Best Experience!!! I will defiantly be returning to this location for anything. cycling related. Christian is a great guy and super helpful. Being a first time rider of AIDS lifecycle, he was very informative and took care of me.
I just purchased the Domane SL 6 eTap 2022 model and so far I’ve had really wonderful service with the staff at this store. It’s my first time buying a bike like this so I had endless questions and they were extremely patient and helpful with me throughout the entire experience - from ordering to picking up. I especially want to shout out Christian, Isabella and Freddy, they are truly professional and know their stuff. If you’re looking for a great bike store, this is it! I will definitely return if I ever needed anything for my bike, highly recommended.
Fantastic shop to work with! I took a chance that the Emonda SL7 was in stock and ordered via locally late at night. Kept fingers crossed and next day Preston called and confirmed!!Preston was excellent to work with, greeted me at the store and helped me get comfortable with the bike. Definitely recommend Trek Pasadena. All the guys there are awesome.

Everyone at this shop was knowledgeable and friendly. In this bike shortage I was really worried I wasnt going to be able to find the specific gravel bike that I wanted but each of the reps took their turn showing me bikes and even insisting I test ride them before making a choice. Once I chose, there was no pressure in assisting me and setting up my rack. Very cool shop and well equipped even in this time of shortages. Pas Cyclery and Velo take note!

Had a great customer service experience at this store! I had been trying to find a shop that would help me install a larger chainring for my bike. I called around a few local bike shops and didnt have much luck. The folks at the Pasadena Trek shop were immediately more knowledgeable and willing to help. They took the time to help me select the right size part based on my needs and usage. The installation was smooth and I am very happy with the result.After I left I forgot to grab my old chainring and chain. The folks at the store were nice enough to ship them to me so I didnt have to make the drive!I would highly recommend this shop for all your cycling needs! Everyone at the shop was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!

Great experience and advice form Christian (mechanic) and his team. Christian spent a lot of time advising me on changing my Trek mountain bike from a 2x to 1x drivetrain. He was awesome as is every single person who works at this store. They did the conversation for a fair price and did great work.
I brought my Centerpoint 5 Gravel bike in for an inspection as there was an issue with the frame. I was blown away by Service Manager, Christian Polleys professionalism and courtesy. It turned out to be an anomaly and Christian truly stepped up by making sure the warranty was fulfilled and the bike was replaced at no charge to me. You have a customer for life!
Something shady seems to have happened in my dealings with this trek store. Reserved a bike that was in stock online only to be told it has warranty issues. Then told it was going to fine and ready to pick up. Then told it was not fixable as they had no parts and it could be months or a year or more before it would be fixed. So they said bike no longer for sale and cancelled my hold. A week later they call and say it’s all good to go and do I still want it. Best I can tell this store was playing games all along in a scarce bike market and was likely unofficially holding this bike for someone they knew. All in all a very fishy dealing with this store. Not recommended. Much happier with other trek stores I’ve dealt with.
Update: bike quality, sevice, and prices remain highly competitive.Great selection of Trek bikes despite COVID related production challenges for bike manufacturers in general. Salesperson was friendly, knowledgable, and very time efficient. Ill be back!
The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer even the most mundane questions. They take the health and safety of their employees and customers alike and I really appreciated that. I got lucky and they happened to have the bike I wanted in stock. It rides great and after the ride around and in-store demo, I feel confident to take on the roads!
Ive given the same Trek bike to my 2 elder sons when they went to college. My third son starts in 2022 and the Trek was in HORRIFIC condition. I mean everything was wrong with it. Now its as good as new. Son #3 is so excited to continue our newfound family tradition.Excellent customer service, excellent mechanical skills. They fixed the unfixable. I love the Pasadena team.
The fit on my bike wasnt quite right, my hands were going numb during rides. So, I went in there for a new pair of handlebar grips, and they were super helpful! I took it for a test ride and Preston went above and beyond and made adjustments to my handle bars, components (no charge) and recommend a new seat for a better fit. What a difference! I walked out spending a very reasonable amount of $$. No hard sells. Will definitely be back. Friendly and Amazing service!

Trek Bicycle Pasadena is an upscale shop that has a large selection of products. The bike I wanted is hard to find and they had it in stock. The sales team was very helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
The associates attention and friendliness are my takeaways from the Trek experience. I dont feel the same attention or care in any other bike store other than Trek bikes. Great leadership from the top and great people working the retail stores!
At the start I was a little apprehensive from previous experience with other bike shops. I was in the market for a new bike to upgrade from my previous bike. I did my research and finally decided on trek. As soon as I walked in the store I was impressed but how much the staff cared about there customers. They were patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable about there bikes and other accessories and products available at there store . The young lady who helped me out ( low) was very kind and considerate and professional. I got the exact bike I was looking for and thankfully made my purchasing experience easy and painless. My entire experience was great highly recommend this store to friends, family and other cyclists in the future!!!!!!
I was so lucky to walk in and Preston and Connor were available to help me right then and there. yeah the phone rang, yeah they had to tend to other customers, but I was a priority of theirs. Also, when I realized I didnt need something, they didnt SELL me on it. They got it, and moved on. Ill definitely come back here for bike needs.
Showed up and was quickly greeted at the door. Let the young lady know what the problem was and just that quick was talking to the tech (sorry bad with names). The tech let me know it needed an adjustment and fixed it right then. Appreciate the quick, efficient and pleasant attitude of everyone. Trek Bikes has great customer service, my experience there have been nothing short of stellar. My favorite employee at Trek is Kay she is super kind and really helpful. Trek Pasadena provided me with the best bicycle buying experience I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked in I was kindly greeted by the awesome Khe, the sales manager. She knew exactly which bike to show me based off my interests and riding style. Everyone at trek was super friendly and informative. After I purchased my new Trek Mountain bike, Carl gave me a lecture about bike maintenance and essential tools/accessories I should have on hand while riding the bike. A trainee even stepped in and gave me some advice on how he takes care of his bike, which told me that everyone at trek Pasadena is super into their work and bicycles. All their products are top notch and they seem to have almost everything you need in store. They’ve developed a great community and culture at Trek and that is what’s made me a huge fan of their stores, their service, and their bicycles. If you’re considering buying a bike, don’t waste your time with other bike shops... goto Trek.
Stumbled upon this bike shop by accident and Im definitely glad I did. What a wonderful experience. The customer service was absolutely incredible. The shop was very clean, organized, and had a great deal of merchandise. I highly recommend this bike shop, you will go nowhere else. Trek definitely earned a customer for life!

Trek Pasadena has the best customer service that I have ever experienced in a bike shop. I was searching for an affordable bike to get me back on the road after my accident and Trek Pasadena is where I found my new ride. Trek Pasadena employees went above and beyond my expectations to provide and incredibly high level of service.
The service was great and professional. Called and Carl was able to hold an item for me while I made the drive to pick it up. Another location would not do that. On arrival, I felt safe because of the precautions being taken (few in-store, hand sanitizing). During the short wait, Carl acknowledged my presence as he was finishing up with a customer. The Kuat bike rack could not be found in the central valley, so I made the drive to Trek Pasadena with no regret. Great shop.
Love my Trek Carbon Fiber Remedy trail bike and the repair service at the Pasadena Trek shop is even better. Its great to have a bike brand that has its own bike shop and mechanics. Highly recommend.
Everyone at this store is extremely friendly and professional. I appreciate the precautions they take to sanitize everyones hands and open the door to minimize how many surfaces customers come into contact with. Ive been here twice; once to replace a flat and the other to get an old bike tuned up. They were really transparent with the cost of their services and the time frame. Ill absolutely bring my bike here whenever it needs service.
Your staff was very professional and extremely helpful when it came to ordering and getting me on a bike ASAP. Due to the shortage of stock, I was not expecting to be riding a bike until next year. Lo, my sales associate put me on a waitlist, and I was riding within a month. She was also very helpful when it came to picking out accessories. The experience was terrific. I really impressed by the service. I like saving money and doing things on my own as far as services goes. But having the mechanic help me out by answering questions to problems I am having really helps. I always will be willing to come back and make store purchases for items that I need. My wife and I recently shopped for bikes at Trek Bicycle in Pasadena. The staff were genuinely kind and very capable when it came to selection and test riding. What a GREAT experience! Connor, Kei and Preston really helped us out through the entire process. Joanie now has a new Townie Go! 7D Step Thru e-bike and I took home a Roscoe 6 mountain bike which replaced an old Trek Id bought way back in the late 80s... We live out in Wrightwood, yet it was worth making the trip to this dealer. The super helpful staff are what makes this a very good shop to do business with. This trek sales cerw is super professional guys, they really want you to find the right bike. I came in to test ride the domane, but I ended up trying out the checkpoint first. Well I fell in love with the checkpoint but when I got back I was encourage to test ride the domane so I could experience the diffierence between the two. Well that ment they would have to transfer my pedals from the checkpoint to the domane and then back to the checkpoint since is the one I stettle on. Now how is that for customer service.
I had a fantastic experience, even with the COVID restrictions. Very high level of detail by the experts here. Came to purchase a mountain bike for my 13 year old and was not disappointed. I was shown to the Trek Slash which had everything I was looking for. The team outfitted my son with everything he needed and tuned the bike to his fit. Everyone was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I am definitely coming back for the bike service after the first 50 hours.
I will for sure buy my next bike here. The staff here is super nice. Carl was so helpful, got me and my girlfriends bikes fixed and on our way. They are doing all social distancing and alcohol wipe downs youd want to feel safe. Great addition to Pasadena.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and eager to help. I didn’t ever get the sense that they wanted me to buy something. Every time I went by they adjusted my bike for free and gave me tips on things I could to to maximize performance. Marcos and Carl were great. Super cool vibe. Incredibly safe and COVID responsible.
Was there to purchase a bike. Upon talking to nick the rep, I was informed that none of the bikes i was there for where in stock and would take 6-8 months to get one. I give them 5 stars because the service was great and the knowledge of the rep was really informative.

Thursday November 19th 2020. Maybe there phone system is down but it’s hard in my experience to run a successful business without answering your phone. When you call you are put on eternal hold then disconnect. This happened the four times I’ve called. First and last impression of Trek Pasadena. Guess they don’t need my business.
They always have the parts I need considering the shortages we have nowadays and the staff is just very accommodating. No pressure selling at all which makes me come back to shop more.

Kay, Zach and Carl were super friendly. They helped me select from the limited stock due to Covid 19. Carl spent a ton of time explaining everything about my new bike. Looking forward to going back for maintenance and chatting more.

As a newcomer back into bicycling I was thrilled to find a local Trek company store. The folks at this location simply couldnt have been friendlier. I know theyre getting absolutely slammed because of COVID so I planned ahead and made an appointment.Most of the harsh reviews seem to not take the global pandemic into account. Anyway, I felt very safe in the store and used hand sanitizer and social distancing so everyones health was considered. I had so many questions but they never got frustrated with me and ultimately I left after well over an hour with a bike i freaking LOVE. !!I do highly suggest emailing and or calling ahead of time, due to COVID trying to walk in would be ill advised.
I recently bought a bike and had a wonderful experience. But now my bike is having issues changing gears. I’ve tried calling 5 times already to get an appointment to get it looked at but no one ever answers. This is terrible customer service. After spending $700 on a bike, you’d expect better service!

Came here today to purchase a pair of spinning shoes. This place has poor customer service and they weren’t willing to help me get a pair of shoes. It made it seem like I was a burden when I was there to make a simple transaction that would have literally only taken two minutes. I haven’t posted a 1 Star review of a place in the past but the terrible service and inhospitable nature requires me to do so. I won’t be shopping here in the future and I took my business to the incycle bike store where they helped me right away without issues.
This is my first big purchase bike and since I’ve been younger I’ve always liked trek but have been intimidated because I’m just a regular joe that likes to ride on the weekends and every other chance I get, the store and staff were amazing they treated me with respect and kindness, didn’t overwhelm me with talk that went over my head. The staff asked me what I’m interested in doing I said endurance riding and they brought out bikes for me to look at but once I saw the domane SL6 I knew it was coming home with me. Carl, thank you for your help.

Pasadena cyclery, on walnut street in Pasadena has been a Trek distributor for over 30 years. So why would Trek bicycle corp open up shop in Pasadena and compete, against there 30 plus year partner. I would say that is a horrible and unethical business practice.

Great employees. Guy that usually works in the back helped me out. He even said he doesnt know too much about the front, but still made an effort to help me, with is much appreciated. This is because the other employees were busy with other guests, which is totally fine. So kudos to this store! Keep up the great customer service and experience. It goes a LONG way.

2022-03-23Isabel, Freddie and the bicycle technician that day went above and beyond to get me the bike I was looking for.I am 53 and it has been difficult to find a wireless gravel bike these past years. Searching on Treks website a 49cm Checkpoint SL 6 eTap was available in the Pasadena store (I live in San Diego). I called the store and Freddie picked up the phone, confirmed it was available and in box. I reserved the bike over the phone and he put in layaway letting me know the bike may not be put together due to the shortage of staff. I drove up from SD the next day to arrive at the store right around 11am and was greeted by Isabel and told her my story. The plan was for me to bring the bike in box to my local store to get built but to my surprise the technician on hand had already put the bike together for me to bring home.The staff at this store were amazing. They were friendly, informative and accommodating. My other bike that I have used for commuting and long distance riding is a 2013 Trek 1.2. Now I get to say I am a proud owner of a new Checkpoint.Thank you Trek.

2022-03-31I love the capability and caliber of quality Trek bikes come with. I also appreciate the amazing customer service and purchasing experience that was provided by Christian at the Pasadena store. He understood what my expectations were and exceeded them. Super knowledgeable and friendly and even stayed after closing to get me all squared away with my new bike. He was just as excited as I was about getting my bike. I will be recommending all friends and family looking for a bike to visit the Pasadena Trek store.

2022-05-13Awesome.They did not have the bike I wanted in stock , But they ordered it and asked for no deposit.Two weeks later the bike was in store and ready for pick up.From the moment I walked into the store Isabel greeted me and gave me excellent advice . She is very knowledgeable and never once tried to upsell me.They even helped me mount the bike on my cars bike rack.This is a great place to buy a bike. Courteous , knowledgeable and prompt.

2022-03-18If you want a great experience when it comes to cycling shops this is the place!!! The employees are very outgoing people to reach out for the customers and get the job done. When it comes to bike repairs, if you’re not sure what your bike needs they willing fully inspect and tell you what it still works on bike and what things needs to replace with new parts. Not like. Other bike shops that tries to rip you off

2022-02-22My experience with Trek in Pasadena was really fantastic. Without telling the whole story, Ill just say that Christian, the service manager, is so incredible at his job that it made me wonder if Trek realizes what an amazing person they have working for them. I dont know how much they pay Christian, but whatever it is, it should be more. I had tried to get my bike fixed right at several other bike shops previously, but Christian was the only one knowledgeable enough to correctly diagnose and address my shifting issue. My bike is an older bike, and Christian did extra research to make sure that compatible parts were used. He also went above and beyond, making riding and product recommendations, including making sure I had the proper size saddle and a rack that would work best with my bike. I really could go on and on about Christian, Isabel and the rest of the staff at this store (everyone treated me well) but for now I will just say 5 Stars x 50!; and I look forward to my next visit...

2021-08-18I had a great experience at the trek Store in Pasadena, Ca. My Trek mountain bike needed some service and Christian took care of my bike. And less than an hour I was out the door with my bike fixed. Christian is very professional and a great bike mechanic. Definitely will take my bike there again, I know it’s in good hands thank you Christian.
