This is only the second Google review I have ever left, and I only chose to do so because I want others to know about the incredible service (and quality care) that I received from Unchained from the Cave Tattoo Removal. I sincerely cannot be happier with the excellent care and service I received from Rosalyn as I start the journey to getting a tat removed, which has caused me much anxiety over the years. If you have a tattoo that you regret, causes you stress or anxiety (like mine has for so long), GO TO Unchained!! You will be super happy that you did. I know I am. I cant be more thankful (and deeply grateful) to Rosalyn for establishing this company and providing this service to the public.

This place is absolutely amazing! For years Ive been looking into getting my tattoos removed because Ive been very unhappy with them. Ive gone to a few other places for quotes on how much they would charge per session and one place told me that for my full back piece would be, not joking, $33,000 for THREE sessions. $11,000 per session! I of course did not go there and continued to search for more reasonable prices. I first found one in San Jose that was a great price and nice people and while going to them I found unchained from the cave was closer to me and their prices were even better. After being quoted $11,000 for a single session and then finding unchained from the cave, I was ecstatic! I would bet money that you cant find a place that will beat their price. But the price isnt even the best part! Rosalyn and her staff are absolutely amazing! They Always happy to see you, treat you like your friends from day one and make you feel extremely comfortable during the process. I have kind of long sessions lasting upwards of 15 minutes and Rosalyn is constantly making sure that my experience is going well. She knows what shes doing and shes a great people person. Very easy to make appointments and I have never had to wait past my appointment tome. Actually most of the time, shes called me back early. So, If youre wanting to get tattoos removed for a great price and by someone that will take great care of you, unchained from the cave is THE place to go!!

I’m on my 8th removal session with unchained from the cave and let me tell you! My appointments are always on time, she’s very informative and through covid has adapted new procedures to keep the environment clean and safe for customers. I’ve had no scarring and my tattoo looks so good and is almost completely faded! I still have a couple more sessions but I’m so happy with the results I’ve received so far! If you’ve been thinking about getting a tattoo removed I HIGHLY recommend Unchained from the cave. I promise you’ll feel so much better once you’ve started the process. I can’t wait to see my end result and to finally have this thing gone. (The photo below is after my 1st and after my 7th session)

How did i get so lucky! Miss Rosalyn is a god send. I was so nervous going in for my first appointment. She immediately welcomed me with her kind heart. She assured me every step of the way and let me take as many breaks as i needed. Touch of an angel if you will! If you have any tattoos that you’re no longer in love with i highly suggest unchained from the cave. I have had 5 treatments so far. The pain to me is similar to rapid rubber band snaps or bacon grease splatter at 100mph lol completely worth the end result. Thank you so very much Rosalyn and family. I will forever be grateful 🥰

Unchained from the cage is helping change my life by removing tattoos on my neck which were poor choices made at a different time in my life. This service is helping me move forward, unchained from the unwanted stares and judgment of others.
