I would avoid this store at all cost unless you like rude people who are incapable of doing the intended job they are hired to do. There are 5 people working there at any given time and they all seem to be perplexed when you ask a question. They must know how bad they are handling things because they hired a tough guy rent a cop to protect the UPS shipping store ¿ Here is a helpful hint if you are in the customer service business. Learn how to do your job. That might mean trouble shooting an issue which requires using your head. You are not there to provide people with a bad attitude and take their money, or maybe you are?

I love this store.The staff always takes care of my family when we come in. We have a PO box for mail and we have all our Amazon packages delivered here for safety.They are very understanding and helpful, and the prices are very fair. My go to for shipping and receiving.Thank you!!!!

I had a very bad experience there, I mailed one set document from here to downtown LA at August 6, I chose the most expensive way for the next business day delivery as they recommended, then the recipient told me they didnt receive the document at August 30, so I checked it online with track number, which said it was returned because the address is incorrect. so I confirmed the address is correct and asked the guy who worked in the store 2 questions, 1st, why I didnt receive any call or text about this return, 2nd, what the solution for this case. I got the answers 1st, since they have issued the track number, the customer should be responsible to check the status by themselves, 2nd, only can take the document back, there is no refund, and I have to pay another fee for the second delivery. the conclusion is I bought a worst service with most expensive price. the lucky thing is I got my document back.

A very good experience, 3 staff, 1 female 2 males are courteous and helpful to every customers while I was there, using the PC to print Amazon return label and other documents. No problem and charges very reasonable for 16 pages at $3.85. Was hesitant before going looking at all the nasty reviews but it’s only few minutes walk so I took the chance and was really surprised 😀

Just some tips before you consider this store. This store usually have 2 staff. A young man/lady and a old man. If you do not know much about your shipping information or need help, please wait for the young staff to help.The old staff dont seem want to talk alot and often have that you are annoying emoji on his face if you ask too much question... if you got everything, you can go for him.I had an experience with a young kind lady that guide me through everything. Then I had one with this old gentleman. He look alittle bit serious about everything and I got charged for a paper box with 20 dollars.. yes one paper box for a keyboard..and a $50 shipping to Ohio.I never had to pay for this box before, all those young lady and gentleman promised to package and shipping my product with care and free.. and I shipped a desktop computer once to ohio same address for $50 , I dont know why a keyboard cost the same..

Covid times: Mimi is a local hero! Any immunity compromised, seniors or such people, Mimi willing to go the extra effort to help. She was incredible in helping me with certified mail. She was able to take my package, allow me to fill out the certified mail label outside, then pass back to her. She swiped the credit card inside and called me inside really quick for signature and receipt.

I paid OVER $90 for overnight shipping with a guaranteed delivery for the next day. I just put in the tracking number and they did not start shipping until 7pm the NEXT DAY (the day it was supposed to arrive). Now I’m told that it will arrive at the destination FOUR DAYS after the date I was guaranteed. This package was for my sisters school project and now because of this mistake it will not make it in time and she might not have anything to present. I am VERY unhappy and I will be calling to put in another complaint. DO NOT GO HERE if you have anything important to send out.

The worst UPS store. I ordered a three-day delivery service but it turned out was a 10-day delivery. They told me they could not guarantee it for a three-day delivery. They event told me that I should order 1-day air delivery service. Who knows what would happen if I paid almost 100 dollars for 1-day delivery service, and it turned out to be 5 or 7 days? Then they probably would tell me again they don’t guarantee it!? What the hell.

This UPS store is located between Duarte Avenue and Baldwin.They offer many services which include - packaging, printing, notary services, office supplies, rent a mail box, I have been coming here for many purposes. The staffs are so helpful and friendly.I would like to say Thanks to Israel for helping me the other day. He is extremely professinal and curteous.
