Staff was friendly and helpful, but ultimately they rented me a tool with a malfunctioning part, so a lower rating this time around. I had to take it back and spent the better part of an hour while they tried to find a replacement part. Then someone returned a like tool and they swapped it out, so were good.Also the tech wasnt wearing his face mask, and I would have been more comfortable if he had. People need to remember that wearing a mask isnt to protect themselves from exposure, it is in case they are a carrier to protect others. And after playing golf yesterday where the course disinfects carts between uses it surprised me they didnt wipe down the replacement tool, so I will.Overall our experience there has been positive and the staff helpful. Now hopefully the replaced tool will do the job!

Customer service should be their main priority but seems like its not!! From the tool rentals to the returns department they need to get some training and realize that the CUSTOMER COMES FIRST!

The guy at the tool rental place was on the company phone on what seemed to be a personal call and disregarded us.
