I see a lot of negative comments here, but I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. I have a mail box there, have shipped items from there and even have had documents printed and notarized there. The staff has always been kind and seem to be working hard. I trust them with my packages.
Just came in at 6:55pm , cause you know people work and rush to send things off after work. When I tried to walk in it was already closed, they was locking up. If the store closes at 7pm honor your customers who are there even if you close at 7pm I’m there before 7.. that’s not right
This stores customer service and all around business practices have been a pain from the start. When i first purchace my mail box service two years ago they gave me a box and then gave the same box to another customer. For a couple of weeks my mail was compromise because The other customer and myself where getting mail to the same box.When the store remodel was going on i was unable to get mail because store was not open during the stated business hours. i would go on Saturday to pick up my packages and the store would not open. even the contractors that where doing the work at the store where there waiting for somebody to show up and open the store and it was already around noon.Now the latest, got two packages return to sender because an employee there told the carrier that i no longer have a box there even though i pay for my full year in advance. I will be cancelling my service there and finding a new location.Update:This store has improved quite a bit. The current employees are great and very helpful. They are way more friendly that the employees in the past. Keep up the great work. Upgraded my rating from one to five stars because of this improvements.
Every time I go in Im usually in a rush but I just went in at 530 and there was this light caramel skinned 👨🏽🦱 gentleman that was beyond polite. His responses were yes sir, yes maam, did you need help miss, can I help you sir.Sweetheart your momma raised you right. The world needs more people like you ❤
This is the worst UPS store Ive ever been to. I own a small business so being able to drop off packages easily is a big help with UPS store but when I tried to drop off my small package here they charge $2 for the USPS drop off. Never have I needed to pay to drop off a package.
Im pretty sure that William (the manager) stole an expensive package from me. I had diverted a package to this UPS store after finding out that I had accidentally sent it to a fraudulent customer. I called and asked them to send it back to me. They said they would, but nothing happened. I tried several more times and they said they had it but William had to take care of it himself. I got hold of William. I told him I would send a new label or pay for him to send it back to me. Instead, he claims to have handed it to the UPS driver who he believes lost the package. I dont believe William. Im not surprised to find out that the reviews for this store are so abysmal.
The person who waited on me, I know did not mail my masks that I made for my grandson,, I know that he kept the mask and yes I know he knew there were masks in the envelope, because he asked me. I asked about tracking and he said it would cost $15 which I told him was crazy because it was only going to Bellflower California. I went back 2 weeks later to ask him what did he think had happened and because I only put stamps on the envelope he said it would take 2 extra weeks for it to be returned to me. When I ask why would it be returned to me if I had the correct address on it he just looked at me.
I went to this store 2 weeks ago to fax a document. They charged me $3. When ask why it was 3 not 1 they said it wasnt a toll free number. I just had another UPS store fax to the same number the prior day for $1. This store rips you off. Today I went in to ship a Verizon box with a prepaid label. They told me that they handle Verizon separately and I should come back at the end of the day for my receipt. This is a UPS Store and a prepaid UPS label - no way I am leaving a package without a receipt. This complaint goes all the way to corporate!
I went in today June 9th and had amazing customer service from Lance P. There was 14 minutes left until closing and instead of letting me know he was done for the day, he helped me out with printing the sending receipt and boxing of my item. Today was my last day to send my item. I am really glad that Lance was there so that my item could get shipped out on time. Highly recommend this place. Thanks Lance.
This store is absolutely the worst. Customer service is nonexistent . The young Hispanic staff member closed the store early. What type of work ethics is this? All he had to do was get a box that was already labeled. Holding a business account with this company who hires customer service representative who completely miss the concept of a customer is really a shame. I will be looking at other options.
After losing my package in transit, I was promised a refund for the cost of shipping. Nearly 2 months later, after frequent stops to the store and phone calls, I have yet to receive my refund. They promise to call back, and never do. It is truly pathetic to see a store run like this.
$6 v. $1.08. They charged me about $6, $6, for a handful of copies including a charge for using their computer. In retrospect, I should have gone back home and printed them out. Different situation only this time I needed to get TWICE the amount of copies on good stock paper, so I stopped by Office Depot. $1.08!!! $1.08 was my Office Depot price for more copies, better copies, and considering that they offered to print out my PDFs, better service.
I have no idea why this location has bad reviews. They must be old. I run a small buisness able need to ship frequently. All the young ladies h(and occasional guy)has been so sweet everytime and very accommodating. I have been going to this location for 3 years now and never had any problems or customer services issues.
I never shipped items and the item I was shipping was rather large, the young lady who helped me made things a lot easier and answered all my questions and concerns in a respectable and nice manner. My package was recieved in time according to my buyer. Will ship items from here again in the future.
I have dealt with many UPS stores but this location by far is the worse. They have very poor customer service, all the employees have attitudes. Ive never dropped off a package and had to come back the next day for my tracking number. I recently was shipping something back to AT&T... dropped it off this past Monday. Went back thursday to get tracking number and found out package was never even shipped like I was told it would be. It was still sitting behind their counter. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS STORE... TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER UPS STORE!!!
We had to get a mailbox there because our neighborhood one kept getting broken into and so far its been great to be able to just pick up our mail there anyways.From what Ive experienced, the employees do their jobs well but I have had one lady come off as a bit rude and like I was inconveniencing her.Besides that, its fine.
I went to pickup my package because the Driver NEVER rung my doorbell and just put the sticker on the door and the girl at the store said “ ITS UP TO THE DRIVER IF THEY WANT TO RING THE DOORBELL OR NOT “ ooh so now we can pick and choose when to do our job . I know they didnt ring the doorbell because there was at LEAST 5 people in my house and we have a dog and my dog always go to door when theres a knock or a ring . So the lady told me i wont get my package till Monday or Tuesday because of the laziness of the driver
I get an e-mail telling me my package arrived at the store. I call on my break and they tell me to call back. I call after work and they tell me the same thing. I go after work and they tell me they dont have it, and they think one of the drivers picked it up by accident. Wont use them again.
The WORST!!!!!!!!! all these reviews are right on point!! Worst customer service and YES THEY DO RIP YOU OFF!!! I still await my couple hundred dollars that are owed to me for shipping and damage the items! BTW.... This store carries the UPS name but it is Franchised!!wont even rate of 1 start!! just cause I had to so I can post.
If you are looking for notary services, call before you go. Yesterday was a wasted trip because the notary guy was out, but was told that he should be in today. Called today and hes still not in. Last time we needed notary services, we had to come in three times. (First time, nobody available; second time, the gal did the notary work; third time, the gal had to repeat the notary work because she didnt do it right the first time and the form was rejected.) Im going to find another place for notary services.
This location is always out of stamps, This is my 2nd time the guy says I can meter stamp it and mail, Okay!!! Person never receive mail, I Will never go to this store again and I will also caution anyone else to be careful. Not sure if the guys forget to stamp it and send out to be mailed but something is wrong at this location.
Horrible customer service lazy workers if a business says they close at a certain time they should stay open until that time I called on a Saturday at 4:30 Google and the website stated they closed at 5 oclock someone answered the phone and said that they closed at 4. Either stay open the full hours or change the information.

2021-09-01Arrived at 4:30pm TuesdayWas attended to for an Amazon return in less than 2 minutes. Great Quick experience. Perhaps it could be worse here during rush hour, but thats to be expected almost anywhere.Good experience for me, plenty of parking near the entrance of the plaza. Would come back to this location again, and closest to Perris

2022-07-17I have used The UPS Store in many locations and they all have been helpful and nice.. but this store!! It is exceptional!!! From April answering the phone, to the two female employees working there. The store is clean, no clutter, expedite service with good attitude and a smile.I order a print job online and it was ready in less than 30 minutes! And on a Sunday!… THANK YOU!!!

2022-06-22Ive been in this store over 30-40 times to ship back Amazon items. There is a particular lady there yesterday who I dealt with a few times and she is consistently rude. Not very helpful and seem to be annoyed all time. She has no patience or customer service.

2022-05-21Nothing convenient about renting a box here. it may take the UPS store an additional week to process packages shipped through UPS. The package is there , has been for more than 24 hrs, but they wont get around to scanning it in until next week.

2022-04-27I called about a week ago to ask the hours for the notary, I was told Monday- Thursday 9-4 pm. I also asked what is this persons lunch hours? Why isn’t the person never there? Now today I’ve been told they are out for the rest of the week

2022-03-06Rude manager. All the male clerks seem to always have a stick up their hineys. One guy takes personal calls outside in front of customers entering. Everyone can hear his convo. Not an ounce of professionalism. Also, $3/min to use the computer??? Cash cow-much??? Time for corporate to speak to the franchisee. Time for everyone to be retrained.

2021-05-02If there were a million stars to give, Id give them! From the time I walked in though there were other customers to help I was immediately greeted not just with words but assurances that I would be helped. At first I was having issue about cost for something but wow did I began to feel foolish for ALL I RECEIVED. Priceless in comparison to most places Ive been to conduct business. How petty to complain for under $5.00 for what appeared to be $50 worth of kindness and service. These men were great with customer service and did not ONE time say anything negative to my first comments of which I quickly asked their pardon. They went above and beyond anything Ive experienced AND IF IT DOES NOT TAKE ME GOING TO THE POST OFFICE I will gladly pay for their kind of service. All I can say is Isaiah and his team member has this all worked out. At my age Im not tech savvy but Isaiah sure knows what he is doing. I do not even want to buy a stamp anywhere else. You wont be disappointed in this professional crew. Thank you Ill surely return!

2021-08-18Ive called 4 times in the past hour and not only no response, but the message system is being forwarded to another number. Called yesterday and got someone who told me that my packages were out for delivery...they were being sent to that store...Confused people that work there. Saw that the packages were delivered TO THAT STORE 2 hours later. Cannot get confirmation that they are there. Is the Labor Shortage so bad that you cannot employ a decent work force? Please dont fire them, more than likely theyll come to work for me and Ill have to do it!

2021-11-14I visited this location the other day coming in hot. I had just been informed that the live scan technician at another location had mistaken a 2 for a 7 on my forms which completely invalidated my scans. This meant I would have to go out and pay again for brand new copies and would have to start my fingerprinting process all over again; so you can image how heated I was when I walked in there.Well, my fiesty attitude and negative disposition did not stop Isaiah from greeting me with a smile. His conversational skills and happy demeanor turned my frown upside down in a matter of minutes. Before I knew it we were laughing and chatting away while he completed my new scans, mistake free.Thank you so much Isaiah for turning my day around and delivering exceptional customer service.

2022-01-13****Attention****Manager Isasiah Potts really takes his postion to another level. Whole time he used sarcasm, belittling comments like “you didnt read it” “you didnt do this”..”you didnt do that”…just to make me feel stupid. Even said i shoulda called before hand, when i did he had left early. So Today after I waited 10 maybe 15 minutes for him to come to the front after asking a 2nd time for someone to get him for help when i could hear him chuckling in the back with other employees. Honestly he didnt wanna help me… he greeted me with he was tired. Breathing hard while assisting me his whole intentions were to argue & become combative about the forms i brought in. Even after i explained the agency walked me through the process he still found reasons to go back & fourth about what i did wrong. I felt so much hate. And it was only confirmed after European “Andrew” walked in, Isaiah went out his way to greet him friendly & Energetically…he definitely wanted me to know how much he hated me, my skin color & my nappy hair which both matched his. Srry Isaiah we dont have skin like “Andrew” or “Aimmee” who posted her 5 star review for the same service below. What about customer service, your using manager postion to be evil towards others who look like you. As a gay male you should know how to treat a women, its not a competition :(
