The UPS store did a tremendous job in ensuring customer safety and had a nice organization to segregate customer queues for different services.Dina helped me with notary services. She did a great job explaining me about the process and completed the notary in quick time.I appreciate Dinas customer support and recommend this store for all postal services.
Everytime i come here, my experience goes very well! Very helpfull and professional atitudes when i need extra help with something.Today Dina assisted me in the morning and took care of my shipping problems. You know how it goes, you get to a ups stores and you are not 100 percent sure of what you’re doing so you need to ask a couple questions to make sure everything is in order.I needed to ship a return that had strange requirements, and she was quick and helpful! Came to this store to get few documents notarized and shipped. I previously had a bad experience with other UPS store (on Fremont Blvd) so I decided to come here instead. The service was far better. Dina carefully reviewed the documents and notarized them. The other lady in the store was also super helpful with shipping. She patiently answered all of my questions and was thoughtful in clearly highlighted tracking numbers for convenience.
Sooooo bad service when I went there to print couple of single pages! The old lady was busy with her personal phone and didn’t want to show me how to print at all! The printer is not working and I had to wait for very long time and got charged for the waiting time! Please improve your equipments and customer service quality!! Don’t waste other people’s’ time!
Excellent services provided by Dina. She is very courteous and efficient. Helped me with shipment and Notary. Best place for all the services. During COVID they have taken all the precautions. The store staff were really knowledgeable and friendly and attended right away the moment I entered the door.One of the employee named Dina who is the customer service representative at the counter is really very helpful and saved me from loosing little money. She also guaranteed and double checked that everything on the receipt and about the product is correct as well as the addresses and stuff. Thank You Dina. You made my day. I have visited the Argonut UPS store today(10/20/20) immediately after opening the store due to emergency notary service. The service is awesome and the experience is overwhelming. Store representative DINA helped a lot with excellent service and it was so smooth. I felt doing notary was difficulty in the UPS store as this is my first time at UPS store but the way DINA explained the process and her instructions are very good and it finished so quickly. Argonut UPS store is very clean and they were strictly following COVID guidelines so I was very confident to step-in into the store with family. It has many other services so I would recommend to consider this UPS store as one stop solution for all your mailing services.
Came here for notary. Great service by Dina. Patient and friendly. Let me use their staff restroom because I am pregnant. That is quite kind and generous of her! Overall, everyone is friendly and helpful.But I didnt quite like the passport sized photo taken of my son. Looks dark and hazy! Taken for the purpose of passport renewal, hope it works!Other than that, their core services are excellent!
Dina helped us get my in-laws documents notorized. She was very pleasant, nice and well mannered. She even got off her break early just to help us, which we really appreciated.The saying that says “service with a smile” fits Dina perfectly.We will definitely be coming back to this UPS location again.
I use the UPS store 217 for all my shipping needs. However, in December, I sent a package to L.A. that did not get delivered to the recipient. The package was insured so I contacted UPS right away and submitted a claim. UPS manager Laura Loredo went out of her way to assist me with the claim. She was very persistent and patient with my claim and was able to get my refund. Laura was a delight to work with, always very professional and I really appreciate her effort on my behalf.
Laura at this store is amazing! I needed help getting my lost cell phone shipped home and was worried that it would be a difficult process. Laura was incredibly helpful and not only made the process easier, she was so personable and helpful. Great customer service with a smile - thank you Laura!!
Worked with Dina in UPS store and she is so friendly and understand the requirements easily. She helped me out in sending a document to the same address that i sent couple of days back. she assisted me in giving envelope and all the paper work needed for this and did the job on time and perfectly.
I rerouted a mid size/weight package to this UPS store because signature was required. When I picked up the package, the representative set it on the counter and asked me to overreaching for it because she said its their policy for social distancing. I understand we are in a pandemic but overreaching for heavy items can cause physical injuries. Why cant they just install a flex plastic like the supermarket? Even their credit machine needs one to fully extended the arm to sign. So many ways to social distance than having customers overreaching to pay and to get packages. Not only its not effective (my arms arent 6ft), its physically inconvenient and challenge. So many restaurants set up a separate table for the take outs. UPS store can do the same. I will go to a different UPS store from now on.
I am so glad UPS is open during this critical time to service my shipping needs. I especially appreciate the courteous, loving assistance from Laura every time I go in to purchase products or get help mailing things. What a wonderful employee and valuable asset to UPS!
Extremely inhabitable service. The reason is to get one document notarized is, it took 2 full hours. No wonder why people are queuing up outside in long lines maybe mistaken for speedy service, but it is the other way. Never visit this store again instead I can drive extra miles to another store.
Horrendous service, rude old lady yelling at customers and even folks who own PO boxes there. Sign says 3 customers allowed and she yelled at me when I entered with 2 other customers. I exited right away and explained the sign says 3 so I was confused. She then proceeded to refuse me entry entirely and made me scan all items through the glass window. I will never come back to this store. Its the lady with the head wrap that was so rude. The other two employees were very kind.
I have been to this store today to drop off one of the packages and got exceptional service from the staff. I was able to complete my transaction as soon as I reach there without any hassle. Specially one of the staff Dina helped me to complete the drop off hassle free and in the professional manner. Will use this ups store going forward for all my postal needs.
This is the worst UPS store in the neighborhood. Staff is extremely slow and rude to the customers. They take 30-45 min to process 4-5 customers, speak rudely and unprofessionally to customers. They close 5 min before closing time. In comparison UPS at Mission and Washington have such an amazing staff. Please avoid going to this store unless there is absolutely no alternative. They want to ruin UPS brand hopefully the UPS company can investigate and fix the service.
I went to store for my live scan fingerprints for my EIT certification, the customer service was absolutely fabulous.The customer service associate named Dina was so helpful and cooperative. I would recommend this store if you have anything like fingerprints or any shipping service for yourself.Thank you Miss Dina for all your help.Really appreciated.
Recently I relocated to Fremont and have been in need of several services the UPS store provides. Not only did Dina and the staff at the UPS Fremont Hub store assist with exceptional customer service, they also directed me to additional locations of others services I needed in the area as well. Their store is clean and operates extremely efficiently. I was greeted right away, directed accordingly, services addressed, and then left feeling confident ... and with a kind solutation from the team. Thank you to Dina and to the UPS store team, in Fremont, for making this midwestern gal feel at right home. Loyal customer already!
The training guy employee 115922 was very rude.I know there is rules and regulations do to COVIDBut i walked in to the store with my 14years old and he asked for one of us to step out.I explained why i didnt wanted to leave my daughter by herself standing outside.He didnt care and one of us had to stand outside for out package to be proceedWhat got me so mad about this situation was that they let the couple behind us walk-in together.Which got me very upset. Its either you treat everyone equally or say nothing at all.
I absolutely loved my experience here at UPS my phone died in the middle of my transaction and the young lady 🥰 Haydee at the front was nice enough to charge it and help me figure out what was going on with my Amazon return I will be definitely coming back again it was an amazing experience .. What a nice services provided by the store. I am impressed with the polite and quality customer service by the staff. Especially Ms. Dina Ali who notarized my documents provided awesome services and guided me as well about my different questions. I recommend this store to have quality services.
I was there today and was outside in line with about 5 other customers. Had been waiting for about 15 minutes. One of the workers comes outside and screams were closing at 4. At EXACTLY 4 she tells us to come back tomorrow and locks the door in our faces. We were all in shock. It was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Usually I tend to order a lot of things online. Especially from Amazon. And today, I had to return something back to Amazon via UPS.Usually, they charge me $2 to tape it up. For the very first time, they did not charge me. I am great full for it. I am happy with the savings & quick service.
$15 per signature for notary services.Downgraded rating.........1 star for the bad experience I had with shipping a package. They sent me to print a label using computer. I actually did not have a label and wanted to get one. It cost me $5 to use the computer where I just created UPS account :). They don’t even have the courtesy to refund the money for the mistake they did. Make customer pay for the mistake you do do.
I had been in line on 3:55pm Sunday, however the employee close the store exactly on 4pm and stop accepting any people in line even they are waiting before 4pm. They also never gave notice to people to avoid their waiting .I think the right way they should do is give a notice of people in line of shop close and avoid people to wait.
I arrived here 7:20 and they claim since they are already working with other customers they would not be able to help out and the attitude is pretty bad. “I have been with this one for 20 minutes and I am not done yet so I cannot help”. The other officer is really impatient and want even talk to me just murmuring I have to go. I would never visit this branch again ever.
Just visited the store and wanted to ship a package. The package needed to be taped but otherwise it was all good and the person at the counter asked me to buy a 3$ tape to be able to tape the package. When I asked if she has any already open tape I can use she said no to that. What a pathetic service, even if considering we have monthly mailbox service with the same store! Avoid this store if you can!
They want to charge me a $20 fee to use a cheap computer. Update your stuff, I should just be able to be charged a small amount to use the computer and print. And team members DID NOT care and are so apathetic. You wonder why people get mad at you. Never going there again. I dont know how you have 4.4stars. More like 1.
This company went over and above taking care of my shipping needs. As a travel registered nurse taking care of Covid 19 pts its very stressful. They eased my cares and took care of my shipping needs. Travel RNs use this business for they are awesome . This is the Fremont hub specifically. Thanks Shariff
I came in today and two young gentlemen were helping people and a older lady was in the back starring at the customers and wasn’t even helping anyone. I had to wait for a while until one of the gentleman finished up with their customer. She even came to the front and asked the line if we had a drop off and since I didn’t she helped the people with drop offs even tho I was in front of everybody and when all the drop offs were gone she told the gentleman that there is a customer at the front. She could have helped me herself because the boys were busy. And she walked to the back again. One of the gentleman was taking a passport photo and the other was helping a customer at the computer. I was very disappointed that the adult wasn’t involved as much as the children.
Very bad attitude. I wait for half hour in the line outside the door. When its my turn already 7:32 pm which pass 2 minutes their closing time.He just lock the door and refused to service. Dont they concern that weve already wait for so long. Totally, theyve care about customer.
Racism still exists and is alive and well in this establishment. A line of minorities waiting for more than 15 minutes when a while woman walked in checked her post office box and proceeded to skip the line and be serviced by a white male who wouldn’t state his name and his coworkers claimed to not have seen just what occurred. Do better UPS!
I went in on Monday to have a document notarized. Upon arriving, I noticed the notary was just finishing with other customers. I let him know at that time that I would also need a document notarized and he said I can do it really quick, and waved me over.He then started asking me where I needed to sign and where he needed to notarize. I myself am not a notary and thought that he would actually READ THE DOCUMENTS he was notarizing. Sensing his urgency, I glanced quickly over the document and we agreed together where he should notorize and I should sign. He was in such a rush to leave he was out the door before I had even completed paying for the service.So then I went home to prepare the documents for mailing and noticed that there was a notary field not filled out on the document. Not clear to me what the difference is between that and the other one that was filled out but went back in the hopes that I could just have it filled out, for peace of mind.I went back today, Wednesday, and was told by another notary that what was filled out should be enough. He wad unable to say with certainty that it was enough though. I explained that I would like it filled out completely and he said that he could notarize it for AN ADDITIONAL 10 DOLLARS! SERIOUSLY?! I paid for the service AGAIN because I wanted the peace of mind but HORRIBLE, CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE!I recommend taking your business elsewhere if you would like the notary to do a thorough job. Also, it is pretty clear that they are just out to make a quick buck here, and not necessarily maintain loyal customers.
A lady asked me to review here twice when I went to this place to drop my packages two times this month. It is annoying me because I need to go there the third time right now. I dont like to be pushed to do something, and dont like the way she asked me, their service is fine, nothing to complain with, but if there are other ups stores around I wont be there again.
Very bad experience with this store, I opened a mailbox there because I live in italy and I need to receive mail from my bank. They told me they can send an email when they get something for me: they NEVER did. I emailed them to ask info about price to ship something to Italy: the NEVER replied me. Instead they wrote to me when I had to renew my service. They never apologies, a distributor of Coke has more discipline and more feeling. Ill cancel the service.
Be prepared to pay for tape lol make sure to tape up your Amazon returns cuz theyll charge you for tape. The most upsurdv charge I ever heard of before. Ive came here for many returns but they decided to charge me for tape which they usually never do. Do not come in the mornings
Don’t come here they charge 35 cents for BLACK AND WHITE ....yes you read that right. Outrageous and they don’t post their pricing either. Never go here.Update 8-6-19Still the ABSOLUTE WORST service I’ve ever experienced here only came back because I had a left over copy card. They had no way of keeping track of how many copies I made and I lost count because I was interrupted TWICE and once by an EMPLOYEE! These people have absolute no clue what they are doing. Incompetent. Only come here if you want to be treated like garbage.
I was there to mail a prepaid UPS package and they tried to charge me $3+ for internet time. The first CPU they put me on was broken so they brought me to the back office to use the computer. At no point did the employee or manager mention there would be a charge. While using the computer the manager yelled at the employee for letting me use the back office computer. When I thought they were giving me my tracking order they tried to bill me for computer usage. I asked to speak to the manager who didnt get off his cell phone call to help me. When I told the manger that during my prior visit I wasnt charged, the manager replied who was that employee because he wanted to write him up. The manager could careless about the customer service and more about getting $3 for less than a minute of internet usage. The manager then brought me to a computer I didnt even use to say look the prices are clearly posted. That only works if you allow me to use that computer but when you walk me to the back office and never say there will be charge that is a service level let d down.
You get worst customer service you could ever ask for at this store.People working at this store have no clue how things work and are extremely rude. The store employees certainly need basic training before they start their job or at least make sure they know what to do before hiring them.
Sometimes they are fast and courteous. Sometimes lethargic and arrogant. Guess they got mixed kind of staff. They charge $2 something for using their computer for printing and its 50c per print. They dont have any mechanism where they print if u email them or share from your phone somehow, so u HAVE to use their computer inorder to print. Fedex on Mowry does printing for a few cents, better go there.
I wish I could give them a negative score.I sent a mail through them with Certified Mail, and paid a double price with what I would have to pay if I went with USPS.I couldnt track my mail, and it went late. I asked them, but they blamed the USPS instead. They even told me to go to one of USPS location to asked about my mail status.Horrible customer service. DONT EVER GO THERE. YOU WILL ONLY GET DISAPPOINTED.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!Before using this store, try another store as much as you can!! UPS sent me a notice that my package is READY FOR pick up, yet the front desk told me they dont have my package yet and I should try to come back at least an hour later. Either avoid this store or maybe UPS all together!
After shipping three boxes to LA, I was shocked to have one delivered right back to me! After calling to complain about it, I was basically told to bring the box back in so they can reship it. I received no apology or anything at all. Not even a thank you when I drove the box back to the store? I will not be stepping foot in there ever again.

2022-03-18I was just in store to ship a package I had already a printed label for. The clerk, after I had waited quietly and patiently for 15 minutes, scolded me for waiting in line when my package was a drop-off. I was initially going to buy a box but realized my company card was not present. I wanted to ensure my package was taped, it was extremely small and asked if she could kindly place two tiny pieces of tape on the box... another customer was giving the clerks a hard time, I HOWEVER was extremely polite and patient so I do not appreciate the attitude and service I was given because youre frustrated with another customer!! Be kind.

2022-04-28Hours are good, but always count on there being a wait. They really should make some sort of effort for the customers with mailboxes to get their mail without needing to wait in the long line. Today I waited 25 minutes to get my package and there were only 3 people in front of me. By the time I left there were about 7 people in line behind me.

2022-06-03I was there today 6/2/2022 to drop off an Amazon return. The clerk there was annoyed that box was not taped up. She said that she would tape it up for me this time around but the next time she would have to charge me for taping up the box. She then asked me if I had the Amazon shipping box it came in. Before I could answer, she said do you want to BUY a box for the item or ship as is? I replied its an Amazon return, thinking my reply would register the returns procedure for her but she seem to ignore my response. I am surprised that she wanted to charge me for taping up the box and even tried selling me a shipping box for my return which was already in a box.I thought the UPS employees are suppose to know the procedures of an Amazon return. It clearly states on the Amazon return page Show the return code below on your mobile device to an associate at THE UPS STORE, who will scan the QR code, PACK, and ship your return for FREE.

2022-07-29The front clerk said she was going to charge 3 Dollars just to get a medium box taped, when a tape itself cost around $3 itself in their store. I personally thought it was very rude because without customer there would be no business and there wouldnt be any need to charge for any tape. Thats not how you treat customers, its what you call very poor attitude and poor customer service. Never heard such harsh reality, these kind of negative treatment/service shouldnt be ignored or excusable. I dont know how long they have been getting away with this type of rude treatment and highway robbery. 3 whole dollar for just taping a small box? Really if you go to the Dollar Tree store you can easily buy One to Three tapes with that $3 Dollar, yes a Dollar has a lots of value you can feed a child for one whole day with just a 3 Dollar in USA and even more in poor countries. You should know the value of a Dollar, its not for free for bad/rude service.

2022-06-01The store team are nice but the UPS service is the most worst post service, some drivers are not deliver the packages at the right address, losing packages, claim ticket is taking 8 days and is not finding any packet, you need to go back to the store to make complains and is not fair, I will never ever use UPS service, they are not doing the service you are paying for, and losing your shipment.

2021-11-06Super unprofessional and poorly managed location. Worst UPS store I experienced in my whole life. A rude young lady asked me to turn in my ID before I can use the dolly. I tried to avoid touches during the pandemic but I have to follow their POLICY. I called UPS thereafter and they said they do NOT have this kind of policy. Then they want to charge me $5 to print one piece of UPS Return label. Are you kidding? Stay away from this location.

2021-11-23The worst service I have ever experienced. As long as you need to return your amazon parcel its fine, else the service here is pathetic. The printers here does not work properly. Even if you pay 20$ for the print outs and the prints come out half cut and does not even get one print, it is not the stores mistake. We need to place another chargable request. Then even if they agree to give the prints from UPS system, the old lady here calls it a favour done to you. Zero rating to the service and negative rating because of the attitute which they show towards their customers.
