I dont write a whole lot of reviews, but feel like I need to for this store. The manager is the rudest person. I called asking for finger printing information and she belittled me saying I do not have the correct information. I told her the steps are outlined in the fingerprinting instructions I have. I simply wanted information on their fingerprinting services and if they can meet those requirements. Very rude and her reply is This is how I am and you are the problem if you think Im rude. You cant be in customer service with that mindset. AVOID if you want to have a good day.
Do not go to this UPS store. The managers name is Cindy she will try to up sell you on everything. Shes combative rude and disrespectful. I highly suggest you take your packages elsewhere and your business elsewhere. I am a small business owner with Amazon and shes always upsold every customer Ive seen her with. She literally threw the packages at me as I left. I spoke with Corporate and filled a complaint. UPS is a great company do not let this horrendous manager deter from using their services.They have 9 (1) Star reviews in a row for a reason.FYI I took my packages to Calvine location, no problems.
Went there to fax a document to the IRS. Stephanie tried for 3 days to get through to them and the number was always busy. I decided to overnight mail it. Stephanie was friendly and professional the whole time. Ive been to this store in the past as well and they have always taken care of me. Havent run into rude manager everyone else is talking about. I will continue to do business with them.
I cake in to this place to send important documents to edd. I paid for certified service requiring a signature upon arrival.The woman had me drop my envelope in an oversized white envelope she was holding...i remember saying thats it? No paper work? She says oh here.. And hands me a little tiny strip of paper on it with a hand written tracking number on it.Long story short edd never received my info and my benefits were stolen..You do the math...YES WE HAVE REPORTED THEM...
Nicolaus was pleasant. There ends the positive. Sent three 2-day Priority USPS packages yesterday. Could not track this morning. Showed as not picked up. Called. Lady said there were no packages in the store this morning, so they went out yesterday. USPS tracking finally showed them at 12pm today. Tracking info says they were picked up at 11:54 this morning and are now on the way to a USPS facility. So, she lied to me. About the shipping of perishable items to my clients. Never going back to this store again.
PART 1: This store received 1 star based on the fact that I not only appreciate the service provided,, but I am also very grateful to have a place to receive our mail. NOW, this place has the worse service, the manager is rude beyond belief. they offer no solutions to your problem or concerns. That being said, I can sometimes be quite forward and direct, but I have to be overly understanding, accepting and all the other mild manner words that keeps your blood from boiling. part 2 coming ASAP. Long story short, My direct deposit had a glitch, I was mailed a paper check (which takes longer) check has arrived payment is due and I cant get my check because I havent made my payment. She wont give me the check without payment along with a $25 late fee.IM NOT ONLY BROKE we are HOMELESS.
If youre thinking about going to this UPS store to print. DO NOT GO! They charged me $3 just to print two black & white pages. 2 pages; $3 down the drain. I was in the store for no more than 2 minutes; went into the store, sat by a PC, inserted my USB stick drive, printed my documents, took it to the cashier, and they charged me $3 for using their computer when all I did was print two documents. I have been to other UPS stores, and this one is by far the worst.
** FRAUD ALERT ** The location, under the direction of the “manager” Cindy, are actively attempting to exort money by using my package as leverage. I paid $158 and was provided a receipt and tracking number. They contacted UPS and had the package rerouted back to themselves midshipment under the guise of a fraudulent credit card. They’ve attempted to lie, manipulate, and cover up the fraudulent actions while attempting to force me to pay another $300 or lose my package and money. I offered multiple solutions and have been denied names and contact information for the owners. Cindy removed her last name from her email signature and refuses to provide. California Attorney General, FTC, BBB, and local sheriffs department are now involved due to the incapable staff at the local store as well as UPS corporate offices inability to manage their franchises.
This ups store will take your money.. please go to another ups location or avoid ups at all cost.. i had some perishables shipped and asked the lady in there how I should ship my perishables. She said to go get a styrofoam box and put my perishables in there and theyll take care of the rest. I seriously thought they were gonna take care of the rest but when I handed the styrofoam box to them, they jus took it back and set it down.. didnt tape it up or but it in another box like your suppose to to keep it from getting damaged..and it cost 50 bucks to ship it GROUND 7 days... so next day comes around and I check the tracking. It says that my package was damaged and all items have been discarded. Meaning they jus threw my package away cause they damaged it.. I was so mad. Called the office and they said they couldnt do anything about it because they didnt package it.. seriously, it is their fault for not helping the customer package it better. You are a shipping company and your there to help customers ship their items to the locations instead of destroying the packages and saying we cant cover it cause we didnt package it. Worse experience ever with this location and ups overall.. dont come here! Better yet, stay away from ups in all.. theyll take your money and say its not their fault even though it is their fault.
Very bad customer service, unprofessional, did a live scan there and after 2 months, my file was not sent to the depart. of justice, called they tried to deny that I did it at their store, got very mad, the guy after 1 hr called back saying fortunately they are keeping hard copies!!!! what a nonsense.if possible I would give them a big zero star.
I will never go back to this place! I had to go to a UPS store to return some gifts from Amazon and even though everything was paid for they charged me $1 for a little piece of tape to close the box! They may have gained a $1 but they lost a customer...What a rip off!

2022-05-23My wife visited the store and was told her package/box was not suitable for shipping....it was shipped to the house in that box from UPS so not sure why it wasnt suitable? My wife believes that the white lady helping her wanted to sell her unnecessary items.My wife left to the store, visited the Calvin UPS and they took care of her with no hesitation or questions. Dont support this store.

2022-07-14Please do not go here because when you return a package from Amazon they lose it or they steal it that happened to me I went back to the store with the receipt and a lady told me to check on internet She didnt want to see if there was an error, she practically took me out of the store, she was racist with me because I was Mexican, she had to check the receipt read, it she should see if my package was there and now amazon wont give me my refund

2022-05-28They didn’t even try to deliver my package and their apps says delivery attempted.The package didn’t need a signature and delivery guy didn’t even try to deliver it, he just drove past our house like it was invisible.

2022-01-22I was there for amazon return and i have label on the box but the manager wants me to buy there shipping bag from store as he said I can’t ship in that box. I paid for that shipping envelope but he just scanned my bar code and gave me receipt never use that shipping envelope front of me which I sold me. I have had amazon returns before and they never had with my own box packing issue.

2021-07-22My Amazon return got stolen or lost by them. Lady kept insisting that Amazon returns get consolidated and shipped and that the tracking number on my drop off receipt will not show anything. This just makes their system ripe for abuse and theft. I should have seen these reviews before ever stepping foot in their store. Your Amazon returns may share the same fate!

2018-04-04Horrible experience. Fraud and humiliation filled establishment. If you like to deal with sketchy individuals who in a rude manner try to rip you off every single service and item in their store then this place is for you.I went to print couple of files. 1page each. Simpe task you say. I told one of the employees. Let me send you one file and you can print it and Ill send you another one meanwhile (I had to look for it). She did and I asked container for printed label. She gives me total $1.17 for 1 black and white printed page... I thought she mightve charged me for this label container and I didnt question the price then.I finally found another file and sent them to email. Your total is $1,17. Says employee. At this point I realized Im being ripped off. Instead of advertised price of 0.15c/page. They charge 1 dollar to receive an email (which by the way is never mentioned anywhere) and on top of that 0,15c per page.I questioned this absurd fraud and she brings manager.Meet Cindy. Shell make even this simple task hate your life! From the get go she started in rude manner point to the A4 paper where it apparently SHOULD give me an idea of their true pricing. I read the paper carefully and it never mentions they charge $1/letter received. It says computer/usb use $1 which I never actually used. And I pointed it out. She again in the rude manner says its in our system its not a retail store! At which point I told her that they should follow advertised pricing in their business establishment. At which point she told me take a picture and go to consumer affairs than! I thought taking picture would be actually a good idea and proceeded taking it at which point she mumbled to herself thinking I didnt hear idiot.This experience totally devastated me. I cant imagine how far they go scamming people at this place if they go that low ripping people off for $1...People please be aware!

2021-05-2610am in the morning & only one chick working the store. She was doing a notary & never acknowledged anyone waiting. I just threw my outgoing box in a bin behind the counter. Still no acknowledgment. And the line was long. Rude!

2021-01-27Terrible. Got a notary done there. A notarys book should be open to public inspection. I contacted the office asking if they could confirm my entry for I had lost a bill of Sale. They have not attempted to contact me.**See owners response** This is false and inaccurate. Notary Journals are open to public inspection. show me the statute that says otherwise. Having a call that confirms what time and day I signed is useless. I need an image confirming the notary took place. If this UPS is willing to lie about Notary services what else are they willing to make false claims about?

2019-12-15Manager Cyndi Nguyen rude as heck, a liar, and unprofessional. Please review the store cameras. She sent my packages back under the pretense that I refused my packages. This is the vindictive behavior the UPS store manager has because she doesnt want to deal with you. Customer service is your job and representing UPS is your job you have done poorly at both. Again cameras dont lie UPS check them. How can Cyndi be responsible for fingerprinting and notary services if she cant be trusted to tell the truth or be trusted not to be vindictive? What do you do when you dont want to deal with them customers? Do you make a mistake on their paperwork and cause rejections? Who do I report my concerns to? These are legal concerns and I feel at the very least, mail tampering.
