This place is so unorganized and the drivers dont care about dropping off packages. They cant ever find my packages once they fail to deliver them. They go completely missing. Even Amazon drivers care more. I will never attempt to use UPS if I have a choice.
Ive been a customer here for many years and really have been pleased! The service is always friendly and knowledgeable. The do a great job and Ive recommended many others to this store as well and the response has been great. For copying, small digital print jobs and mail box rental. Fantastic!
I was told I could bring my television im with with its original box, and I would be able to ship it back to Amazon. I arrived with my 55in television and its original box. The owner measured my TV just walked off. He later informed me went to the backTo find a box for my TV.I told him why would you go look for a box when I have the original box right here? He said he was unable to ship it in my original box.I said why ? He said because it he doesnt trust it.It would have cost over $80 if he would have boxed my television and sent it off.I feel he was trying to scam me for a packaging charge. I was returning the TV because it was defective. He told me I would have to purchase insurance if I wanted to ship it with him. Why in the hell would I purchase insurance on a TV thats already broken? He was so rude. I took the TV and its original box to the UPS store on 7th and Redondo.Excellent customer service. They did not try to scam me. They used my box, taped it up, put the label on it, and shipped it off.I would avoid this place if I were you. Especially if youre shipping a big item, they will try to get you with extra charges.
Love the UPS in Bixby Knolls. Have had a P O box here for over 2yrs. Great service. Employees are very nice. Store is clean and Anthony is great! On my way to go pick up packages.
Amazing experience every time. All of the employees are extraordinary. The owner is wonderful. It is like they are an extension of my organization. From their mailbox service to notary (and keys) - just fantastic.

Helpful people with good shipping services
The staff is friendly, the service is great and they always find opportunities to go above and beyond the minimum. We have had a box there for over a year and I HIGHLY recommend them.
Bad service and the employee tried to charge me $16 dollars to ship a small letter size package to a friend in Los Angeles.

2022-05-17I didnt want to write a bad review but I dont know what else to do. This UPS location lost a return package that was worth $200. This happened in October 2021 I kept trying to follow up on the whereabouts of the package. Spoke with the manager and she said there wasnt anything that she could do since this packages tracking number wasnt generated by UPS. She said that they werent allowed to file a claim and that the seller i had bought the item from would have to file it. Of course the seller isnt going to help me file since hes trying to keep the money so no claims were filed. With that said the return item never made it back and I am out $200. I feel that since I had used UPSs service that they shouldve let me (the sender) file a claim for the item they lost or at least put out a notice to try and look into the warehouses its gone through. I have no idea what happen to the package whether its just sitting at a facility labeless collecting dust or if it was stolen within/without the company. At this point I feel robbed that no one was able to help me. It was completely UPSs fault & with that said I will not use their services anymore because I cant trust they will do their job.

2022-02-06Sad sevice wont come back. Was there Thursday afternoon to make copies of some items. A young guy with glasses insisted he help. And when i told him i wasnt satisfied. He refused to make me another copy. And said we are not supposed to make copies of credit cards! Then why did you it in the first place!! Rude, condescending and disrespectful. This reflects on the whole company.

2021-12-24I will no longer continue to do business at this location again. Since Ive opened an account with UPS its been crazy conductiong business over here. They all know me as Southern Sweetz and now Im doing Amazing Business with them under Birthday Celebration Foundation. They can never find my account. My wife and I have to sit and wait almost 45min just to get found in the sysytem. Yesterday we had 6 cakes to go off to the same city Greenville,Mississippi 38701. 1 package made it but someone sent the other half or wrote the info out for Greenville, South Carolina. I wrote the addresses out for them. Will not be coming back. Very upset and disappointed at this location

2020-12-24Fantastic staff and management here, sometimes quite busy (particularly this time of year) but they do a great job of getting folks in and out quickly. They also offer shredding services which we use frequently. Thank you all for your hard work, it is noticed and appreciated!

2019-11-10Ive had a Personal Mail Box at this UPS Store since June of 2018...maybe not long in some peoples opinions, but definitely long enough to form my own opinion. In the short time I have been a customer I have been EXTREMELY pleased! I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile and a welcome and am asked how I am doing. The staff is friendly and very helpful and even make it a point to remember your name and mailbox (which is clearly above and beyond because that is NOT a requirement). In addition, I receive at least 5 - 10 packages per month and I have NEVER had any mail or packages lost or misplaced.Thank you UPS Store staff! You all are the best! :)

2020-08-26I have been going to this store for years, Anthony and his staff are the best, very professional and friendly. Today I am writing this review because I was in a jam, My Mom passed away and I needed to do Obituaries, I was at a loss, Anthony and his team came through! Andy got right on it, he was so patient kind and proficient, he got it done so quickly and it came out beautiful! The price was reasonable and they came out perfect! I am so grateful, they took the stress out of it and made it happen!

2019-03-29Been coming here for over 20 years. My dads Barbershop was located in this shopping center years ago. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming when you come in this store, always smiling faces. Even though i dont come in here as much as i use too, they always remember me. Ive shipped out many packages here also made copies. Faxed stuff also had to have stuff notarized, they do it all here.
