Overall great experience working with Tuff Shed - Anaheim! It was a pleasure working with Jason E. to help me design my Barn Shed. He was prompt to follow-up on my quote request and offered me good advice based on my needs. Great customer service! The installation was completed in half a day by builder Raymond and his crew. My father oversaw their entire installation process and was satisfied with the quality of the shed and the professionalism of the builders. Many thanks to Jason, Raymond and Alena.
Absolute best experience buying a shed! The trick is to get the right sales person. Ask for Jason Eason, if you get someone else you may not have the same great service I did. My build was an odd shape and had to fit it into an exact space. Jason made the entire thing super easy. He even came out to my house on his off time to make sure everything was going to be absolutely perfect! If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have been able to get it done. He’s the best! Ask for him!!!!

It all started with a phone call to Fred in Sales.I called and spoke to him about what we wanted. He invited us to come to the store and check out the showroom.We walked around the showroom and created this mental wishlist.We sat down with Fred and went over everything we had envisioned. He walked us through everything and created the quote. There was no pressure. He didnt try to get us to purchase things we didnt need. He kept it simple. Thats what we liked the most about Fred.The day of the installation went smooth. The installers were efficient. They were so professional and helpful.This shed is beautiful. Better than I had imagined. Thank you Fred and your team at the Anaheim location.
I went in person to the Tuff Shed store in Anaheim, where I was assisted by Fred Tubbs. Fred was excellent! Fred helped me figure out which model and size would work best for my backyard and comply with any city codes. From design to delivery and installation, everything was professional and efficient. Shout out to Tuff Shed. I will be purchasing another soon!
Second shed I have had installed. Sales guy Fred is great but the installation is terrible. First shed they had to come back and fix sagging roof. Second shed I told them to pick up nails and debris for my granddaughter safety! They left a mess of roofing nails, sheet screws, and cut roofing which I had to pick up (a few nails would be somewhat acceptable but they left A LOT!) Not to mention the floor had screws too tight and others not recessed that I had to fix. The guy didnt even sweep out the shed, he said he didnt have a broom? Sales guy Fred is great...too bad he cant manage the installers!Got calls from Ray and Michael the assistant and general managers and thought okay! However, it seemed like a formality instead of someone trying to help? It was awkward because it wasnt like they really wanted to offer any remedy but just apologize with no solution. No offer to fix it or even give $50 off. Just calling the reviews that complain with ZERO offered solutions or recommendations.
The concrete pad company, Marcus and crew were outstanding and did a great job!The install had a glitch in the beginning but once corrected the two guys worked steady until completed. The colors my wife picked for the shed blended nicely with our existing wall and the shed is a nice addition to our property. So we would give a 👍 s to Tuff Shed.
We could not have finished our Projects with out the help of Fred! Fred so was wonderful to work with! Very professional and very communicative! Tuff Shed is legit! They did a great job for me. I even had an issue where the shed didnt seem as stable as I wanted it to be because of a hillside, and TuffShed came back out to my house to secure it. I highly recommend them.

VERY POOR QUALITY DOOR HANDLE & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I spoke with Ray at the Tuff Shed in Anaheim, CA to replace the broken door lock on my Premier Pro Tuff Shed. He asked me to text him a picture of my shed serial number, which i did & he never responded. I asked him to confirm receipt of the picture a few hours later - to which he said he would call me the next day to discuss my options. That was 9 days ago & he still hasnt contacted me. The door handle that comes on these sheds is not metal. They are plastic alloy and the lock mechanism is VERY EASILY BROKEN if someone attempts to break in.

I had purchased a shed from tuff shed about a week ago. Jason was very professional and polite. He was able to answer all the questions we had regarding the shed and installation. He had great customer service which is always a good thing. The delivery and installation of the shed was done very well. The builders were able to get it done in about 4 hours. The shed was built in a quick and efficient manner. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase, the customer service, and the installation. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Tuff Shed.

Fred is the guy to see if you are looking for a Tuff Shed. He was very knowledgeable, and a big help in order for us to make an informed decision. There is a small show room with a number of shed sizes, orientations, and design choices. We had very personalized service. Skip going through a third party (Home Depot, etc.) and go directly to this place. They are happy to answer your questions and get you set up. I would highly recommend them.
Bought a shed from Home Depot. These guys placed the base of the shed and left. Called the office, and the rude woman told me I was Crazy even though they stopped coming to finish the shed.DO NOT GET THESE GUYS TO BUILD YOUR SHED. I had to call Home Depot to finally get these scammers to finish building the shed. The nerve of the front desk lady to call me crazy when they didnt finish their job.Lucky I didnt file a lawsuit through a small claims court against these scammers.
Great service. Was hesitant at 1st because price was a bit higher than I liked but after install the quality and service were awesome. Worked around my schedule for install, kept me in the loop via email and text from the beginning, showed up earlier on install date and reviewed my instructions and double checked it was designed per my requests. Highly recommend!
Gotta say I usually dont like chains or franchises but this is the second shed I buy in 1 year from the Anaheim store. Jason Eason on sales did a great job making sure I got exactly what I was expecting. And the install Crew led by Jesus did a bang up job. I had a very specific placement need as it needed to matchup with my existing install, and that they did. My biggest issue with contractors outside of quality build is basic house keeping. Show me a crew that takes care of their work area as they work and that usually indicates pride in their work throughout. Jesus and crew did a great job. I would definitely recommend Anaheim Tuff Shed.
My experience with Tuff Shed Anaheim was fantastic! I did some browsing on the website and submitted a quote - within 20 minutes I had a text from Fred asking me if I had any questions and to give him a call so we could go over my quote. He asked several questions about what I planned to use the shed for, and made some recommendations for a few changes to my order to really suit my needs. He was in constant communication with me leading up to the installation and accommodated a couple other late changes I wanted to make as well!Alena reached out to me the day before to remind me about my installation and answered a couple last minute questions I had about prepping for the crews arrival.On the day of installation, the crew showed up early and powered through the build (all in, I think it only took about 5 hours!) Even though I had a concrete pad, the crew went through the extra effort to level the shed.Fantastic follow-up and follow-through - I couldnt be happier with the entire process and my shed is exactly what we needed!
Very responsive, let us know exactly when shed would be installed and the technician who installed the shed was very nice to the people at the school site. We would highly recommend them again and we will be using them again soon!
I spoke with Fred about a storage shed for my backyard. Very knowledgeable since he used to build them, knew exactly what I needed, AND didnt try to sell me on stuff I didnt. After I finalize the placement of the shed, I will be having them install it and will do a follow up review on how that went.
I had an exceptional experience with Jason Eason from Tuff Shed, in Anaheim. He helped me make my dreams of creating a Boho Beachy office shed come to life! Despite the pandemic, Jason and his team were able to order, customize and deliver my shed in a timely manner. He was there to assist during every step of the process & provided answers to my questions right away. I customized an 8x14 sq ft shed with 2 dutch doors, 2 windows & 2 skylights for under $6,550. My contractor who installed drywall, flooring, & electrical even said that was a great price for the space & quality. The small shed we had installed is well built and sturdy - a lot better than the metal shed used previously. The sales consultant, Jason Eason, saved the project. He was responsive and helpful in order to get my questions and plans completed. Our high school had two Tuff Sheds installed and I was impressed enough with the process and results that I decided to build a 10x12 Premier Pro Tall shed at home as an extra room. Fred was extremely knowledgeable and responsive through the design process, which is easy to start online but requires a little assist to refine details. As with any construction project, you do need to mind your details and double check your paperwork to make sure everything you want is correct, especially if making last minute changes like I did. On install day, the crew, led by Romeo, arrived exactly on time and threw up this shed so fast it is hard to believe. Very professional and easy to work with from beginning to end. They really did a nice job, and I could not be happier. The quality is amazing. What seems expensive at first is clearly worth it when you see the end product. Thanks Tuff Shed!
We are very happy with the customer service at this Tuff Shed location in Anaheim. Jason, our sales rep was very helpful during the whole process. Designing, ordering, before and after installation!!! He was in contact with us even before the crew arrived! I was able to talk to him during installation too! And it was a Saturday. He asked me to take a picture of the minute problem on the floor after the crew repaired it, but I never did. Monday morning, I got a text from him looking for the picture. He said he would send the warranty technician! Awesome!The crew who came to install were very nice and hard working! Maybe they need more experience to install or allow more time to install so that it would have been perfect!The warranty tech (Rico, who was also very nice) came on the day of my choosing. He fixed all our concerns and even found things that we did not see! Ceiling insulation was not perfect compared to the walls but better than nothing!Thank you Jason!

I couldnt be happier with the service, product, and timeliness that I received from TuffShed Anaheim. The order process was simple and the showroom really helped me hone in on the specific options I wanted. Installation was done within 3 days of order and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Jason was great to work with and I would highly recommend TuffShed over the alternatives as the customization is easy and the options are expansive.
Its been 3 months since my shed was installed. Ive tried calling, emailing, posting on twitter and they always have excuses. The quality of paint on my shed was terrible and they wont fix it. Always making excuses. Dont bother with them, they dont care about you once you pay. They wont fix their mistakes. Dont waste your time or money on them.
Even though we were unable to go to the showroom due to COVID-19, the phone and online customer service with our sales rep: Jason from “Tuff Shed Anaheim” made our process and decision-making seamless. He made himself readily available for questions, concerns and changes during the whole process. The install team was prompt, very professional and respectful of new normal protocol due to physical distancing and protection. We are very happy with our experience from start to finish.

The sale started okay, got a good price for a 10x10. When it came to scheduling the appointment, it all went down hill from there. Next scheduled appointment was a month out do to covid (totally understandable).A day before the install I never received any type of notification/call to confirm installation. So I emailed them to confirm, they reply with install confirmation for 8am-10am. I took the day off so I can be there and sign any documents required, and no one showed up. I messaged the around 11am asking what happened. They said the contractors made a mistake and went to there later appointment first and would be at my place after between 12-2pm. Again no show. I called around 3pm no answer, I messaged then and got ghosted like it I was a blind date. It hit around 5:30pm and I started to put my vehicles back iny driveway and guess who decided to show.. they asked if they can just drop the stuff off and come back Sunday (it being Monday) because they were backed up. There poor planning is not my problem, then they showed up Tuesday afternoon around 3pm to build it. They are not organized at all. Only because I had payed for the shed all ready, and waited for a month, if not I would of gone with someone else. Moral of the story is if you have time to waste and play games feel free to purchase a shed from them.
They did a great job . Shed came in about months time installed with no issues. And looks fantastic.One thing. If you buy the shed online and pick your options online just be 100% sure you have everything set up correct.

His experience as a Tuff Shed builder really helped us make the right product decisions. When build day came everything went incredibly well and they finished an 8 x 10 Premier Tall Ranch in four hours flat. Very satisfied!

**Read update below**Terrible customer service. It was so audacious I walked out of the show room. Jason Eason was extremely rude and had a condescending tone from the I called him out for his behavior and he seemed surprised. Im sure he talks to people like this all time. I drove about 15 miles to get there, ready to spend well over $2500 and this was the treatment I received. Unless I am utterly mistaken and business is booming, I thought he would be happy for a sale. I guess not. Ill take my business elsewhere. Dont waste your time. Update*** 6-25-20. I contacted customer service (TWICE) via email. As you can see they responded to my review and assured me someone would get back to me from customer service. Almost two weeks later and nothing. No one has gotten back to me. Seems like they just reply to negative reviews just to save face.
Buy your Tuff Shed from another store, do not buy from the Anaheim store. Do not buy a shed from the Anaheim supplier if you do not have them install the shed. If you have another contractor install the shed, they short the kit and your contractor will have to buy and or exchange product not supplied or incorrectly supplied and you will have to pay the extra costs incurred by the contractor. They gave me 20 year roof shingles instead of the 30 year shinges that I had paid for and shorted me wood and other supplies that my contractor had to get. Since my contractor had to spend extra time returning supplies and buying others at the store, I had to pay him a lot of extra money for his time.The manager told my contractor that they would give me credit on my card but when I spoke with him, he refused.I repeat strongly, do not do business with the Anaheim Tuff Shed store. They do not supply complete kits. Very, very disappointed!
I called the Anaheim location just to inquire about seeing their showroom. I felt rushed off the phone as I was told they were only letting people in based on appointments and then told they were not the office I should be calling anyway! If this had of been the correct office Im not sure I would have spent my money there. Im looking to spend in the neighborhood of $4,000 to $5,000 if not more and was met with such a rude telephone experience. I was prepared to visit that day. Thankfully I will be going to the factory location in Pacoima this Saturday. I called there and was greeted with a much better experience by Luis.
No one returned my call.I bought my 1st. Tuff shed while at home depot. They came to the house. Measure, very helpful.But not this time was wanting to ask questions . Moving old shed buying another.Was moving wanted another & taking the one I haveIt was very upsetting
They are attentive to your wants and needs. They ask questions to get a better understanding of your project. At the end of the process they can provide a print out of what your shed will look like including the colors you pick.

The sales rep Jim showed up on time was very knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions next the scheduling and when the workers showed up, they were professional and courteous. Great sheds really built well but just to expansive for us. Found metal sheds same size for $500 to $800 not $3,000.
I called the office just now and I told him I am a old customer that purchased a couple sheds tall barn from you and I wanted to know if they did prefab for living dwelling units , I understand there is more code to it so he said let me transfer you to my sales guy an he hung on me and never called me back at least to say no we can’t help.

2021-08-05I wanted a she shed and TUFF Shed did a wonderful job. Marcus and his crew poured the concrete slab which came out very well. When the shed was ready for installation the crew came out at 8am and did a remarkable job....every little detail was taken care of. Very meticulous! They even put my weather vane on for me! Nice guys! I wanted a french door to bring in more light with the 3 windows and it looks so beautiful. Im very satisfied! Thank you, Jason for all your help.

2021-11-18Did a great deal of searching online, other makers other materials and you just can’t beat Tuff shed for quality and build. The shed will likely outlive me, and the wood framing allows for tremendous interior customization. Highly advise going to a showroom to see features and colors in person, in both indoor and outdoor light. Ensures you are happy in the end. Jason helped with all aspects of design and was very patient and professional. Romeo our installer and his partner were conscientious, quick, and thorough; and cleaned the site nicely afterwards. We built our shed on a deck to capture unused downslope on our back property line. We are very pleased with the outcome and our friends are impressed. Looks so good I am tempted to use it as a retreat instead of storage!

2021-12-17I started off uncertain about going with tuffshed due to pricing and still wish the cost was a little closer to $2k than it was, but the main item that brought me to Yelp to leave this review is because of Raymond, Little Raymond, and Angel.They were the install crew that made sure my shed was installed exactly where I wanted it, installed with stellar quality, and helped with tips as I asked questions while finalizing the location. They were professional, helpful, friendly, and efficient. Raymond called to communicate the install plans/time-frame, showed up exactly when he said he would, and knocked out the install super quick.The office and showroom is cool and all, but lets be honest, the installation and assembly is where your experience is stellar, or falls off a cliff. Raymond and his crew definitely represented the Tuffshed brand well... if i had a business, I would be proud to have them on my team and i hope you guys can relay this review to them too!
