Best UPS store ever. Small place but they are quick.
Three letters nao... shes so rude and deliberately unfriendly .. so your best bet is going to the packaging store near the old Albertson shopping center its family owed and operated by nice people... Im pretty sure she has a problem with brown people.. and the staff knows it and says nothing . ps amazon drop off are better at amazon fresh .. hassle free..
The Staff is friendly and fast. I am grateful that they are close by and easier to get in and out off than the post office. They will advise on the best way to send packages (ie: not just UPS).

The staff was amazing and calm. Especially, when a man yelled at the entire staff for not carrying a box to fit his 7’ rug that he sold on Amazon and he then proceeded to call and yell at the Amazon customer service rep while putting her on speakerphone for all to hear.
I bought the next day delivery service for $24 on Monday. But the ups didnt email me until Friday to tell me that my letter was on the way. Then why did I spend so much money on this next day delivery service in the first place?
Order placed online. Five minutes later, left my house and drove to nearest UPS Store - a five-minute drive. My order was ready for pickup. Very efficient operation.

I have been the customer of the UPS Store for past 18 years. It was one of the best decision that I took when I started my own business. Over the years, the UPS store has become my second office. There were years when I received a lot of mail and they handled everything professionally and efficiently. They do a great job with print orders, notary services and package shipment.
Ive been to several UPS Stores for a variety of needs and have always had a positive experience. Going to the UPS Store in Heritage Plaza at Culver and Walnut in Irvine is consistently an enjoyable experience. The staff are very welcoming and eager to assist, and they go above and beyond in offering personalized service such as helping complete labels, packing items and clearly explaining best options for sending various shipments. The store has a calm atmosphere with proper number of staff to reduce and even avoid wait time compared to the stressful hustle and bustle and long lines at the Post Office where staff rarely offer assistance and rush the customer to complete their business. Though the prices at the UPS Store may be slightly higher than the Post Office it is well worth it for the customer service received. They also offer Notary services. There is a nice selection of items for purchase as cards, novelty gifts and essential supplies of envelopes, tape, etc. I look forward to doing errands that require stopping at the UPS Store.

We have been using this UPS Store for over 10 years. I appreciate when I come in they welcome me by my name. I am not the only person from my company which picks up mail and if they do not see the typical person who gets the mail they ask how he is done.Great services and attention to the customer gives them a 5 Star Review.
The staffs not being helpful!!! Don’t feel welcomed there!! I told them I am handicapped and please don’t make me go back and forth, but they just don’t care! No courtesy at all! I will not go back there again!! If you want great and professional customer service, go to another ups store!!!
It is amazing that in a world where most establishments give poor or substandard service, I am giving 4 stars to an establishment for doing their job in a way that you would expect a good business to operate.I was asked to submit this review, so I will say that the place of business was polite, professional, and treated me as a customer the way all business should treat their clients at the very least. They were not over the top, so a five star is not justified, but I would use them again.

I sent a asian silk room divider to my daughter in Seattle from Irvine ca. UPS took a lot of time making a box large enough to hold it. It made the trip in three days. There was no damage and the divider was perfect. GREAT JOB UPS I will remember your great service. Give them your business folks they are Great.
Very clean and nicely organized store. Quick in and out. Have been visiting this store for a while now and have seen huge difference in approach towards customers and organization of store since new owner took over. Owner was very helpful and helped me save some extra money. I had 10% off coupon but he gave me additional 5%. Staff is very friendly as-well. I highly recommend this UPS store over any other in this area.

Got my passport notarized here by Archeon. Super friendly and quick service! I prefer going to this UPS over the others in Irvine, even though there are closer ones to my house. Make sure to call ahead to see if their notary is available.
I highly recommend coming to The UPS Store if you need to pack, ship or print something as this place does it all. They have the capabilities to print anything you need like invitations, business cards, post cards, brochures, posters, banners and more. They have knowledgeable staff, good prices and great service!
Such a pleasant experience, we had to get several documents notarized so we spent some time there. Shout out to Archie for explaining the process and answering our questions while we were there. They treated everyone with respect and knew several of their customers by name when they came in.

Rose and her entire team are absolutely incredible. When I first moved to Irvine, I needed a ton of things to get settled- A temporary mailbox to receive my mail and shipments to my new home, shipping, copies, faxes, and more!!! They even helped me with notarizing countless documents I needed to get my Australian visa! I could not have asked for a better experience. Unlike Fedex as a shipper which receives our wine order in Irvine so we can pick it up at our convenience, UPS adds a $20 fee for UPS as shipper. Guess who will not be shipping us wine anymore? Greed does not pay.

Review for their shipping service. I come in with one copy of my invoice and they ship it fine. Next time they ask me for two copies and I pay for copies to be made. I keep coming back with two copies for a few months and now another worker tells me I need 3 copies. The number of copies I need seems to change with the workers. Maybe Ill bring 10 copies next time just in case.

Took in 4 large packages of high value to ship. The store assistant measured the box and was making false package dimensions. He argued and refused to accept he was not correctly taking measurements. The end result was a most costly shipping price than I had received from my online quote. I will NEVER use this UPS store again. Awful rude service.
This store is a great addition to the shopping center. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, a few who have been there a long time and know the frequent customers. The missing star is because of the limited parking. But, thats not the fault of the store.

We have been shipping many packages over the past few months, for all those of you who are moving and trying to figure it all out, how do I rent a truck how much will it be and do we need help packing, blah blah blah....Do it safely and inexpensively and use all the services of UPS, and then fly in comfort as we are thanks to UPS ..The people who work here are very kind and helpful, my mother is 75 and sometimes its hard for her to hear or understand things and not once after the many many times weve gone and went home, not one time did she complain about anything other than to say how nice and helpful they were to us... I want to give 0 or negative star to this owner if I can.My wife was dropping off a 40-lbs package. For some reason, I cant go with her. And she needs to go with our 2-year old daughter.She drove by this store and asked for the owner to help her take off the package from the trunk because she needs to take care of our baby. At first, the owner rejected the request by claiming hes too BUSY while my wife was the only customer in his store!!!Then, he asked my wife to come back after ONE HOUR and he might help her.If you have other choice, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!
As is unfortunately the case with most UPS Stores the service is lacking. If youre going to ship UPS be sure to pay in advance and drop off. Dont forget that receipt though before you walk out the door. Sometimes the employees will say to just drop it off on the counter without a confirmation.

The owner of this store who called himself Mayer (he refused to provide his last name), IS CONDUCTING BUSINESS IN BAD FAITH. He charged my account $11.99 for 3 pages of copies. He intentionally kept appearance of being busy while letting the system run for an additional time, plus he charged me for 18 copies while being fully aware that I made only 3 copies. When I asked for the amount of my charge while I was in the store, he refused to let me know. He then did not return my calls and when I finally reached him, he refused to make any adjustment. THERE ARE 7 MORE REVIEWS OF THE SAME NATURE ON THIS UPS STORE. IT IS A SHAME TO HAVE A BUSINESS LIKE THIS IN THE PROFESSIONAL IRVINE COMMUNITY! Like other reviewers said, dont forget to get your drop off receipt. If you care about getting your packages delivered (if at all), avoid this location like the plague. If only corporate would send someone down to investigate this franchisee and see what in the hell is going on with this location, it would solve a lot of problems with UPS.

I have used the Irvine (Culver Blvd.) UPS store for years and have found them to provide a good service.
I would choose another UPS store since they are franchised. This stores policy is they wont accept a credit card for anything under $5.00 so you better make sure and have cash.

2022-05-26The worst and rude UPS I’ve ever been to. Four guys working there. Walked in needing to print something none of them greeted me or tried to help me. Till the one in glasses saw me walking over to the printer, asked me if I needed to print something. Guide me like three steps from BEHIND THE COUNTER. When he scanned my package and handed me my receipt NOT A SINGLE WORD. Customer service just straight up disgusting. I understand this is a college area and most employees are students but come on. The other guys just over there laughing and giggling asking Siri how deep is her love. Super unprofessional and disgusting in here.

2022-05-24I fly into town a couple times a year and I always use this UPS store location to send my shopping back home so I don’t have to worry about paying for extra baggage at the airport. They are friendly and helpful. They wrap my breakables and kindly pack the rest of my things compactly as possible. Sometimes my packages beat me back home. I would recommend their services.

2022-03-12I needed to get some documents notarized. I first called 2 UPS stores nearer to my house but they didnt have a notary. One suggested this locationin the Heritage Plaza. Was able to notarize 5 documents here. Luckily wasnt too busy so everything was finished quickly. Excellent service from Rose and Nao! Thanks again!

2022-04-19My morning LA Times, my scizzors and the snap decision to send an article to my brother in Portland, Oregon, led me to opt for UPS, rather than other immediate carriers. I was not disappointed. A short drive to the UPS store, parking and the UPS send, then I was back home, here in Brea, in about 15 minutes, My brother dutifully notified me of delivery to his porch a few days later. Swift and sweet.

2022-05-18I came in (without identifying myself as a UPS inside employee) and I was treated very well and I felt like my presence was appreciated and considered throughout every process. I told the employee I was returning a Monster Energy Employee’s lost badge back to Corona while out delivering in Newport Beach. I asked if I got a discount for being a UPS employee and he informed me that there was and applied it to the transaction. My impression of the store was, quite frankly, professional.
