We bought our cargo trailer at Trailers Plus in Lodi, California after finding it online! Ko assisted us in a most professional, expeditious and thorough way! We had a fine timeline and they were ready for us! He explained every about the trailer very clearly! I would highly recommend them!

Curt and Ko were great, I had reserved a 6x12 cargo and wasn’t sure I wanted to buy from them, but low pressure and answered all my questions. I had difficulty using the debit , cos I had foolishly not gotten clearance from the bank before and so had to switch to credit card. Lots of issues with that too, flagged as fraud by cc company. They patiently waited whilst I got that sorted and eventually all went through.The trailer was what I wanted, will need to fit ramp bumbers, ez track tie downs., again no pressure to buy from TrailersPlus. All in all a good buying experience
Very helpfull and knowledgeable staff. You do need an appointment to go in and see their inventory, but it was totally worth it. I left very happy with my new trailer.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience buying a new enclosed trailer from TrailersPlus in Lodi. Ko was extremely helpful and went above and beyond helping me pick out the trailer I needed as well as helping me get all the extra equipment I needed for the trailer. They had all the heavy duty locks I wanted, installed the e-track tie-down system inside the trailer, installed the tongue toolbox that I love having for extra storage, and Ko showed me everything I need to know about the trailer’s construction and the differences between my trailer and the others so that I could make the best decision for my needs. The rest of the staff there were also very helpful and they do very good work! I’d recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking for any trailer needs. Thank you guys again, I couldn’t be happier with the process, I love my new trailer and can’t wait to put it to work as it will quickly be a nice addition to my business as I can now offer even more services to my clients!

We were extremely happy with the quality of service we received in ordering our cargo trailer. Ko and Kurtis were very helpful and friendly and responded to us in a timely manner. We were also dealing with other dealers and it took a lot of time to hear back from them. Picking up the trailer went smoothly and we were impressed with the attention and information Ko gave us. Reserved my trailer online. Made multiple attempts on my end to set up an appointment to pick it up. The appointment was for 4 days after the trailer hold would fall off. They said I would have to re-reserve it after my hold fell off in order to have it at my appointment date and hopefully I could still reserve it. Called back to see if I could speak to the store directly. Operator informed me they mad a mistake and they booked the 1500 appointment on 7/5 with someone else and they could only do 10:00 on the 5th. I said business must be really good to walk away from a $9,000 sale. She responded yes it is. Guess they dont need my business. Tried to get them to connect me with the Lodi office so I could talk to someone locally, but they would not do it.

We started off messaging our transaction on a closed business day. By opening of Tuesday we had a trailer locked in and picked up that day. The transaction was smooth and I was happy with my new hard to find trailer.

Wow what a great experience we had. My husband was doing a lot of research. He was looking for a 6X12 cargo trailor. These are well built. The salesman was fantastic. No mind you my husband always thinks of everything that is needed. We forgot about a spare tire. No pressure sales. Just gave us the facts and help us decide on the one we needed. Showroom was really nice as well. Will definitely recommend.

Decided to get a 5x10 trailer today, Instead to be told they are by appointment only, funny that noone told me over the phone when I called in about an hour ago to get one. While I was there, one person who talked to us asked if we wanted to wait till 2pm if the other party doesnt show up and we will be taken care of, but Instead we get a different guy telling us its booked and turn us away. First of all, the original Asian guy should of taken his time to tell us instead of sending his caucasian buddy down to turn us away, it shows you what type of people they truelly are.I for one will never buy another trailer there ever again. From missing information to bad customer service, Seriously I am disappointed and just wasted my time. I should of gotten my self a trailer somewhere else who actually cares to do business with me and how to properly handle customer.
I was searching for a 24 Car Hauler (BLACK) within a 300 mile radius of Gilroy, CA. I meet with Nick at the Gilroy Trailer Plus store and he did not have any in stock, but he took my information and within 24 hours sent me information a 24 Black Loadmaster trailer unit that was due to be received soon from the factory at the Lodi Trailer Plus store. I made the decision within another 24 hours and decided to purchase the unit. Nick called Curtis in Lodi and the deal was done.They held the trailer for a few days till I could make the trip to Lodi to pick it up. Curtis and KO completed the sale with a detail walk around pointing out all of the features. We completed the paper work and I was on my way. Both Curtis and Ko made the process painless.I highly recommend Trailer Plus for your trailer needs.
5 Star service. I was impressed with the one on one service.
I would have to say this purchase has been the worst experience. The first trip to Trailers Plus, the person assisting us was rude, not a customer service guy, just a take it or leave it type. We did make a second appointment to view the trailer that we wanted. He seemed a little nicer until it was time to do the deal. NO DEAL! The MSRP that they list on their ads is a lie. The trailer we bought stated MSRP $10,040 online, but the sales contract stated MSRP was $7170.00 - big difference. I am sure they will come up with some story to the difference, the guy was full of excuses. I made an offer on the trailer, but that wasnt going anywhere as they have the market on these trailers, and they know it, he just said hed check, but nope, no deal. No where in their ad do they state that they will charge you a $69 doc fee. On the contract it states Negotiated - LOL! Then they overcharged us in sales tax. He tried to adjust the price but I finally settled overpaying $5, just got tired of the haggle. He was emailing the COE the whole time. This experience was worse than buying a new car, which we did last week and it was smooth, no appointment needed, no games, no Covid locked doors. Looking around? Maybe a different location if you are looking to purchase an Interstate trailer. This experience was too exhausting.

I bought a 6 x 14 flatbed trailer, all the staff was very accommodating and so far the experience was good. I am awaiting a phone call back from someone today, because the tires only lasted three trips out and in seven months they need to be replaced. “UPDATE”. They would not warranty the “Chinese “ tires after I used the trailer 3 times. They were trying to put the blame on me for not maintaining proper air pressure, which I positively did on all my trips. These people will not help you out if you have a problem with your trailer, so be very aware and be prepared for the tires to wear out in less than 3000 miles. After many phone calls and emails they would not, or did not offer any kind of consolation for me. Beware on buying here! Also noticed on the reviews how they only complement the people that complement them, and offered no help or suggestion for any of those who have a bad review, there’s a great example of how they will treat you if something goes wrong or you’re not happy

Probably they need to learn how to read the previous post, i have mentioned that i have called in 1 hour before making it down to the lodi location to get a trailer. I was not told it was appointments only over the phone, is it not common curtesy to give information on such things? and you reply back that it make it seem like its my fault for your mis leadings and behavior problems? you guys are RIDICULOUS.Probably the minion is back to work again.

Terrible customer service. Apparently they do not want my business. I called to make a cash offer on a trailer and was told I would be given a call back. I didnt receive a call back. I called back and was told hes busy and the only person who can handle these calls.If youre this busy, I suggest hiring someone else to help out. Ill take my business to someone who actually cares to help me out when I want to spend $4K.

We have purchased a trailer back in July, the trailer had so many problems, from the bottom panels not being welding, half the stakepockets are missing...When confronted the gentleman laughed and said they must of done them on Friday...Never apologized or even mentioned to bring the trailer in for service...It had so many areas where no one even thought about welding the bottom panels...We have been waiting since July to get our DMV sticker from them...Paid extra for this...Still no title or anything...Been on the Phone trying to get a hold of anyone for hours...the phone just rings and rings and rings...called another number for the main headquarters...they were suppose to check into this now this is over 4 months ago...Honestly if you want a trailer and want customer service pay a little extra and go some place else....

High fees. Very pushy sales man. I ended up getting a more expensive trailer elsewhere for about the same price since the fees were so high here. Ko or whatever the sales man name was didnt answer my question after asking twice of how much out the door. They have about a million advertisements on CL but dont seem to honor those prices. I even went home and checked CL saw the price 200 less then what they would sell any 6x12 for even though telling me it was 6x10 at that price. Multiple ads same city same trailer etc, etc... and the salesman kept pushing me into a more expensive trailer I have no need for. I just find that very rude

Called for pricing on trailers and wouldn’t give me any prices or availability unless I gave them my information so the lady rudely hung up on me. Caller information is not required to get pricing go some where else where you get respect when trying to spend a lot of money for a fleet of trailers.

2022-06-05I needed an enclosed trailer to move my family across the country but I wanted a nice trailer not just one that would work so I didnt think theyd have something I like in stock considering all the supply chain issues luckily they had what I wanted. The staff was polite helpful and friendly only negative if youre needing a trailer yesterday is that its by appointment only.

2022-07-08Just picked up my new car hauler from here.From start to finish it was a great and easy experience. Martin took care of me from the second I arrived for my appt. Two hours after I arrived the dealWas complete and we had the trailer hooked up. Martin and the others at this location provided me with all the info I needed to be sure I was making the right choice and I was taken care of. My wife and 1 year old were with me and the facility was clean and comfortable for them. I would definitely recommend this trailers plus to get what you need.

2022-02-12This place is joke and is not interested in making a sale. Stopped in at 10:30 AM on a Friday and the place was a ghost town. I was told that I would need to make an appointment to look at their inventory or to talk to someone. The funny thing, there was no other customers there at all. I was looking to purchase a cargo trailer right now and had cash in hand to make a purchase. Business must be that good to turn away customers. I will never recommend them to anyone nor will I give my business to them.If you’re in the market for a new quality cargo trailer. Go north on Hwy 99 to California Custom Trailer. No appointment needed and the staff there is friendly and helpful. They earned our business and we purchased a really nice Charmac trailer from them after being rejected from Trailers Plus.

2022-04-06I’ll give 5 stars for overall experience. The guys there went above and beyond to help us and make sure our trailer was dialed in. Even stayed a little longer. One thing that stuck out at me though was the inconsistencies from online information versus in store information. Appointment process was annoying but that’s Not an employee problem, that’s a manufacturer problem. KO was a good dude and went through the process professionally. And honestly the appointment thing is a bit much. It took 4 days to buy a trailer. Should of only taken 1. With all that said. It was overall a good experience. Thanks Trailer plus Lodi.

2022-04-12Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions related to our purchase. We had our new trailer with locks and rails installed within two hours we completedour purchase. It is also nice that we can have the trailer serviced anywhere in the country as we travel.
