Still waiting on our package to even be shipped..... My father dropped off a gift for my son On 4/20 around 11:30am, paid $120 for shipping, and was told it would arrive between 5-7 days. I called the 800 number yesterday 4/29 to find out what was going on, and was informed a label had JUST been created 4/29, and an ETA would be available in a few days! The customer service rep I spoke to said I needed to call the location to find out why it hasn’t shipped yet. My husband and I called 10 times between the both of us in an attempt to get our questions answered as my father paid a lot of money to use shipping services through UPS, and we were hung up on before ever getting a chance to speak.We understand there is a lot going on with the pandemic, however this poor customer service is unacceptable. Someone should’ve called to give an update, or the very least, answered the phone and say to call back at a more convenient time. SOMETHING! My son has been anxiously awaiting his gift from his grandfather and is heartbroken it isn’t here yet.
Had a ton of paperwork to get notarized. Got in there about 45 minutes before closing to fill everything out. The paperwork took longer than expected and I was afraid the two employees would kick me out at closing time. Not at all! Jeremy was a sweetheart. Excellent customer service!!! He notarized everything for me, helping me along the way. His co-worker Robert was the same way. Excellent customer service!!! No rushing me to get me out the door. No attitude or anything negative. Just friendly smiles from both, patience that was greatly appreciated, and they even looked up the next place I had to go and gave me directions! I don’t care what anyone says- these gentlemen are excellent at what they do, and how they treat customers. I would go out of my way to conduct business with them! Thank you Jeremy and Robert! You both are AWESOME!
My package was delivered damaged. Filed a claim that was to be taken care of by end of JanuaryAfter 1 week of run around I picked up the check from a crumpy Mgr. after 20 minutes of waiting I inquired about the delay. He was upset because he was picking up to much work after being sick for 4 days. Took my check to the bank and that check is NFS!!!!!Went right back to that UPS store to get my Cash. Nothing but attitude from that guy!
My hubby & I visited this ups on Frederick, in Moreno Valley Ca., the man/boy that was working JoeWone, was very rude & disrespectful, we wanted to leave a postage paid package, no receipt needed, to be mailed , The man/boy said no,because we needed an recipe, we told him, it’s fine, just mail it. And we left , so JoeWon decided to leave the store with customers in line, to Yale at us, Joequans, point was he wanted the last word! telling us we can’t do that, asking me, what was I looking at! Also he was having issues with another customer when we walked in! Poor customer service! I’d give a zero star if it was a option.
Even thou these stores are not company owned. UPS should ultimately be responsible for the day to day operation.I was there a few weeks ago to drop off a pre-labeled parcel The store never opened .No excuse on the door. The next day i went to another location and the associate there was very friendly,understanding and professional.
Terrible location!!! I dropped a package off which were $500 shoes I sold on StockX and the package disappears!! The package never started tracking and still has not tracked in 10 days!! The store manager Mike claims they are not liable for any packages and pretty much told me sorry about your luck! Worst service ever and no effort to help solve the issue. UPS has an automated system and it won’t let me file a claim online!! If I could give 0 stars I would, do not trust this store!!! Employees are very unprofessional and the store is not organized, management needs to be retrained.
Female employee not wearing a mask during the COVID-19 pandemic .Cases are rising exponentially in our area .And This store smells disgusting for anybody that is sensitive to fragrance and has allergy issues. Burning oil candle or incense or something. Not sure but gave me horrible headache. Allergy sufferers BE AWARE
So I went in to see how much this store would charge me for shipping, I made a custom box. They measured it extremely oversized. Im ok with the 31 x 21 but the 4? Seriously Lady learn how to use a measuring tape. Even rounding up It would be a max of 3. This is absolutely horrible 4? This is the quote you gave me. Label Cost online is $32 you charged me $41 which I assume is from the extra inch You ADDED FROM THIN AIR. Even With the bulge the Widest dimension of the Box at that point would only be 2.5 Inches.. NO WHERE NEAR 4. I even Added a 1/4 lb to the online label.. With Discount CODE EASY it went from $32.68 to $26.14SAVE YOURSELVES SOME TIME AND MONEY DONT GO HERE
I am very upset with the service of delivery. I paid $16.00 to have my packaged sent to my daughter in Arizona and she still has not received her package. First, the girl tells me that I didnt need to put an apartment number (and I did). Second, she tells me that it will be delivered on Tuesday (it was not). Third, they said there was an attempt to deliver and they did not even go to the door. We are better off going to post office.
Having been a MoVal resident for over 12 years, Ive visited this Moreno Valley UPS Store at least 40 times. Ive both dropped off packages and shipped parcels with them, and every time I have received very good service. A good friend also uses the PO Box service, which is very convenient, as it is an actual physical address (as opposed to a P.O. Box #) -- which some shippers wont send packages without a physical/street address. I would highly recommend this UPS Store.p.s. Some of the reviews here are of UPS, not of the UPS Store -- please keep in mind that they are not the same entity. Please consider this when reading the reviews, and the authors should move the review to the appropriate location.
DONT GO HERE! Horrible customer service. Took them 3 days to contact me to tell me they werent shipping the Christmas gifts because one of them was a hover board type scooter. After contacting both UPS corporate and a manager for another store, UPS declared that they could send the scooter, the manager then argued with me telling me that the store that shipped it was in violation of policy how can corporate UPS, a district manager and another store manager all be wrong and this store be right. This place should be sold back to UPS corporate.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.I needed to ship my 55 T.V. back to the manufacture for repairs and decided to use my local UPS Store because of convenience, BIG MISTAKE.two weeks after delivery I got an email from the manufacturer stating my T.V. arrived damaged, and they will hold it for a couple of weeks to allow the delivery company to pick it up. They sent pictures of the damage and instructed me to file a claim with the company who delivered it.shortly after I went into the store to open up a claim. I spoke to someone who said they were on it and would be calling me to keep me informed of the the claim. For the next TWO months I would call or walk in and ask what was happening because no one would call me to let me know what the status was. When I would walk in and ask what the status was, I got the run around and NEVER got a clear answer. At one point, a manager said the claim was closed and he didnt know why. I asked him to look into it. I wasnt going to let this $500 television go away! The manager said he would look into it. TWO MORE MONTHS of back and forth pass and now when I called the manufacturer to see if the t.v. was ever picked up , they said THEY NO LONGER HAVE THE T.V. BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER PICKED UP AND THEY COULD ONLY HOLD IT FOR SO LONG. My t.v was now GONE. NEVER to be seen again.I immediately try an call UPS customer service to file a report about this to find out a claim was never opened through them. turns out UPS themselves was no help to me at all. They said that although the UPS Store is their brand , they dont have control over it and I need to file a claim with the store. I was being bounced back and forth from corporate back to the Store. without ever being given a direct answer or given a solution. No one was able to help me out.It has been ONE YEAR since I walked in, I managed to speak to a female manager who did help me get answers on my claim. She said that UPS denied my claim because they stated that I PACKED THE T.V. MY SELF, NOT UPS. That infuriated me even more. To say that I packed my own t.v. is ludicrous!!!! If I could pack the damn thing myself I might as well have shipped it myself too! Some of the female co workers who were there when I first walked in to have it shipped stated that it was unfair what they were doing, they knew they packed and shipped it! I showed them the pictures that the manufacture sent of the damaged t.v. and they stated that that WAS their packing supply.Furious about the fact that my claim was denied TWICE! I walked back in the store and told the manger that I am not about to loose a $500 t.v. over the incompetence this company.She helped me re open the claim, after some back and forth, my claim got accepted and they agreed to pay me a little under $500, which was LESS than what the t.v cost (considering I had paid for insurance on the t.v.) I said fine! I want this nightmare to be over, If UPS was going to shaft me and not pay the full amount, FINE I just wanted to end it all!. I accepted the claim, the manager called me and told me the check will be mailed out as soon as possible.IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS SINCE SHE SAID THE CHECK WOULD BE MAILED OUT AND STILL NOTHING.I called yesterday morning to get some answers, I spoke to Jason who said that was a long time to wait for a check and he would look into it and call me back. I wait all day, I called back in the afternoon to find out he had left for the day, without calling me back to let me know that although he was leaving he was on it. Im over here waiting like an idiot by the phone.Today I call, Jason stepped out.I am sitting here, STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK.1 YEAR AND TWO MONTHS AFTER THE FACT.Never again. I will make sure to NEVER recommend UPS to ANYONE EVER AGAIN for as long as I live.
If I could give zero stars I would. So apparently if you have an Amazon return which is FREE via UPS, you will be CHARGED $1.08 for a piece of tape to be applied to the box. When I asked the owner why it changed, he chose to argue with me that it isn’t free regardless of what Amazon states. Maybe the new owner needs to recoup the cost of all the crystals they have around the store. Not to mention the incense smell is so completely overwhelming. If you have any allergies, avoid this store at all cost!!

2022-04-23Where to begin?If I make an appointment for any kind of service, when I show up I am told that the person is not available and to come back another day. Every time.The staff are always rude, disrespectful, uncaring. And its no surprise - their manager is a total jerk. Service is slow. Theyre always understaffed, but never hiring. Its pathetic.I dont know how theyve been in business so long. And looking at the other reviews posted here, it seems Im not the only one who thinks they should be shut down. Id much rather go to AIM Mail Services just up the street. They are friendly and actually provide the services they say they offer.

2022-08-11So unbelievable rude. I came to pick up multiple packages, he only found one, went to go help another Cusomer, came back said he couldnt find anything else. I told him that according to my tracking number it was here. I tried to explain the the package was most likely in a bag and not a box if he could double check. He rudely dismissed me and told me to come back later.

2022-05-20The manager Omar is super rude. He calls you to the counter to help you and then he walks away while scanning your Amazon return codes and then he confused my packages and yelled at me for not giving him the correct codes. He is a manager….how can this even be okay?!?!

2022-02-27I believe this UPS store is under a new management. In the past I would come here with my mom and dad for various shipping needs. Now AVOID AVOID AVOIDThis place is really scamming the communityI took a box to ship back to Amazon I left the box open to make sure they verified it’s contents and they charged me $3 to tape the boxWhen I say I could’ve went next door to the dollar tree and got a roll of tape for $1 I could have.Another elderly woman needed her return label printed they charged her $3 per label for 4 different returnsThis UPS has a partnership with Amazon for returns which means they are already being compensated fairly to be a return point, for them to charge for miscellaneous things and as much as $3 is a RIP OFF And really leaves a bad taste it the communities mouth.TO TAPE YOUR BOX - $3TO PRINT OUT A LABEL FROM AMAZON - $3eaTO COPY - $.45 Per page(Paper is literally $3 a rem of 100 at staplesIt’s just overall highway robberyI’ll be reporting this location to AMAZONThey don’t deserve to have our business in this community

2021-08-17New reps, overcharging and rude service. No regard for customer care and after going there for over 10 years. They didnt care if customer was dissatisfied. A very upsetting encounter...when I asked for a different reps I was ignored and the rep who was rude still did not help me. I wanted to ship a 0.7 oz 12 x 12x 1/2 inch canvas and wondered why pricing was higher than Ive ever paid before. He charged me $31 for packaging and bubble wrap. Ive paid $38 for 2 canvases the same size. He wanted to charge me approx. $9 extra for bubble wrap because according to him UPS shipping didnt include bubble wrap... that was extra and I had to pay because theyre not going to be responsible. Only living about 5 minutes away, I went home and wrapped it in bubble wrap ...when I returned less10 minutes later the charge went up to $48. Still rep couldnt tell me why its more and when I was complaining told have a nice day next. Yeah, they officially lost this loyal customer until they change the new employees they have.

2022-01-21Waiting my turn in line 30 minutes just to do a livescan. Then the associate asks me to wait for them to process the people who came after me. If this is a service you provide why should i have to wait even further because this staff is inadequately trained. Im not getting paid to stand here with you. And for the manager to be present and unwilling to assist is unnaceptable. Just cancel the service if you cannot provide it accurately. Btw im still waiting after typing this review.

2022-04-05NO STARS !!! I agree with the comments below that they are rude and scammers . I have never experience at any shipping company surcharge for anything such as taping the box or printing a label.
