Just wanted to recognize Rich Longoria for his outstanding customer service and for going above and beyond for me, especially considering how close to closing it was... I couldnt have been more grateful for his exceptional service, professionalism, and just awesome attitude.
Im conflicted on whether I should call this place a rip-off or a joke... Hmmmm.... To mail a package under 5lbs is $254?!? I took the same item to the US Postal Service, and they only charged $18 to mail it to Hawaii. FYI: cost of the item brand new.... $250. Why would anyone pay more to ship an item then it costs?? (Its rhetorical, so no need for a response from the owner)I went to the UPS Store website, and I now have proof this store is ripping people off.See photo attached: they attempted to charge me far more then the UPS Stores website said...Seriously, Ive left very few negative reviews, so I dont do this lightly. Yes, in making fun of the situation; nevertheless, I do so only out of frustration. This place is a scam for anyone willing to donate their hard earned money.
Went to go get a live scan done at this location. Website says they offer it until 6:30pm I get there around 5:55pm and they said no they wont do it because It would take to long. How long does it take to scan some finger prints? The UPS worker didnt offer another day or time to come back and get it done he just started walking away from me so I had to ask. Poor customer service and lazy people.
I am giving this review due to I arrived at the store at 6:25pm after I rushed here to make it before they closed at 6:30pm.I walked in the door and they already Closed early. The man said the system was down already. If the business hours online and on the door state they are open until 6:30pm then they should not be turning customers away. BAD BUSINESS.
This is the worst UPS store ever. The UPS employee called RICHARD is the worst you will come across. I shipped my package which had some important documents suppose to go to the passport office, which never reached. Neither the store nor UPS took the responsibility of it. It has been 3 months and I still haven’t got my refund back on the claim I made. Every time I go to the store there is only one response, that we will give you a call once we have some info. BUT THEY NEVER CALL. STORE MANAGER please look at the reviews your store has been getting and predict the kind of work your employees are doing. PATHETIC!!! And this is not the first time.
Contacted UPS Store @ Del Paso Rd 130 in Sacramento to track packages shipped from their location/store, without the tracking #. Unfortunately our Companies Tracking Receipt was lost. However Rich - Sales Associate @ the UPS Store took my call and provided me such excellent customer service. Rich located or tracking number under Customer Contact info, tracked our missing package within seconds and was able to help us file or claim within minutes.Very professional and polite. Great Customer Service is very hard to find these days. Had a friend ship me a package overnight from this location. Paid $130. Package got delayed (not the stores fault) so I was entitled to a refund. Went to a more local store to get assistance and the manager called this store to get the ball rolling on the refund. Very obvious the guy on the phone didnt want to help. So ended up going to the store and told we were too late to request a refund but that they would try - I requested a refund within the time frame but on the phone!. After many calls to UPS and the store, finally got my check of $115. Given the hassle I already went through, didnt even bother asking about the extra $15. Dont recommend this store - go to another location of possible but I will likely not use UPS again. Oh, when I did get the package, it was sliced open and the material inside was sliced too. Never heard back from UPS on this either.
Just left this UPS store and talk about Horrible service! Me and my husband brought our amazon package to UPS to return it and amazon said to go to the store and they will print the label. When I get there we tell the clerk we want to return our package and put the package on the counter and the clerk just looks at us. To break the awkward silence I asked how do we print the label we haven’t done it here before he then lies and tells us we have to log on to the computer which charges us and print the label from online. I said that doesn’t sound accurate we will go back home and do it.Once we are back in the car I re-read the Amazon instructions and it says to show the return code to the clerk for them to scan which will then produce a FREE label. We took our business to a different UPS store and the clerk there helped us immediately without me having to bring up what Amazon’s site says or anything he just provided honest helpful service. I will never bring my business back to this Del Paso UPS store whoever the guy is that is working this Monday shift on 1/20/20 at 1840 needs to be retrained.
Worst UPS store ever! My office is 2 doors down from this store ste 100 and our packages get dropped off there by UPS drivers to ste 130. We trace package and it shows it was signed and received by this location by Rodriguez one of the employees. You go and ask them for your package and the say they didnt receive it. When we make a claim with UPS and its traced, its been sitting in their store for 20 DAYS and they are too lazy to look. This has happened 3 times in 6 months by me personally. My co- workers all have experienced this same scenario several times.UPS needs to investigate this. First of all their driver that delivers this route cant read and deliver at the right suite number. The people at the UPS store are so rude and obnoxious. They need Customer service training and UPS training. Disgusting Service!
Very very poor and bad service. If you want your package to be deliver please use any other carrier but not UPS. They loose packages very often and easily. Its so easy for them to say you can file a claim but that cant replace important documents or things that are valuable to you. Just be cautious and stay away from them.
Today I called the store to talk about having a calendar printed I was told they can do itBut after getting there and logging into the computer I was told the only thing they can do would be to print single sided And if I wanted to do double sided with heavy paper it was going to be almost $2 a page I told him this was not what they told me.To make matters worse they still charged me for the computer time even though they did not give me any service .Incredibly rude people work at this store it is deftly something UPS should investigate as these are representatives of UPS .I strongly recommend using fedex over at troxel less than half the price And the people there are super nice and helpful
I have my PO Box over there. And i never carry keys. Employees working there always grab for me. They are very nice & well behaved. They have more services too like passport photo, fingerprints so according to me if they take time thats because somethings does take a time. I love to go there & i am honestly giving my 5 stars to all employees working there.
The owner Cashmere that owns this branch is very dishonest and untrustworthy he took 400$ if my hard earned money that I paid to Have a package delivered 1st class mail and a week later after I get emails saying the package was delivered I get a call from him saying that the packages were sent back and never delivered. I currently an out of state and have no way to pick up the packages so I kindly asked why they did not at least leave the packages at the ups pick up center in the town I shipped them to and he would not answer and gave me the run around. I have packages delivered all the time and that is what they will normally do. I then asked if he could send them to me at my ups pick up center since the packages were never delivered as paid for and he refused to do so and said he would charge me another 400$ again, also he so stated I have less than 7 days to come back from out of state to pick them up or he will charge my Credit Card a daily storage fee. This is outright criminal. I have done business with UPS many times and they are normally very reliable and get the job done but this branch and this owner Cashmere is an outright crook and should not be able to own a UPS franchise. I currently own a small business and would never speak or treat any customer in this matter. I am currently going to contact Corp UPS and the dept of cunsomer affairs but at this point I will never go to this branch of UPS again they have lost my business for life and I recommend anyone else go to the other branch in Natomas if they need to use their services that way you do not get ripped off like me.
★★★★★ Service is so bad i cant even give them one star.I sent a package ,via UPS on 4/4/16 and now its the 14th and the package hasnt arrived yet, but wait it gets worst. I was tracking the package and notice that they had an issue with the address. I called them to try to help them get the the address right. I was told that they would intercept the package and send it to the right address. that i would receive a call when that happen. my package was delivered to an address 300 miles away. theyve been trying to retrieve the package for two days now. LIKE ITS STILL GOING TO BE THERE!!!! NEVER AGAIN! IDIOTS!To top it off, I was told I couldnt get a full refund. This experience has been very disappointing.
Buffooooooons! They received a 13 pound package addressed to me that contained perishables and they set it in a corner where it sat . . . until four days later when I learned from the sender that I had a package at this location. The staff then showcased their competence and service-orientation by saying its okay. Had the package been here past the grace period we would have sent it back to the sender for you. And that is helpful how?
The notary refused to accept a current active duty military ID and then refused a current state drivers license because it annotated a military expiration exception. He called the federal notary office who confirmed that both forms of ID were satisfactory and still refused to process paperwork. Even showed him two .gov websites that invalidated his claim. Horrible customer service and giant waste of time.
This place is really really bad bussines.I lost $1500 on a package that they miss up and they wont ever going to pay me back.Dont go to this store u wont be happy..Really nice when u walk in , but as soon as something happens they ast like they have never seeing you before..
Pickup and pack and shipping , terrible, 30 laptops cost me more than 1800 CAD, my god, I told the store total value is 5000, now ups charge me on the tax around $2500, I need UPS to correct this, the store 5111 ask me to call ups support line, support line ask me to talk to the store 5111, its totally a nightmare
Went to get my fingerprints taken, kid who did them was friendly named Alonzo or something like that. Afterwards i did some cutting and as i was leaving i thank the two other guys who were there and they just stood there and didnt answer. Plain rude. Wont ever be going back there.

2022-06-09I LOVE this store!! I get all my UPS packages delivered here and return all my packages here! Employees are very kind! They have even helped me by providing a dolly and helping me get packages to my car! They seem well organized and don’t ignore customers that come in like some stores I have seen!Not a fan of the parking lot but that is a city problem. I have never had any issues with my packages I ship or have picked up!Marcus seems to always be working the front when I come in, he is great and provides great customer service!Super happy with this UPS store, I highly recommend!

2022-03-06I cannot share with you all the wonderful experience I had with this UPS Location and its two employees Richard and Marcus. Simply put - they were outstanding. Why? Because they cared. I had 11 boxes of Stuff that had to be shipped to the Midwest. Lets be honest... Moving sucks. However, everything I needed was here. They really went above and beyond and made this move a very positive and welcome experience.

2022-04-18Disappointed that both times I have come the customer service is visibly terrible not just for me but other patrons as well.If you can, spend the additional few minutes to visit a different UPS store to give your business.One new staff member was being trained and didn’t have an answer for a customer ahead of me. When the trainee asked another employee with glasses for insight, the customer’s answer came without any eye contact or projection. The customer was frustrated and had a poor experience. In my observation, I felt bad for both the new hire and that customer.When it was my turn I received a similar brusque approach in performing my Amazon return even though I was aided by an 3rd staff person. I returned two items without boxes. The third item I was informed apparently needed a box to complete the shipping. However instead of any courtesy or customer service, the large Hispanic staff person completing the transaction told me “learn to read buddy” when I asked where it said I needed a box. Which still remains confusing because the man said “I just know” even though it was a QR code like the other odd shaped packages and the Amazon site confirms the employee can just scan the code and complete the return, and neither the shipping label or return authorization document are necessary.Instead I contacted Amazon directly to perform a free Kohls drop off around the corner on Del Paso and without a box, had zero issue.I have delivered 2 stars because my other 2 Amazon returns without boxes and a QR, which were accepted free of charge and a receipt for those was indeed printed.I’d recommend to the store owner some different staff and additional customer service training for the new minimum wage employees.

2022-03-06Marcus and Richard assisted us with incredible care for packages we sealed and were working hard to deliver cross country! They not only helped us understand the label creation and shopping process for custom boxes but were patient with us as we worked to apply a discount code for more than 10 boxes total. They were rock stars, friendly and were able to navigate a complex tech issue as well. Would absolutely go to this location again for my shipping needs, if I wasn’t moving back to the Midwest! Thank, y’all!

2022-03-23This is my preferred UPS store. It’s almost always busy but the service is nice. I went in today to get a large package shipped. The box that I had was not taped and barely closing. I was assisted by Marcus who taped my box up and walked me through the process of shipping my box out of state. Will definitely continue to come to this store.

2022-03-22I use this UPS location for work in Natomas, and Markus is usually the employee assisting me. He is unfailingly helpful and friendly, and I appreciate his excellent customer service. Even though this location is typically busy, the line goes quickly. Also, I have to say that the store is always very clean and organized.

2022-03-23Markus and Rich are always accommodating, friendly and professional. These two associates are the reasons why I have maintained a PO Box there. Markus and Rich has always greeted me and my family members by name and always welcoming. Markus has even gone above and beyond to assist me to my car when I have multiple packages on many occasions.

2022-03-24MARKUS was AaaaMAZING! Now days everyone wants to give rushed service. As a customer seems like your just another number or dollar now days but Markus brought back that old school personable customer service when people actually cared. He was patient, atrentive,personable, informative, thorough and friendly. He even shared quick stories about his kid relatives as he listened to quick stories about my kids. It felt like the neighborhood mail house again. This world needs more Markuss!!
