A quirky little grocery store that I love because of the cool variety of healthy(ish) items, friendly helpful staff and sense of humor in the store advertising. Their prices are better than the usual large grocery chains in the area.

Hello there have to say is close to our home and mostly we buy castco , sometimes fire few things go there like frozen sea foods fish ext Orceasy made food Indian or cheese selection just for a drink because they cut in small sizes not good if you want eat everyday or love it a bite with drink after 3 or 4 will be finish not big cut and bit over price for that size ,is good clean area and helpful workers even in Covid they out tent so stand in shade and clean every time any way inside I love French liquid soap remind me France when we were there for Disney ext for so many times but I love Danish cake here as well so good and what els oh jam Barnard made in hm better not say rosbury or bitter orange any way all is organic and good taste well made 👌but mostly rude garbage also going there even in line so I don’t mind to get rid of them I even don’t care if woman or man or young or old or kid just put them in where they have to been in garbage goes to garbage area well they have to know messing with whom🖕🏽💃🏼💄
Christmas Time at Trader Joes is the most wonderful time of the year because of hundreds of seasonal items that are sooo good and tasty! They do run out quick, so if you like, buy a few!!!!

I like all Trader Joes because they mostly have items that are healthy with little to no toxic additives, but this one had a lot of people running around like chickens running into each other, they were rude and nobody said excuse me, common courtesy people! Major help when being in public two words can make a huge difference in someones day, most likely wont be back too overwhelming.
Clean , well stocked store, and even though its always busy when I visit they always do their best to get to make sure you dont wait on line for too long to pay for your items. Friendly staff always make you wanting to go back again. too much good stuff, I highly recommend it 😋

As is the case with every Trader Joes that I visit, parking is horrible here, but the staff is so friendly. They have a good selection and supply of items. The location is convenient, close to other stores I frequently visit as well.The store manager at this location also allows me to special order one item which k get all the time which I appreciate.
A very similar Trader Joes experience. This is my second time ever at this particular store. Its a good size- not too small not too big and has all sorts of Staff around to help with things.it wasnt very busy and no wait that all at one of the cashiers.
I always enjoy popping in to this TJs. I can usually find a parking space and everything is tidy and accessible. I often run into people I know, too. Nice staff.

Great store, they stay in stock pretty well. They adhere to mask mandate and have safe handling precautions in place. Friendly staff keep the lines moving and do a good job of bagging. Parking can require waiting. Off hours recommended.

Trader Joes... Unique food and we go weekly. Can get healthy but robust tasting food. Vegan oatmeal cookies to excellent meat loaf to trail mix to fresh produce. Wine, dog biscuits, and we just love it. Eat and enjoy.

Burbank Trader Joe’s has friendly staff. I like that they clean and disinfect their shopping carts. I usually find what I need. I look up Instagram for the latest items since we can’t sample in person. Sometimes parking can be hectic but if you time it out you can beat the rush hour.

Trader Joes is a good place to shop something for everyone some might even consider it as their primary grocery store variety of many foods and spirits cheese s ..you just have to go check it your self you wont be disappointed whether youre ordinary or extraordinary persona.Plenty of parking,wheel chair access,professional staff and prices fairly accessible.Just go , enjoy yourself
I think they are doing a fantastic job keeping their employees and the public safe. They have been much more responsible than Ralphs. The disadvantage is that you have to wait in line to get into the store but they have provided a shaded tent to wait in, they have senior hours in the morning, and I have never waited outside longer than 30 minutes. I know this is a major inconvenience for people, but so is getting really sick, or being responsible for someone else getting really sick.

Hi. I went to Trader Joe’s in Burbank it was very busy outside big line but I waited no big deal. Got in got some flowers 💐 for my daughters birthday and some other goodies. Got in line to pay. The cashier was very nice but the Korean or Chinese guy that kept an eye on the customers was very rude. I understand we have to keep our distance from each other and I did but he had no right to just throw my flowers in the cart and break them. And he shoved the food in the cart 🛒 I am never going to that Trader Joe’s again. I would rather drive another 3 or 5 miles to get to another Trader Joe’s then go to the one in Burbank.
Currently one of my favorite stores to frequent. Most of Trader Joes brand products are good quality at great prices. Great place for healthy foods and goodies alike. I find the store to be constantly well stocked and clean. The employees have been friendly and helpful. There is a good amount of parking, but generally packed. The store is almost always very busy. Conveniently close to multiple other stores, pharmacies and restaurants.
UPDATE: 2/20/2019I am visiting this location for the last 15 years at least once a week. Recently i noticed few things that need to be addressed by the higher management.1. The quality of products are definitelygetting better and better.2. Prices are competitive.3. Cashiers are very professional.4. Few newly hired employees behaviors areNOT up to the standards of traider Joes.Everything here somehow feels right and makes sense. Good price, good quality, some organic goodies and fast friendly professional staff. I am a happy camper.

First time at Traders Joe’s was confused and didn’t know the layout of the place. Ask the employee where the eggs were and he looked at me as if i was asking stupid question. Would appreciate some politeness.
What can say about my local Trader Joes of 12 years. Yup Ive been shopping here for 12 yrs. Great staff, well stocked shelves, clean store. I love the sample counter, I have gotten my best recipes from their ideas. The parking lot can be a bit of a hot mess zoo during prime time. You just have to plan out your shopping when its most convenient for you. Their cashiers are pretty quick.
I love this store. Only a few things could be better.1. Better parking.2. Less packaging.3. Sweets sold at Trader Joes could be less sugary.Stop here instead of Starbucks for inexpensive fresh salads. Save five dollars that way.

Best beer and best price ever
Staff is friendly. Store is clean and well organized. Great food choices. For those that have never been to a Trader Joes - this is not your typical supermarket. Interesting food combinations and sauces that are a wonderful way to experience foods that arent normally in your average meal.
Really friendly staff who handled the covid community guidelines really well. Isles are clean and well stocked and the food quality is always high for a great price.
TJs is my absolute favorite market! Best and friendliest employees. I love their food and other items throughout the entire store. My kids love to shop with me and they also love to get stickers from the kind staff members.

3 stars for this location. 5 for the company. This location sucks though. The parking is awful, its smaller than most TJs, and its always crowded. That said, TJs is still the best supermarket by far. The food is always fresh and the produce is ripe. Also, you cant beat the prices at any other place in town.

I love coming here to get their products. Trader Joes and their products are absolutely wonderful and prices are better than WF or Sprouts. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they have a mascot that they hide in the store, and it is fun to find it!
They do their very best to balance the China Covid-19 health guide lines with customer service. Its difficult with customers trying to jump the line, but they try to make it fair for everyone. Thank you for all you do!
Very proud of all the team has done over the last few months to insure that everyone is safe as we shop. Unlike most big stores, I especially appreciate they still answer the phone so I dont have to stand and wait to find out if something is in stock or not.
My favorite grocery store and from here to LA, Hollywood, West LA and this one Trader Joes can never do wrong. Service is always excellent no matter race, color or creed. They have a gift of hiring the right staff and I am thankful for it.

Their store is still pretty clean, and their variety of products still stays broad. And staff is helpful as usual.
The Burbank TJs is well stocked even when they are shopped hard. The layout near checkout is clunky especially the wine and spirits department. The parking is a little messy especially closer to the store. I usually park closer to Walgreens. The have a good system for health and safety practices, but some sections can be a little tight and narrow to navigate around.
Any of the Trader Joes Ive been to never have a very good parking lot the toys very busy and hard to find parking. Be careful of your elderly or disabled cuz its easy for somebody to mow you down inside the store. They have a wonderful variety of produce and other Goods in there. Its hard to make up your mind theres so many choices
When I want eclectic, I come here. Prices are competitive, wide variety, super friendly staff. It gets crowded but you can find parking most of the time. Flowers are super reasonably priced. I love their chocolates, pre packed leafy vegetables, frozen Indian dishes....yummmm.

I have been coming to this Trader Joe’s for my entire life and I can honestly say that it is the best one in the San Fernando Valley. We’ve gone for so long the the staff actually know us and who we are. Going there is like seeing old friends again. The service is consistently good, and the prices are unbeatable. Would definitely recommend.
Trader Joes is the best grocery store in my opinion, if you are just looking for food and beverage products. The staff is awesome and they are always trying to make the lines move faster, make sure you get what you are looking for and the prices are always on point. You cant beat this place.
Poor customer service. Their associates are cutting the line outside to go in the store and shop. I complaint to a supervisor cuz its not fair to customers waiting so long in the line .He was careless worker he just said ok . What type of customer service is that just saying ok to unhappy customer !!! Associates better manage their time and get in the line like everybody else for shopping.
What can I say about TJ’s the experience is always amazing. Yes it’s always busy but you will never stand in line for more than 5 minutes. Employees are everywhere if you need to ask for help. The food choices are amazing and the parking is never bad.
If you have a kid look for Milo to get a candy! He hides every day make a game out of it! Tell your teller at checkout!
They have plenty of staff on hand at all times that are friendly AND helpful, love this place. I wouldnt go here if youre looking for household products like paper towels or garbage bags (they dont carry them). This is a place to get meals for work and easily made dinners for the family.
Trader Joes is one of my favorite stores, you can find there almost everything you need and all fresh, organic with good quality.Great produce, different breads and pastries, dairies, delis, food, beverages, desserts, salads, over counter medicines and vitamins ,etc... I suggest everyone to visit them and youll love it.
As ALWAYS...Trader Joes never disappoints....the quality of their goods is superb!! The employees..knowledgeable and friendly..the availability..always good..AND..their music is AWESOME..I shop at my local T Js...at least..2 to 3 times a week!!! Love love love me some Trader Joes!!!!
Any Trader Joes is great, as far as Im concerned. This one is no different. Big enough for a good selection of great food, but small enough compared to a full-blown supermarket that it takes you a fraction of the time to do your shopping.

Excellent social distancing measures. The line to get into the store is under shade, frequently pass out free cold water, perfect distancing spaces, and inside proves how perfect it is. Once inside it was very easy to get what I needed, and the line was virtually non-existent inside. Id be ok with these new methods even after the age of COVID!
A little too serious about guarding their dumpster
I love Trader Joes. I am now getting more accustomed to trying new things here. And even made my first plant based Thanksgiving from Trader Joes in 2019 with a Turk-less stuffed roast. Along with stuffing, brussel sprouts, cranberry orange relish (fresh), rolls and veggie gravy. This place even has great lotions, soaps, toilet paper, cat/dog food and fantastic frozen section with curries (great to take to work). They have meatless stuffs as well to include Italian sausage and breakfast meats and meat-less balls. Beautiful plants (check out the holiday wreaths and amaryllis bulbs). And amazing staff. And I adore the flower holder in the bathroom (great idea for home) and the tasty treat samplers (without the hoards of people you get at Costco). Easy location here with access to freeway, TONS of 🛍 shopping and plenty of parking.

Always wonderful food and good prices. Nice, cheery atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff. My only concern is items my family have enjoyed for years getting discontinued. Thats a disappointment. My favorite store anyhow. Bar none.
All Trader Joes markets are wonderful, I use this one more often. Even though TJs is famous for finding locations with as little parking as possible, this one shares a huge lot with a Walgreens nearby, making this location great for quick access. Products are always stocked, neat, lots of help around. High five to David at the register for spotting something minor wrong with item i was getting, and he swapped it immediately. Thanks!!!
Parking is awful. They need security and better signage to help people in and out of that lot. People walking through the lot are not very self-aware of moving vehicles. Drivers dont think of other cars pulling in and out of slots and there was almost 3 collisions in my one visit. Please do something. Be proactive
Excellent I did see them wipe down all carts. They were enforcing all Cov-19 protocols. I am happy to see this because Slater Brothers has been the biggest joke out there so far. I put them in last place, just behind Ralphs, Sprouts, & Vons also has been better than most.
Insanely busy at peak times and utterly horrible parking, and they tend to let the shelves stay empty too long after an item sells out. Produce is often hit or miss. They do have lots of checkout lines, which is nice. A little extra effort to make sure stock stays on the shelves would make the logistical annoyances less annoying.
Nice staff, as usual in TJ. Line was a bit long, took us 15-20min to get in. There is an outside bagging station if you want to use your own bags.
I love trader Joes. Last time we visited the cashier was a bit mean. I had a specific way I wanted to pack my groceries because I was splitting them with my family and she got angry and upset because she wanted to bag them a certain way. She was super condescending and just plain rude.

There is so much stuff to try at Trader Joes. I want to have a tasting party one day! I love the gluten free chocolate chip cookies, I can eat gluten but several off my friends can not so its great that I can share these with them. They have vegetarian marshmallows! Solid kombucha selection. Interesting chips, crackers and other snacks. Everyone is always nice at every TJs I visit.
Even in this pandemic theyre great. I struggled a little because I needed some avocados ripe enough for that day and some for a couple days later. They came and helped me picked the avocados I needed. Thats quality.
Parking lot is always a nightmare but the fresh produce, great selection of various cultural foods and unmatched customer service as well as good prices will always bring me back here. I love that they dont sell lotto tickets, Redbox, etc. A grocery store that sells groceries... Who would have thought?

Great location, wonderful staff. If youve never been to a Trader Joes before you can always get good quality organic food at Main Street and food prices and if you want to break your Trader Joes Cherry this is a location to do it!
Came here around 6:30pm on a monday night and the parking lot was pretty full. lots of cars coming in and out looking for parking. this tjs is right next to a walgreens too. they had all their usual food items (although some stuff had run out of stock... like the precooked chicken), but this isnt too surprising right after a holiday weekend. there were lots of staff around available to help too.

You can always find something for dinner at Trader Joes. I recommend the Italian style Turkey meatloaf ready to heat and eat and theres a ton of other meals such as pot roast and salads and wraps or go to the frozen aisle for the spinach and ricotta pizza or any other pizza because theyre all delicious. Fresh baked breads every day, I especially love the sourdough boules as they make a crispy delicious sandwich. Fresh flowers at unbeatable prices are cheap enough to buy just for yourself and the gorgeous greeting cards for $1.00 are worth the trip
What can I say...its Trader Joes. Always wonderful food and beverages. Great prices, and challenging parking. Suggest going right when they open in the morning for the easiest parking in the lot with the least amount of traffic (both auto and people).
Nice trader Joes. Its small, but cozy. Free samples on deck. Great prices on everything except meat. This is where youd get good craft beer at a low cost. And the 2-buck Chuck, of course.

Similar to other traders Joes. Its good to shop of snacks, nuts, frozen dinner things, and any other half way made food that you just have to finish up. This location is on the smaller size, but not too small to. Have useful things.
Love that the one I went to was open at 8:00 a.m. It was raining, but I was asked if I wanted help out. I had 2 heavy bags and have difficulty walking, so I accepted their offer with much appreciation. Parking, at this TJs on Alameda in Burbank, very plentiful.
Their social distancing set up is always on point. The staff are take safety precautions seriously but still mange to make you feel welcome.

Used to love go there and shop almost everything(almost) but these days just buy one or two item and avoid shopping there. low quality food and fruits. sometime I am not sure if there organic is really organic since there is no taste.
Whats not to love? Always glad when I shop here and spend less than at big chains. Fresher and healthier it seems. Just cant get some household staples or brand names we are used to.
The parking alone keeps me from coming to this TJs. Its a solid TJs though. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Fruits and veggies are fresh. And of course, the coffee and samples are always tasty

Its a great healthy market to find high quality food at a decent price even though some items may be a little higher than at a regular supermarket the quality is perfect the only thing I dont like is the parking situation its always jam-packed but aside from that I recommend coming here for the wide array of different fruits and produce.

I have always loved TJs, and today I was treated extra special. I was asked by the checker what my plans were and I replied I was partying since it was my bday and the next thing I know Im handed a dozen pink roses. I was so excited I forgot to get his name. Its a Trader Joes.... Just know when you think you are getting NON-GMO...think again. I use to work for them. Research your food before just going in for the deal. And dont always trust the staff unless you really know them. I was told to tell people food was organic, or non GMO, even though it wasnt. Also mangers lied when I got injured at work. Just know that these places arent always what they seem to be

I love my local TJ, but it is so so crowded. Parking is terrible, but thats ALL the TJs. I suppose they go for small lots to pass on the savings to us? Please, either find bigger stores or bigger parking lots.

After being in Pennsylvania and Colorado, it was a welcome to see a trader joes with alcohol at the best prices. The only drawback is that the parking is a bit tight and small here and the store is on the smallish size, but it definitely feels great to be back! Raising my glass to you Californian TJs!
Loyal customers of TJs for over 12 yrs. Some products such as Chicken Tikka Masala (both freezer & fridge ones) have inedible, tough, dry chicken and the spices are lacking. Broccoli slaw Salad is made of the toughest stems/roots of the broccoli and are straight un-chewable hence inedible. Besides the fact that some of our fav products e.g. Turkish Honey got discontinued, we love Trader Joes.This TJs location is a busy one (which one isnt?). Must come here at down hours. No matter what time you shop here, youll leave wt way more than you intended to buy. 4 solid stars.

Great prices, if they have what you want. Their balsamic vinegar is excellent. But some things are not highest-quality, the cheese, for example.

I went in yesterday after a long day at work, so I wasnt firing on all cylinders, but still found everything I needed (2 limes, coconut cream, and cauliflower). The checkout lines were just one person long, and I was trying to figure out who would finish checking out first when Michael J. asked me if I was ready. I was a little befuddled but said yes, and he opened a new register for me! Ive also been able to go to the front desk to change dollars into quarters and the staff are helpful and friendly, but not hovering.
Its a good store with a variety of produce, lots of organic options. Checkout never takes longer than 5 minutes. I only wish they were open past 9pm.
Oh man, this place is incredible. I spent a week in Burbank and bought all my groceries from this store. The food is absolutely incredible and the employees could not have been more helpful. My only complaint is that there needs to be some TJs in the midwest. Come to Missouri, Trader Joes!

Some cute workers(girls), frozen mochi, & dried mangos make for nice shopping. The skinny guy doin samples was a bit douchey but I couldnt throw the teriyaki chicken back at him so. 6/10

The place is clean everything is well organized and the staff are friendly. Just bought their ube ice cream and it is worth waiting in the long line.
Whats not to like about Trader Joes! Its a trader Joes! This Burbank location is nice and convenient. The downside to this location (and every TJs in Los Angeles) is that the parking lot is tiny

Its Trader Joes, so you know what youre getting. Once you know what they carry, its always the same, but its good stuff. Reason for 3 stars: the parking lot here is an absolute nightmare.

A little more breathing room than your average trader joes, and a little less psychotic in the parking lot. BUT not so much that its worth skipping over your local TJs to come here.
The clientele who shop here are unfriendly, entitled, and rough looking. The employees are fine though.
This trader Joes is small but serviceable. It has good parking, friendly staff, and great products. This is our go to TJs.

Im a big fan of Trader Joes. Its a great place to shop for groceries, etc. THE store at San Fernando and Alameda in Burbank is well located and lots of parking. I recommend it.
Clean store. Parking sucks at certain times. Most of the staff is friendly. If you go earlier in the day theres plenty of parking. Great food.
I can’t believe this store doesn’t have special line for Health workers. We are working so hard around 12 hours a day , and still make 30 min line to buy something to cook 👎
The best in customer service!!! Theres always someone available to help you and walk you to find what you need. My ideal market, since I dont need 5 different brands of one item.
Wonderful place for delicious, affordable food. It does get quite busy later in the day and absurdly busy on the weekend, but its easy to see why

They always have a great selection of food and alcohols. Only problem is their parking sucks. But I think a requirements for a TJ location is terrible parking.
Their produce are always fresh. I love their dark chocolate with almonds,taste fantastic.

Parking is kind of difficult during busy hours since the nearest 3 lanes lead back to the street. Youre better off parking and walking from farther away.

Lines go fast to get in. Do not get discouraged if long line to get in. Staff nice and check out fast.
Parking sucks, product availability could be a problem at times but employees attitude, friendliness and helpfulness make up for that and more.
They have the friendliest staff. They are also so helpful. Also eager to assist you. Their selves were stocked and the check out was quick.

2021-07-21Good old trader joes. Has all the good stuff. Compact and convenient with quality groceries that you need for your weekly shopping including some readymade dishes and sandwiches, plants and fruit. Not a specialised store for sure but it’s a lot for its size and in great prices.

2022-06-10I came into the store unsure of what to expect. However, the store has a great selection of affordable options. They offer wipes to sanitize your shopping cart or basket which is always good. The cashier Tanner was extremely helpful, professional and polite. I was also asked if I need any help from an employee heading to the back. I really respect people that seem like they enjoy their job and work hard. I will definitely return to this location.

2022-03-06I go there for the orchids, cellulose sponges, cava and customer service. I dont really buy food there. Trader Joes had a better selection and variety of foods from around the world, but now everything is branded with their Trader Joes logo: Every pasta sauce, bag of chips, honey, body scrub etc. It just feels generic.

2022-05-01Great Trader Joes. Nice selection of food. Staff is always friendly, professional and polite. Nothing bad to say. Never had a negative experience here other than bon bons not being in stock. Guess theres another hoarder out there. They dont even look at me funny when I put down 10 boxes of bon bons. I buy them for my Brother who loves them and is trying to lose weight. Yeah I know Im an awesome Brother 👌 😁

2021-01-17Update since Dec 12 2020: I purchased four holiday Amaryllises in bulbs (on my photos) 2 tagged Pink, 1 Red, 1 White. They turned out 2 Red and 2 White Amaryllises, really beautiful (see their full bloom on my new 3 photos) - but still somewhat disappointing not to get the colors I wanted. So I’m lowering my rating to 4 stars.(12/12/2020 review) This branch is very well stocked and extremely well organized for customers to move fast through its outdoor and checkout lines. The friendliest and fastest service probably in entire Burbank. Each holiday season they offer small potted pine trees you can continue to grow for years. I had my Norfolk Island Pine growing for 4 yrs - see it repotted and thriving on my photo. This year’s holiday plants are even more unique: living Table Top Large Pine Trees, and legendary Amaryllis growing from bulbs in fantastic Pink, Red/White or White flowers (on video/photos.) You can grow those for years (I’ve had mine for 2 decades) without replanting or removing the bulb till it overgrows its pot, or plant it out in a garden alongside the baby Christmas Evergreen!

2022-03-29You either get a friendly cashier or one that seems to be having a bad morning. Otherwise, it is Trader Joes. Went to the one in Studio City at opening and everyone seemed happy and helpful
