The Toyota Orange team were a pleasure to work with while I was looking for a new car. They were helpful and patient with my questions, and processed through my buy really well. I would definitely recommend their office to anyone looking for friendly service while shopping for cars.
I bought a car here in 2003 and I was very happy with my car and with the service department. Fast-forward to 2020 I bought a Sienna from another dealership in Riverside County and I was not happy at all with the service department. So I remembered Toyota of Orange and I started bringing my van here and they are awesome, great customer service, they take walk-ins, they close at 7 p.m. not 5 p.m. which is awesome. When other Toyota dealerships mess up my car THEY FIX IT. It takes me an hour to get to Toyota of Orange from my home and I passed several Toyota dealerships thats how good Toyota of Orange Is. I also have Jose as a service advisor and he is the best, I text him a message and he always returns my texts. I dont feel like he tells me things need to be fixed that dont need to be fixed. I feel he is a honest and genuine service advisor. Hes my third service advisor at Toyota of Orange but when I got him I knew I was going to stay with him.So if you are having problems with your Toyota dealership bring it to Toyota of Orange for service because their #1 and the region and # 2 in the nation. And this is where I will be buying all my Toyotas in the future.
Toyota of Orange has been fantastic - Big Joe who sold me my car has fantastic customer service, care and rapport with his guests. He made sure I had the care I needed due to my car accident. I’m so pleased with my RAV4. Their service department took care of my previous RAV4 and is doing fantastic and speedy service with my new one! I can not recommend them enough.
This place has a good selection of vehicles. Place is clean. Bought my 4Runner here recently and the sales people are my only complaint. Nick was very rude. Complaining the entire time. Had it not been for my husband really wanted that specific car we would have left. Would recommend.
Very disappointed with their service department. I took my car in on a Wednesday for a part recall only to be told that I needed to make an appointment. I made an appointment for Saturday morning and took my car in. I never received a phone call to tell me that my car was ready. I called to check on the status of my car as I was told it would be a one-day service correction. The receptionist told me she would transfer me to the service department. There was no answer. I called back and let the receptionist know she then transferred me to the cashier who would give me a status on the update of my car. Again no answer. I called for a third or fourth time at this point only to be told that I would need to wait until Monday to pick up my car. I asked to speak to a manager and again I was transferred to an extension and no answer. I do not trust this Toyota location and will never use them again.
Jorge was amazing. Unfortunately due to inventory issues, I couldn’t do business with him. But he referred me to a dealership and looked up the car I wanted and went above and beyond. Barrie was a huge help too! Anyone who needs help in southern ca, I will send them to you without hesitation. Thanks again!
I have not bought a new car in more than 20 years, so it was finally time to shop for a replacement. And I must say, I am sorry I ever came to this dealership.A car is usually the second biggest purchase a person will make in their lifetime (after a home). Thus you would think that you would be treated much better than the people at Toyota of Orange treated my husband and myself. We started off with an internet inquiry about what was available. After speaking to a few different people at the dealership, we were told it would be a while before they got our car of choice from the factory (RAV4).That was fine.A few weeks later we got the call that they had one, so we came down in person to sign the paperwork.Jeff was who we dealt with. He rushed us out of there after we signed everything, because another customer was waiting for him - making us feel like we were inconveniencing him with any questions we had.Getting in touch with him afterwards to ask questions has been a pain. I have had to write more than one E-mail at times asking for an update. We finally picked up the car today, and once again Jeff could not have been more eager to move on. He walked away at one point because his daughter called. He also left us without knowing what the next step is with the finance department - do we set up our online account with them, do we wait for paperwork from them to come in the mail so we can set it up? We also were not given any indication about when we could expect our plates from the DMV or anything else.Needless to say, we are not happy we chose this dealership. I wish we had a better report because the car is very nice, but the people working there leave something to be desired. And we got to pay a nice $5,000 markup from MSRP to be treated like this.
I bought my 2021 Toyota GR Supra Turbulence Gray. Carlos Calles was awesome from the very beginning of when I first called to inquire about the car. He made sure the car was available since they had just received it. We talked numbers over the phone and he gave me the confidence that he could get me in the car the same day. We scheduled a time and made it happen! Definitely go with Carlos, he will go above and beyond to put you in your dream car. Loving the car more and more each day. Thank you Carlos and thank you Toyota of Orange!
Not happy with the financing process! I bought my car a month and half ago and the finance guy is still calling me to come back to save me $1 a month from my original monthly payment amount including something that I refused to buy at the time of the purchase because I didnt need it! I told the finance guys (Patrick) I dont want Toyota of Orange to contact me for this matter anymore but he got upset and told me not to give him hard time when his intention is to save me money!!I want them to stop calling me (even at 9:00pm on Saturday night), why are they so pushy to sell me something after more than 45 day of purchasing my car? Stop bothering ppl!Expect this aggressive selling push if you buy your car from them!
Extremely unprofessional. Do not give this dealership your business. As long as people will listen to me, I will not hesitate to warn them against purchasing of a vehicle from Toyota of Orange. On May 24, I was contacted by David Becerra and told that a 2022 GR86 in the spec I was looking for had been allocated to the dealership. I expressed interest in putting down a deposit to reserve the vehicle, but was told they do not take deposits and use a first-come-first-served policy once the vehicle status changes from “allocation” to “freight” (in transit to the dealership). Why call me then? But I said that’s fine, and he put me in contact with a couple salesmen. For the next 4 weeks I remained in repeated contact with Miguel Perfetti and Stewart Eshelby, who swore up and down that I would be first in line to contract the car when the vehicle status changed from “allocation” to “freight”. Today, I called for an update and was told the car was sold to another buyer in the morning. I was given no call, given no chance to make an offer, and wasted 4 weeks in my search for this car thinking I would be buying this one.Fortunately for me, I found another dealer in the state today that that ISN’T charging the $6000 to $8000 markup that Miguel quoted me. So I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same.
Made an appointment with Art for 4 PM Friday was told the car I was interested was arriving some time next week I Could come in and see what it looks like with another car on the lot, When I arrived Art handed me off to someone else they had no cars on the lot that I was interested in they had no cars available period. Really disappointed since I felt they didnt want to help me, they have nothing there.
I sent my lexus450 for service and they left the window open which caused it to get all dusty inside. Also, the person helping me out recommended other service but didnt specify exactly what I had to do and didnt take his time to explain it...its almost as he told us to leave.
Aron and David the service manager were not helpful at all. I was 1,000 miles out of warranty and a seat belt broke on my 3rd row seat. The were going to cover the part, but charge close to 400 for labor cost on something that 3 m one so would have been covered. This is my second time to this service department and both times were horrible experiences. I have them another valve but will never go back! Find another service department!!!Update: I bought my seatbelt directly from Toyota for $130.00 which the service dept said was $280.00 and paid my mechanic $50.00 to install instead of $340.00 this dealership quoted me. Glad to know I had the entire thing done for the same amount as just the seatbelt from this dealership! Also thank you for reaching out Samantha but I tried being nice and talking to the people I needed to in the service dept ie David and Aron and they were the least helpful people I have come across in a long time and I work in customer service.
Just like most dealers, when it’s time to actually work on your car, it’s a big F. u. - in the nicest way. “And hopefully u don’t call our bosses.”CALL CORPORATE- don’t call anyone at the location. Report them to corporate.👎to this place. That service department is useless unless they’re screwing u. And they all cover for each other.
Dont bother making an appointment for any service for your vehicle. They dont go by appointments. Made an appointment for 10am for an oil change and 2 hours later I am still sitting inside waiting for my vehicle. Pretty scary that a dealership takes 2 hours to take 1 screw out to drain oi and replace an oil filter.
My wife and I were loyal customers until we found out after our 2021 Toyota Rave SUV was hit by another car and the driver was admitted at fault and wasnt even a licensed driver and Toyota of Orange recommended a body shop for repairs and estimates of over 11 thousand dollars in damage we found out that parts could take upto a year or more because Toyota was behind manufacturing new vehicles by atleast 4 years and Toyota did nothing to help us get to my doctors appointments I had Covid pneumonia and blood clots in my lungs and my wife was sick and they could care less and finally they got over 11 thousand dollars in insurance settlement and we asked for a Chevy because of the parts situation with Toyota and we got a base model jeep compas with extra warranties we didnt need and to top it off we are paying more for a 4 year older model jeep than the brand new Toyota Rave SUV and recently found out they charged us $40 thousand dollars for a Jeep that was worth less than $20 thousand dollars and misrepresented it as high interest rates but never told us it was actually worth less than $20 thousand dollars this is consumer fraud and they should be liable for ripping off customers who were trusting them and had a good record of business with being on time with every car and payment Toyota of Orange you havent heard the last about your shady business practices Brian Human
I took my car in for the first oil change and checkup at 3,200 miles. The oil light came on prematurely and I was very concerned. They reassured me everything was fine: pressure checked, seals checked, added to the Toyota database for monitoring and the correct GR Supra oil replaced. They even showed me the bottle in advance since it is very specific for this car. They were kind and professional every step of the way and I was lucky to receive a rental car (Im 25 miles outside the scope of the shuttle). Aron Parra was my advisor, Patrick Kongnhotha and Eddie Reyes (Sales Extraordinaire) were also fabulous. Such a great team! Ill be back again for my next service. Thanks again Toyota of Orange.
We had bought 3 cars from this Toyota of Orange and always had a reasonable price. We referral this dealer to our family & friends who also bought it from here. On Tuesday, I bought the Sienna Platinum at a good deal price. Allison, the sales representative, made the buying process so easy and fast. Thanks, Allison, for your help.
Update: Toyota of Orange came through and fixed my problems with my TPS. They were very helpful and nice when I went to get it fixed. Definitely redeemed themselvesBought a used 2010 toyota corolla that was in good condition. Within 6 days one of the tire pressure sensors went bad. I took it for an oil change and was told that the tire pressure sensor on the right side was bad. The sensor was not covered under warranty so now I have to deal with it myself. Other than that the car is running great. 1 star for the car running good.
Price gouging. No loyalty to previous Toyota customers. Tried buying a GR86 with Clement Chang who said they had the car I wanted coming in soon. I didnt even argue MSRP pric. He came back with a $5000 markup-non negotiable-Per the GM, he said. I know that Toyota and Subaru corp. are asking their dealers NOT to do this to customers right now because this ruins brand loyalty and people don’t forget. Yet, here they are ready to F customers even more than paying full MSRP.I spoke to Toyota North America, they said the dealers are all independent which I get because that gives them less liability to be on the hook for. Spoke to several people at Toyota North America and finally got a formal complaint filed. I was fair with offering full MSRP but of course that isn’t enough. Dont recommend using them. Try the many other Toyota dealers across the US who aren’t charging over MSRP right now. Good luck to anyone else out there trying to get a car these days.
Javier at Toyota of Orange is hands down the BEST!!! Truly made our experience of purchasing a car AMAZING! So helpful and thoughtful all throughout the way. He went out of his way in every way possible and made sure My husband and I were truly happy and satisfied with our car. Answer every single one of our questions and throughout the process we did not feel pressured one bit. He was always in touch keeping us updated with the arrival of our car.Once again THANK YOU SO MUCH JAVIER AND TOYOTA OF ORANGE!!!!
Recently I have a problem with my car , I talked to the service manager DAVID VELILLA in Toyota of Orange, he goes above and beyond to help me, he is the best outstanding service manager, he is compassion and kind to the customer, I appreciate him to take care of the problem for me, I wish more people like him 👍😊
I’d have to say, I’m not a big fan of taking my vehicles to the dealer because of how much the service costs, but I can’t say enough about how professional the staff were at Toyota of Orange; specifically Eric and Jose. I was almost fully aware of the problem I was having prior to bringing in the vehicle, unfortunately the issue will not be covered by the enhanced warranty extension due to the mileage, 5 years past and not throwing any codes. There was full transparency when it came to speaking with Eric and Jose, which is why I’m writing this post. They took the time to explain my options and costs, and didn’t try to get me for every dollar that I have. I just wish Toyota would be more accountable for extended or enhanced warranty issues that expire regardless of ownership. As long as there has been no modifications or a salvage on the vehicle, enhanced warranties should be covered. Think about the environment with less cars being sold or junked.I know toyota wants you to buy a new vehicle; however parts that should last the life of the car such as an ABS Actuator should not be at the cost of the owner. Especially when it’s a common issue and possible safety concern to the consumer. Thanks again Eric and Jose, I will consider my options and get back to you guys for the great customer service I received.
*PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP* PLEASE CHECK YELP!So the other day I had surgery. While I was in surgery my husband took our 2019Toyota Camry Hybrid with 33,000 miles and a minor fender bender replaced bumper back to the dealership for an appraisal, as the lease was up.We were told the vehicle had extensive under carriage damage which would require it be auctioned.again I was still loopy from the surgery but we signed the deal giving us a $17,000 value. We owed $16,000 ao we would only receive $1000.We spoke with Kevin Meridian & then Greg Vernon who said there was nothing that could be done even though we were told the paper work would not be submitted until Monday. What did they have to hide? We requested a 2nd appraisal opportunity which was denied.I believe we were LIED TO and taken advantage of. We were NEVER provided a written appraisal & all documents provided were hand written.Ease again, I implore you DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
Good service good amenities not crazy to the needs ac filters at $199 and wheel alignment for $149 on a 5 month old 2021 Camry Hybrid with 15k miles. Decline the extra stuff Toyota makes a great product if that stuff needs to be replaced than they would go out of business. By the way I’ve been in the automobile business and own a private dealer for 5 years !
My experience at Toyota of Orange was great, the service was great, they would go out of their way to make sure that all your needs and expectations was meet and if you needed anything they are there for you. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to Toyota of Orange.
The selection of used vehicles was very good considering the market conditions. The salesman, Jack, was great. We were looking for a first car for our granddaughter. Jack was patient, very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars as well as buying options and financing. She found her dream car and is walking on Cloud 9.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For the Service Department including Samantha, Anna, Shawn, Riley, David, Jeff and a couple that I dont have business cards from... I am driving 59 miles each way to go here. I have had my car in three much closer dealerships and the overall knowledge and effort is just flat out better at Toyota of Orange. I have tested other dealerships and my two gotcha questions are usually about the best oil change frequency if I want to keep my car 10 years and what mileage I should change my transmission fluid. (The answers are 5,000 miles and 60,000 miles, respectively.)The Sales Department faltered on my last 5 vehicle inquiries (cars misadvertised as certified, rusted sheet metal, late responses, etc. I did successfully buy two cars from them in early 2021. During the low-inventory era of 2021-2022, all of the family of dealerships under the parent company, David Wilson Automotive, sucked horribly. So, they werent too far out of line from other dealerships, although that hurt more because of my purchase history at their dealership and the expense of driving there so high.
Professional and expert in all things TOYOTA, Worked with insurance company, nearly seamlessly. A few minor problems were dealt, with confidence and wisdom. They provide quality service, wrapped in peace of mind.Long established dealership with a staff of experienced professionals who care for the customers. They do not wash cars because of water conservation goals. HOWEVER they give you a voucher for a REALLY GOOD CAR WASH JUST DOWN THE STREET.Use that voucher, a new high tech wash system did a fast and quick job.
Crooked dealership, please do your research and get pricing from other places. They will try to sell you insurances and other services that you dont need. Once you request for everything to be removed, they will give you and excellent deal. However be aware that this is just a verbal agreement and its a tactic that they use to get you to sing. For your sake please make sure that everything that you agreed to matches the contract. I know that it takes time but take the time to read everything before signing. If you dont feel comfortable, you can request for the contract to be sent to your attorney for review , you are not required to sign everything on the same day and no offer expires. No matter how persistent they are. This happened to me, once we were ready to sign the finance rep added multiple items to the contract that we had not agreed on and doubled the final pricing that had already been negotiated .
Took my Toyota Tundra for an oil service. I paid 1,300 for maintenance. My truck didn’t get a car wash yet they gave me a coupon to take it any day (value up $10) which obviously I won’t be taking. Very disappointing. They even left the plastic wrapper they put on the steering wheel. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
They don’t keep their date delivery promise. I called them and they would offer free rental as they can’t keep there promise but didn’t mention about using your car insurance. When I came to pick up the rental and I was rejected as my car insurance not covered. I also saw that my car is still in the same state, which mean that they didn’t even touch it. I would rather they said it take longer from beginning when they received my car instead of giving me false expectations.
Amazing experience! My Toyota Tundra is a 2002, so 19 years old. I was told during an oil change that their was a Recall on the Lower Ball Joint front suspension for my truck. They ordered the parts and completed the recall order with all new components and parts the following day and offered to send an UBER to come pick me up. Service Consultant Jose Esparza WAS NEXT LEVEL amazing and absolutely professional beyond belief. I cannot go on about what a great experience it was from the minute I stepped onto the Toyota of Orange property. Every single employee greeted me like they were my friend. In today’s environment I am absolutely stunned by this next level service! Thanks so much to everyone at Toyota of Orange!
I was turned to Toyota of Orange based on my wife and MIL’s long history with this dealership... Prius x2 and a Corolla in the past 12 years. They also have done all of their services there. When it came time to purchase my new car, I knew I wanted to come here. Having driven her Prius on many occasions I was set on one, except that I wanted an SUV. So we tried a Highlander Hybrid months ago and it was about saving up our pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters.Today was the day, days before my birthday. 17 years and 3 months after my last car purchase, I got the green light to start my search. I didn’t know what to expect but I knew I had a good impression in working with Jeff Kyte, who was nothing short of polite, professional, honest, up front and helpful in finding me the trim, color and price that I was shooting for when I was ready to buy. Although he being a Cowboys fan, helped me (an Eagles fan) walk out with my new wheels the same day I started shopping with not any of the sweating, headaches or the anxiety that can come with car buying. Swung a pretty nice deal on a new 2019 Highlander Hybrid XLE.I was super happy with how my wife and I were received and treated and it made my second ever car buying experience a fun one. I’m sold on this specific dealership; I’d send anyone here, without hesitation.I look forward to my new relationship with Toyota of Orange. They have proven why they are one of the top dealerships in the land. 🍊
One month ago I purchased a 2021 Tacoma from Toyota of Orange and it was a great experience. I had been to a couple of other dealerships and was not really comfortable with the service I was receiving.Steve Lewis who is the sales rep who helped me was awesome. He was professional and very helpful. I want to thank Steve and everyone at Toyota of Orange for making my first new car purchase a great experience.
My wife and I took our 2016 sequoia here after experiencing horrible customer service at Miller Toyota in Anaheim. We are so glad we came here. Joaquin in the service department was great. He stayed in contact with me and got our car repaired for us. Toyota of Orange is very lucky to have a service writer like him. Will definitely keep coming here.12/31/21Came back for a coolant leak repair. As always, they took great care of us. Got the car in and out quickly. We won’t take it anywhere else.
Waited for 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and coolant flush. Maybe its a busy day since its close to christmas - but they called me after 3 hours telling me I needed more work done on the car, which probably meant they only started working on it after 3hrs. I go to other toyotas for service but this has been the longest I’ve had to wait. (still waiting as I write this)
Luis Parnas assisted me in purchasing my 2017 Toyota Tacoma and my 2017 Toyota Corolla, he never tried to push me into something I was not interested in instead he was very professional in helping me with what I was looking for. Luis Parnas was very polite and treated me with respect and did not have any delays in my purchases he was quick and straight to the point. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family, and he should be recognized for the great work he does.
First, they sent a letter to bring in 2012 Tacoma for a manufacturer recall (the phone number on the letter is a dead line-no pick up). Letter says service would take 1 hour. Got quoted 3 hours on the phone the day before the appointment. Fine. Got quoted “all day, pick up around 7pm” upon arrival. Interesting. Wasted 7 and a half hours (dropped off car at 7:30am) to NOT get service on a part that nobody along the process in their service team (from appointment via phone to the service manager this morning) had the ability to check for, on a required manufacturer recall. Notified at 3:16pm that there was a 50/50 chance the part could arrive tomorrow, if I wanted to leave it. If not, come get it. Lesson learned: Don’t just walk away from these guys, RUN to any other Toyota dealership in OC or LA. Service manager was rude in addition.
I went for service my car and I ask for uber to give me a ride to my home, two guys were sitting there and they didnt care about customer, i was standing in front of them about 5 min until they noticed me. at first they put the wrong address and the uber didnt show up, I asked for another uber and the second uber driver was so rude I cancelled that ride, I came back to get another uber but they told they cant help anymore, Im not happy with the ride service.
I came to get a new key FOB for my 21 year old Tundra. The sales guy saw what great shape my truck was in and didnt pressure me to trade it in. Always a plus! I had some outstanding recall work that they took care of while I waited. One was outstanding since 2014!! I used to go to another Toyota dealer, but I think I found a new home.
Buying a car and having it serviced here are both easy! When I called because I was interested in purchasing a Camry Hybrid, Nick had it out front and ready to test drive when I got there. He answered all of my questions and gave me a fair deal on the car. I also had the cars windows tinted here. Mike in service was very friendly and called me when the car was ready to go! And, whoever does their window tinting did an excellent job!!
So impressed with their service! My first Toyota experience and honestly didn’t expect much but I felt like I was in a high end dealer. The service guys were awesome and they even washed my car. The cashiers seemed a bit aloof and bothered but that was a small part of the overall experience. If they got the cashiers to smile and just be slightly friendly this would have felt like a Mercedes dealer it was so good.
My experience with Toyota was excellent! Luis at Toyota of Orange made my car buying experience easy and stress free. He made me feel extremely comfortable and took his time showing me different cars within my budget and I really appreciated that. Once i found a car, Vince helped out with the paperwork and made that process smooth for me and explained everything in detail. This morning, i dropped my car off with Riley at the service department and his friendliness and professionalism early in the morning made my morning a good one. Overall, my experience with Toyota was great. I truly appreciate their way with customers in making us feel special and taking their time to help in whatever we need. This kind of experience will definitely keep me coming back and referring friends and family.
This dealership was superb. I was looking to buy my 1st car, which of course, goes without saying, but is a huge deal so it meant a lot to my family & I that we were comfortable & really getting the best possible deal. Our salesman, Eddie Reyes, was great. He made me feel so welcome & was so patient with us. The waiting room is stocked with free bottles of water, cookies, and coffee as you wait for your car to get serviced, etc. Theres cozy couches & even tables for you to put your laptop on. All in all it was an amazing experience & I will be going back in the future. I wound up getting a certified pre-owned 2016 Toyota Corolla LE, which is a big upgrade from the 1997 Saturn SL1 I had before.
Big Joe made me feel like family when showing me the cars. He got me the 2nd car I wanted since the first one was no longer available. I love the car! Adrian the finance guy was terrific. The table top computer screen for signatures is wild. He did talk me into an alarm since catalytic converter thefts these days. Hybrid was a good choice with gas prices these days. Check out Toyota of Orange for your next car!
From start to finish I was well taken care of. Car shopping has gained a reputation of being the most dreaded thing to do, but eventually we all have to do it. But here at Toyota of Orange I did not experience that feeling. I went to 5 other dealership to find my truck. Price was important but if I was not going to be respected as a customer then I wont make a deal - no price would be able to get me to buy from rude pushy and shady salesmen like the people at Elmore toyota. Toyota of Orange really made me feel like I was friend they were trying to take care of. I love my truck, but what really made me love my truck was that I didnt have to go thru the ringer to buy it. Thanks Pete for being my sale person and working out a great deal on my truck and thank you Patrick in financing for getting me out and into my beautiful truck in a swift manner. I will be back to buy a new truck for my dad after graduation!
If you dont want to sell me a new car just tell me. Wasted my time chatting with sales associate( jorge) sending pictures value and promised me a 22 camry with msrp , made plans to take a day off from work and planned the trip and nothing they blew me off no text no phone call, email 😑 nothing! I would not recommend this place to anyone , thanks for wasting my time i will look for another dealership
I drove in to service my Scion TC and walked out in a brand new Toyota CHR. The team made buying my new car an amazing experience. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. With less than perfect credit, I dint think a new vehicle was an option. I received the financing I wanted! After experiencing a horrible experience with Nisan, the folks at Toyota where a breath of fresh air. I will definitely service my new car and all future purchases here at Toyota of Orange. Keep it up guys!
This place is a joke, and anyone who buys from them and pays the “market adjustment” of 11k on a vehicular deserves to be taken advantage of. Don’t be fooled; not all dealerships are doing this. Only the ones that are Crooked. Please do your research and look for dealerships that are not doing this. I promise they are out there. These guys lost a two-car deal because of how rude and careless they are with customers. Go somewhere else. I promise you will be better off. Dont be fooled by “Market adjustments.” I would list the other dealerships that dont do it! But for some reason, it would not post with that information.
I bought a used Tacoma 4x4 from Toyota of Orange today. The salesman, Big Joe Chavez, was very helpful and made the decision to buy easy. There was a minor discrepancy with the online ad but they quickly took responsibility and made things right. Im very happy with my truck and look forward to driving it for many years. Thanks Joe!
If you are looking for a Toyota then make sure to go to Orange. Javier Mendoza made the process as easy as possible. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he delivered. Javier and the dealership were very accommodating. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family. Thank you for your help Toyota of Orange.
I purchased a vehicle from this dealer because it was a good deal. They sold an auto care package with the car and told me I could use it at any Toyota dealer and my first 3 oil changes would be covered. But nope that is a scam do not fall for it. The dealerships in my area said that the program will not cover the cost and that I would have to pay the difference out of pocket. Toyota of Orange said they would cover the difference if such a problem would arise, but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised when my local dealer contacted them they wouldn’t honor their program and pay the difference. Just don’t let them talk you into any extras. It is cheaper in the long run to pay at the time of service or to do it your self. And less headaches.
Great service. Cesar and Patrick were great. My car is fantastic. Can’t thank you enough. Anyone going to Toyota orange will be fortunate to find the car they want and to receive the service that they deserve. I highly recommend Toyota orange. And highly recommend them.
My family and I just purchased a Toyota from Toyota of Orange, and I must say, it was one of the smoothest and most pleasant experiences Ive had. Rico Olivares and Doug Hill were both great! They are true professionals and I commend them for all of their help. They were both great! Thanks to them, I highly recommend their dealership. Thank you for everything!
Got myself a 2022 Toyota Corolla for my birthday! I knew I wanted to get a Toyota it was just about finding the right dealership and the right deal. I found myself here at the Toyota of Orange County. I was greeted by Abdi, one of the car salesman at the dealership. He was very polite and accommodating. Walked around showing me different options and answered all my questions. He literally ran back and forth getting me prices and updates on the vehicle we were interested in. After a few hours of negotiations we came to an agreement which I thought was fair. It was a great experience and I was grateful to have Abdi’s help.I would recommend coming here and working with him!
Service department has terrible customer service. We took my vehicle in for AC repair. They kept the car for 2 days only to say they could not find a leak. They then supposedly refilled the freon and released the car back to us. The next morning the AC was not working again. I spoke to Patrick and explained to him that I find it hard to believe that they could not find a leak after having my vehicle for 2 days and having the AC not work again overnight. Thai does not sound like small leak to me. I tried to explain this to Patrick who would not listen and said they instructed us to take the car back if there was a problem again. So they kept my car for 2 days, charged me for a diagnostic and they did not diagnose or fix anything. I will never do business with this location again and I am considering not doing business with Toyota again altogether based on my experience with this service department.
I bought a used Scion tC with a cracked windshield. They had put it in the contract that they’d replace it, then later refused and insisted on only repairing it. Thus, violating the contract. I told them I’d drive back once to give them the opportunity to repair it, because it’s a 120 miles drive and half of my day. Then the repair wasn’t done properly. After I complained, they said to drive back again and now they’ll replace it. When they could’ve done that in the first place. The dishonesty, manipulation and lack of integrity doesn’t give me any trust in their services. I’m an unsatisfied customer. I will not be returning to Toyota of Orange.**Update: They still have not remedied the issue and I had requested to have repairs completed reasonably close to me. They said they’d follow up but has disappeared.
I wanted to take a moment to thank you and the TEAM at Toyota of Orange for helping my wife and I pick out a car she loves, we must have been greeted or offered water 5 or 6 times before we even met Art our sales associate. My wife and I have been together for 20+ years and celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary in a few days, and I can honestly say I have never seen her giddier with excitement seeing the selection of cars. Art was fantastic! He was so patient with my wife Faith, and her need to test drive everything. He was very Knowledgeable in explaining the features, of all the vehicles we rode in. Adrian is another Gem. He has great stories, insights and made the finance part of the experience super easy.Being a chef I couldn’t help but see similarities between my kitchen and the TEAM at Toyota of Orange. The TEAM looked like they were doing a choreographed dance, like how my cooks move in a kitchen. Successful food service operations have a Great Product that people want, create emotional connections, exceed expectations, and have passionate people that can deliver uncompromising service, just like Toyota of Orange. I thank the TEAM, from the bottom of my heart, for their patience, long hours and delivering a Wonderful car buying experience.I wish the Toyota of Orange Team health, happiness, and much success, in the year and years to come.Eric and Faith
Prior to coming to Toyota of Orange, I experienced one stereotypical car salesman after another. The entire process felt adversarial and tense. However, Big Joe at Toyota of Orange was an absolute pleasure to work with as he advocated for me as though he was a family member. I felt that I was working alongside Big Joe to find what I wanted and at a price that we could agree was fair. Big Joe is sincere and does exactly what he promises.Throughout the process, Big Joe went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even when it required an enormous amount of effort on his end. The financing of my vehicle was slightly complicated by the use of a state program, and Big Joe worked diligently to ensure that all the paperwork on their end was completed and provided to the appropriate contact as soon as possible. He worked quickly and with my interest in mind. After weeks of stress and frustration from interacting with other Toyota dealers, Big Joe was a delight to work with. Additionally, his assistant, Berry, promptly followed up to inquire about the process and offer help wherever it was needed. Big Joe and his team are respectable, and I feel beyond lucky to have purchased a car from him. I highly recommend reaching out to Big Joe at Toyota of Orange if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.
A maintenance required soon message came up on my dash so I pulled into the service line to see what was going on. The maintance check in guy at the computer was not helpful and didnt want to spend the time and explain to me what was needed or potentially needed, he just wanted me to rush in and pay for things I dont need. All of the other employees who drove my car and took down the information were polite but they took 20 minutes to get my car after I told him Im not getting anything done on my car today. I did not feel welcomed at all unless I threw money at them. I had bad experiences too with salesman who try and take advantage of you as well.
I’ve been coming to Toyota of Orange for a long time and it’s mainly because of my Service Advisor-Jose Esparza; He’s professional, informative about the current condition of my 4runner, and always a pleasure to talk with when I arrive. He treats me like a person and not a customer.
I don’t think I will purchase my next new truck hereI bought a 2018 Toyota Hylander, I had to change my tire I got a flat 3/19/21 was promised a price for $249For 1 tire my wife was promised a wait for 1 1/2 when she almost waited 3 hrs then noticed our car still sitting there not even touched yet. She spoke with the manager David, we ended up paying $297 for 1 tire they changed the price to $262.00 per tires. The sales team is awesome but there service team sucks. That why we will continue to drive to Irvine there honest and friendly people there and the service department is awesome. And we will buy our next new truck there in the near future.
As a long time Toyota owner and specifically with the cars I’ve purchased from Toyota of Orange, I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. Service department personnel, especially my current tech, Patrick, leave me in awe. There is no way I’d leave Toyota of Orange and will not stop recommending them to my sphere of influence. From purchase to service to maintenance, you cannot beat Toyota of Orange!!!! Period!
They gave me a good price on my trade in and new purchase. I get all my services done here and they usually finish before the estimated time. Service staff is friendly and helpful. Waiting room and bathrooms are nice and clean. They are doing a good job of maintaining Covid requirements.
Worst experience ever in the service department, they cannot be trusted, they do not keep their word, brought my 2015 Toyota Sienna in for a factory recall regarding the sliding doors which could potentially open due to a electrical defect, and also for floor railing plastic covers coming off, after 3 days of the vehicle being in their possession they called me to say it was ready, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed a pile of cables on the floor and a black box which was my $700 Rockledge alarm which had been uninstalled without my approval. After asking to speak to the manager Dave they had me wait at least another 25 minutes until he finally had time to speak to me, which really exacerbated the situation. received no apologies whatsoever instead was given a lemon air freshener to shut up.The manager Dave assumed i spoke Spanish addressing me only in spanish based on my dark complexion.to make matters worse the service advisor Michael said they would work on my van right away and it would be ready in an hour, this was at 10:45 AM, received a call at 3:09pm saying my van was ready but they had to order additional parts, even though the previous advisor Jesus corona said all parts were in stock.I will make sure this review gets published with the Orange county register, motor trend magazines, and every outlet possible.I gave them an opportunity to remedy the problem, instead they gave me a run around and began pointing fingers.Mario Perez
I tried to purchase a car yesterday and the staff was friendly and all. I just hate it when people lie straight to my face and bs me just because Im young. Also, when you advertise prices online, youre supposed to honor that price per California law. I get that car prices are marked up right now because of the microchip shortage but show that price online. Then the sales person acted like he was doing me a favor by patronizing me. Most horrible dealership I have ever been in.
Great place and friendly and very helpful people. Sales representative Tony worked fast and hard to get what I wanted. Made sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. Made my life easy by having someone take off my roof rack and truck bed cover off my old truck. This is the second time I have come here to get a vehicle and I would definitely recommend to come here and look for tony if you want to get great service. Also, their finance side was great as well and made things easy to understand And did the paperwork quick. If your lucky you will get Chris. Great guy and I worked with him both time I got a car from here.
From my experience, everyone is very professional as soon as they come to your vehicle. That kind of customer service is very valuable because we all know getting anything done with your car can be sometimes stressful, especially with the cost and when you know youll be in the waiting room for a period of time. They got complementary coffee machines in the waiting room and a snack machine. Ive gotten timely texts to inform me that my vehicle was indeed was being worked on. I know it can sometimes feel like your car has been forgotten when your sitting and waiting so I really appreciated getting that text and phone call. Overall it was a great first experience service with Toyota of Orange. Til my next service!
If youre buying a new car, ASK FOR STEWART!! He is the man!! I came looking for a Toyota C-HR XLE, but initially left after seeing such a big markup. And although I had already left the lot, Stewart was STILL trying to get me a good deal with his sales manager. Ive been to so many car dealerships before I went here and each one was either very rude to me and/or did not give me a second thought once I was off the lot. I ended up getting the Toyota C-HR XLE for an amazing price and I cannot thank Stewart enough, as well as Barrie who talked with me over the phone!! Much thanks to Peter Nguyen from finance who gave me a great price on the car! Its been a pleasure buying a new car from here!
Leased a car from Toyota of Orange and can honestly say that it was the worst car buying experiences Ive encountered so far. The entire process was awful from the beginning to end.1. Dealt with an inexperienced sales agent. His incompetence nearly caused me to back out of the deal during financing. Upper management had to step in to finalize the deal. To resolve the issue, they offered me an additional warranty period.2. The day after taking ownership of the car, I discovered a 1 inch deep scratch behind the drivers side view mirror. Due to the location of the scratch and only driving to work and home that day, I dont believe this happened during my possession. I did not bring this issue up with the dealership because I didnt have sufficient proof.3. Had to bring in the car 5 times to resolve a shaking steering wheel. Each time the wait was at least 2 hours. On that fifth time, I had my wife bring in the car and had her request the maintenance department to check the tire balance. The service agents reply to her was In America, we have to pay for these services. I strongly suggest looking in the mirror and checking your last name. Bigoted assumption exemplifies how truly ignorant and simple minded people can be. I brought this to the managers attention and he couldnt look me in the eye, instead sheepishly tried to change the subject.4. Last week, received a letter and calls from the dealership informing me that my lease was set to expire and I should arrange a meeting to either pay off the balance, return the car, or lease another vehicle. I show up at dealership expecting to pay off the car, but discover the agent handling my case didnt even show up. Later, another agent informs me that it wasnt even necessary to arrange a meeting with the dealership and the final payment could be arranged with Toyota directly. A couple of days after paying off the car, I receive a text from Toyota of Orange following up if I ever made it into the dealership to buy out my lease and if I needed assistance scheduling another day and time to handle this issue. Thank you for wasting my time. Again, your service is severely inadequate.Save yourself the frustration. Im sure there are better dealerships out there.
Todays adventure at Toyota of Orange was due to the Low Tire Pressure indicator light coming on again (after refilling the tires the previous week). As always, Joaquin V. was happy to assist me with my concerns and ordered a full tire inspection which came back with a nail in the back passenger tire :-(. The service department fixed/patched it up quickly and I was on my way with the rest of my day :-). Toyota of Orange has always been very good to my family and I for the past 30+ years, their Customer Service is excellent, they are extremely professional and super friendly - as far as this long-time customer is concerned, they are always my go-to for my car needs and concerns :-)!!
I was searching for my dream truck when I noticed a poster with color samples on it. I fell in love with the Inferno or orange. I asked if my truck came in orange. The salesman said No. Disappointed, I left. I later discovered that my truck did come in my favorite color. Im so happy that I left because I later bought my dream truck through my credit union/Hollywood Toyota in my favorite color, Inferno(orange).

Super positive experience with Clement Chang in Sales. Clement was honest, direct and straightforward. He didnt play games with stock, didnt mess with numbers etc, and made me feel like I could trust him. He made many efforts to relate to me and put me at ease, and I appreciated it very much.If youre looking for a salesperson that will give you straight, no hassle information, Clement is your guy.
I never post a negative review. I support local business. These guys boast about online buying process. Lured me into giving all my personal information provided a price breakdown. I then get an email from CJ asking when I am coming in. I called him to say I was not and started with the online buying through their website. He then states that the car has a $16,000 above MSRP mark up but his manager agreed to only do $5,000 since they sent me the wrong pricing. I have bought high end cars all over the country. What scum. Bait and switch opportunist. Just say up front your practice price gouging and I would have never wasted my time or yours.
First ,I always had good experience with this dealership when buying car. I bought 2 cars (Sienna and Corolla) here.I had very bad experience with my Service recently. I scheduled my appointment to avoid delays for normal check/tire rotation (around 10-15min work). My appointment was 2:30pm so I scheduled off from 2:30 to 4:00 at my work. I arrived on time (2:30pm) and complete initial paper work. waited up to 4pm and my car still on lot OR didnt start service. I had to pull my car without service so I can go back to work.No point of appointment at this location. suggest to avoid service here if time is critical for you.
Jesus Corona is the best service advisor and I will never deal with anyone else. I learned my lesson as I had another advisor manage by service that hounded me to purchase an oil change package after saying no and I had a big issue happen to my truck after bringing it in. Jesus rectified the whole situation (provided a loaner, timely updates on the status and reimbursement). Toyota of Orange has been great as I have purchased two Tundras from them and I will continue to purchase and service my truck through them. If you dont have regular advisor you work with I suggest Jesus without question.
We bought a used 2016 Toyota Corolla during August 2019 here. We were in a hurry because my wife got a job and so we did not take the car to a third party for evaluation. Also because I trust Toyota, period. I have been a loyal Toyota customer for life, since my first Toyota Corolla in 1996. This time though the 2016 Corolla battery died in March 2020. I took it in for service and the service member in Toyota Orange promptly left our car unattended. After an hour of waiting Toyota Orange replaced the battery for free for having made us wait. This battery is supposed to last 7 years. It died last week. So far Toyota has not checked the rest of the electrical system. I disappointed at our service experience and am very concerned about the car.I just talked with the service manager and he explained to me why I am seeing the car behave so. My faith in Toyota (Orange) is restored.
I purchased a RAV4 from the Toyota of Orange dealership today. Jason was extremely helpful and worked with me to get a very fair price on the hard to find model I’ve been looking for. I appreciate their no hassle sales process and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota.
Big Joe was great- Shawn in service extremely knowledgeable- Adrian in finance very qualified and nice- but the dealer is large and they need to hire more people so it is NOT a 2 hour wait to see a finance person. UPDATE: the dealer has now clarified that the car did have a basic alarm system- and the add-on alarm was fuel kill, window shatter and a motion thing if it is hit. and agreed to remove it and refund me if I wish. That they were originally mistaken.
I was shopping for a rav4 and ended up going with a dealership nearer to home (Im in Idaho). However, my experience with the dealership was great.Ampy is an EXCELLENT sales rep. Its thanks to her that I can say with almost complete certainty that we would have bought here if we lived in SoCal. Would recommend them :)
Even in these Covid times, Toyota of Orange is a thoughtful, professional and a very well tuned machine. Minimal contact, they were fast (even for someone like me with no appointment in the middle of the the day). Best cars, best service. They disinfect the cabin as you depart as well. Thank you Mikey for getting me in and on my way to enjoy the rest of my Saturday. I appreciate you guys putting yourselves out there.
Drove three hours because they had a vehicle I wanted and I refuse to do business with my local dealer as they are quite horrible (yes, that bad). The entire process was easy and everyone here is awesome.Additionally and given the current pandemic, everyone was wearing a mask (something I strongly appreciated). I also appreciated the cleaning ladies who were quite religious with the disinfecting of all common areas. Moreover, I noticed something. That is, these people sell and service a lot of cars. That definitely told me something was being done right.I would not hesitate to drive up to this location again. It met all of my expectations and it was an easy process. One hundred percent would recommend this dealership. They don’t play here. Customers come first. A+++ 😁😉👍🏻
Please please please IF YOU COME HERE LET SAM TAKE CARE OF YOU & YOUR NEEDS. I had the best experience at this dealership than any other that I have gone to. Everyone is super nice & funny. They work with you. You will leave this place happier than when you first came in I know I sure did. His name is Sam Aghmaghani he will make possible for you to get a great car for your dollar !! Thanks again Sam. We will be back next month to get a car for my wife.
Today I bought my Toyota from Toyota of orange. My experience was great and smooth. I highly recommend Javier Mendoza. He was one of the best sales person. He is honest, caring and trust worthy. He greeted us on the lot, showed us the cars and prices. It was that simple. This is our second car from them. we are very happy .
I love this place. i bought my truck there , and I took my truck to service today and when I got back my truck it had a scratch on my rear passenger door and I like to take care of my cars and I think its not fair. You guys should be more careful working around the cars especially to those who love their cars
Miguel Perfetti,One of the best seamless and flawless transactions I have had when buying a car. I purchased a Prius Prime the professionalism and handling my California State Clean Vehicle Assistance program. Thanks for no hidden cost or fees! Thanks for such a positive experience! I would recommend Miguel for future buyers! Thanks for making me feel part of the Toyota family!
Took our Carolla for its 10K service. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. I literally took my truck to another dealership the same day (Selman) and that was not the experience I had with them. Radiantly obvious difference in level of service. Toyota of Orange is the best!
Toyota of Orange has a great selection of vehicles in stock. I drove all the way from Bakersfield to look at a Camry for my wife. Stewart was a great salesman to work with. They had the vehicle we wanted and worked with us on a great price and never felt pressured with them. Thank you for all your help. My wife is very happy now.
We came to this dealership because they had the vehicle we wanted in the color we wanted, and they were responsive to our inquiries. Upon arrival we received excellent service from kind salespeople. The buying and financing process was easy and painless with the friendly people. The saleswoman helped us set up the car audio and make sure we knew what all the functions were before we left the lot.We would have appreciated some follow up from the team within the week following our purchase which we never received, but other than that our experience was good!
I will not be back. I purchased a car from them. Was assured before my purchase that Android Auto worked with all makes and models and was told it was likely a cord issue and to go home and try another cord. When that did not work, they researched and discovered it actually does not work with my car. So now I have a car with awesome technology that I cannot use unless I buy an iPhone. All I got was an apology from the sales person. He said he was trained that all toyotas were compatible with android. Not everyone is an iPhone fan but now I feel I am forced to purchase a very expensive new phone when I am still paying on my Samsung. This experience has turned me off completely to what otherwise would have been great.
Me and my wife bought our first 4Runner at Toyota of Orange back in 2017 and we recently went back to upgrade to a 2021 4Runner Nightshade edition and we absolutely love it! We love this dealership and everyone is so helpful, we definitely would recommend this dealership to family and friends
Toyota of Orange, where the service is a Lemon.I suppose Im the unfortunate few who drew the short straw on my visit to Toyota of Orange. My unpleasant experience will most likely be drown out by the thousands of positive reviews from satisfied customers. So Ill just leave a word of advice for anyone who is planning on visiting Toyota of Orange.Make sure that the person who is setting up your appointment knows for certain that the car that you want to check out will be ready by X date. Otherwise, youll just be coming there and waiting for them to tell you that the car is not ready and head home wondering why youd come in the first place. Time is something that you can never get back friends. And your time doesnt matter when you are at Toyota of Orange. That concluded my complaint.*Spoiler AlertScroll down to see a Copy and Paste response from the Customer Relations Manager ensuring me that my experience at Toyota of Orange matters. And how truly sorry they are for the inconvenience. The statement will most likely conclude with and offer to Talk things Out. All of this pretty much translates to: Hey bro, better luck next time
The service was fine and fairly quick. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because the shuttle driver almost killed the group 3 times narrowly missing other cars and causing accidents. No exaggeration he almost caused 3 accidents that if not for the drivers of the other cars blaring their horns a swerving just in time we would have been seriously injured! So basically have work done on your car just plan on staying or getting a ride home. DO NOT TAKE THE SHUTTLE!
First time customer. I was initially shocked when I arrived at their opening time because there were a lot of customers. I did notice that they had more than ample amount of employees. I came in for first time service to check fluids and rotate tires. I was told that it would be approximately 1 1/2 hours before the car would be ready. I was asked if I needed a ride home, but I did not need one. As promised, approximately 1 1/2 hours later, I received a text that the car was ready. Considering all the craziness going around, I was very impressed of their professionalism and quick service.
My son had to have his truck towed into the dealership after hours due to 2 flat tires and potential wheel damage. Patrick contacted us first thing in the morning and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was professional, courteous, and 100% trustworthy. This was a situation where my son could have easily been taken advantage of. We will use Patrick and Toyota of Orange for all future service needs. Highly recommended.!
My old car had caught on fire and was a total loss. I did not have the time/patience to go around to different dealerships, so I contacted AAA and they recommended I try Toyota of Orange. The dealership assigned me a sales person and they knew exactly what I was looking for (from my conversation with AAA). I went in, we talked numbers and quickly took a look at a few cars. It was late and I left them to finish the numbers and advised Id be back in 2 days to make a final decision based on what they brought to the table. Two days later I received a call with exactly what I was hoping to hear. I got the car I wanted at the price range I needed. I was thrilled at how easy and quick it all was. Everyone was friendly, professional and accommodating. I know I will recommend them to anyone that needs a car and Ill continue to do business with them in the future. Thank you Toyota of Orange.
Our family will always come back to Toyota of Orange! We had a sour experience with a dealership more north, Dante went above and beyond getting us an amazing deal and in less than 10 minutes he blew the other dealerships offer away. I can’t express how appreciate we are of getting this done fast and easy. Dante and Rodrigo are A++!! They were honest, helpful, and concise.
Toyota of Orange needs to improve customer service especially Finance Department. It took way too long to get paper work done. I was there at 7:30 am and already had a car selected but I did not leave the lot until 7:30pm. We bought a Toyota that night. It should expedite and speed up the process around 30 minutes or less wait time. My husband Van and I were the last customer leaving the place on March 30.
Scheduled a test drive for the car I wanted. Salesman was not even interested in helping me out. Didnt let me drive it or even offer the test drive at all. His attitude was very unprofessional. Wasted my time and the energy was just so bad. Went to Toyota of Elmore and they helped me get the car I wanted for an amazing price. I recommend them in the city of Westminister. They treat you with respect and like a person. Best dealership in OC yeah right. Learn Customer service because without that youre nothing!!!!! Toyota of Elmore is the way to go!!!
I drove my parents to Toyota of Orange 🍊 to purchase their new vehicle and we are very thankful to have worked everything out as we wanted thanks to Tony Bonilla, this guy was super charismatic and funny. Shout out to him for having great customer service and making my Mom happy on her special day. Thank you Tony we appreciate your time and are very pleased with the new vehicle. I would definitely recommend him and the dealer we will definitely go back again in the future.
Took my 2014 Camry in for maintenance and new tires spent almost $2,000 on October 22nd left from work on October 30th the engine light came on pulled over let the car cool down check the oil there was no oil on the dipstick so apparently they lied about changing the oil probably the filter two and God knows what else this place is a joke we will never go there again they dont even deserve the one star
I took my 2019 4Runner in due to rodent damage. Patrick, a service consultant, was able to accommodate my busy work schedule. He was very communicative during the entire process. My Runner ended up needing a full engine harness. Patrick went through negotiations with insurance and got it all ironed out. While there the dealer completed my needed services. I went though and saw that all the engine cover hardware was in place. Some people have had issues with this at other dealers.Overall Im very happy with the work completed on my vehicle. I would have Toyota of Range service it again.
I bought a used car from Josue. He was very helpful, knowledgable, and honest. He did an excellent job. I feel like Josue and Patrick in Finance both went out of their way to make me feel like family. I got a good deal and would feel comfortable referring Toyota of Orange to friends and family. They had a large supply of vehicles and the process went quickly, and I didnt feel pressured. Thanks Josue and Patrick
The car buying process is not the most pleasurable, but Luis was an excellent help to getting the car I wanted! He was reasonable, fair, personable, and had a great sense of humor. Stewart took us for the test drive and was knowledgeable about the car I test drive which helped. Adrian the finance guy was so easy to talk to and honest. The three of them made me feel like I was making the right decision to buy that car. I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else. However, Peter their manager tried to increase the price $500 to wash out the rebate. Make sure you look at all your paperwork!
Every business tries to make money but theres a fine line of selling and exploiting people during a pandemic. The internet prices are not what is being offered. Please just save people time and put up the actual price versus putting a low price to get people to come in. Mark ups are at an average of 8k over the MSRP due to shortage here. This is the only Toyota dealership doing this mark up. Please shop around and dont settle to pay 8k extra. Lemon deals?
The experience with their Fleet/Internet Manager Robert Householder was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and efficient with the purchase process, but the experience with the Finance department was not satisfactory. The digital paperwork process took twice as long as it should, since it was new to them and they didn’t seem to understand the process. We had to do the sales contract twice, as it didn’t work the first time.
I appreciate the tenacity of the salesman, even as I gave him the ol one-two on the price. We came to an agreement where nobody was happy, which usually means they still made money. Haha! Getting to finance took a bit of time, since apparently there was a line to buy cars. After the sale, I couldnt help myself; I walked up to Caesar and told him,I thought about it and I dont want the truck anymore. The look was priceless! One thing though... The truck was still dirty after they got it prepped for me. I ended up grabbing one of their rags and doing some scrubbing myself on the interior. Maybe comp a car wash next time?
Abdi worked so hard until I finally picked my car. He offered a test-drive for every car I was interested in, and he showed me the features of the cars while driving. He made me feel comfortable and never obligated. He was dedicated to my satisfaction.First we met 10:30am-12:45pm. He showed me cars and explained them to me. We did test-drives, but since I still could not decide on a car and I had to go to work, we decided we will meet at 8:30pm. We did, and it was 11pm (he had to stay up late for me and my car!) by the time I was finally done with paper works (by the way, the finance man I worked with was patient and kind.) and ready to take my car. He made sure I know all the features of the car; he borrowed an iphone usb connector from his coworker to show me the Apple Carplay feature.Through all of these hours I spent with Abdi, he never once rushed me or showed his exhaustion or even a hint of frustration. He didn’t care about the clock and try to let me out of the place as soon as possible with a car. He waited and did the best he could. He was like a relative who really wanted to help me get a car that I liked.I am so thankful I got to meet Abdi and he was the person who worked with me to get my car. I jokingly told him that he has to be there when I get my next car at Toyota.Mac was another very fun, caring person I met at Toyota. I was late to my appointment, but he scheduled me another one without any problem. He made sure he stayed in contact with Abdi, and he called me to check how I was doing with him and the process.I was fortunate to have met genuine people at Toyota who helped me get a car for the first time on my own. I was never afraid nor felt like I was cheated because they worked hard and genuinely interacted with me.Thank you TOO. :)
I live about an hour away and I couldn’t have been more willing to travel the mileage to Toyota of orange for the amazing deal and quality service I received from Adrain, Jeff and his son Tyler! They helped my boyfriend and I find a car that was best for us and a great deal! I highly recommend getting in touch with them and finding the car you need without breaking the bank.
I just want to start off to say that if you are looking for a Toyota with a great deal and with professional staff this is place to go. We knew coming in that car dealing was going to be a little uncomfortable with any dealership. What we didnt realize is that how much other dealerships can be pushy, and downright mean, or non negotiable when it comes to purchasing a car. Let me just say that this was not the case here at Toyota of Orange. From our first e-mail exchange with the staff to leaving the lot with our brand new car, they were courteous, professional and happy to answer any questions we had. We were pretty much in and out within a few hours, and the shopping experience was so smooth it felt a little surreal to be honest. Lastly, just want to give a shout out to Dante Winters for helping us get the car. Theres a reason he has those awards on his desk and they are definitely not firewood ;)
My wife and I have gotten 2 cars from Toyota of orange now, the latest being this past Sunday and we had the please of working with Steve Lewis. He did a grest job getting the numbers where we wanted them as well as locating the vehicle we were looking for. The vehicle was in San bernadino and would take a little time to get to orange. Steve bought dinner for my wife and I while we waited. It was a bit of a longer process but in the end very painless. I will definitely work with Steve again and also refer anyone to him.
Contacted by Big Joe for a purchase of Prius Prime. The deal process was a breeze and finishing up the purchase was a pleasure. Big Joe is the guy to goto if youre looking into purchasing a Toyota. Ive gone through either leasing or purchasing 15 different vehicles over the past years, and he is definitely one of the best sales person.Thank you so much for your awesome work, Joe!!!
Purchased a used Tundra, the truck was in excellent shape and priced very well, good price equals a quick sale. The salesman Luis Reyna was very personable, imformative and easy to to work with no pressure. Didnt wait to long to get paperwork going, the finance guy was quick and low pressure. Very nice and clean dealership. Appreciate the feeling that they valued my time.
Working with Rico and Adrian at Toyota of Orange was a fast, easy and smooth process. This dealership keeps their lobby clean and sanitized with cleaning crews actively cleaning throughout the day so there is never a worry about cleanliness. With the purchase of my 4th Toyota, I was able to complete the majority of the car buying process by phone, text and email, so that once I arrived at the dealership my vehicle was ready for pick up. Buying a vehicle at Toyota of Orange is so simple and straightforward it was almost enjoyable. If you are looking for a dealership with superior customer service, excellent inventory and unbeatable prices, I would recommend Toyota of Orange without hesitation.
I Highgly recommend Toyota of Orange. They have an excellent line up of Staff who have delivered me and my family a truly excellent service that is worth the trust in my family and friends. I only come to Toyota of Orange for all my auto purchase and service needs and they never fail to deliver. My recent transaction is with Jeff Pena whose always given us excellent service. Thank you again Jeff. I consider him a family friend and a good asset to this company.
New car I got has problems where it does not get gas. I went to multiple gas statations to see if it was the station but its not. Now it has 5000 miles on it because I was lucky it ended up working itself out at that time. This time its definitely not going to work itself out for its literally like 5 miles away from not having gas.I Will BE SUEING IF IT IS NOT FIXED. I CONTACTED A LAWER TODAY.
Buying a car is a big decision and not necessary an easy one but i can say Allison Maxon made this purchase enjoyable.....I love my new car and the process was GREAT. she was honest, upfront, no headache and no hidden costs. Service, and professionalism was amazing and something you usually dont see these days.....Thank you Allison
Hi level service, honesty, courtesy and attention are things my service advisor Danny Herrera never comprises on with me as a customer. 5+ years strong, and I followed him from Tustin. The rest of the staff is professional and courteous as well, but Danny Herrera is the main why my friends, family and extended family do our car service and repairs @ Toyota of Orange. My expectations always have been excedeed, every visit.
VERY DISAPPOINTED ,THE MECHANIC BROKE MY VEHICLE.(REALLY)I THOUGHT THAT BY PAYING THE EXTRA MONEY AT THE DEALERS THE SERVICE ON MY VEHICLE WOULD BE TOP NOTCH.ALSO I WAS RECOMMENDED UNNECESSARY SERVICES BY TELLING ME THINGS WERE BROKEN.TO THEIR SURPRISE I KNOW MORE ABOUT CARS THAN THEY THOUGHT.SADLY THEY LOST MY BUSINESS.
Toyota of Orange sales staff gained my confidence in doing business on a 2019 Highlander. As always do your homework 1st. Be careful of shark and pushy finance mgr., as they try to up sell many other things besides negotiated price. Good follow-up from their staff. Good service staff.
Excellence in customer service, I comment Jeff for staying on top on everything. He made sure that customer’s concern are take good care of with diligence and honesty. And for Toyota of Orange , wishing you more power to your business. In addition to the service rendered every time I stop by, Jose is highly engage with the customer satisfaction, he is also making sure that his client is take good care of. And of course Edward Reyes the guy with a kind heart, I well respected gents that always do everything possible to help and save his customer to the fullest. Good job Toyota of Orange you deserved it , Thank you for all your effort in exhibiting excellent customer service to everyone.
Great cars. Great service. Great customer interaction. I love the free coffee and cookies while you wait. And free bottled water from the machine, can you believe it?! And free shuttle if you can’t wait. And reminder calls for your appointment (not that I’d forget!😊). And a free car wash! Thank you so much for all this!
I had an experience with Toyota of Orange that I was very disappointed with and a representative by the name of Samantha Zavala was absolutely amazing! She contacted me immediately and was extremely nice and flexible with communication options and she completely rectified the situation and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will continue to commute from out of state to continue my regular maintenance with Toyota of Orange.I have been a customer of Toyota of Orange for more than 10 years i have brought 4 vehicles from this location and i will continue to purchase my vehicles from this location.Thank you Toyota of Orange.
I bought a car here from Luis Reyna, an internet manager for the dealership. He was kind to both my wife and I and extremely knowledgable. The experience at the dealership was great, everyone was extremely courteous and Id recommend anyone who is looking for a used car to ask for Luis.
I recently bought my first car from Toyota orange, I came from out of town just to come to orange because I knew I would get the best deal. Caesar Graces was my salesman he did such a wonderful job. Excellent service and made my first time getting a new car so easy and fast. He understood what I needed and showed me all of my options. Also Doug Hill from finance did a excellent job and made it a smooth process for me. He was very patient and had no problem answering any questions or concerns I had. Thank you both so much for the excellent service ! I will be back to buy more from Toyota orange.
Great customer service and not pushy. We went in over a month ago to look at a 2019 4Runner and we needed a couple more weeks until we could actually purchase the car. Willy was able to assist to our every need and only reached out about 3 times within that month. The entire process was about 3 hours and we were out of the dealership with a new car! Couldn’t be happier with our first experience at a dealership. Highly recommended.
Steve Lewis and Patrick Wright absolutely hooked me up with a brand new 2021 Tundra that got delivered the same day to the lot. In a time when every truck has a dealer markup (if you can even find it) he gave me an exceptional deal since my family has been coming here for 30 years, and for good reason. I drove an extra 20 miles to come here rather than going to the toyota dealer 2 miles from my house. Come here for no bs and a great deal.
Toyota of Orange made my buying experience effortless if that makes sense... Steve Lewis was my sales guy and took care of me... I literally broke down on my way to the dealership. he was quick to reply and help me out. He towd my car from where it broke down and got me a lyft to the dealership. At the end of the day drove off in a new 2021 Prius PRIME and myLOVING IT... Thank you Toyota of Orange and will definitely recommend to any one and will be a long time customer.
Best dealer to go to! Every time I have came in either for the service on my vehicle or just to make a payment, I receive the best customer service. The lead for service department Patrick is awesome! helped me in every way he could. Also the tech Randy that worked on my car made sure my car was completely fine and that there was no problem with it.

2022-03-16Steve was so helpful, understanding, and cooperative to sell me my car! I had an amazing experience, any questions I had were answered, and explained. It was overall an amazing experience and I am so happy I purchased my car through Toyota of orange. I tried to go to another Toyota dealer and had nothing but problems and was met with rudeness instead. Not here though! It was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend purchasing a car through here and with Steve. Vince from financial services was also very kind and helpful, and understanding as well! I am very pleased with the experience I had here. Remember no lemons when you buy with orange!

2022-05-11I was able to work with Miguel, Lily, and German during our car purchasing experience. They made this process simple and enjoyable. From the moment we met with Miguel he had us laughing and feeling like we had been friends for years. He was able to get us the price on the car that we wanted. We are two happy customers!

2021-12-03Toyota Of Orange is the only place I would ever go to purchase a car. I have been a customer of theirs since I got my license. Recently they contacted me to end my lease early to see if I wanted to get into a new vehicle. After working with Miguel and Reza and them being so gracious and patient with me, they gave me the best deal on a brand new RAV4.The whole process was so easy and quick and I know that I can fully trust everyone here at Toyota Of Orange. The Toyota Care that comes along with the vehicle makes all the difference for me as well. The Finance Department with Adrian was seamless and quick! He explained everything thoroughly and I was on my way with my new car in about one hour.I also love coming here to get my services with their service department. if you are considering buying a car I highly suggest Toyota as their vehicles are the most reliable and will last the longest. And the place to get your Toyota is at Toyota Of Orange!Ask for Miguel at Toyota of Orange and get a good deal on a great car!

2022-01-31Took my car for service but also wanted to check on a noise I was hearing while steering. My service advisor, Patrick, definitely made sure to follow up with me every step of the way providing me with a loaner vehicle and sending me updates throughout the week. 10/10 would recommend as issue was resolved being covered under extended warranty.

2022-02-14I understand these dealerships need to make revenue or profit, but when a dealership tries to add 10k of markup thats where I draw the line. Its frustrating that dealers like this waste your time.(This was a week ago)Update 2/13/22:Wow, never thought In a million years I’d be writing this but after a couple discussion, a couple phone calls and such. We finally made ends meet where we both had an agreement. I’m lucky and honored to say that I purchased the vehicle. I really want to take the time to thank Jack VanNieulande and Christian Rojas for handling this whole situation very professionally and calmly. Those two gentlemen really changed my perception on Toyota of orange. From going to a 1 star, to a 5 star after that. If anyone wants to ever swing by Toyota of orange , or ever interested. Definitely go check out those two. Thanks again gentlemen, cheers!

2022-03-31This review is long overdue as this dealership has provided me with some of the smoothest experiences I have ever had at a dealership. The service provided by just about everyone on staff is phenomenal as I never feel lost or ignored when handling an issue with my Supra. The man in charge of all my projects, Shawn, has taken care of me in a handful of ways including installing some genuine TRD parts (Spoiler, Rear Side Spoilers, Rear Damper, and an exhaust system). The fitment always comes out flawless and they have yet to cause damage to my car even when tackling bigger projects like this one. Shawn has even handled smaller projects like an oil change or missing screw with such haste and care that I am impressed with everything. It’s honestly a real treat to receive the kind of service they provide here.Toyota of Orange has set the standard for what I hope to receive in terms of service from a dealership and I plan on coming here for all of my Supra needs. Special shout out to Shawn and Octavio (Parts) as they have helped me love my car more and more each visit. See you guys soon!- Tim
