This is the 3rd year I have had my UPS box with them and the guys and gal behind the counter are friendly , courteous and extremely helpful. they are a 10 out of 10!

Helpful and friendly staff. Good hours. Only complaint is the price is usually pretty high; yet the quality of packing is good so I can’t complain too much.

2022-04-19This UPS store team was great! They answer their phone and all my questions about transporting my big and heavy computer across the state within the first ring. Anthony did a wonderful job helping me navigate how to best way to safely and quickly ship my package while ensuring my computer was well wrapped and cushioned for its delivery. After they were done packing my computer it look like I can throw it down the stairs and it’ll still stay in one piece.

2022-04-18Not the best experience here as they assured me 2 days delivery, I paid for 2 day delivery of important documents and instead of it arriving in 2 days, it’ll arrive in 4 days. If I can’t trust 2 day delivery how can I trust their 1 day delivery? Going to Fedex next time!!!

2021-04-15They were all extremely helpful especially Nate who walked out to my car and carried some of my returns. It was nice especially after going to the UPS Brookline Center where the employee couldnt be bothered taking my return.

2018-01-18Quick service, friendly staff, reasonable prices. This is my go-to local UPS store. I have to go in here for business errands weekly and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always quick to take & send out packages. Out of the countless times I’ve been here, I’ve never had to wait in a line longer than 2 minutes (that is, if there even is a line!). Also their prices are competitively lower compared to other UPS stores in the area. I’ve gone to the UPS store off Pacific Park and LaPaz and was charged $1.99 for the same package/bag that I always buy from this location for only $.60! One UPS store employee explained that each location may vary their prices based on the owners, so be aware that prices may change when visiting different locations. I will continue to visit this store location (in Aliso Viejo, next to Ralph’s) with ease, knowing I receive a better deal on prices and continue to receive convenient service.

2019-09-30I know that people coming to an UPS store wouldn’t care about the reviews but these guys really deserve one! Every time I come here, they are super helpful and cordial! The really know how important customer service is and they care about it! Thank you for an excellent service!

2018-10-16Everyone that works at this specific location are great hard working people. Sean & Tim are true assets to this store. I hope the higher ups take notice that they have 2 very Professional people taking care of BUSINESS AT THIS Location. They make it easy and have great personalities. I will be back for sure.

2015-12-03Very professional, fast, precise, friendly. Experts at advising the cheapest, fastest way to ship to a destination. Undaunted even by international customs forms. Been going here several times a year, especially Christmas, for about ten years. Only had one mediocre experience and the manager reached out personally to make it right. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

2016-09-29Beyond disappointing. I paid damn near 300 dallors for the LARGE Po Box so I could Retrieve my packages after hrs if i couldnt get there before they close. Problem is, even with smallest packages i get a drop slip and have to find time to go back while there while they are open. When it would more then fit in my box. The frustration comes from paying more then 200 bucks over the price of the SMALL box for the Convenience. Which is nothing more then an Inconvenience due to a lack of people doing their job. This has happened a number of times and i normally let it slide. But im pretty over it at this point. Someone has gone as far as taken there time to put a drop slip in my box when it would have taken the same amount of time to put the package. I mean it was a freaking envelope guys. Comeeeee onnn! Not worth the money thats for damn sure.
