This hotel is the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. The outside is super duty. I felt unsafe. The carpet in the room was filthy. Everything in there is gross, The walls have holes...including the towels. The light in the bathroom did not really work. The TV did not work. The only reason why I did not leave was because it was midnight and I had my SEVEN year old son with me. A one star is too much, but thats the only choice.
It could use a little more up keep,but price is fair and if you just need a bed and a shower.
This place is literally a dump, I walked in and the room smelled horrible, there were hole in the wall that were covered with tape! My bed didnt not look clean and the blankets were very itchy, i laid down for 5 minutes and I could feel itchy everywhere!!!!! The carpet had stains everywhere not to mention the tiny old tv that buttons were missing from!!!! Tiny couch was disgusting and dirty!!!! The remote given to us did not work, the ac did not work, we called the front desk to switch rooms and they refused to switch and just suggested we looked under the ac and moved a tiny knob so it would work! It never worked!!!! The place is filled with disgusting prostitues and its right next to a chucke cheese, not safe to be so close to a childrens place!!! If I could give a 0 I would!!!!
Roaches, mold all over bathroom ceiling, paint bubbling and peeling in bathroom. There were roaches in the little fridge. Took forever to bring a different one. I saw 2 drug busts go down and more narc cops patrolling
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Im warning you now, unless you want to spend your night with roaches and getting bit up by bed bugs.. , drug dealers and prostitutes, disgusting looking rooms, etc.. then this isnt the place to stay and no im not over exaggerating. There are even holes in the walls and ducttape as a bathroom doorknob in some rooms. This is one of the worst hotels in moreno valley and should be only be used in the case of an absolute need of shelter. That was my situation not too long ago and after complaining and having to switch rooms a few times due to roaches being everywhere, even in the microwave.. I still left the next morning itching with bed bug bites everywhere and feeling so disgusted. Im surprised this place isnt burned to ashes yet. Just please try to reconsider if you have can.
If your looking for comfortable then its not here. They had a white spot over my bed and my walls where pink so that looked retarded. There was only two outlets in the whole room . Its kinda creepy looking. The rooms are dark and one of my lamps didnt have a nob so you had to unscrew the lightbulb. No cable and TVs are super small. They didnt give you any towels. The a/c didnt get cold just right around it.
Nastiest hotel in Moreno Valley! Homeless people hanging around on the steps The outside is super dirty trash everywhere even clothese thrown all down the steps as i was walking to my room. Room smelled right when i walked in noticed dirty carpet dirty couch nd worn out noisy bed cigarette burns and stains on curtains. Needed the room just to shower for that day nd the next. Left the Room that night came back in the am before check to shower and i find the cleaning people in the room cleaning using dirty towels ewwwww I hella just left. Defiantly wasnt worth $79 dollars plus $20 dollar deposit for a remote to a old broke down box tv. ( Never Again)
Hookers and drug dealers are loud AF all night / every night. Rooms are not sanitized and are invested with cockroaches and other insects. I suggest you pay a bigger deposit else where and i gerantee you satisfaction anywhere but here. Unless ofcourse you are looking for hookers and or drugs then this is the perfect place for you. Lol
The experience I recently had at travel Inn was a horror movie. They need to be shut down due to invading of privacy. The last time I was there I noticed so many hidden cameras and voice recorders recording you without permission. It will I believe be shut down in the near future. These things have not been reported as of yet but there is a special team that goes unnoticed for further review. If you are currently a guest at travel inn just know you are not alone. Integrity is stripped from this place. Every time I pass by I cringe my teeth at it. Please dont go if you want to protect the privacy of your company or love ones. How can they render back to be the freedom that was stripped
The night clerk was asleep when I got there and it took a long time to get registered. The room I was given was dirty, when I went back to the clerk he needed to go check the rooms to see whichH ones were clean. The elevator was gas urine on the floor. Nasty.
There really was roaches in the room I seen two. It was disgusting dirty band aid stuck to the wall lets not forget to mention those were very dirty as well nothing was clean. After seeing that big ole Roach in the room we packed and left this place is disgusting it was the Jacuzzi room. All bad.
Im giving this crappy place 1 star only because I have to in order to leave a review. The first red flag shouldve been the bullet proof window at the front desk but we didnt really think nothing of it so we checked in. Once we walked in to our non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, the room didnt seem clean at all and they didnt even have channel 4! We turned on the air conditioner and it couldnt even be felt because there was this weird half wall that stood between the old couch and the bed. We stayed no more than 5 minutes and got the hell out of there. When telling the guy at the counter that we were leaving due to all the above, his response was that everything was okay (in other words, we didnt owe a balance). We went to check in at another hotel about a mile down which was only $10 more than what we had paid here and it was a HUGE difference! Ended up paying for two room rates within 20 minites but there was no way that we were gonna stay in this dump overnight. And dont even get me started on the people that we saw coming out of some of the rooms. Dont understand how this place hasnt been shut down?!?
Dont expect the a 5 Star life.. the beds are uncomfortable, broken, and stained under your sheets.. if your broke like I was, its worth 79.00 cash and 83.00 on a debit card. The nightstands where caked in food, or something gross.. dont touch them... Lol wash ur hands alot.. just a tip..
Great place to stay rooms are clean room service is always on time if you have problems at all they take care of right away no bed bugs at all always great service and always the best price anywhere for the room size very helpful and friendly service.👍

This place is 96.40 a night for a roach infested room with showers that don’t work beds that are broken and a tv that doesn’t work I was charged a key deposit then upon check out she refused to give me my money back . Called me rude when in all honesty they are running a scam job here don’t stay here it’s not worth it
I havent had a bad experience yet I always get a good size nice room with a flat screen TV and I have yet to encounter the roach problem because I choose the second or third floor not the first
Entirely adequate and MUCH less than the other choices. Room was immaculate. I just needed to crash out after a 16 hours plane flight to LAX and this is as far as I made it.
Never go there they have roaches and bugs and more dead bugs something you would see on tv . the microwave have leftover food in them and rest and the rooms smell like cat piss not cool

I had the opportunity to stay at the travel Inn in Moreno Valley with a friend recently. It is a budget hotel that is on the worn side. That being said, the staff were not rude and for being run down, I saw no bugs. Always a plus
The most nasty motel ive ever been in. The rooms stink and they have bed bugs. My kids and I have so many bites. I left all my things and left.

The travel inn is a small hotel that is only covenant for the price. Some nights is quiet most nights is fights and police cars. Rooms are very clean and the staff is amazingly nice.
I didnt want to give a star but it was the only way i could leave a comment..my son got a room from this trashbox of a hotel..room 119..there was very few outlets and only 2 worked..no microwave..air didnt work so he complained and he was given 315..which is a better room..vut..the manager treats you like you in jail..no company..no parties..well we dont party but i am visiting from out of state and to get treated with such rudeness and disrespect i wish i never came out here..i plan to complain..i doubt they care im sure they get complaints all the time and nothing happens..but dont charge over 100 dollars then talk smack without facing getting cursed out..im too done with that place..i will pay more for better room and service from now on

2020-12-16The room is definitely outdated, the sheets look about 20 years old. And considering I’m paying the same price here as any other hotel in the area, (sometimes even more then other hotels) I expected a lot better...The Wi-Fi is horrible I can never connect at any time of the day.Infested with roaches and they seem to show no effort in fixing the problem any time soon . I have seen roaches at this hotel dating back about 2 years ago now.BUT the one positive thing I can say about this place is the staff are great!!Every member of the staff have been friendly, nice, and helpful!I hope this place get renovated and fumigated some time soon because it is a good place to go to last minute me when u don’t have $200 to spare to pay for a deposit (which is what other hotels charge)

2019-10-27Roach infested... We went to go grab something to eat before going up to our room. First thing I did was try to use the restroom, but as soon as I turned on the lights roaches scattered everywhere. I probably wouldnt have minded if it was just one, but there was 6 of them! They wouldnt give us our money back because they only allow you 10 minutes to get a refund. Cant believe I paid almost $85 for a room without a TV, and we couldnt even sleep in. 😠

2021-03-28The parking lot full of undesirables. Walked into the room and an immediate Odor of urine overwhelmed me. The hallways had blood, trash, just all around grossness, sticky carpet??? Why don’t the owners take pride in their motel??!!! The a/c unit was broken and there appeared to be vomit!!! Ugh!!!

2021-01-01Lost my nephew yesterday to a drunk driver came here to rest because it was affordable & last minute it was the most distinguishing motel Ill ever been in for it to be COVID 20 it was very unsanitary they even had roaches couldnt even sleep I wouldnt recommend if it was the last place to stay. They shouldnt even be in business

2017-02-11This place said my dog left poop everywhere but wouldnt take me to the room to see. This all started because I requested a room change because of roaches. Also my mom had a asthma attack because of the roach spray. The roaches were crawling on the bed. Im our legs. It was very nasty. His attitude was worse. I am calling numerous city officials due to the safety issues there. Do not recommend. Unsafe parking lot. Its gross.

2017-09-20I have been here two weeks. Its amazing to see how a hotel is supposed to be ran. Always someone in the office and house keepers make sure room is clean everyday even Saturday and Sunday. I had an issue with someone who kept coming to my door when I didnt know them. The office people helped to insure my safety and my sons safety. Great place and great staff no issues with bugs at all.

2018-08-19Have stayed here off and on. Has gotten progressively worse. If you are using a county voucher you will most likely get a room on the first floor. The first floor rooms are roach infested and have bed bugs. We have used the voucher in the past and actually got a room on the upper floors. Maybe bcuz we used a card to pay the difference. If you pay with a debit or credit card you will get a nicer room. This isnt the La Quinta or the Ayres so dont expect luxury. Been here almost a week this time and have seen one roach and no bed bugs. The walls need to be wiped down and the carpet thoroughly cleaned but a better experience this time.

2018-03-26I had a really bad experience in this place, everything was really dirty. It smelled a lot like ciggarrate when it said it was a nonsmoking room. The bed sheets were all stain, we didnt noticed everything when we got to the room because we got there at 2:00am and went to sleep right away. So next day in the morning I go turn in the remote and key, i tell the lady that was there how the room was, I told her I wanted to talk to the manager she said he wasnt there, I said how can I get a hold of him because I paid $92 and I dont think its fair that we paid that amount and the room was in really bad condition. Well anyway, they got a hold of the manager, the lady calls me back and says he can only give me a $10 discount 🤢 I asked her if they can at least give me half of the money I payed, they didnt want to, they said $10 or nothing..Its an ugly place to stay at, it was my first time staying there and it was horrible.

2017-07-31The room was dirty!! The walls and furniture had graffiti written all over it. There were roaches in the bathroom and in the microwave. There was blood and other specimens on the sheets and mattress. I did not feel comfortable enough to even put my bags down. I understand its a low budget inn, however, it did not meet health codes! I would not recommend this place to anyone, it needs to be shut down!

2018-07-01Cockroaches in the rooms mold in the shower and bullet holes in the furniture, cigarette burns in the furniture also broken a/c, outlets didnt work bedding and pillows were dirty, non smoking rooms smell like fresh cigarette smoke. instead of charging 83$ for a room they should drop their standards to 45$ a night
