I had a reservation to drop off the U-Haul truck at this location, which was confirmed by U-Haul. When I got to the location, the manager, Alvin, didn’t accept the truck because he said “it wasn’t his truck” and that he didn’t have room. With the stress of moving from a city that is 200 miles away, the last thing I wanted was to drive the truck to the location on my reservation just to get turned down. If this location doesn’t accept trucks that are not there own then they should not be an option when you are placing your reservation. U-Haul needs to improve its system and actually check with the location to ensure that they will accept intercity trucks that are not there own. I don’t think I will be renting from U-Haul for any future moves.

Guy charged me extra for the fuel. Truck was super old and I dont know if fuel gauge works at all. When I picked it up fuel level was slightly under what was marked on the contract but I did not complain, when I was filling it up I made sure to bring it up to the documented level even though I had to just give them headache and have them fix the paper. Guy who checked me out on the pick up day was nice and professional so I wanted to be nice to him. He even took care of me during his lunch time because nobody came to replace him on time. I parked the truck next to the storage and gauge showed half a tank, when I drove it 200 feet into their storage and parked it on the incline gauge showed less. They need to take that to the account. Disappointed with customer service! If I rent from this place agin Ill make sure to have them do their job right!

Only place in uhaul to rent from when every other place is closed on a Sunday. Very satisfied with service, quick and hassle free.
