I had a great experience with Nick today in the company dispatch was super polite and friendly give me a good deal and actually cancel the day before and they didn’t charge because if he and the next day we did a service highly recommended

Waited over 2 1/2 hours for tow truck when they told me theyd only be 45-60 minutes. I had to call another tow company because towing c v wasnt answering and was able to get towed by a different company before towing c v even called me back. Still waiting on my refund since they had me pay over the phone before i even got towed. Wouldnt recommend

Towing C V was fast, friendly, and fairly priced. My first time having to tow my car and it was painless. Never a fun call but they made it as easy as can be.

Called about a service to have my wife dead battery changed out. $49 service charge and $35+ for install depending on time. The battery cost was $104. So i was thinking the most $190. The tech aka tow truck driver called me within 5 min and was going over prices and stay more like $300 or more seriously OR MORE and couldnt give me a set $ amount just to change and replace the battery. I told him i didnt want to use their services then id figure out something else. I called the main office and talk to a rude and combative person on the phone that i would be charged now $49 cancellation fee. I said why should i pay a cancellation fee because nothing was done or the tech didnt do anything. 5 min after talking to the main office i canceled. I ended paying only $185 with another service so talk about price gouging. I would avoid these people at all costs they will rip you off and you will have to pay double for a simple call.

Waaaaaaaaay over price. You are better off having Tripple AAA for 50 bucks a year. They told me 45 mins and this was at 330pm. The tow truck did not get to me until 530pm. The driver missed so many turns and caused me to be late. Never again, call around before making a final choice on a towing. I kept asking for the price and they never even told until after charged me.

I called this company last night around 2am i was stuck on the freeway with a flat tire. I called about 5 different companies everyone said it would take around an hour to get to me. I finally got a hold of C V towing and their driver was to me within 20 mins. And they charged me a very good price and their driver was very friendly. If i ever need a tow again i know who too call. Thanks C V towing for your great service. I would highly recommend them to any one. Very friendly and professional.
