I can see why they have such a low rating! I called to ask if they carried a specific product. The lady on the phone said they have the brand I was looking for, but she wasnt willing to walk across the store shes in to see if they have the product I wanted. That was a quick, easy way for them to lose a potential customer.

Was told they no longer sell THIS brand cigarettes, so I wanted a carton of time, specifically asked for shorts; got home and saw they were 100s. Went back today and was told theres nothing they can do, even though its their fault. Worst customer service Ive had in a while. Wont be going back, their could-care-less attitude and shrugs will destroy their business.

Bought a Bang vape there and it did nor work. They refused to exchange it or give me my money back. There only response was all sales are final sorry about your luck.
