Selena the girl at uhaul wouldnt accept a prepaid card or doesnt accept cash after a certain which I understand that part but seriously people have prepaid cards because they dont like dealing with banks. Never going through uhaul again. My mother in law was coming on her way to pay for it and she closed the store. Poor customer service.
This place is a joke I got a 1979 Jeep Renegade 350v8 with the original stock Jeep hitch on the back and they say I cant rent a tow dolly from them to tow a Meyers manx VW fiberglass dune buggy 30 miles., Ive rented from other U-Hauls many times with my Jeep and never had a problem they wont even work with you these guys are idiots! I would have gave him a zero rating but I cant so I gave him one star
This is the best U-Haul we have been to. If your looking for a nice place with friendly faces stop here to get your moving truck. Trucks and clean well maintained. Just all around great facilities.
They want to raise the rent, Security is very poor next to none, Employees dont seem to know anything about the fees and bait and switch between them and their corporate office about the fees. This place really needs an overhaul for knowledgeable and helpful employees and their security needs it as well.
Doesnt answer the phone when they are supposed to be open! Horrible customer service! I WOULD GIVE YOU NO STARS BUT UNFORTUNATELY THATS NOT AN OPTION!
They suck the guy in the picture tried to take my money and another guy that works there lied about me paying him I told them I wanna see the video of me coming in and they tried to edit the video so I called Corp on. Them and every time I went in there after that they left me alone cuz they know it is true how they tried to take my money like that I think Im gonna sue them i wont ever go there again or refure anyone to them
Uhaul will make reservations for equipment when the store doesnt have the equipment to rent. They will then send you an hour away to a different store to pick up the equipment.
Really bad service from a lady and a guy working there, I need it a trailer and they said they didnt have any when they had 2 outside, so I told them they had 2 outside and they had an attitude and said they dont know anything that they couldnt help me with that. It should really be less than a star.
Cool staff used a truck same day for a few hours it was simple fast and they got us a truck within minutes.

2022-05-03I called to inquire about pricing and Brittany was rude and tried her hardest to be patronizing but was unable to do so. If you choose to rent a vehicle from them, the price is the same from one to 24 hours. They attempt to make more money by asking you how long you will need the vehicle (so they can rent to someone else) even though they do not provide a discount for using the vehicle for less than 24 hours, and will charge you if you go OVER the time block. Rent the vehicle for a full 24 hours and return the vehicle before the 24 hours is up and do NOT let them rent the vehicle to someone else during YOUR 24 hours. They donot give a discount for returning early, but will charge you for being late (even if you are still within your 24 hours but over your time block) and if you ask any questions, they not only cannot answer them, but they literally say because we are told to say that.Uhaul is aware of peoples needs to rent vehicles to move. We all try our hardest to estimate the time it will take us to move and we should not be punished for giving the wrong estimate. Charging your customer for not gi0ving the right time is dissemination and prejudicial. We all try our hardest to move as quickly and efficiently as possible. There are things that may come up that prohibits that. Rushing customers also rushes the representative and does not allow for the proper time to check the returned vehicle over, can cause charges the customer did not incur, and provides disgusting customer service.You are taking advantage of your customers and treating us poorly so you can try and make an extra buck.

2022-07-10Uhaul as a business, at least in the San Bernadino area, is trash these days. Do not use. I made a reservation with credit card a month prior to my requested move from Irwin to texas. Then confirmed, in person, a week prior at the barstow main street location, where I was told everything was on track. . A day and a half before my pickup date, I was informed that there were no trailers available. When I inquired why I had been given a reservation in the first place, the San B dispatcher suggested that perhaps they used to have one, then didnt.... amazed that they are still in business. I suppose as long as folks continue to use them, they will be able to get away with it. When I asked to speak with an actual manager, I was informed he was in a meeting, but I could try to call back. Never again making the mistake of planning on their business. Cost me 1700 dollars in a last minute transport arrangement. I will forever advise anyone I speak to not to use their services.

2022-08-12This place will take everything you own and your payment too then tell you you have no insurance ! How did I ever leave that place without insurance ? I would never trust a storage facilitiy let alone a U-Haul storage facility,, u haul only takes your things, shame on U-Haul discusting business practicess at best ! Dont use haul unless your in to losing even my husbands ashes gone, but good to no I have no insurance rite lol lol sick game !

2020-09-12If I could give -5 stars I would. DON’T WASTE your time here. I made a reservation for a trailer with a confirmation number and everything, drove 35 mins to get it and when I got there they had NO IDEA what I was talking about and then said that the only trailer they had was being requested by the previous renters for another day so I was out of luck. They took my card information and everything. & EVERY SINGLE REPRESENTATIVE was completely rude and hesitant to help me in any way.

2018-03-28Good service. Kept a hold on my deposit forever and had no problem taking the total mount after I turned in the truck. Their call center service sucks, but local shop was really good.

2017-03-24We have been working with Alex Rodriquez for the last month trying to organize packing and shipping for my sister to downsize and move to Illinois. Because of Drs appointments, our schedule has been chaotic to say the very least. Alex has been understanding, supportive and more helpful than I could have ever anticipated.
