If you need a notary, go somewhere else. There is only 1 employee who have her notary license. I double checked the website to make sure I didnt waste my time walking in if I needed an appointment. Confirmed no appointment necessary and the notary hours are listed the same as the stores. My husband and I walk over only to be told by a sweet girl that wed be assisted. The other woman (who has the notary license) immediately said she was off the clock and would not do it. I informed them that the website doesnt state any of that information and the sweet girl stated that while it doesnt say it online, the only notary they have is that woman- so she gets to dictate when she does it. Mind you, she was there helping another customer but was supposedly Off the clock. This is the second time Ive encountered that employee (not the sweet one) and have been disappointed with her customer service- brash, and basically rude.
Your store hours indicate that youre open until 6:30 PM. Then why is it 11:36 AM and you are closed? Theres a sign on the door that says, out for lunch: be back at 12:30. If thats your choice, you should update the information on Google maps, so that we dont come here and then have to come back an hour later. I understand that because of the pandemic, sometimes staffing levels have been reduced, and I understand that you need to take a lunch. However, you need to inform us. I just spent a half hour riding to your store, and now I have to come back again later. Im not a happy customer.
If i could give u less than one star, i would.the first person helped me upon entering was nice and allowed me to leave the boxes i was dropping off, off to the side. but the woman at the counter went out of her way to tell me that i wasn’t allowed to do that and i had to wait outside. when there was no one else in line before me. this is the second time i encounter this lady, i really hope she isn’t a manager. and if she is i hope UPS seriously looks into the reviews about her because i see several. she needs to NOT be the first person you speak to when you come in because her customer service is simply NON EXISTENT. she seemed more worried about the hot air coming in to the office and interrupting her day more than anything..
The lady there was really rude and said my package needed to be packaged and I responded by saying I previously sent something out like this recently and had no issues and she replied with it needs to be packaged FU! so I went to the one on Tulare and the guy was very nice and gave me no problems
The girl in front with the tattoo eyebrows is probably the rudest individual I’ve encountered.Went there early, she unlocked the door and didn’t even welcome us in.I had a 50lb box with me and she couldn’t even open the door.If that isn’t rude enough,I walk in and instead of addressing me she’s talking to her employees.I ask her a question and she’s extremely rude.I waited outside to ask the gal after me if she felt that she was really rude as well. The gal that was after me agreed how rude she was.I would like upper management’s information so I can let them know how there employees are acting with customers.Disappointed is an understatement
Absolutely garbage customer service, probably the rudest employees Ive ever dealt with. Apparently having a booming business is an inconvenience. Stood in line to go inside and dealt with the rudest employees Ive ever dealt with. Apparently the customers are the enemy. By the looks of the other reviews, Im not the only one whos been victimized by their rude employees.
As as graphic designer working in the Bitwise building, this UPS store has been so helpful! Theyve printed marketing materials for us several times and they always look great and come at a seriously reasonable price. The owner and employees are all really sweet and helpful as well. I havent had a need to ship through this store to date, but I cant recommend them enough for their printing services!
I have had a box here for two years now. I pick up my mail once a month. They never complain about that. They see me coming sometimes and hand me my mail when I walk in the door. I also like the fact you can pick up your mail 24/7. (No packages just mail) they have a coded door you can use after hours.Very freindly and professional staff. Yes you have to pay to park, but thats not their fault. I keep a dime in the ash tray.
I had ordered an item and then it tells me that theyre going to send it to their store for pickup? Then it says that they tried delivering it? No they didnt!!!! My brother was home and up is 8 am when it says they tried delivering it at 9 am. No reason why the package shouldnt have been delivered. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
Accomplished what I needed - dropped off a package to have the package shipped out. Im giving this UPS store a 2 star because the employee (or owner?) said a snide comment about printing the label an the UPS store rather than printing it out at home, stating that way the UPS store gets the money and remarked about the label not being Return Service because there was no RS on it - I was supplied the label via email because it was a RMA warranty, not due to a sale.Make the service you provide me warrant me wanting to print the label at your store, not ask me just so the store could make more money.
Theres not much in between for me when it comes to not losing or mishandling my packages. Its a plus to have personable employees but more important to have timely and responsible employees. We have had 3 packages go missing while with this business. My wife had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up late for work on multiple occasions. Thats our experience.
Googled free shredding. UPS Store popped up. I Called to confirm my trash bag of shredding would be accepted. I lug my bag in and the woman acknowledges the fact I was misinformed by a new employee that the service is not free but rather $1/lb. My bag is becoming very heavy and the fact that she acknowledged the employees mistake should have made good by their error.
INCOMPETENT LIARSDROPPED MY CAR COMPUTER OFF TO HAVE SHIPPED , CALLED PLACE I WAS SENDING IT TO A FEW WEEKS LATER , THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT, ACCORDING TO TRACKING IT NEVER EVEN LEFT THE UPS STORE LOCATION. STOPPED BY THE STORE AND ALL I GOT WAS ATTITUDE FROM JUST ASKING A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PROCESS WE CANT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. 700$ COMPUTER JUST VANISHED. STRAIGHT TRASH EMPLOYEES.
Came in to drop off a package that was already labeled and ready to go and the store was so understaffed that the only person available said I would have to wait 45 minutes for a receipt because he was working on notarizing docs, and in his words was not going to pull [himself] away to help me. When I asked about other ups locations nearby, the staff person was not informed. Unacceptable.
Daniel is the man!! Always providing the fastest customer service even when there is 3 or more customers waiting in line. If the owner reads this review, give that man a pay increase. I have seen him do fingerprints, while receiving packages, printing receipts, and other services this store provides.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE OR RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THEY CHARGE ME $72 FOR FOR COLOR PRINT WHICH IS $0.49 A PAGETHE COMPUTER WAS SET ON DOUBLE-SIDED BUT ITS NOT SHOWN ON THERE SO I HAD TO REPRINT THINGS THAT NEED TO BE ONE-SIDED AND NO ONE WAS THERE TO HELP ME THEY SEEN THESE PAPERS COMING OFF THE PRINTER LIKE NOBODYS BUSINESS PROBABLY COUNTING THEIR DOLLARS THE NOTARY DIDNT KNOW WHERE TO SIGN THEY WERE JUST UNHELPFUL AND RUDE TO NOT GO HERE
The kid that works there named Mark or Mike is one of the most rude customer service employees Ive ever met. He treated me like a second class citizen, let people cut in line that he held on a higher standard. Idk if it is a race thing or what but I will not be returing
Im gonna order random things online and return it just to have an excuse to keep going back 😂 uh guy that works their is fine af ! I left my wallet a few days ago and he held on to it for me.. Next time i should leave something with my number written down Call Me 📞🤙🤗🤳🤣😜

2022-08-20Do NOT go here. While I’ve had good experiences with many UPS stores, NOT this one! I went in with a flash drive to print 2 b&w pages. Their copy machine was broken so the person at the counter when back to print from his computer. Then instead of an 18-cent purchase, they charged an extra $4 fee - without telling me ahead of time. And refused my request for a refund.

2021-12-30This place put my shipping label on a bogus box and sent it to my customer. I sent Jewelry that was valued over 300$ I told the girl the worth of my Jewelry she didnt add it, they told me a ups worker switched labels, then she said ups made contact with my costumer and she received the Jewelry, then another story was put into the ups system saying they didnt have enough info about the costumer so they closed my claim. It has been a nightmare. Now yesterday ups dropped off a damaged tag but put in the system costumer received Jewelry. Lies lies lies, is all I been getting. Still no package it was mailed Dec 21.

2021-09-22This is my go to UPS Store. I’ve been going here for about 3 years now and Jade is amazing! She’s super friendly always going above and beyond. They have some newer employees who are amazing as well Alyssa and Micheal. The comments on here are ridiculous because never have I ever had 1 bad experience here. Although I have witnessed horrible customers be rude to all the employees that work here. For the amount of rude ppl who treat the employees that’s it their fault for following store policies, I give them props for keeping their cool! Love this store and will continue to go here!

2021-09-28I come here all the time and have no complaints! Jade provides excellent customer service and is to the point. Havent really worked with the other associate but Im sure she works just as hard.Came in today while Jade was on lunch & Alyssa was extremely helpful! Very funny & nice, will definitely be coming back.

2021-09-21JADE- is the RUDEST employee I have ever encountered. I will make it a point to find the owner and speak personally to them about her regarding her actions and AWFUL, AWFUL Customer service. She HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I needed a vacuum shipped and called the day before I spoke to Jade and not 1 time, did they mention I had to purchase one of their shipping boxes. It made my shipping amount jump from $67 to $150 all because I needed one of their boxes. I dont appreciate the UPS store not giving CORRECT information that has cost me GREATLY! I also dont appreciate dealing with someone who acts like they cant comprehend basic customer service rules.

2021-11-30I dont come here alot because I dont have alot to ship out. But I will say I have been at this location 4 times and each time was different and maybe not a smiley so happy to see you greeting kind of customer service, but they did help me and did take care of my package very efficiently and quickly. So I feel I dont need the smiley, oooh ahhs, since its just a small print, copy, UPS access store, , and as long as they take care of my needs which they did, Even with one of my packages that was having an issue with as a return they searched there system and found the information and took care of it for me.

2021-06-15Do not go there for notary service, Jade has very limited knowledge and is very rude and with almost 40 minutes left till 4 o’clock said she couldn’t do four signatures for us for our adoption papers. How lazy are you if you can’t even hustle to sign some papers. The lady that worked there before did 12 signatures in 45 minutes. Lazy and rude very bad combination not a place you want to go for service. Normally I only write good reviews but this lady rubbed me the wrong way and this is a serious matter we’re trying to adopt a child and her lack of knowledge and Unwillingness to do her basic job.

2021-09-09Terrible place!!! Came in to send off merch to kids and now this UPS store is saying that the package was damaged. They are putting us through the run around and Jade was no help with her attitude makes it no better. She needs to be replaced. Still haven’t RECIEVED a reimbursement smh... I will be telling others not to use this store because they can just damage or steal your items and nothing is being done about it....someone point me to a good lawyer please✌🏾
