I find it very unfair to the hardworking employees that the owner doesn’t turn on the air conditioning. I believe it’s been at least two years since the cheap cheap cheap owner won’t turn it on. I’ve asked the employees if they really believe the owner, they just smile and say nothing. So, hats off to the hard working employees who deal with his BS. One more thing Mr. Owner, it would be the owner of the building to fix your air conditioning so how about giving the building owner a call to fix your air? It’s also poor customer service to expect customers to experience how unpleasant the temperature is in your store. There is only so much a fan can do.. This could have been a five star feedback.
Employee Armando has a really bad attitude. Says he doesnt but he cant admit if he did cause then hed be the wrong. Told him his tone wasnt good. I just wanted a reciept that i dropped off the amazon return and he didnt want ti give me one. Ill just go west and go to another location.
I went here before work at 8:15am this morning and they were closed even though the hours online said that they were open at 8:00am. The hours on the door also said 8:00am. If a business is going to post that they are open at a certain time, then they should be open at a certain time.

2022-07-14Avoid this place at all cost, they steal your packages if you drop them off to the wrong set of employees.I have been coming to this place for last couple of years, as Im all in for supporting local businesses.There are two set of employees working here. Even based on negative reviews its evident that some customer met the wrong ones and positive reviewers interacted with the good employees. I had been lucky to interact with the good ones (Marry) all these years until I dropped of my $1000 value package with manager Adrian and few teenagers. I was even nice enough to leave few bucks as tips since those kids helped me to pack the shipment.After waiting for two days, and seeing that tracking info never updated. Thats when I realized that I need to call them. After calling several times they were unable to locate and cant confirm if the package was picked up or not. According to Adrian store is not accountable of lost package because I just did a UPS drop off and he cant confirm if it got picked up. I was told Ill be called and informed once they locate but never heard back.I had to go through weeks to tyranny to sort this out with the UPS customer service and they confirmed that the package was lost.

2022-03-02This store has always been reliable for my shipping needs, however when I needed to ship without a pre-printed label, they were completely unable to handle it. My home printer wasnt working, so I brought my package with the shipping confirmation and bar codes on my UPS mobile app. The attendant was polite but not resourceful. He said the store printer was not functioning and he offered no solution, other than maybe try tomorrow. Really? No backup printer? No manual workaround? Come on UPS; you can do better than that.

2022-03-29By far the rudest staffed UPS Store in the area. Dropped off 2 Amazon packages yesterday at this store for the first time and I guess the older guy everyone talks about in these reviews was working. He was rude, unhelpful, and condescending. How anyone would come here more than once is beyond me. This store is not worth any more of my time and I feel I have already wasted enough of my time typing this review. Avoid this place unless you want to feel unappreciated as a customer.

2022-07-19$5 to print a shipping label... Dont waste your time. There are plenty of UPS stores nearby. $.50 at the next one I tried.

2020-12-27Not sure where these bad reviews are coming from but I have never had a bad experience here. Fast, efficient, and really knowledgeable. I think a lot of people mistake efficient with rude. Just because somebody doesn’t have a 15 minute conversation with you or care about where your package is going, doesn’t mean they are rude. The place is easy to drop off Amazon and USPS packages.

2019-02-28Im the owner of a business located in Long Beach and I used to have my mail going to the post office which was always busy and difficult parking in the lot. Ive been with this UPS Store for multiple years now and Ive got to say the staff and the owner really go beyond my expectations. I really enjoy that they recognize me as a mail box holder when I come in and are always up to the challenge of meeting my business requirements.Example 1, I sometimes have to ship a product that requires special packaging and these guys can do it for much less than FedEx nearby. Dont take my word for it...compare pricing...its huge!Example 2, In some cases, I need to know whats in my mail box and these guys have always been happy to check for me. This can be a big time saver and this to me is going well beyond my expectation.

2020-12-29Horrible experience. This is not my regular store and I will never return. Dropped off 2 packages for shipping and they are still sitting there 3 days later. When I called, was told they have no idea when packages will be picked up. Worst shipping and customer service ive ever had at a UPS location.

2020-02-05Appalling customer service. I went in to have simple photo copies of a journal made. An employee who was obviously new assisted me and when she was about half through was when I noticed she had only photo copied certain pages, making it a bit challenging to discern what she had copied and hadn’t. To top it off, the cover of the journal that has a closing flap was accidentally photocopied on top of some of the pages making them illegible. The employee’s supervisor who obviously doesn’t know how to treat customers immediately said “You still have to pay.” When I attempted to elaborate the issues with the copies his response to me was “You figure it out,” and he disappeared into the back of the store. I was so irate, I halted the copying, paid for what pages I had lest I appear like a thief, and told the very apologetic employee I didn’t blame her and went on to inform her about exactly what kind of boss she has.Going through corporate for a refund. Absolutely one of the worst experiences at any business ever.

2015-08-15I would not use this center for UPS shipping. The quote they initially gave me to ship a package was far less than what the actually charged me. When I asked why the big difference, they said they had only quoted shipping, not insurance and packaging. I had specifically asked for a price including both. In the end, they didnt follow my request to ship 2 small packages and instead made one large package. The cost was $30 more than what the 2 small packages would have been. Then, once it was all completed, the clerk told me she had forgotten to include the insurance and hit me with another small charge. I should have just taken my packages elsewhere, but I had limited time and these items were being sent to my son in Mexico. I wanted them to get there quickly. This office took complete advantage of that fact. Complete ripoff. Dont use them.

2019-12-15Last time I stopped, one of the workers said that they do not give out receipt for the Amazon returns. He said that was now company policy during holiday season. I thought that was mandatory to give out the receipt when customer requests. Probably they are trying to save some money on the print out receipts and save time, but that is a wrong way of going about it. As an Amazon affiliated UPS store, they can not just make up a stupid policy to save money for themselves.
