Returned a sprint phone here to ship out was informed it never was never shipped and was stolen from the store most likely (thats what t mobile/ sprint saysUodate: sprint T-Mobile says its escalated it further as funny enough I found more backing evidence it was returned and the store is staying silent so lets keep it going. Sorry for the other people who suffered issues of theft from here like the missing pc components review etc.
Now that the holidays are over, I wanted to give a shout out to the employee by the name of Lupe, who was very helpful and patient with me. I own a small business, and I had a lot of packages to ship out, and Lupe offered to help me bring in most of my packages into the store. She was also able to check in my packages in a timely manner and was very organized with my receipts and tracking information.
Seen that this place had a lot of bad reviews, but I had to give it a try since its close to home. The worker Anthony took his time explaining to me about their policy and letting me know that my package may not be delivered on time, which is understandable during the holidays. But the good thing is that my package was delivered on time and he also helped me out by recommending me different shipping options.
Long story short i think this store stole my computer part and shipped me an empty box instead. I have been in contact with the store and corporate for A WHOLE YEAR NOW only to keep getting the same answers... We are waiting for corporate to get back to us So i call corporate to see whats going on and they tell me We are waiting for the store to get back to usSeems like a whole lot of stalling to get you to give up on getting a refund on a package that the store PACKAGED AND SHIPPED only to come empty. If i could give ZERO stars i definitely would. Ive shipped with ups many times and never have i had an issue like this.... If anyone higher up sees this get with me cuz i want my 800$ back.
PLEASE DO NOT SHIP UPS!!!!!!!! I explained that this was my first time shipping. After someone packaged my contents, another person came to ring me up. She asked me some questions, then decided upon herself what type of shipment I needed despite me requesting ground. She took advantage of my ignorance and provided zero information despite me requesting it several times. She then overcharged me a service I did not request and because I was leaving for the airport, I had ship my package. I left and found that I was coerced into a higher price, I reported it, but their corporate office genuinely doesn’t care about their customers. -50/10 Please don’t ship with UPS, they lie and take advantage of customers. I’m out $500 because of this.
This is the worst worst Wosrst experience I have ever had.2 worst ladies and this is the worst experience I had with UPS. NEVER GO TO this store.They forced me to call UPS corporate to pick up my friends comcast package because my friend is out of state. I provided everything and every information requested. I showed them this email and the text msg ups sent to me. They REFUSED to see and help. And being ignorant. UPS Corporate Asked them to release But they do not release and still asked my friend to come in person to pick up package herself.
Came to UPS on this lovely Monday morning. I never been to a UPS Store that was so relaxed and quiet. I didn’t have to wait in NO lines, the lady who helped me right away ask HI how can I help you today. Which I needed to get copies and I needed to scan and email some documents, which she helped me with. It was so easy I was in and out in 10 minutes.Thank you UPS Store I will be back again soon.
I had an amazing experience here I give it five stars if I could give it more I would I really recommend 100% great customer service With Anthony and Brianna they have awesome customer service I will definitely be coming here for my packages they are super friendly and helpful thank you so much !!
The manager at the ups store spent 1 hour trying to locate my package since the I payed for the shipping at the store. I was able to have the Manager help me file investigation and get my $$$ back since I put a declared value of $300.00 which is not bad.Brianna was super friendly and helpful. I will for sure come back to this location, since I know the staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank you brianna for making my day easy and not having to worry about UPS CORPORATE...Thanks again ;)
I wish there were more UPS stores around so there will be a healthy competition so the store owner or staff can be a bit better at customer service. I came here a few times but was never met with a smile or friendly hello. The wait is generally long. I just never feel welcomed here.
Came to UPS Store this morning and was helped by a young lady to do a fax and to print off a few pages from my email. I emailed her the pages and she printed them for me $3.00 service for her to print and $0.59 per page to print which is reasonable.Never had no problems here always nice ladies working here and very helpful.

Hi how can i help you , do you want receipt and when i leave yup you too but i never had any bad experience with the little shorty blonde lady. She isnt much of a talker but not everyone is. Just give her a chance and you will see a good side.
Joke of a store, staff was useless. Staff member stated that it was not their problem UPS tracking indicated package was delivered to their store that morning when attempting pick up that evening. Informed me to call corporate office. The brown color goes with the s*#t service. Laughable....
Thank you Brianna and Mary for being so helpful yesterday. Iv seen how busy you guys get and how helpful you lady’s were to get customers in and out. I was amazed, thank you for taking your time doing my Notary and helping me return my Comcast Units. Will definitely come again.
Horrible experience and will never return! Who charges for tape on an amazon return? When I told them to take the item out out of the box and wrap it them themselves they said they would then charge me for the label they printed prematurely. The lady was completely ignorant and I will never step foot in there again!
Amazing customer service. Really nice and knowledgeable staff.I had originally ping ponged back and forth from one UPS store to another, and no one could help me, but this location did! The staff (Brianna especially) were incredibly helpful and knew exactly how to accomplish what I needed without making a fuss.Thank you all at that location, you are some serious life savers!
Only one because i cant put a negative. Will never go back. New owners are crooks and have no problem stealing your money. I mailed something ups, paid for it, wrote down the info so they would get it right, but they still didnt! I went back looking for my package and they had it. They NEVER NOTIFIED ME. their person put in the info wrong. They even admitted to firing this person because he messed up billings. But then had the outright nerve to tell me i had to pay AGAIN to send my package for the second time! What!? You never sent it the first time. They were so rude and Im shocked ups treats people like this. Disgusting
2 ladies in this office were very rude and would not help me. I had a face covering on , but the lady said i needed a face mask. sign says face mask or face covering must be worn. so i leave. Then notice both employees facemasks off, one is cleaning other is counting money. just wanted to send my modem back to spectrum. thanks ups
Lady that took our pick ip slip had no name tag, yes professionalism and pride to what she was doing as ups representative, unhappy looking lady. very rude to me and my son who happen to puck up a package that was under my son’s name. I being the parent of. minor was there to represent to pick up the package was there. the lady repeatedly said that he (pointing yo my son) can not pick up the package because he is a minor. I told her that I am here as his parent. she looked at us and said, next time, it has to be under your name(pointing at me again) because he (pointing at my son again) is a minor. MISS! or UPS! that is beyond our control if this package was a gift! the lady pointed at me again asking me, are you the mom? i said yes! that is why i am here, i replied. the lady pointed at me again asking for my ID. i provided her my ID and followed up with my son’s ID. the lady said, we can not use that unless he has an ID. oh! she did not recognized a school ID! and repeatedly she said, “next time it has to be under your (pointing at me again) name”.what is with the pointing and what do you not understand that I am there, present to represent him
WORST SERVICE EVER ! Dont recommend anyone to go there at all . They told me I needed account number to return my at&t box and they couldnt run it by my name . But that was all bs they all seem in a bad mood for some reason , if you want go SERVICE head on over to the one on capitol and Mclaughlin the employees there give excellent service. Ups you need to get rid of those employees asap ! Thank you

Went in to have a documented printed which i emailed the store. Done this often at many locations. Website tells me this is this standard practice.Clerk said she wouldnt print PDFs the store email received.0/10 will not come back. Ive used this service of various UPS Stores for years. To be told, No to a service advertised online is mildly outrageous.

Came to the UPS Store this afternoon, and there was a young blonde lady at the counter she immediately said hi how can I help you and I asked her to make me copies so she said copy machine is in the front it’s self service. I said ok, I made my copies and paid $1 for 4 copies thank you UPS team for making it easy for me.
Thank you Brianna and Mary for the wonderful service today. The little blonde lady helped Mary by packaging up some artwork frames while Mary was processing the shipping. I don’t understand why this store has bad reviews but these two ladies are very nice, I will be coming again soon. Thank you for the awesome team work
This please smells so bad. I came in and no one at the counter. I decided to call for help. She took my staff which I was returning to att and I asked her if she is supposed to check it with attitude she said dont worry I saw it. Really ! I was expecting for someone to check the serial number but she didnt . So I decided to take a picture for evidence that I dropped at this location. I will call att and explain the situation. UPS company needs to close this station.They dont even deserve even one star
Very bad customer experience, not a smile, it seems I was bothering the clerk. I was looking for a notary public, but this UPS store does not do notary public but Google reports it does. The clerk could not even refer me to another UPS store doing notary public, the one on Snell does. I will never go back, I advise everybody to the UPS store on Snell
Had a nice and very friendly clerk but the price to ship this 16x20 picture frame was 3x the cost the frame was? Blew me away. I can return this to Amazon and then re-order it and have it shipped up there for free. Or I found it at the store but was cheaper on Amazon. However will still come out ahead just buying it when I get up there. You are insane for those prices

On Tuesday May 22, 2018 1810. The short, curly red haired counter person is extremely very rude! I said, Hello! when I entered the store. She responded with a ride, cold stare and scale!. Not even, Please place it on the scale, never mind a hi. She will turn customers away! Fire her.
Customer Service....what customer service. Brianna is so rude and short with people I can not stand this place. I opened a mail box and now totally regret it. I closed the mail box as soon as possible and elect to take my business elsewhere. I HIGHLY recommend NOT using this location.
I had a package delivered to this UPS location/store on 08/05/2022 for pickup. I called the store and told them that I was not going to pick up it and asked them to have it returned to the sender. They told me I had a week to pick it up. A week later, I called back again to check and the packaged was still not returned. And today 08/18/2022, the package was still at the store and not returned to the sender.

2022-04-07Staff is not the friendliest. Rented a box and was given the wrong box number (the number given was already rented by someone else). No apology ever offered for the huge inconvenience this caused me. I had to pay out of pocket for this error upon submitting a change of address (due to wrong box number) with entity I was doing personal business with!

2022-06-07If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service.I had one package to return to Amazon, and didn’t realize that you need to tape up the box, thinking that they need to verify what’s in the box first. Sorry my mistake, but not only did the girl in orange/blonde hair with a bun give so much attitude, but all she had to do was let me use about 1 foot of tape (which was right behind her) to complete the transaction. Instead she refused to let me use the stores tape, made me go out, buy tape, tape it up, then she would scan the code and complete the return.Horrible customer service and such a cheap location. I rather drive farther to a different location. Wouldn’t be surprised if this location shuts down.

2022-05-20Return a defective item. Seller say pack in original box. This store refuse to accept it unless I repack in a box they would sell to me. Go to another UPS, accepted as is, no problems. Desperate to make sales? This is nonsense and poor service.BTW the box was brand new, absolutely no damage, and it was packed properly. Just sorry excuse for poor service.

2020-05-13Completely rude staff. Apparently only caries one size box. Was not helpful and this wasnt the first time either. I highly recommend speaking with ur employees about being polite and helpful. Also get some more size boxes ur a ups store for crying out loud

2022-06-07Yesterday came to ups around 5 pm the 2 ladies that were helping customers were super nice. I waited in line for about 6 mins because they were super busy this time of year. I had to print a label and ship my amazon package back and they lady was super helpful. Thank youAfter 1 year ago came back to the ups store to ship out some gifts, had another good experience with a lady that helped me she was very helpful and polite. 2022-08-09The only way to print something is by sending an email to their public computer and printing from it. So you have to login to your email or create a temporary email for this.

2022-05-13Like others I had a package containing a cellphone return go missing from.this store t mobile claims it was never scanned in but I dropped it off in person to this location and now Im on the hook.for the bill. Please avoid this location they have something going on as other reviews mention items being stolen or misplaced
