2022-05-03Great experience with customer centered service! I was assisted by Nathan, who helped me out close to closing with finger prints. Despite the time involved with the process, he was more than happy to assist. 10/10 will come back for future business.

2022-08-18This UPS location stole the $300 paintball gun I dropped off with Amazon QR code return label. Amazon said that this shop gave me a tracking number that doesn’t match the QR code Amazon provided.When I called this shop back. The girl on the phone said that usually they group everything into one tracking number that goes back to Amazon so that’s why the tracking number they gave me is not exactly a tracking number. And that she will have a manager call me. Which never happened!!!I returned other product today from Amazon at another UPS store. And they said the same thing. That they group everything together. But got my refund within 10 minutes of scanning the QR code.So I guess one explanation. They store my $300 package!UPDATE:The manager claimsSomeone left me a voicemail which has not happened!

2022-07-19I have a lot of packages coming to this Ups store as I’m a mailbox customer because of a recent move and didn’t have a new place picked out yet to move in, so I rented a mailbox for $200 which has been proven a waste of money because they aren’t recognized by SMUD or USPS. Also whenever I come in to pickup my packages which I was already advised they are there, the young man at the counter acts so put out by my request to go look for my packages and always gives inaccurate information to me to not have to look for my packages.

2018-08-13After missing a delivery on Friday, I went in store on Saturday to pick it up. Was told by an employee after he walked into a closet and glanced at two boxes that my package wasn’t there, I told him I had a ready for pick up email and he said that sometimes packages get marked ready when they’re not, try again Monday. I email customer service Saturday, they call me on Monday morning to tell me that my package is there, ready to be picked up, and had been since Friday. I go back in on Monday, my package is there but the blonde lady behind the counter (who was of course not wearing a name tag) told me I couldn’t pick it up because they were going to return it to sender. I tell her that’s not right, that I had spoken to customer service just that morning and been told that I could pick it up. She said that they can’t release it, but it will be returned to the sender in about 24 hours. I ask her for the number to customer service, she writes down a number, though not the one for customer service, which I found out after walking back to my car. Luckily it’s 2018 so I was able to find the correct number and speak to someone at customer service, who called the store directly and told them to release my package to me. After being on the phone in the parking lot for fifteen minutes, I walk back in to FINALLY obtain my parcel, at which point the lady didn’t even have the decency to apologize or finish the transaction!After all that, the package had clearly been opened and run over at some point. I am very unhappy with the service I received from the in store employees and will reroute future deliveries to avoid dealing with this location again.

2020-02-26I walked in today to drop off a package. Nobody was at the counter. About 2 mins later Some guy walks in after me, and at the same exact time a male employee comes to the counter from the back. Guy cuts in front of me and says im just dropping off this package. Employee helps him. So i just advise that employees learn to make sure that theyre helping whoever was in line next. It probably doesnt seem like that big of a deal but thats not good customer service

2018-06-19This location may be smaller, but they still hold a high cleanliness standard and do not fall short on any ability to help you get what you need. They are friendly and knowledgeable. By the time I was able to finish packing up my package, they had already helped 6-7 people with what they needed. I would recommend for any of your shipping or copying needs.

2020-11-25I had to return an item to Amazon today and I definitely couldnt figure it out but without the help of Brenda she is a star for customer service she helped me pull through sending back an item to Amazon and without her I couldnt have done it I really couldnt have it wasnt easy. Thank you Brenda you get a star for customer service
