bat. All they did was take my approval letter from the credit union and they handled the rest it was such a fast and easy process! T and Luis are the best go see them! U won’t regret it!
Just awesome. I had been looking for a car for about a month and every where I went they were asking for a high down payment. I went here to Unique Auto Center and within less than an hour I was approved for a car with a very very low down payment. Christian was very very awesome. Thanks to him we were able to drive away with a 2016 Elantra. Very nice and has very good customer service. Two days later my co worker went with Christian and her and her husband got a Ramada truck. So if your looking for a car go here they will help you.....
Luis helped me buy my first car and Im satisfied with the pricing on the purchase. A bunch of other dealers turned me down but they were able to work with me. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family.
The good:So thankfully the car I bought is mechanically sound, it is a Honda so it speaks by itself.The bad:Overall they try to act nice but they defenitely do not have the customer in mind. I am not too mechanically inclined but I tried to do my homework and checked what I could (tires, oil, refrigerant, et). I had to really put up a fight just to get the advertised priced. They wanted to add a 900 finance fee, 600 gap(they claimed it was mandatory to get credit), security locks. But I still feel I overplayed due to the cosmetic issues I later found.There where things I did not catch in the car until someone else pointed them out (spray paint in the back internal walls like they tried to fix some scratches, no mats, broken fog light, broken tailgate light, no sun shade on one of the doors, car shakes when braking hard (seems to be a common Honda issue but still needs fixing) , only one key.) Should have asked for a lower price or to get those items fixed.But the worst part was how they tried to convince me they were helping me get approved because of my less than stellar credit and how I was put down a couple times. I mentioned how I did not care about the monthly payment but the overall price as I intended to pay it down faster, and he said, you will not pay it faster. And then tried other sales tactics.I should have left but it was the 4th car I saw, I liked it, mechanically was good, and I just wanted a car for my growing family. I would go back and try to get some things fixed, but I just want to forget about the experience and stop wasting time with these guys. Thankfully the issues are all cosmetic and I will eventually get them fixed.Anyway, they might have decent cars, but they are used cars. Make sure you go with good knowledge of what you are looking at. Take a mechanic with you if possible. Be ready to be aggressive with your negotiations. And if you dont feel comfortable walk away dont make the same mistake I made.
Took 2 visits to find the car I was looking for. First time I went, I was greeted by Luis who was professional.i let him know what I saw online but he informed me that the vehicle had already been sold. He offered me something very similar, but I had decided to wait. I didnt feel any pressure and he provided financing options as what I could do when I was ready to buy. About a month later I saw a Sorento that had all the amenities i was looking for, for he right price. I text to see if it was available and Luis responded quickly. An appointment was set up and I was done within a couple hours. I would definitely recommend this place, where they treat you with honesty and like family.

I found the car online, made an appt to test drive the Escape, worked out terms before I drove an hour away and after we worked everything out I went in test drove the car signed the paperwork and the rest in history. This was by far our best dealer experience. My husband and I are first time car buyers together and we had nothing but amazing help! I saw our dream truck online and my husband was quick to jump and say “YES”! We traveled from Los Angeles just to buy this truck. And Luis Carillo was our salesman and he was nothing but patient to meet our demands! Once again, by for the best deal we’ve ever made with such a genuine person. I bought a car from them and it started having issues the next day. Drove almost 2 hours to have them look at it to tell me they didn’t have the diagnostic equipment to see the issue and to take it to a Ford dealer. The salesman then said I have to bring it back to them for them to only cover half if it’s an engine or transmission problem only. They have very poor service after you buy a car. Wouldn’t recommend.

I do not recommend buying a car from this place, all the good reviews are because people were offered an oil change if they submitted a 5 star review.I bought a car from them on May 2018, 5 weeks later the front wheel bearings broke and they didnt want to fix it for free because it happened a week after the 30 day warranty expired so if they fixed it i would have to pay them, so i rather went somewhere else, 2 months after that the water pump needed to be replaced and they refused to help me fix it so i called a local shop to fix it and 5 months later the car was overheating due to a BLOWN HEAD GASKET!! A $3000 fix, so I traded the car at a somewhat better dealership for a pre owned toyota corolla with an extended 5 year warranty or 100,000 miles what ever comes first.

The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Luis made the experience smooth and easy. They had the vehicle we wanted within our price range. They also work with Schools First FCU and handled all the paperwork for our bank loan, we got to drive our van home without having to make a second trip to the bank and back. DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLE FROM THIS FRAUDULENT PLACE!!!!! I purchased a vehicle March 13 and within 3 weeks I find out it was sold with a failing transmission. I reached out to them to see if they could work something out and they told me no there’s nothing they could do. I took the car to the Nissan dealership and was told this car transmission has been failing and the check engine light was turned off. I repeat DO NOT PURCHASE from this FRADULENT DEALERSHIP selling lemons....
I was in the market for a Ford Focus ST and to my surprise I found one here at UAC through Cargurus in the color, trim, and best part the PRICE I was looking for. It was exactly how I wanted. I was expecting some wear and tear knowing I was walking into a used car dealer but it was in AMAZING condition especially for a 2014 model! Moe and Luis helped me through the whole process and were very patient and kind. I’m usually skeptical if used car dealerships but UAC has blown my expectations out of the water. Overall an awesome experience. Would recommend to anyone looking a solid well kept used car for a reasonable price.

We purchased a 2009 Honda Odyssey from UAC and they were just the best. We found a couple issues after the test drive, and they fixed everything quickly without trying to change the deal and they gave a really great deal. Their dent removal person wasn’t in because of rain so they let us bring it back to the lot a couple weeks after buying for that service. Luis was super helpful and honest and appreciate him and UAC very much!

Honestly this place was hassle free it was easy I walked in with no car and 2 hours later I was approved for a brand new charger Luis hooked me up anytime I need something done I can take it in to the dealership and they will make the customers the priority. Not usually one to write a review but this place is a joke. I got a decent deal however the customer service was garbage. They sales man originally told us they would cover the registration for the first year of the vehicle we purchased. So I would last until July 2020. Due to the fact that we just renewed the registration on the vehicle we traded in a week prior. Come to find out that was a lie. And they ran around in circles when I brought it up. The. They offered me free oil changes. I live an hour away so obviously that was out of the question. To top it off they put the wrong address for the DMV so I never got my registration, and now I owe late fees. I don’t suggest them to anyone

Miguel had the mechanic check it and of course nothing was wrong according to him. We took it back a few other times. Well what do you know? A few days after our warranty expired, every damn thing was wrong with the car. We took it back. Of course they wouldnt do anything. So, not only am I still obligated to make the payment on this piece of sh** but Im with a car that has a 101 problems. I do not recommend anyone dealing with them. They have no word. L

Been looking for a specific deisel bmw for a while I found one on cargurus for the right price scheduled an appointment with T over the phone. Next day I went in took it for a test drive for about half an hour everything checked out it drove great. got down to the paperwork everything went smooth no hidden fees or the regular run around which I liked alot. got a really good rate thru wells! would def reccomend this place to anyone.
Complete waste of time, sales person had confirmed I could get the car for 12k out the door trough email.I got approved through my bank and made a 50 minute drive to go test drive and lock in the deal.When I got there it the salesperson said he could not do it for 12k even though he acknowledged he had said he could trough email. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY!! clearly they agree to things just to get you in.I will be leaving reviews on Yelp and car gurus as well to warn all other car buyers.

Recently purchased a Mini Cooper from unique auto center and I am in love with it. I bought a Jeep from Unique Auto Center and worked with two guys who were really helpful and got me are pretty good interest rate for being a a first time car buyer. It has been a couple of months now and I have not had any problems with the car and I love every inch of it. I would recommend these guys. I checked out the car myself and did not see any issues under the hood. There was a scratch that I saw on the vehicle but they sent it to their garage to have it removed and it was gone when i drove off the lot. They even stayed open late for me while I was signing my paperwork . Great interaction with them. Thanks alot

Unique Auto is simply amazing. I was in look for a 2017 Dodge Charger and happen to look in there inventory and Geez was she was amazing. I found a great deal for a SXT sitting on 22 inch rims and Under 2000 Grand compare to other dealership. So i scheduled a test drive just yesterday. I was blown away by luis and T customer service. Under an hour i was out of the dealership with my new car on my terms and i did not have to haggle on the price or get in debt over my means. I highly recommend UAC.

Went there to see a used car that was advertised at a high blue book price. I was assured that the car is super clean and it carries a clean car fax. I drove about 30 minutes to get there. First look at the car and saw the mickey mouse repair theyve done on the front end of the car. The hood and fenders were also spray painted with spray cans. I open the doors to find wrinkled door jams. I should have video taped what I saw, or at least taken pictures to post, but I think people got the picture.

I called them to be sure the car I was interested in was still available, they told me “oh yes we still have it, but that car is cash only.” They made me drive from far away to find out that the car that I was looking for is no longer available. Why do they feel it’s okay.....

Price was OK, they didnt try to push any extended warranty bs, just a GPS device (around $1,000).But the car title (the pink slip) arrived with an extra digit on the millage (from 50k to 500k) , the salesman wont even pick up the phone or return my texts.

8 years ago I bought a Nissan Altima from Unique auto. Back then I had a great experience and got the car for a great price. Over the years I drove that car from california to Las Vegas, Denver, Chicago, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Washington DC, New York, Detroit even Toronto and Montreal, Canada then back to Des Moines and Minneapolis. This car never needed anything other than regular maintenace such as oil changes, filter changes and tires.This year I handed the car down to my niece in Iowa. I’m gonna miss that car! If you want a reliable car this is the place to go!

I scheduled an appointment to look at a truck. I spoke to a girl named Starla and she seemed incredibly nice on the phone. She didn’t push loans on me when we talked about me paying cash and the truck looked beautiful in all the pictures. I scheduled a time to look at the truck and she said “ask for Starla”.I arrived 30 minutes early and another sales associate approached me and I told him that I was looking for Starla. He informed me that Starla doesn’t work on fridays and she never has. He asked if he could help me and I said that I just wanted to look at the truck but that’s a little odd that Starla told me to come at this time and she supposedly never works on fridays.Walking to the truck, we passed a bunch of vehicles. I quickly noticed a trend with the vehicles that they all have been damaged and they have incredibly bad body work and paint jobs. Everything from body panels that are obviously replaced and out of alignment, to huge scrapes down the sides of vehicles that seemed to be painted over in order to be hidden.This truck was no exception. Giant dents, dings, scrapes, terrible paint work, terrible body panel alignments, bent bumpers, and tires that were barely street legal because they were so bald. While I was talking to my friend about all the issues with the truck, the sales associate figured out that we were most likely not going to buy the truck and that we knew what we were talking about. He quickly locked up the truck and walked away.This is the typical “used car lot” that everyone dreads going to. I wouldn’t trust anything from this stealership.

Terrible service. Got calls and texts annoying me about a car. I told my situation and the short messages were very unhelpful. I was told to get a co-signer which is NOT and option and I was told that if I really wanted it, I could get one. I didnt even get to the dealer. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH TEXT MESSAGE. Bought a car for my nephew here a couple of weeks ago....staff was friendly (why they get 2 stars instead of one)..the 2008 scion tc had some damage, trunk didnt open which wasnt a big deal as we found the problem...the next day the check engine light came on for the catalytic converter and an evap purge solenoid issue...thought I got a great deal but now with repairs that the car needs we are paying well above blue book...a word of advice to anyone who buys a car from here...get an obd2 scanner on amazon for $20 and scan the vehicle...I suspect the problem existed when we purchased the vehicle

2022-03-25I recently purchased a used car from Unique Auto Sales. My experience started before I even got to the dealership. I called on a Saturday night requesting to look at a car, but given the distance from my house, I decided to call first. The person who answered was honest and said they were already assisting four customers and wouldnt have the ability to help me out right away. He recommended that I come in the next day. I was so impressed by this gesture. They were considerate of my time and their ability to provide quality customer service opposed to just selling a car. During my visit, I had a very stress free, no pressure buying experience. I have car shopped for several months and have visited multiple dealers (all large corps.). I felt like prey from the time I pulled into the lot of other dealerships. This was not the case at Unique. I wasnt pressured into looking at other cars that I wasnt interested in nor was I being up sold. I was given time to consider my decision and process the choice I was about to make, which I appreciated. I requested a few things to be included in the price, which was granted. I worked with Luis. He has been in contact with me since my purchase and has been providing me updates with the status of the requested items. I had a Unique Car buying experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others interested in buying a car.

I am the type of person thats skeptical of mechanics and car dealerships due to the shadiness and what they consist of of how they do business, but this place is few of the millions that is actually honest. Augie and Louise are the best. I even made friends with Louise and we are going to stay in contact Im looking forward to taking them out to for lunch soon. Augie is funny and hes humbled. They will treat you like family they will not push nothing on you and they cars are legit they cover all bases. They have a 2021 van thats for 85k Im coming back for that so please dont purchase it, because I want it! Im still at a awe. This dealership is better than those dealerships thats has commercials on TV,they top notch,but they dont compare only thing they got is new vehicles that will cost you a house payment. These are used cars with low mileage well kept and 1 to 2 owners of these vehicles. Dont just take my word but go down for yourself and see. Seeing is believing right? Also I was joking around with Augie about buying me something to eat and he was actually going to go buy me something to eat until I told him I was joking. Yeah that part!!
