First time purchasing a home and Trident Inspection took care of me. Ashraf was extremely professional and did a very thorough job inspecting the home I wanted to purchase. He crawled through attic spaces, crawled into cupboards, tested every outlet and light, and so much more. After he was finished, he walked me through every single issue he found and explained whether each issue was something minor or something major that needed to be fixed immediately. He also sent me a PDF of the entire report for my records.My impression was that this inspection was actually honest, professional, and well worth the money, especially with employees like Ashraf.

This company is fantastic…because of owner Jeff Clark. Our offer on the purchase of a home was accepted, and a very thorough inspection was completed by Trident Inspection Group. Lots of deficiencies were found during this inspection—72 in all! That number itself was overwhelming. But in addition, many of the problems noted were a bit too technical for us to truly understand. We were invited to call the company and try to get explanations for the deficiencies.Jeff Clarke (owner?) spoke with us, and he patiently “translated” every single problem noted on the report. He was the epitome of kindness and helpfulness. He also explained from the beginning that he was in no hurry, and that we could be sure he would take all the time we needed to truly understand every issue. AND HE DID! What a wonderful guy, and what a terrific company. Because of his help, we followed through on the purchase of the house. Without that help, we probably would have withdrawn our offer. Trident was very thoughtful, professional, and courteous when assisting me with my termite inspection. They also offered a home inspection, sewer inspection, and 3D scan of my home. I dont know any company that does all of those things so I was very impressed. They delivered on everything that they said they would with professionalism and great communication. I highly recommend them to anybody needing an inspection.

2022-02-15Best inspection group in town. The owners are extremely involved and they personally take care of each client. They only hire quality and extremely qualified professionals. I didnt agree with the initial termite inspection results (from another company). When I reached out to Trident, the inspector was very thorough and honest. Im so glad we went with these guys to treat the termite issue. Otherwise, we would have continued to have termite issues. You cant go wrong with hiring Jeff and his team.

2022-05-14I have used the service of Trident Inspection several times this year. I was referred by a friend for a second opinion when I had a pest problem in my attic. Brittney set up a home inspection and they were prompt and gave an honest report on the work that needed to be done. They also saved me money as the other company was tacking on services at inflated prices for work that wasnt needed. I ended up having the repairs done to seal the attic, pest control services and new insulation installed. I recently had a plumbing problem that has been ongoing with one bathroom for the last 10 years. Like clockwork, every 6 months, I would need a plumber and the stories would change as to what the problem was. This time, I called Brittney again for a referral. She put me in touch with a local plumber who was available to following day. The plumber not only fixed the leak, but advised that the work recommended wasnt needed and corrected the source of the problem. All at a reasonable price. The staff at Trident are just fantastic in their response time and follow up. Brittney is just the best! Thanks, Trident!!

2022-02-07I was referred to Trident by a friend for my home inspection and some wood work needed on my patio. I didn’t realize they were able to take care of both. Jeff showed up early and was very friendly, thorough in his report and provided an explanation of the home inspection. He referred his wood crew to us for the work needed on our patio as well which prevented me from having to make a bunch of calls to get the work scheduled. All of it was able to be completed within 2 days. NoMatter what time of day, They were quick to respond to all of my questions throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Trident!!

Jeff and his assistant were innovative in their ideas on how to market my yoga studio through use of their drone and video footage which they embellished with YouTube videos embedded in the video. They were helpful and friendly. I was impressed to say the least with their professionalism and responsiveness to my needs. I would highly recommend their services.

2022-03-02I’m an agent and work with plenty of inspectors. That said, I would prefer to only work with Jeff Clark and Trident Home Inspections. Jeff and his team are the most reliable, thorough, helpful inspectors I’ve ever worked with. Jeff is an innovator in the industry and it has been a joy to watch them grow their business from simple home inspections to the plethora of services they provide today. I use them for everything; home inspection, sewer scope, termite, Matter port 3-D scans, everything! I literally called him yesterday to look at a photo and give me his opinion on a property and he answered and helped me out, no questions asked. I can’t say enough about these guys, they are the only ones you should be using.

2022-04-06Jeff Clark and the Trident Inspection Group are our go-to Real Estate Inspection Company. You will not find better customer service with these guys anywhere else. Jeff will go above and beyond for his clients, something most inspectors and inspection companies will not do. Jeff and his team are extremely fast at communication and response times for texts, emails and inspection schedule requests. They always have inspectors available, even on a short notice. Other inspection companies are often booked 1 to 2 weeks out, which is extremely inconvenient with contingencies being shortened in a sellers market. Their inspectors are well trained and management has made it a habit to gather feedback from agents and let us know that they are constantly training inspectors to improve the level of service. Aside from Inspections, Jeff and Trident are the first inspection company to provide an extended level of service and helping hand to increase our business, such as complimentary 3D Virtual Matterport scans and support for real estate marketing and events. With Jeff and Trident, you can expect more than a service but a dependable and trustworthy relationship between professionals.

2022-01-17Jeff from Trident called back right away. Brittany scheduled the termite inspection the next day. My client was a veteran, they give him a huge discount. Inspection was on time, quickly emailed the next day. Whatan impressive place to work with. Amazing service, care, and pricing.I could not have asked for more. 2022-03-29I became aware of Tidewater Inspection Group through my realtor. With the stress of closing on a property, theres no need to make this process difficult. I found the team easy to collaborate and schedule with and human, no robotic queues, an actual person whos willing to greet you and to make your busy day a little easier with their help. Theyre the pros, they will handle it. If I needed guidance, there was always someone available to address my concerns. I had no issues fitting in brief chats during my busy schedule, and Im certain theyll accommodate yours with ease.
